Claims (13)
- ユーザに対面する第1発泡体階層(11、111、211、311)及び前記ユーザから離れている第2発泡体階層(21、221)を有する車両座席用の発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)であって、
前記第1発泡体階層(11、111、211、311)は、前記第2発泡体階層(21、221)とは異なる硬さ及び/又は密度を有し、
前記第1発泡体階層(11、111、211、311)は前記ユーザに対面する複数のコンフォートチューブ(50、150、250、350)を有し、
前記複数のコンフォートチューブ(50、150、250、350)の一部はホール(55、155、255、355)を有し、
前記ホール(55、155、255、355)の少なくとも一つは前記発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)を完全に貫通しないブラインドホールとして形成され、他のホール(55、155、255、355)は前記発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)を完全に貫通する連続ホールとして形成される、発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)。 - 前記ホール(55、155、255、355)は前記複数のコンフォートチューブ(50、150、250、350)の内の少なくとも一つにて円筒状に延びる、請求項1記載の前記発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)。
- 複数のホール(355)が前記複数のコンフォートチューブ(350)の少なくとも一つに設けられる、請求項1又は2記載の前記発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)。
- 前記第1発泡体階層(11、111、211、311)はポリエチレン、ジュート、ガーゼ、不織布材料の網目構造(225)によって前記第2発泡体階層(21、221)から分離される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の前記発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)。
- 前記網目構造(225)によって形成される分離平坦面が前記第1発泡体階層(11、111、211、311)と前記第2発泡体階層(21、221)との間の前記発泡体部品の概ね水平な平坦面に位置する、請求項4記載の前記発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)。
- 前記分離平坦面(225)は少なくとも二つの近接のコンフォートチューブ(50、150、250、350)の間の窪み部(52、152、252、352)の最下点の領域に配置される、請求項5記載の前記発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)。

- 第1ステップにおいて、前記コンフォートチューブ(50、150、250、350)を有する前記第1発泡体階層(11、111、211、311)が発泡化され、第2ステップにおいて、前記第2発泡体階層(21、221)が発泡化される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載の発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)を製造するための方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載の発泡体部品(5、105、205、305)を請求項12に記載された方法によって、製造するための器具(500)であって、
a)下部(510)と、
b)中間挿入部として不織布材料(225)を取付けるフレーム(520)と

を有する、前記器具。
