背景技术

发明内容
随着踏板车的日益普及,传统踏板车的变型也变得普及,包括机动踏板车。通过使用电动或机动踏板车,电动机的重量可能限制踏板车的便携性,特别是对于通勤者而言。另外,使用大型电动机可能需要大电池,这进一步增加了踏板车的重量。因此,需要提供一种具有小型马达(motor)和电池的电动踏板车,以便以低成本实现轻便且便携的电动踏板车。
一些电动踏板车实施例包括在前轮或后轮中的至少一个附近安装到踏板车框架的前部或后部的电动机,其中驱动组件联接到马达(motor)并且配置成从马达传递驱动动力到前轮或后轮。驱动组件可包括在从动轮的圆周上使用摩擦定向力的动力辊或将驱动装置连接到从动轮的毂的驱动链。当控制电动机的节气门组件(通常位于车把上或车把周围)由用户启动时,从动轮可以被电驱动。一些电动踏板车实施例包括当踏板车是折叠形态时可拆卸的电池舱。

如图8-10所示,马达93驱动马达轴94,例如驱动轴。在所示的实施例中,齿轮组89的齿轮95a安装在轴94上,齿轮组89的齿轮95e安装在后轮轴88上。齿轮95a,95e可通过中间齿轮(例如齿轮95b,95c,95d)可操作地连接。通过齿轮系列95a-95e,马达93的扭矩减小,以通过后轮轴88驱动后轮。如上所述,齿轮84和轴承连接器82允许后轮30在第一方向或向前方向转动,并允许后轮30沿第二方向或向后方向惯性转动。驱动组件80的分解视图在图9和10中示出。在各种实施例中,后轮30可以在没有或基本上没有声音(例如,咔嚓声)(其在踏板车的正常操作中可由用户感受到)的情况下惯性旋转。例如,在一些实施例中,在惯性转动期间,轮30和/或连接器82发出小于或等于约20分贝的声音。
在一些实施例中,齿轮84的直径足够容纳在轴承连接器82的接收区域内并且位于齿轮箱壳体87的接收区域86内,如至少在图6中可见。齿轮84具有从齿轮84的外表面径向向外延伸的多个凸缘84a。凸缘84a构造成配合在位于轴承连接器82的内表面上的相应凹槽84b内。类似地,齿轮箱壳体的接收区域86的内表面具有凹槽84c,凹槽84c也构造成接收凸缘84a。齿轮84的长度L大于轴承连接器82的长度L′,使得齿轮84的至少一部分容纳在轴承连接器82内,并且齿轮84的至少一部分容纳在齿轮箱壳体87的接收区域86内。
后轮轴88的旋转作用在轴承83,85上,轴承83,85可以压配合或以其他方式联接到轴88。轴承83,85可以通过摩擦配合或其他联接器与齿轮84联接,使得轴88的旋转也使齿轮84旋转。齿轮84沿第一旋转方向的旋转通过凹槽84b上的凸缘84a的相互作用引起轴承连接器82的旋转,并使后轮30在第一旋转方向或从动方向旋转。如上所述,当电动机93不通过后驱动组件80为后轮30提供动力时,轴承连接器82还允许后轮30沿与第一旋转方向相反的第二旋转方向进行惯性旋转,如上所述。
图11-13示出了处于折叠形态的踏板车10。如上所述,折叠组件70允许车把组件24相对于车身20枢转,使得可旋转轴32和车把组件24折叠到车身20上,以便紧凑地运输和存放踏板车10。如图11-13所示,当踏板车10处于折叠构型时,车把组件24可大致平行于主体20定位。折叠组件70包括释放机构72。释放机构72可包括手柄,按钮,机械机构中的杠杆和/或旋钮。例如,在所示实施例中,释放机构72包括手柄,该手柄在第一位置将可旋转轴32锁定在基本直立或骑行位置,并且在第二位置允许可旋转轴绕枢轴连接74在可旋转轴32和主体20之间枢转(如图13),使得可旋转轴32基本平行于主体20的纵向轴线,如图11所示。在一些实施例中,释放机构72与控制器有线和/或无线通信以接收释放和/或锁定折叠组件70的指令。在一些实施例中,当踏板车10处于折叠形态时,车把组件临近或位于制动机构96附近。在一些实施例中,车把组件24邻接和/或接触制动机构96并且可以使制动机构96接触后轮30或以其他方式将后轮30锁定以防止后轮30转动。
电动踏板车10的一些实施例包括电池壳体22,电池壳体22包括控制器和至少一个电池21。如图所示,壳体22可以安装到位于支撑表面34下方的踏板车本体20的下侧。在图11和12中,当踏板车10处于折叠构型时,电池21可从电池壳体22插入和/或移除。电池21可以是任何类型的电池,例如锂离子可充电电池。例如,电池可以具有大约1.5-2.5小时的放电时间。如图所示,电池21可以沿着与主体20的纵向轴线大致平行的方向插入和/或移除。
图13示出了处于折叠形态的踏板车10的横截面视图。如图所示,电池壳体22可以位于踏板车10的主体20的前端。当踏板车处于折叠形态时,这种布置便于容易地拆卸和更换电池21,从而允许接近电池壳体22。电池壳体可以包括在主体20的前端上的孔。壳体22可以包括闭合特征,例如门(未示出),用以封闭孔。在一些实施例中,主体20和/或电池21包括固定特征,例如棘爪或钩子,其构造成将电池固定在壳体22内。固定特征可包括释放装置,例如按钮或闩锁,其解锁固定特征和/或使电池21能够从壳体22移除。
电池21可以配置成移入和移出壳体22。例如,电池21可以沿着与主体20的纵向轴线大致平行的轴线滑入和滑出壳体22。在某些实施方式中,电池21在被容纳在壳体22中时位于主体20的前后中点的前方。这可以有助于将踏板车的重心向前移动,这在骑行时具有优点。在一些变型中,电池21被配置成容纳在踏板车后部的空腔中,例如靠近后轮30。这可以增加分配给后轮的重量,从而增加后轮30的牵引力。

如上所述,一些实施例包括马达93,例如电动机。电动机93可以安装在支撑表面34下方的踏板车本体20的下侧,安装在靠近后驱动组件80的支撑表面34的后端上,安装在临近前轮28的支撑表面34的前端,安装在车把组件24或叉31上,和/或任何其他位置。电动机可以可操作地连接到至少一个后轮30,以在至少一个后轮30上提供动力旋转力。在一些实施例中,电池壳体22和电动机93可以位于或被支撑在踏板车10的不同位置,包括在支撑表面34的顶部或邻近前轮或后轮2830。
在各种实施例中,控制器25可以从节气门组件26接收信号。例如,控制器25可以接收指示施加到后轮30的速度和/或功率量的信号。控制器25可以与电动机93单向或双向通信。例如,控制器25可以指示电动机93响应于和/或与来自节气门组件26的信号一致而驱动车轮30。踏板车10可以通过无线节流组件26无线,一些变型可以提供有线连接以将节气门,制动器和通/断开关连接到电动机93。可以使用任何有线或无线协议。
在一些实施例中,踏板车10不包括连接电池21,控制器25和电动机93的电线。在一些实施例中,当主体20已经成型(例如,注塑成型),导电材料(例如铜)可以结合到踏板车10的主体20中。穿过注塑成型体20的导电材料用作导体并电连接电池21,电动机93和控制器25以控制后轮30的驱动操作。在一些实施例中,后驱动组件80可以是具有控制器和电池单独模块的单个模块或组件,前述单个模块或组件可以在制造期间耦合到或插入主体20内。

转向组件,连接到主体的第一端,所述转向组件具有可旋转的轴和叉,所述叉支撑前轮,前轮可绕第一轴旋转;
后轮,由主体支撑并连接到主体的第二端,后轮可绕第二轴旋转,前轮和后轮沿主体的纵向轴线对齐;
后驱动组件,包括马达和多个齿轮,所述后驱动组件由主体支撑并被设置成将旋转力传递到至少一个后轮;
电池壳体,由主体支撑;以及
电池,被配置为沿着与主体的纵向轴线大致平行的方向可选择地从电池壳体移除。
14.根据权利要求13所述的个人移动交通工具,其特征在于,所述后驱动组件被构造成沿第一方向将旋转力传递到所述后轮,并且被构造成允许所述后轮沿第二方向自由转动。
15.根据权利要求13所述的个人移动交通工具,其特征在于,所述电池壳体连接到所述甲板下方的所述主体的底表面。
16.如权利要求15所述的个人移动交通工具,其特征在于,所述电池壳体连接到所述主体的第一端。
17.根据权利要求16所述的个人移动交通工具,其特征在于,所述转向组件被构造成相对于所述主体枢转到折叠形态,并且当所述转向组件处于所述折叠形态时,所述电池可从所述电池壳体移除。
18.如权利要求13所述的个人移动交通工具,其特征在于,所述控制器由在甲板下方的主体的第二端支撑。
19.根据权利要求13所述的个人移动交通工具,其特征在于,所述后驱动组件还包括设置在轴承连接器内的轴承,所述轴承连接器与所述至少一个后轮连接并且被构造成允许所述后轮经由从动轴在第一方向旋转并且在与第一方向相反的第二方向上自由转动。
20.根据权利要求13所述的个人移动交通工具,其特征在于,所述后驱动组件被安装在壳体内,所述壳体形成所述主体的第二端的一部分。
