本发明公开了一种潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料及其制备方法,其由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶60-80、不饱和聚醚型聚氨酯橡胶20-30、聚乙烯蜡4-7、硬脂酸锌1-2、硬脂酸钙2-3、沉淀白炭黑20-30、纳米电气石粉15-20、硅微粉10-15、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-10、癸二酸二辛酯4-8、己二酸二异癸酯3-6、磷酸异丙基苯二苯酯5-10、氢氧化镁10-15、十溴二苯醚4-6、促进剂TMTD1-2、促进剂TETD1-2、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷2-3、防老剂TPPD1-2、防老剂NBC0.5-1.5、复合填料4-7。本发明电缆料具有优异的防水性能,可以在浸水及较大的水压下长期工作,使用寿命长,且具有优良的电绝缘性、阻燃性、耐曲折性、耐磨性和耐老化等性能,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
潜水电机电线电缆长期潜入各种水质的污水中运行,恶劣的工作环境,决定了其性能要求与常规电线电缆具有较大的不同。潜水电机对电线电缆的性能指标已不仅仅是简单的绝缘、阻燃、抗拉伸等方面,而是更进一步的对防水性能有更严格的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料及其制备方法,该电缆料可以在浸水及较大的水压下长期工作,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶60-80、不饱和聚醚型聚氨酯橡胶20-30、聚乙烯蜡4-7、硬脂酸锌1-2、硬脂酸钙2-3、沉淀白炭黑20-30、纳米电气石粉15-20、硅微粉10-15、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-10、癸二酸二辛酯4-8、己二酸二异癸酯3-6、磷酸异丙基苯二苯酯5-10、氢氧化镁10-15、十溴二苯醚4-6、促进剂TMTD1-2、促进剂TETD1-2、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷2-3、防老剂TPPD1-2、防老剂NBC0.5-1.5、复合填料4-7;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比4-6:2-3:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,880-940℃下煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液中,在70-80℃水浴温度下保温0.5-1h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过150-200目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量3-5倍的浓度为10-15%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,2000-3000rpm高速研磨15-20min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2-3%的乳化剂OP-15、1-2%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、5-10%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.5-1%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为20-30kHz,超声功率为300-400W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入3-6%的烟道灰、2-4%的砭石粉和1-2%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌3-5min,烘干,粉碎,过200-300目筛即可。
一种潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、不饱和聚醚型聚氨酯橡胶、沉淀白炭黑和聚乙烯蜡投入到捏合机内,捏合2-3min,然后加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、己二酸二异癸酯、纳米电气石粉、硅微粉、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钙,捏合3-5min,待料温升至80-90℃,再加入余下原料,捏合4-7min,待料温升至95-105℃时,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至45℃以下时出料;
(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区150-170℃、2区160-180℃、3区175-195℃、4区165-185℃,机头170-190℃;挤出机螺杆转速20-40r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明电缆料具有优异的防水性能,可以在浸水及较大的水压下长期工作,使用寿命长,且具有优良的电绝缘性、阻燃性、耐曲折性、耐磨性和耐老化等性能,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
一种潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料,由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶75、不饱和聚醚型聚氨酯橡胶25、聚乙烯蜡6、硬脂酸锌1.5、硬脂酸钙2、沉淀白炭黑25、纳米电气石粉18、硅微粉12、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯7、癸二酸二辛酯5、己二酸二异癸酯4、磷酸异丙基苯二苯酯8、氢氧化镁12、十溴二苯醚5、促进剂TMTD1.5、促进剂TETD1、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷2、防老剂TPPD1、防老剂NBC1、复合填料6;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比6:3:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,920℃下煅烧1h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为20%的盐酸溶液中,在80℃水浴温度下保温0.5h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过150目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量4倍的浓度为10%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,3000rpm高速研磨15min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2%的乳化剂OP-15、1%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、7%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.6%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为25kHz,超声功率为400W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入4%的烟道灰、3%的砭石粉和1.5%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1500rpm高速搅拌4min,烘干,粉碎,过250目筛即可。
一种潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、不饱和聚醚型聚氨酯橡胶、沉淀白炭黑和聚乙烯蜡投入到捏合机内,捏合3min,然后加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、己二酸二异癸酯、纳米电气石粉、硅微粉、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钙,捏合5min,待料温升至80℃,再加入余下原料,捏合7min,待料温升至105℃时,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至45℃以下时出料;
(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区160℃、2区170℃、3区185℃、4区175℃,机头180℃;挤出机螺杆转速30r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
上述制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶60-80、不饱和聚醚型聚氨酯橡胶20-30、聚乙烯蜡4-7、硬脂酸锌1-2、硬脂酸钙2-3、沉淀白炭黑20-30、纳米电气石粉15-20、硅微粉10-15、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-10、癸二酸二辛酯4-8、己二酸二异癸酯3-6、磷酸异丙基苯二苯酯5-10、氢氧化镁10-15、十溴二苯醚4-6、促进剂TMTD 1-2、促进剂TETD 1-2、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷 2-3、防老剂TPPD 1-2、防老剂NBC 0.5-1.5、复合填料 4-7;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比4-6:2-3:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,880-940℃下煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液中,在70-80℃水浴温度下保温0.5-1h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过150-200目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量3-5倍的浓度为10-15%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,2000-3000rpm高速研磨15-20min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2-3%的乳化剂OP-15、1-2%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、5-10%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.5-1%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为20-30 kHz,超声功率为300-400W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入3-6%的烟道灰、2-4%的砭石粉和1-2%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌3-5min,烘干,粉碎,过200-300目筛即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的潜水电机用防水橡胶电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、不饱和聚醚型聚氨酯橡胶、沉淀白炭黑和聚乙烯蜡投入到捏合机内,捏合2-3min,然后加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、己二酸二异癸酯、纳米电气石粉、硅微粉、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钙,捏合3-5min,待料温升至80-90℃,再加入余下原料,捏合4-7min,待料温升至95-105℃时,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至45℃以下时出料; 
(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区150-170℃、2区160-180℃、3区175-195℃、4区165-185℃,机头170-190℃;挤出机螺杆转速20-40r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
