本发明公开了一种养胃山药复合雪米饼,其原料按重量份包括:大米100‑120份,小麦40‑50份,山药20‑30份,奶酪6‑8份,黄豆粉2‑4份,虾皮粉1‑2份,促进吸收剂4‑6份,调味剂3‑5份,稳定剂8‑10份,添加剂10‑15份。本发明营养丰富,并且能温中健脾,理气和胃,改善人体肠道菌群,促进人体对养分的吸收。

当今社会,人们的生活节奏越来越快,易携带、易食用的食物成为人们首选,如饼干、雪米饼等。雪米饼口感酥脆,食用方便,保质期较长,深受人们喜爱,但是,雪米饼营养成分较低,且过快的生活节奏重了胃的负担,长期食用会影响人们的身体健康。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种养胃山药复合雪米饼,本发明营养丰富,并且能温中健脾,理气和胃,改善人体肠道菌群,促进人体对养分的吸收。
本发明提出了一种养胃山药复合雪米饼,其原料按重量份包括:大米100-120份,小麦40-50份,山药20-30份,奶酪6-8份,黄豆粉2-4份,虾皮粉1-2份,促进吸收剂4-6份,调味剂3-5份,稳定剂8-10份,添加剂10-15份。
优选地,促进吸收剂为维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽。
优选地,调味剂为木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐。
优选地,稳定剂为茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油。
优选地,添加剂的原料包括:黄芪、大枣、干姜、山楂、陈皮、砂仁、莲子。
山药,别名为薯蓣、怀山药、淮山药、土薯、山薯、山芋、玉延等,为薯蓣科薯蓣属植物山药的根茎。味甘,性平;入肺、脾、肾经;不燥不腻;能健脾补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精、聪耳明目、助五脏、强筋骨、长志安神、延年益寿;主治脾胃虚弱、倦怠无力、食欲不振、久泄久痢、肺气虚燥、痰喘咳嗽、肾气亏耗、腰膝酸软、下肢痿弱、消渴尿频、遗精早泄、带下白浊、皮肤赤肿、肥胖等病症。
黄芪,别名为绵芪、绵黄芪、黄耆等,为豆科草本植物蒙古黄芪、膜荚黄芪的根。味甘,性温;归肺、脾经。能补气固表,托疮生肌。主治体虚自汗,久泻,脱肛,子宫脱垂,慢性肾炎,体虚浮肿,慢性溃疡,疮口久不愈合。
大枣,别名为枣、红枣、枣子、干枣、美枣等,为鼠李科枣属植物枣的干燥成熟果实。味甘,性温;归胃、脾经。能补脾和胃,益气生津,调营卫,解药毒。用于胃虚食少,脾弱便溏,气血津液不足,营卫不和,心悸怔忡。妇人赃躁。
干姜,别名为白姜、均姜、干生姜等,为姜科植物姜的干燥根茎。味辛,性热;归胃、肺、脾经。能温中散寒,回阳通脉,燥湿消痰。用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,肢冷脉微,痰饮喘咳。
山楂,别名为粱梅、朹子、鼠查、羊梂、赤爪实、棠梂子、赤枣子等,为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实。味酸、甘,性温;入胃、脾、肝经。能消食积;化滞瘀。用于饮食积滞,脘腹胀痛,泄泻痢疾,血瘀痛经,闭经,产后腹痛;恶露不尽。
陈皮,别名为橘皮、贵老、红皮、黄橘皮、广橘皮、新会皮、柑皮、广陈皮等,为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的成熟果皮。味辛、苦,性温;入肺、脾经。能理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
砂仁,别名为春砂仁、缩砂仁、缩砂蜜、缩砂蔤、缩沙蜜、缩砂密等,为姜科植物阳春砂、绿壳砂或海南砂的干燥成熟果实。味辛,性温;入胃、脾经。能行气调中,和胃,醒脾。用于腹痛痞胀,胃呆食滞,噎膈呕吐,寒泻冷痢,妊娠胎动。
莲子,别名为莲肉、莲米、藕实、水芝丹、莲实、泽芝、莲蓬子等,为睡莲科水生草本植物莲的种子。味甘、涩,性平;入心、脾、肾经。能补脾止泻,益肾涩精,养心安神。用于脾虚久泻,遗精带下,心悸失眠。
优选地,维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽的重量比为1-2:2-3。
优选地,木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐的重量比为2-4:2-4:1。
优选地,茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油的重量比为1-2:2-4:1-2:3-5。
优选地,黄芪、大枣、干姜、山楂、陈皮、砂仁、莲子的重量比为8-12:5-7:2-4:8-10:4-6:1-2:1-2。
优选地,在添加剂的制备过程中,将黄芪、干姜、陈皮、砂仁、莲子粉碎混匀,加水煎煮2次,每次煎煮2-3h,合并煎煮液减压浓缩得到中间物料;将大枣、山楂洗净去核后,与中间物料混匀,干燥,粉碎过80-100目筛得到添加剂。
在添加剂的制备过程中,不规定水的用量,根据具体操作确定其用量。
本发明的制备方法为:将大米、小麦磨粉,将山药蒸熟,然后与奶酪、黄豆粉、虾皮粉、调味剂、添加剂混匀得到混合物;将促进吸收剂、稳定剂与水混匀后,加入混合物中混匀,制成雪米饼饼胚,蒸制,干燥,膨化得到养胃山药复合雪米饼。
本发明选用大米、小麦、山药、奶酪、黄豆粉、虾皮粉相互配合,增加本发明的营养成分,并通过添加维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽作为促进吸收剂,进一步促进人体对营养成分的吸收;选用木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐作为调味剂,改善本发明的口感,并且木糖醇、大豆低聚糖与维生素D、酪蛋白磷酸肽相互配合,改善肠道菌群,促进肠道有益菌的生长,进而促进各营养元素的吸收;选用茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油作为稳定剂,均为天然稳定剂,安全无毒,并能增加本发明中各养分的稳定性,并延长本发明的保质期,并进一步增加本发明的营养成分;选用山药与黄芪、大枣、干姜、山楂、陈皮、砂仁、莲子相互配合,并结合木糖醇、大豆低聚糖、酪蛋白磷酸肽相互配合,温中健脾,理气和胃,消食止痛,养心安神,促进吸收,从而达到养胃和胃的作用;大米、燕麦、山药和上述各物质相互配合,使得本发明具有丰富养分,并且具有养胃的作用,改善人体肠道菌群,促进人体对养分的吸收。

一种养胃山药复合雪米饼,其原料按重量份包括:大米100份,小麦50份,山药20份,奶酪8份,黄豆粉2份,虾皮粉2份,促进吸收剂4份,调味剂5份,稳定剂8份,添加剂15份;
其中,促进吸收剂为维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽;
调味剂为木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐;
稳定剂为茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油;
添加剂的原料包括:黄芪、大枣、干姜、山楂、陈皮、砂仁、莲子。
实施例3
一种养胃山药复合雪米饼,其原料按重量份包括:大米120份,小麦40份,山药30份,奶酪6份,黄豆粉4份,虾皮粉1份,促进吸收剂6份,调味剂3份,稳定剂10份,添加剂10份;
其中,促进吸收剂为维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽,其中,维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽的重量比为1:1;
调味剂为木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐,其中,木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐的重量比为4:2:1;
稳定剂为茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油,其中,茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油的重量比为2:2:2:3;
在添加剂的制备过程中,将黄芪、干姜、陈皮、砂仁、莲子粉碎混匀,加水煎煮2次,每次煎煮3h,合并煎煮液减压浓缩得到中间物料;将大枣、山楂洗净去核后,与中间物料混匀,干燥,粉碎过80目筛得到添加剂。

一种养胃山药复合雪米饼,其原料按重量份包括:大米105份,小麦48份,山药23份,奶酪7.5份,黄豆粉2.5份,虾皮粉1.8份,促进吸收剂4.5份,调味剂4.5份,稳定剂8.5份,添加剂13份;
其中,促进吸收剂为维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽,其中,维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽的重量比为1:3;
调味剂为木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐,其中,木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐的重量比为2:4:1;
稳定剂为茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油,其中,茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油的重量比为1:4:1:5;
在添加剂的制备过程中,将黄芪、干姜、陈皮、砂仁、莲子粉碎混匀,加水煎煮2次,每次煎煮2h,合并煎煮液减压浓缩得到中间物料;将大枣、山楂洗净去核后,与中间物料混匀,干燥,粉碎过100目筛得到添加剂,其中,黄芪、大枣、干姜、山楂、陈皮、砂仁、莲子的重量比为8:7:2:10:4:2:1。

一种养胃山药复合雪米饼,其原料按重量份包括:大米115份,小麦42份,山药27份,奶酪6.5份,黄豆粉3.5份,虾皮粉1.2份,促进吸收剂5.5份,调味剂3.5份,稳定剂9.5份,添加剂11份;
其中,促进吸收剂为维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽,其中,维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽的重量比为1.2:2.7;
调味剂为木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐,其中,木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐的重量比为2.5:3.5:1;
稳定剂为茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油,其中,茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油的重量比为1.2:3.5:1.2:4.5;
在添加剂的制备过程中,将黄芪、干姜、陈皮、砂仁、莲子粉碎混匀,加水煎煮2次,每次煎煮2.7h,合并煎煮液减压浓缩得到中间物料;将大枣、山楂洗净去核后,与中间物料混匀,干燥,粉碎过80目筛得到添加剂,其中,黄芪、大枣、干姜、山楂、陈皮、砂仁、莲子的重量比为12:5:4:8:6:1:2。

一种养胃山药复合雪米饼,其原料按重量份包括:大米110份,小麦45份,山药25份,奶酪7份,黄豆粉3份,虾皮粉1.5份,促进吸收剂5份,调味剂4份,稳定剂9份,添加剂12份;
其中,促进吸收剂为维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽,其中,维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽的重量比为1.8:2.3;
调味剂为木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐,其中,木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐的重量比为3.5:2.5:1;
稳定剂为茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油,其中,茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油的重量比为1.8:2.5:1.8:3.5;
在添加剂的制备过程中,将黄芪、干姜、陈皮、砂仁、莲子粉碎混匀,加水煎煮2次,每次煎煮2.3h,合并煎煮液减压浓缩得到中间物料;将大枣、山楂洗净去核后,与中间物料混匀,干燥,粉碎过100目筛得到添加剂,其中,黄芪、大枣、干姜、山楂、陈皮、砂仁、莲子的重量比为10:6:3:9:5:1.5:1.5。
试验例1
对实施例6进行性能测试,并以市售普通雪米饼作为对照组,结果如下:

由上表可以看出,本发明钙含量较高,理化性能较好。
试验例2
选取具有进食后上腹部不适、隐痛,伴嗳气、恶心、泛酸症状,且已经确诊为慢性浅表性胃炎的患者100例,分为2组,每组50人,一组食用实施例6作为试验组,另一组食用普通市售雪米饼作为对照组,两组在性别、年龄上无统计学差异,两组三餐饮食相同,分别于每天三餐2h后食用5片实施例6或普通市售雪米饼,连续食用30天,统计结果如下表:
由上表可以看出本发明具有良好的养胃功能。

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述养胃山药复合雪米饼,其特征在于,稳定剂为茶多酚、β-胡萝卜素、芝麻酚和棕榈油。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述养胃山药复合雪米饼,其特征在于,添加剂的原料包括:黄芪、大枣、干姜、山楂、陈皮、砂仁、莲子。
6.根据权利要求2所述养胃山药复合雪米饼,其特征在于,维生素D和酪蛋白磷酸肽的重量比为1-2:2-3。
7.根据权利要求3所述养胃山药复合雪米饼,其特征在于,木糖醇、大豆低聚糖和食盐的重量比为2-4:2-4:1。
