背景技术

本发明的目的是一种清肺抗雾霾的方法,为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种用有机鸭梨浓缩液、有机雪梨浓缩液与中药混合制成的一种饮品。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种冰糖梨汁,由以下重量份原料制成:
有机鸭梨50-60、有机雪梨50-60、苹果30-35、冰糖70-80、豆浆200-220、银耳20-30、杏仁20-30、百合8-10、罗汉果5-6、葶苈子4-5、枇杷叶5-6、百部3-4、天门冬4-5、紫苑2-3、地榆叶2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8-10、螺旋藻5-7、槐花5-7、菱角30-40、竹荪30-40、菱角茎4-5、蜂蜜50-60、米酒60-70、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入菱角茎、米酒、蜂蜜、适量水,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;

(4)将压缩后的梨汁、步骤(2)的滤液、提取液、食品添加剂混合,装在竹筒中,将竹筒加盖,竖直放在屉子中,蒸30-40分钟后,取出冰糖梨汁即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种冰糖梨汁及其制备工艺,梨味甘、性寒,含苹果酸、柠檬酸、维生素B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素等,具生津润燥、清热化痰的功效,以及百合、罗汉果、葶苈子、枇杷叶、百部等提取物的添加,有补心益气、生津止咳、抵抗雾霾等功效,赋予了本发明饮料强大的保健养生作用,美味营养。梨汁味甘酸而平,有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用,因此对咽喉干燥、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠等均有良效。梨汁富含膳食纤维,是最好的肠胃“清洁工”。饭馆里的饭菜大都以“味”取胜,食物多油腻或辛辣,吃后易诱发便秘。饭后喝杯梨汁,能促进胃肠蠕动,使积存在体内的有害物质大量排出,避免便秘。梨含有较多糖类和多种维生素,对肝脏有一定的保护作用,特别适合饮酒人士。梨具有降低血压、养阴清热的功效,患高血压、心脏病、肝炎、肝硬化的病人,经常喝些梨汁大有益处。梨有助于肾脏排泄尿酸和预防痛风、风湿病和关节炎。梨能促进食欲,帮助消化,并有利尿通便和解热作用,可用于高热时补充水分和营养。梨具有润燥消风的功效,在气候干燥时,人们常感到皮肤瘙痒、口鼻干燥,有时干咳少痰,每天喝一两杯梨汁可缓解干燥。吸烟的人喝梨汁,可以减轻香烟中有害物质对咽喉、呼吸道的刺激。梨汁含有80%以上的水分,经常忘了喝水的老年人,喝梨汁可达到补充水分的目的。虽然喝梨汁好处多多。
但是也有一些食用禁忌:
1.梨性偏寒助湿,多吃会伤脾胃,故脾胃虚寒、畏冷食者应少吃。
2.梨含果酸较多,胃酸多者,不可多食。
3.梨有利尿作用,夜尿频者,睡前少吃梨。
4.血虚、畏寒、腹泻、手脚发凉的患者不可多吃梨,并且最好煮熟再吃,以防湿寒症状加重。
5.梨含糖量高,糖尿病者当慎。慢性肠炎、胃寒病患者忌食生梨。
6.梨含果酸多,不宜与碱性药同用,如氨茶碱、小苏打等。
7.用以止咳化痰者,不宜选择含糖量太高的甜梨。
8.梨不应与螃蟹同吃,以防引起腹泻。因梨味甘,微酸,性寒,而蟹味咸,性寒,具有微毒。二者皆为冷利之品,同食伤肠胃。
9.吃梨时喝热水、食油腻食品会导致腹泻。
10.脾胃虚寒而致的大便稀薄和外感风寒而致的咳嗽痰白者忌用。妇人产后、小儿痘后忌用。
适宜人群
1.咳嗽痰稠或无痰、咽喉发痒干疼者。
2.慢性支气管炎、肺结核患者。
3.高血压、心脏病、肝炎、肝硬化患者。
4.饮酒后或宿醉未醒者。
5.梨可清喉降火,播音、演唱、教师人员经常食用煮好的熟梨,能增加口中的津液,起到保养嗓子的作用。
不宜人群
梨属性凉多汁水果,脾虚便溏、慢性肠炎、胃寒病、寒痰咳嗽或外感风寒咳嗽以及糖尿病患者忌食。妇女生产之后亦忌食生梨。女子有经来潮期间以及寒性痛经者忌食生梨。
实施方式
一种冰糖梨汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:有机雪梨50、有机鸭梨50、苹果30、冰糖70、豆浆200、银耳20、杏仁20、百合8、罗汉果5、葶苈子4、枇杷叶5、百部3、天门冬4、紫苑2、地榆叶2、食品添加剂8、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8、螺旋藻5、槐花5、菱角30、竹荪30、菱角茎4、蜂蜜50、米酒60、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入米酒、蜂蜜,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将提取液、浆汁合并,混匀后过滤,得到滤液备用。
一种冰糖梨汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机雪梨、有机鸭梨、苹果洗净,取其果肉,放入锅中,加冰糖、豆浆、适量的水,加热焖煮40-50分钟,过滤,得到压缩梨汁备用;
(2)将银耳、杏仁洗净,置于锅中,加适量水,煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆过滤,得到滤液备用;
(3)将百合、罗汉果、葶苈子、枇杷叶、百部、天门冬、紫苑、地榆叶用5倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将压缩梨汁、步骤(2)的滤液、提取液、食品添加剂混合,装在竹筒中,将竹筒加盖,竖直放在屉子中,蒸30分钟后,取出冰糖雪梨汁即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种清肺抗雾霾的方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:有机雪梨50-60、有机鸭梨50-60、苹果30-35、冰糖70-80、豆浆200-220、银耳20-30、杏仁20-30、百合8-10、罗汉果5-6、葶苈子4-5、枇杷叶5-6、百部3-4、天门冬4-5、紫苑2-3、地榆叶2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8-10、螺旋藻5-7、槐花5-7、菱角30-40、竹荪30-40、菱角茎4-5、蜂蜜50-60、米酒60-70、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入菱角茎、米酒、蜂蜜、适量水,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将提取液、浆汁合并,混匀后过滤,得到滤液备用。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种清肺抗雾霾的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机雪梨、有机鸭梨、苹果洗净,取其果肉,放入高压锅中,加冰糖、豆浆、适量的水,加热焖煮40-50分钟,过滤,得到梨汁备用;
(2)将银耳、杏仁洗净,置于锅中,加适量水,煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆过滤,得到滤液备用;
(3)将百合、罗汉果、葶苈子、枇杷叶、百部、天门冬、紫苑、地榆叶用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将梨汁、步骤(2)的滤液、提取液、食品添加剂混合,装在竹筒中,将竹筒加盖,竖直放在屉子中,蒸30-40分钟后,取出冰糖梨汁即可。
