概述
本发明通过在至少一个实施方案中提供用于将交通工具装饰件施加在交通工具舱室部件上的符合轮廓的连接系统(contour connect system)来解决现有技术中的一个或更多个问题。符合轮廓的连接系统包括织物环和低廓形钩部件(low-profile hookcomponent)。织物环部件包括间隔层、A类表面层和含环层,A类表面层附着到间隔层的一侧,而含环层附着到间隔层的相对侧。有利地,符合轮廓的连接系统允许将皮革交通工具装饰件安装在诸如交通工具座椅的交通工具内饰部件上,而不会起皱,起皱是使许多现有技术的系统苦恼的问题。
在另一个实施方案中,提供了一种用于将交通工具装饰件施加在交通工具舱室部件上的符合轮廓的连接系统。该符合轮廓的连接系统包括织物环和低廓形钩部件。织物环部件包括间隔层,A类表面层和含环层,A类表面层附着到间隔层的一侧,而含环层附着到间隔层的相对侧。其特征在于,间隔层包括上层和下层,其中支撑线布置在上层和下层之间。

参考图1、图2和图3,提供了符合轮廓的连接系统的示意图。符合轮廓的连接系统10包括织物环部件12和低廓形钩部件14。在进一步的方案中,织物环部件12包括间隔层16,间隔层16可以是双针杆间隔通气材料(double needle bar spacer vent material)或其它织造间隔通气材料,或者可选择地,是不可通气的基底材料例如非织造片材或聚氨酯泡沫。应该理解的是,任何数量的不同种类的织造或非织造聚合物片材或聚合物泡沫可以被用于间隔层16。间隔层16通常具有约1mm至50mm的厚度。将A类表面层18附着到间隔层16的一侧,同时将含环层24附着到间隔层16的相对侧。A类表面层18的侧面(side)/面(face)提供交通工具装饰件的A类表面。A类表面可以由几乎任何合适的片状材料形成,特别是皮革、织物或乙烯基材料。在交通工具内饰应用中,A类表面层18的面22是装饰覆盖物的可见部件。在一些变型中,A类表面层18可以具有在面22上凸出或凹陷的装饰图案。在一个进一步的方案中,含环层24是具有起绒表面的起绒织物,该起绒表面提供用于锁定到低廓形钩部件14的环。间隔层16和含环层24可以结合或层压在一起以形成随后附接到A类表面层18的复合双层26。
间隔层16通常具有约1mm至50mm的平均厚度。在给定的应用中,由于该层的弹性(elasticity)和/或回弹性(resiliency),间隔层16的厚度可以变化。这种弹性和/或回弹性有利地允许厚度调节以填充可能存在于A类表面层18中的凹穴(pockets),特别是当装饰图案在A类表面层18上凸出时。含环层24通常具有约0.5mm至约5mm的平均厚度。A类表面层18通常具有约0.5mm至约5mm的平均厚度。
在一个变型中,A类表面层18和间隔层16通过层压和/或使用粘合剂被附着。例如,粘合剂网可以插入A类表面层18和间隔层16之间。在一个变型中,通过加热使粘合剂网被热激活以提供这些层之间的结合。在另一个进一步的方案中,A类表面层18通过射频(“RF”)焊接或结合来附着。为了便于A类表面层18附着到间隔层16,间隔层16可以由各种聚合物纱线且尤其是双组分聚氨酯纱线形成。在一些层压过程中,A类表面层18和间隔层16使用在特定位置施加粘合剂的有图案的辊层压。在变型中,聚氨酯双组分纱线具有在不同温度下熔融的内芯和外护套(例如,护套在较低温度下熔融)。这种双组分纱线对于将A类表面层18结合到间隔层16是有用的。
仍然参照图1、图2和图3,低廓形钩部件14通常是具有片材28的低廓形钩层,钩30从该片材28从表面32延伸。在这种情况下,“低廓形”意指钩不从片材28延伸长的距离。在进一步的方案中,低廓形钩部件14具有从钩的顶部到底表面34的顶部测量的大约0.5mm至2.5mm的厚度d1。在另一个进一步的方案中,低廓形钩部件14具有从大约1mm到1.8mm的厚度d1。在又一进一步的方案中,低廓形钩部件14具有从大约1.2mm到1.5mm的厚度d1
出于多种原因,使用低廓形钩部件14是有利的。这样的低廓形钩部件可以比其它类似的钩部件具有少的侵略性,意指这样的低廓形钩部件可以具有合理地低的剥离强度(以允许在组装或维修座椅期间在装饰覆盖物的附接或重新附接期间需要时容易地重新定位装饰覆盖物),同时仍具有足够高的抗剪强度(以确保装饰覆盖物在乘员进入座椅和从座椅离开期间保持在适当的位置)。低廓形钩部件14的倒钩的低廓形还有助于确保钩不随着时间的推移而穿过装饰覆盖物的A类表面侵入。
有利地,低廓形钩部件14是柔性的,从而允许其容易地符合座椅轮廓。在进一步的方案中,可以将粘合剂或粘合剂层施加到底表面34,以将低廓形钩部件14附着到交通工具部件(例如,交通工具座椅或头枕中的泡沫基底)。作为另外的进一步的方案,可以在模制泡沫垫之后或模制泡沫垫期间将低廓形钩部件14附连到泡沫垫。低廓形钩部件可以具有通气的或穿孔的基底,使得当泡沫被模制时,泡沫渗入通气孔以将低廓形钩部件保持在合适位置。可选择地,可以在低廓形钩部件的基底上提供特征,例如在模制时被捕获在泡沫中的突片或凸起。
低廓形钩层的示例是HALCOTM低廓形钩层,该低廓形钩层是模制尼龙(即,脂肪族或半芳族聚酰胺)。如图2所描绘的,含环层24与钩层互锁以形成附接层36。在乘员进入或离开座椅期间低廓形钩部件14弯曲时,为了适当地最小化或消除“油罐(oil can)”类型的声音,可以在低廓形钩部件14中设置一个或更多个狭缝42。
参考图4A、图4B、图5A和图5B,提供了可透气的间隔层16的变型。在变型中,符合轮廓的连接系统10’包括如上面所阐述的织物环部件12和低廓形钩部件14。在该变型中,织物环部件12包括多层的间隔层16’。如上所阐述的,间隔层16’通常具有约1mm至50mm的厚度。将A类表面层18附着到间隔层16’的一侧,而将含环层24附着到间隔层16’的相对侧。A类表面层18的侧面/面提供交通工具装饰件的A类表面。在一个进一步的方案中,含环层24是具有起绒表面的起绒织物,起绒表面提供用于锁定到低廓形钩部件14的环。间隔层16’和含环层24可以结合或层压在一起以形成随后附接到A类表面层18的复合双层26。
仍然参考图4A、图4B、图5A和图5B,间隔层16’是具有上层46和下层48的针织织物,支撑线50布置在上层和下层之间。在进一步的方案中,上层46和下层48是纺织品层,特别是织造纺织品层。支撑线将上层和下层彼此连接。在进一步的方案中,多个支撑线50的至少一部分在交叉点处彼此连接。在另外的进一步的方案中,上层46、下层48和支撑线50由诸如聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯及类似物的聚合物形成。在进一步的方案中,上层46、下层48和支撑线50由单丝纤维形成,该单丝纤维具有约10旦尼尔至50旦尼尔的旦数。
仍然参考图5A和图5B,在进一步的方案中,上层46和下层48中的一个或两个界定了允许气体(例如,空气)通过的多个开口52。在另外的进一步的方案中,每个开口具有约4mm2至25mm2的横截面面积。在大多数应用中,开口52由下层48界定,而上层46不具有这样的开口。类似地,含环层24也可界定多个开口56。在进一步的方案中,多个开口52和多个开口56各自独立地布置成平行的排,沿着给定排的每个开口相隔大约3mm到10mm,并且相邻排相隔大约3mm到10mm。通常,相邻的排将是偏移的,且特别是以六边形图案布置。
参考图6,示出了具有装饰覆盖物的交通工具部件的示意性横截面,该装饰覆盖物包含上面阐述的符合轮廓的连接系统。泡沫基底60包括一个或更多个起伏62,其可以界定坡和谷。低廓形钩部件14的柔性允许该部件符合这样的廓形,由此允许随后附接织物环部件12。这样的交通工具应用的示例包括但不限于附接到交通工具座椅泡沫基底/衬垫、头枕泡沫基底(特别是在封闭区域附近)、靠近杯架的泡沫基底及类似物。
参考图7A和图7B,提供了示出低廓形钩部件在泡沫交通工具座椅衬垫上的放置的俯视图。座椅靠背泡沫垫70和座椅底部泡沫垫72具有附着到数个位置的低廓形钩部件14。然后将织物环部件12放置在垫子上以安装座椅装饰件。有利地,具有低廓形钩部件14和织物环部件12的特征的紧固设计允许装饰覆盖物紧密附着到泡沫垫70和/或72的符合轮廓的,甚至在相对较宽的范围内,其中不存在为装饰罩提供的其它的系紧/紧固。这允许在具有很少的其它系紧件或不具有其它系紧件的情况下装饰罩与泡沫垫中的轮廓相符合。这提供了更大的设计自由度,因为其允许使用更大范围的不规则的装饰罩(即,不是通过缝合在一起的单个片段形成的更大面积的装饰覆盖物),特别是在弯曲(凹/凸)表面上。这种紧固方法的使用也提高了耐用性,因为它抵抗随时间的推移而使装饰罩形成不美观的下垂的任何倾向。
低廓形钩部件14和织物环部件12的使用可以用在装饰罩紧固系统中,该紧固系统还包括嵌入在泡沫垫70和/或72中的常规紧固件。例如,图7A示出了泡沫垫70和72可以包括沟槽80,夹子82或其它紧固件嵌入该沟槽80中,以捕获被包括在装饰覆盖物的下侧上的对应紧固特征。
虽然上面描述了示例性实施方案,但是并非意图这些实施方案描述本发明的所有可能的形式。而是,在说明书中使用的词语是描述性的而不具有限制性的词语,并且应理解,可做出各种变化而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。此外,各种实现的实施方案的特征可被组合以形成本发明的另外的实施方案。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于施加交通工具装饰件的符合轮廓的连接系统,该符合轮廓的连接系统包括:
织物环部件,其包括间隔层、A类表面层和含环层,所述A类表面层附着到间隔层的一侧,而所述含环层附着到间隔层的相对侧;和
低廓形钩部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的符合轮廓的连接系统,其中所述A类表面层是皮革、织物或乙烯基材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的符合轮廓的连接系统,其中,所述低廓形钩部件具有从约0.5mm至2.5mm的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的符合轮廓的连接系统,其中所述低廓形钩部件具有从约1mm至1.8mm的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的符合轮廓的连接系统,其中所述间隔层是间隔通气材料或不可通气的基础材料。
