背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)是一种用途非常广泛的通用塑料,因其具有优良的物理机械性能、电气性能、阻燃性能,价格便宜,并且加工性能优异,因此被广泛用作汽车电线电缆的护层和绝缘材料。汽车内部是一个十分复杂的小环境,存在震动、摩擦、臭氧、油污、高热、寒冷和电磁辐射等各种复杂条件,要求汽车电线电缆具有耐热、耐寒、耐磨、耐油等各种性能,并随汽车功能的不断变化,对汽车电线电缆的性能要求也在不断增加。因此,急需开发一种高性能汽车电线电缆用聚氯乙烯绝缘料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优异的耐高低温性、耐磨性、耐油性、耐臭氧老化的汽车电线电缆用聚氯乙烯绝缘料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种汽车电线电缆用聚氯乙烯绝缘料,由下列重量份的原料制成:SG-5型聚氯乙烯树脂70-90、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯15-25、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-15、均苯四酸四辛酯10-15、柠檬酸三丁酯5-10、硬脂酸2-3、微晶石蜡3-5、钙锌稳定剂1-2、煅烧陶土10-15、玻璃微珠10-15、纳米叶腊石5-10、炭黑N66020-25、过氧化二异丙苯2-3、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1-2、三聚氰胺多聚磷酸酯3-6、钼酸铵4-8、氢氧化镁10-15、抗氧剂2641-2、抗氧剂10351-2、复合填料3-6;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比4-6:2-3:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,880-940℃下煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液中,在70-80℃水浴温度下保温0.5-1h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过150-200目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量3-5倍的浓度为10-15%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,2000-3000rpm高速研磨15-20min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2-3%的乳化剂OP-15、1-2%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、5-10%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.5-1%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为20-30kHz,超声功率为300-400W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入3-6%的烟道灰、2-4%的砭石粉和1-2%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌3-5min,烘干,粉碎,过200-300目筛即可。
一种汽车电线电缆用聚氯乙烯绝缘料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物投入混合机内混合均匀,然后加入均苯四酸四辛酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、硬脂酸和微晶石蜡,搅拌1-3min,升温至80-90℃,再加入过氧化二异丙苯、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、三聚氰胺多聚磷酸酯、钼酸铵和氢氧化镁,搅拌3-5min,再升温至100-110℃,加入余下原料,搅拌2-4min,冷却降温至50℃以下时出料;
(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区150-160℃,2区160-170℃、3区175-185℃、4区170-180℃,机头165-175℃;挤出机螺杆转速20-30r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明电缆料力学性能优异,具有优良的耐磨性、耐油性和耐臭氧老化性等性能,还具有较好的耐高低温性能,耐热等级可达130℃,低温可达-45℃,经久耐用,完全满足现代汽车电线电缆的性能要求。

所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比6:3:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,910℃下煅烧1.5h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为16%的盐酸溶液中,在75℃水浴温度下保温1h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过200目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量4倍的浓度为12%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,2500rpm高速研磨18min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2%的乳化剂OP-15、1.5%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、8%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.7%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为30kHz,超声功率为350W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入4%的烟道灰、3%的砭石粉和1%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1500rpm高速搅拌3min,烘干,粉碎,过250目筛即可。

(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物投入混合机内混合均匀,然后加入均苯四酸四辛酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、硬脂酸和微晶石蜡,搅拌2min,升温至85℃,再加入过氧化二异丙苯、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、三聚氰胺多聚磷酸酯、钼酸铵和氢氧化镁,搅拌4min,再升温至105℃,加入余下原料,搅拌3min,冷却降温至50℃以下时出料;
(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区160℃,2区165℃、3区180℃、4区175℃,机头170℃;挤出机螺杆转速30r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
上述制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下:
Claims (2)
1.一种汽车电线电缆用聚氯乙烯绝缘料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:SG-5型聚氯乙烯树脂70-90、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯15-25、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-15、均苯四酸四辛酯10-15、柠檬酸三丁酯5-10、硬脂酸2-3、微晶石蜡3-5、钙锌稳定剂1-2、煅烧陶土10-15、玻璃微珠10-15、纳米叶腊石5-10、炭黑N660 20-25、过氧化二异丙苯2-3、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1-2、三聚氰胺多聚磷酸酯 3-6、钼酸铵 4-8、氢氧化镁10-15、抗氧剂264 1-2、抗氧剂1035 1-2、复合填料 3-6;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.按重量比4-6:2-3:1称取橄榄石、蓝晶石、铝矾土混合均匀,880-940℃下煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,然后加入到浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液中,在70-80℃水浴温度下保温0.5-1h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,粉碎,过150-200目筛,待用;b、取相当于橄榄石重量3-5倍的浓度为10-15%乙醇溶液,加入步骤a制得的粉末,2000-3000rpm高速研磨15-20min,然后再加入悬浮液重量2-3%的乳化剂OP-15、1-2%甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、5-10%的固含量为50%的硅丙乳液和0.5-1%的十二碳醇酯,搅拌均匀后超声振荡至悬浮液中粉末颗粒充分分散,超声波频率为20-30 kHz,超声功率为300-400W,过滤,烘干,c、步骤b制得的烘干物中加入3-6%的烟道灰、2-4%的砭石粉和1-2%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌3-5min,烘干,粉碎,过200-300目筛即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车电线电缆用聚氯乙烯绝缘料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物投入混合机内混合均匀,然后加入均苯四酸四辛酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、硬脂酸和微晶石蜡,搅拌1-3min,升温至80-90℃,再加入过氧化二异丙苯、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、三聚氰胺多聚磷酸酯、钼酸铵和氢氧化镁,搅拌3-5min,再升温至100-110℃,加入余下原料,搅拌2-4min,冷却降温至50℃以下时出料;
(2)将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区150-160℃,2区160-170℃、3区175-185℃、4区170-180℃,机头165-175℃;挤出机螺杆转速20-30r/min;
(3)粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装即为成品。
