背景技术
近年来,随着智能手机和平板电脑等移动设备的发展,需要更薄更轻的显示基板。玻璃或钢化玻璃作为具有优异的机械性能的材料通常用于这些移动装置的显示窗或前板。然而,玻璃由于其自身重量而导致移动装置的重量重,并且具有由于外部冲击而损坏的问题。
因此,正在研究塑料树脂作为玻璃的替代品。塑料树脂组合物适于追求更轻的移动设备的趋势,因为它是轻质的并且不太可能被损坏。特别地,为了获得能够进行触摸驱动、防止灰尘附着并具有表面电阻、铅笔硬度和抗弯曲性的组合物,已经提出了作为硬涂层被涂布在支撑基板上的组合物。
注册号为10-1241280的韩国专利涉及一种具有抗污染和抗静电性能的UV固化性硬涂层组合物,其包括:相对于100重量份的整个组合物,3重量份-30重量份的UV固化性树脂、0.01重量份-3重量份的氟改性多官能丙烯酸酯化合物、5重量份-30重量份的导电聚合物水溶液、0.1重量份-5重量份的光聚合引发剂和30重量份-90重量份的对导电聚合物具有亲和性的极性有机溶剂;以及通过UV照射使该组合物固化而形成的硬涂层,其具有等于或大于3H的硬度、106Ω/sq-108Ω/sq的表面电阻、等于或大于95度的水接触角、等于或大于92%的可见光透射率和等于或大于0.5%的雾度值。由于可以通过施涂组合物一次在塑料板上形成具有防污和抗静电性能的硬涂层,所以该方法可以简单,制造成本可能低,并且可以表现出与塑料板的优异粘附性、透明性、耐磨性、抗静电性和耐污染性。
此外,注册号为10-0199406的韩国专利涉及一种具有抗静电性的光固化性硬涂层组合物和涂布其的方法,该光固化性硬涂层组合物包括:10重量%-60重量%的六官能丙烯酸系单体、4重量%-20重量%的三官能丙烯酸系单体、20重量%-60重量%的丙烯酸系单体、3重量%-7重量%的光引发剂、3重量%-40重量%的UV固化性永久性抗静电剂、0重量%-10重量%的导电二氧化钛和少量的UV稳定剂。该组合物赋予涂膜抗静电性能,同时有效地改善诸如耐划伤性、耐磨性、耐候性、耐污染性、防滑性等性能。
然而,传统技术可能由于表面电阻低而在触摸驱动方面存在问题,并且当应用于柔性显示器时,由于抗弯曲性的降低可能难以将其涂布到包括触摸传感器的柔性显示器作为增大表面硬度的对策。

发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种用作包括触摸传感器的柔性显示窗的膜的硬涂膜以及使用该硬涂膜的包括触摸传感器的柔性显示窗,该硬涂膜设置在窗膜上,因此能够驱动触摸传感器、防止灰尘附着、同时改善窗膜的表面硬度和抗弯曲性。
此外,本发明的另一个目的是提供一种使用上述硬涂膜的包括触摸传感器的柔性显示窗。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的硬涂膜的表面电阻为5E+11Ω/sq至5E+13Ω/sq。
此外,根据本发明的显示窗使用该硬涂膜。
如上所述,根据本发明的硬涂膜将表面电阻保持在特定值,因此能够驱动触摸传感器,能够防止灰尘附着,并且能够表现出优异的表面电阻、铅笔硬度和抗弯曲性。
具体实施方式
<硬涂膜>
根据本发明的硬涂膜包括依次层叠的透明基板层和表面电阻为5E+11Ω/sq至5E+13Ω/sq的硬涂层。
根据本发明的硬涂膜优选具有5E+11Ω/sq至5E+13Ω/sq的表面电阻。当其表面电阻在上述范围内时,可以防止灰尘附着而不影响驱动触摸传感器。然而,当其表面电阻小于上述范围时,触摸驱动可能受到影响,而当其表面电阻大于上述范围时,可以防止灰尘附着,但使抗静电效果劣化。
透明基板层
透明基板层可以是任何透明聚合物膜。本文中所用的术语“透明度”是指可见光的透射率为70%以上或80%以上。
透明基板层可以具体为由诸如三乙酰纤维素、乙酰纤维素丁酸酯、乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、丙酰纤维素、丁酰纤维素、乙酰丙酰纤维素、聚酯、聚苯乙烯,聚酰胺,聚醚酰亚胺,聚丙烯酸系、聚酰亚胺、聚醚砜、聚砜、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲基戊烯、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩醛、聚醚酮、聚醚醚酮、聚醚砜、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯等聚合物制成的膜。这些聚合物可以单独使用以其两种以上的组合使用。
硬涂层
可以通过在透明基板层的一个表面上涂布包含锂离子的硬涂层组合物,然后通过紫外线的辐射将该组合物光固化来形成硬涂层。
硬涂层组合物包括锂离子,并且还可以包括一种或多种光聚合性化合物、溶剂和光引发剂。这将在下面更详细地描述。
在这种情况下,可以没有限制地使用涂布硬涂层组合物的方法,只要其可以应用于本领域即可。例如,可以使用棒涂法、刮刀涂布法、辊涂法、刮板涂布法、模压涂布法、微凹版涂布法、缺角轮涂布法、狭缝型模压涂布法、唇涂法、溶液流延法等。
锂离子
锂离子可以由如下物质提供:诸如高氯酸锂(LiClO4)、六氟磷酸锂(LiPF6)、六氟砷酸锂(LiAsF6)、四氟硼酸锂(LiBF4)等的锂盐;诸如三氟甲磺酸锂(LiTf)、双(三氟甲烷)磺酰亚胺酸锂(LiTFSI)、双(五氟甲烷)磺酰亚胺锂(LiBETI)和双(氟磺酰基)亚胺锂(LiFSI)等全氟烷基磺酸系锂盐;过酸系锂盐(LiSA:CnF2n+1SO3Li,n=4,8,10);多阴离子锂盐;锂的1,2,3-二噻唑烷-4,4,5,5-四氟-1,1,33-四氧化物(LiCTFSI);双(草酸)硼酸锂(LiBOB);诸如锂-4,5-二氰基-2-三氟甲基咪唑(LiTDI)和锂-4,5-二氰基-2-五氟乙基咪唑(LiPDI)的咪唑系锂盐;诸如锂-4,5-二氰基-1,2,3-三唑(LiDCTA)和四氰基硼酸锂(LiB(CN)4)的非含氟锂盐等。这些可以单独使用或以其两种以上组合使用。
虽然不受理论的限制,但据信锂离子与透光树脂中的氧结合以改善硬涂层的导电性。此外,在硬涂层中形成柔性离子键合位点而不是共价键。因此,它像半交联键一样作用以在测量硬度时改善硬度,并且同时键被自由断开(不同于共价键),并且在其它位点再次形成键以在测量柔性时改善柔性。因此,认为可以同时改善硬度和柔性。
此外,相对于100重量%的整个硬涂层组合物,锂离子化合物的含量优选为0.1重量%至10重量%。当锂化合物的含量小于0.1重量%时,由于表面电阻高而使防灰尘附着性能劣化,而当锂化合物的含量大于10重量%时,由于表面电阻低而导致触摸驱动延迟,因此正常的触摸驱动困难。
光固化性树脂
光固化性树脂可以包括光固化(甲基)丙烯酸酯低聚物和单体。
光固化性(甲基)丙烯酸酯低聚物通常可以是环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯等,更优选为氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯。氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯可以通过在催化剂存在下使分子中具有羟基的多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯与具有异氰酸酯基的化合物反应来制备。分子中具有羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的具体示例可以是选自由(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基异丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸4-羟基丁酯、己内酯开环羟基丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三(或四)(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物和二季戊四醇五(或六)(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物组成的组中的一种或多种。
此外,具有异氰酸酯基的化合物的具体示例可以是选自由1,4-二异氰酸酯基丁烷、1,6-二异氰酸酯基己烷、1,8-二异氰酸酯基辛烷、1,12-二异氰酸酯基十二烷、1,5-二异氰酸酯基-2-甲基戊烷、三甲基-1,6-二异氰酸酯基己烷、1,3-双(异氰酸酯基甲基)环己烷、反-1,4-环己烯二异氰酸酯、4,4′-亚甲基双(环己基异氰酸酯)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯、二甲苯-1,4-二异氰酸酯、四甲基二甲苯-1,3-二异氰酸酯、1-氯甲基-2,4-二异氰酸酯、4,4′-亚甲基双(2,6-二甲基苯基异氰酸酯)、4,4′-氧双(苯基异氰酸酯)、衍生自六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的三官能异氰酸酯和三甲烷丙醇加成甲苯二异氰酸酯组成的组中的一种或多种。
光固化性(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体在分子中具有通常使用的光固化性官能团,例如,不饱和基团例如(甲基)丙烯酰基、乙烯基、苯乙烯基、烯丙基等。其中,单体更优选具有(甲基)丙烯酰基。
具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的单体的具体示例可以是选自由新戊二醇丙烯酸酯,1,6-己二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三甘醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基乙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,2,4-环己烷四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、五甘油三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯、双(2-羟基乙基)异氰脲酸酯二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异癸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸四氢糠酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯和(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片酯组成的组中的一种或多种。
相对于100重量份的整个硬涂层组合物,光固化性树脂的含量优选为1重量份至80重量份,但不特别限于此。当光固化性树脂的含量小于1重量份时,难以获得足够的硬度改善,而当光固化性树脂的含量大于80重量份时,卷曲增加。
此外,光固化性树脂还可以包括通常用于增强硬涂层的硬度的无机纳米粒子。具体地,当在硬涂层组合物中包含无机纳米粒子时,可以进一步提高机械性能。更具体地,在涂膜中均匀地形成无机纳米粒子,因此可以改善机械性能例如耐磨性、耐划伤性、铅笔硬度等。
无机纳米粒子可以具有1nm-100nm、特别为1nm-80nm、更特别为5nm-50nm的平均直径。当无机纳米粒子的平均直径在这些范围内时,可以防止在组合物中发生团聚的现象,从而形成均匀的涂膜,并且还可以防止涂膜的光学特性和机械性能的下降。
无机纳米粒子可以是选自由Al2O3、SiO2,ZnO、ZrO2、BaTiO3、TiO2、Ta2O5、Ti3O5、ITO、IZO、ATO、ZnO-Al、Nb2O3、SnO、MgO及其组合组成的组中的一种或多种,但是本发明不限于此。无机纳米粒子可以包括本领域中通常使用的金属氧化物。
具体地,无机纳米粒子可以是Al2O3、SiO2或ZrO2。无机纳米粒子可以被直接制造,或者可以是将无机纳米粒子以10重量%-80重量%的浓度分散在有机溶剂中的市售产品。
溶剂
溶剂是可以溶解或分散上述组合物的物质,并且可以没有限制地使用,只要它是本领域已知的硬涂层组合物的溶剂即可。
具体地,溶剂优选为醇(例如甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、甲基溶纤剂、乙基溶纤剂等);酮(例如甲乙酮、甲基丁基酮、甲基异丁基酮、二乙基酮、二丙基酮、环己酮等);乙酸酯(例如,乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸正丁酯、乙酸叔丁酯、甲基溶纤剂乙酸酯、乙基溶纤剂乙酸酯、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇单乙醚乙酸酯、丙二醇单丙醚乙酸酯、乙酸甲氧基丁酯、乙酸甲氧基戊酯等);烷烃(例如己烷、庚烷、辛烷等);苯或其衍生物(例如苯、甲苯、二甲苯等);醚(例如二甘醇二甲醚、二甘醇二乙醚、二甘醇二丙醚、二甘醇二丁醚、丙二醇单甲醚等)等。溶剂可以单独使用或以两种以上的组合使用。
相对于100重量%的整个硬涂层组合物,溶剂的含量优选为10重量%-95重量%。当溶剂的含量小于10重量%时,不仅由于粘度的增加而导致可加工性劣化,而且也可能不能充分改善透明基板层的溶胀。另一方面,当溶剂的含量大于95重量%时,干燥过程可能需要长时间,并且经济可行性可能降低。
光引发剂
可以没有限制地使用光引发剂,只要它在本领域中使用即可,并且可以是选自由羟基酮、氨基酮、夺氢型光引发剂及其组合组成的组中的一种或多种。
具体地,光引发剂可以是选自由2-甲基-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-2-吗啉丙酮-1、二苯基酮、苄基二甲基缩酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-酮、4-羟基环苯基酮、2,2-二甲氧基-2-苯基苯乙酮、蒽醌、芴、三苯胺、咔唑、3-甲基苯乙酮、4-氯苯乙酮、4,4-二甲氧基苯乙酮、4,4-二氨基二苯甲酮、1-羟基环己基苯基酮、二苯甲酮、二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦及其组合组成的组中一种或多种。
相对于100重量%的整个硬涂层组合物,光引发剂的含量优选为0.1重量%-10重量%,更优选为1重量%-5重量%。当光引发剂的含量小于0.1重量%时,硬涂层组合物的固化速度可能降低,并且由于固化速度降低引起的固化不充分而导致机械性能可能劣化。另一方面,当其含量大于10重量%时,由于过度固化,涂膜可能会破裂。
根据本发明的硬涂膜的铅笔硬度优选为5H以上,更优选为6H以上。当硬涂膜的铅笔硬度在上述范围内时,可以实现优异的表面硬度。
<显示窗>
本发明提供一种使用硬涂膜的显示窗。在这种情况下,显示窗可以是柔性的。具体地,硬涂膜可以用作如下的功能层或替代品:诸如LCD、OLED、LED、FED等的显示器的玻璃罩、各种移动通信终端的触摸面板、使用显示器的智能手机或平板电脑、电子纸等。
本发明提供一种包括该显示窗的图像显示装置,并且该图像显示装置可以是触摸传感器。

实施例1-4和比较例1:硬涂膜的制造
实施例1
将制备例1中制备的硬涂层组合物(硬涂层溶液)以使得组合物在固化后的厚度为10μm的方式涂布在厚度为50μm的聚酰亚胺膜的一个表面上。涂膜后,使溶剂干燥,并以500mJ/cm2的累计光强度照射紫外线以涂覆一个表面。然后,将制备例1中制备的硬涂层组合物以使得组合物在固化后的厚度为10μm的方式涂布在聚酰亚胺膜的另一个表面上。涂膜后,使溶剂干燥并照射紫外线以制造硬涂膜。
实施例2
以与实施例1中相同的方式制造硬涂膜,不同之处在于使用制备例2中制备的硬涂层组合物替代制备例1中制备的硬涂层组合物。
实施例3
以与实施例1中相同的方式制造硬涂膜,不同之处在于使用制备例3中制备的硬涂层组合物代替制备例1中制备的硬涂层组合物。
实施例4

实验例
通过以下方式测量实施例1至4和比较例1中制备的硬涂膜的性能,其结果示于表1中。本发明中使用的测量方法和评价方法如下。
1)表面电阻
使用高电阻率仪(Hiresta-UP,MCP-HT450,可商购自MitsubishiChemicalAnalytech Co.,Ltd.)的URS探针将500V的电压施加到硬涂膜的表面以测量表面电阻。结果如下表1中所示。
2)铅笔硬度
在将铅笔在1kg的负荷下沿45度角的方向设置后,将涂膜固定在玻璃上。之后,使用具有各铅笔硬度的铅笔进行五次评价,然后用不能对涂膜标记达四次以上的铅笔的硬度值表示铅笔硬度。结果如下表1中所示。
3)抗弯曲性
将硬涂膜的涂层朝向内侧,将硬涂膜对半折叠,以在其表面之间具有6mm的间隔。之后,用肉眼观察当膜再次展开时折叠部分是否开裂,并进行评价。结果如下表1中所示。
良好:在折叠部分处没有开裂
差:在折叠部分处开裂

参照表1,可以看出,在本发明的实施例1-4的情况下,表现出优异的表面电阻、铅笔硬度和抗弯曲性。特别地,硬涂膜可以实现6H以上的铅笔硬度。因此,由于硬涂膜具有上述铅笔硬度,所以可以实现优异的表面硬度。
另一方面,可以看出,在比较例1的情况下,表面电阻超过机械测量范围,而且铅笔硬度和抗弯曲性也不优异。
Claims (11)
1.一种硬涂膜,其用作包括触摸传感器的柔性显示窗的膜,其中所述硬涂膜的表面电阻为5E+11Ω/sq至5E+13Ω/sq。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬涂膜,其中,所述硬涂膜的铅笔硬度为5H以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硬涂膜,其中,所述硬涂膜含有包含锂离子化合物的硬涂层组合物的固化产物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硬涂膜,其中,相对于100重量%的整个硬涂层组合物,以0.1重量%-10重量%的含量包含所述锂离子化合物。
5.根据权利要求3所述的硬涂膜,其中,所述硬涂层组合物还包括选自由光固化性树脂、溶剂和光引发剂组成的组中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的硬涂膜,其中,所述硬涂层组合物还包括无机纳米粒子。
7.根据权利要求5所述的硬涂膜,其中,相对于100重量份的整个硬涂层组合物,以1重量份-80重量份包含所述光固化性树脂。
8.根据权利要求5所述的硬涂膜,其中,相对于100重量%的整个硬涂层组合物,以10重量%-95重量%包含所述溶剂。
9.根据权利要求5所述的硬涂膜,其中,相对于100重量%的整个硬涂层组合物,以0.1重量%-10重量%包含所述光引发剂。
10.一种包括触摸传感器的柔性显示窗,其使用根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的硬涂膜。
11.一种图像显示装置,其具有根据权利要求10所述的包括触摸传感器的柔性显示窗。
