背景技术
潜油泵电力电缆是潜油电泵机组配套使用的专用电缆,它不同于普通电力电缆,常敷设于油井中,油井中工作条件恶劣,常处于高温、高压以及含油气等腐蚀性很强的环境中,这类电缆的耐油、耐高温性能要求很高。目前,国内潜油电泵电缆大多采用乙丙橡胶和丁腈橡胶所制,而乙丙橡胶耐热性能只能达到90℃,耐油性也差;丁腈橡胶虽具有优异的耐油性能,但耐高温性能较差;因此,急需开发一种耐高温耐油电缆料,用于制造潜油泵电力电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种潜油泵用耐高温耐油电缆料及其制备方法,以满足潜油泵电力电缆恶劣的工作环境。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种潜油泵用耐高温耐油电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:甲基乙烯基三氟丙基硅橡胶70-80、三元乙丙橡胶15-20、聚全氟乙丙烯树脂10-15、氧化锌2-4、过氧化二异丙苯1.5-2.5、固体石蜡4-7、防老剂NBC2-3、半补强炭黑10-15、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷0.5-1.5、古马隆树脂5-10、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯8-12、纳米水滑石10-15、硼酸锌5-10、十溴二苯乙烷4-8、纳米钾长石15-20、煅烧黄土10-15、促进剂NOBS2-3、促进剂ZDC1-2、复合填料3-6;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比4-6:2-3:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,880-940℃下煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液中,在70-80℃水浴温度下保温0.5-1h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过150-200目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量3-5倍的浓度为10-15%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,2000-3000rpm高速研磨15-20min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2-3%的乳化剂OP-15、1-2%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、5-10%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.5-1%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为20-30kHz,超声功率为300-400W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入3-6%的烟道灰、2-4%的砭石粉和1-2%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌3-5min,烘干,粉碎,过200-300目筛即可。
一种潜油泵用耐高温耐油电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将甲基乙烯基三氟丙基硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和聚全氟乙丙烯树脂投入到捏合机内,捏合3-4min,然后加入古马隆树脂、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯、纳米水滑石、硼酸锌、十溴二苯乙烷和固体石蜡,捏合4-5min,待料温升至75-85℃,再加入余下原料,捏合5-7min,待料温升至95-105℃时,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至45℃以下时出料;
(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区140-160℃、2区155-175℃、3区170-190℃、4区160-180℃,机头165-185℃;挤出机螺杆转速30-40r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明电缆料具有优异的耐油性和耐高温性,可以在180℃的油中条件下长期使用,使用寿命要比普通电缆料高5-10倍,是一种高级耐高温耐油电缆材料,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
一种潜油泵用耐高温耐油电缆料,由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:甲基乙烯基三氟丙基硅橡胶75、三元乙丙橡胶15、聚全氟乙丙烯树脂10、氧化锌3、过氧化二异丙苯2、固体石蜡6、防老剂NBC2、半补强炭黑12、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1、古马隆树脂8、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯10、纳米水滑石12、硼酸锌8、十溴二苯乙烷6、纳米钾长石18、煅烧黄土12、促进剂NOBS2、促进剂ZDC1.5、复合填料5;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比5:2:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,920℃下煅烧1.5h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为20%的盐酸溶液中,在80℃水浴温度下保温0.5h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过200目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量4倍的浓度为10%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,3000rpm高速研磨15min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2%的乳化剂OP-15、1%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、6%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.5%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为20kHz,超声功率为300W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入4%的烟道灰、2%的砭石粉和1%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1500rpm高速搅拌3min,烘干,粉碎,过300目筛即可。

(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区140-160℃、2区155-175℃、3区170-190℃、4区160-180℃,机头165-185℃;挤出机螺杆转速30-40r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
上述制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

Claims (2)

1.一种潜油泵用耐高温耐油电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:甲基乙烯基三氟丙基硅橡胶70-80、三元乙丙橡胶15-20、聚全氟乙丙烯树脂10-15、氧化锌2-4、过氧化二异丙苯1.5-2.5、固体石蜡4-7、防老剂NBC 2-3、半补强炭黑10-15、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 0.5-1.5、古马隆树脂 5-10、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯8-12、纳米水滑石10-15、硼酸锌5-10、十溴二苯乙烷 4-8、纳米钾长石15-20、煅烧黄土10-15、促进剂NOBS 2-3、促进剂ZDC 1-2、复合填料 3-6;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比4-6:2-3:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,880-940℃下煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液中,在70-80℃水浴温度下保温0.5-1h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过150-200目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量3-5倍的浓度为10-15%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,2000-3000rpm高速研磨15-20min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2-3%的乳化剂OP-15、1-2%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、5-10%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.5-1%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为20-30 kHz,超声功率为300-400W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入3-6%的烟道灰、2-4%的砭石粉和1-2%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌3-5min,烘干,粉碎,过200-300目筛即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的潜油泵用耐高温耐油电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将甲基乙烯基三氟丙基硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和聚全氟乙丙烯树脂投入到捏合机内,捏合3-4min,然后加入古马隆树脂 、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯、纳米水滑石、硼酸锌、十溴二苯乙烷和固体石蜡,捏合4-5min,待料温升至75-85℃,再加入余下原料,捏合5-7min,待料温升至95-105℃时,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至45℃以下时出料; 
(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区140-160℃、2区155-175℃、3区170-190℃、4区160-180℃,机头165-185℃;挤出机螺杆转速30-40r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
