背景技术
雾霾,是雾和霾的组合词。雾霾常见于城市。中国不少地区将雾并入霾一起作为灾害性天气现象进行预警预报,统称为“雾霾天气”;雾霾是特定气候条件与人类活动相互作用的结果。高密度人口的经济及社会活动必然会排放大量细颗粒物(粒径小于或等于2.5微米的颗粒物,简称PM 2.5),一旦排放超过大气循环能力和承载度,细颗粒物浓度将持续积聚,此时如果受静稳天气等影响,极易出现大范围的雾霾。
PM 2.5的主要成分是元素碳、有机碳化合物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、镀盐。其它的常见成分包括各种金属元素,既有钠、镁、钙、铝、铁等地壳中含量丰富的元素,也有铅、锌、砷、镉、铜等主要源自人类污染的重金属元素。
一般来说,颗粒物的直径越小,进入呼吸道的部位越深。粒径10微米以上的颗粒物,会被挡在人的鼻子外面;粒径在2.5微米至10微米之间的颗粒物,能够进入上呼吸道,但部分可通过痰液等排出体外,另外也会被鼻腔内部的绒毛阻挡,对人体健康危害相对较小;而粒径在2.5微米以下的细颗粒物(PM 2.5),因为过于细小,不易被阻挡,可深入到细支气管和肺泡,干扰肺部的气体交换。
近年来,我国很多地区都出现了严重的雾霆天气,经常出现PM 2.5爆表,严重影响了人们的健康和生活质量。大量实验研究表明,PM 2.5会导致居民多种疾病,能引起哮喘、支气管炎、肺功能减弱及肺部组织结构改变、呼吸系统炎症、免疫系统功能下降、心血管系统发病率和死亡率增加,并诱发癌症,因此,开发一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,减轻雾霆对于肺部和人体健康的危害,是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:兰州百合10%-15%,软儿梨2%-4%,柠檬1%-2%,针叶樱桃果0.1%-0.2%,沙枣0.5%-1%,芥蓝0.1%-0.2%,冰糖4%-6%,纯净水74%-80%。
优选的,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:兰州百合12.5%,软儿梨3%,柠檬1.5%,针叶樱桃果0.15%,沙枣0.75%,芥蓝0.15%,冰糖5%,纯净水76.95%。
一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的兰州百合,分瓣清洗,并进行两次浸提,首次浸提的料水比例为1∶2.5,浸提温度60-80℃,浸提时间3h;第二次浸提的料水比为1∶2,浸提温度60-80℃,浸提时间1.5h;将两次浸提液合并,作为百合浸提液待用;
(2)将软儿梨洗净,解冻至果体变软,去皮去核后榨汁,软儿梨汁备用;
(3)将柠檬清洗去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,柠檬汁备用;
(4)将针叶樱桃果、沙枣、芥蓝分别清洗后榨汁,针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁分别备用;
(5)按各组分重量百分比,将百合浸提液、软儿梨汁、柠檬汁、针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁、冰糖及纯净水进行混合并加热蒸煮熬制20-40min;
(6)将熬制后的汁液进行过胶体磨、均质、灭菌、灌装及二次杀菌;
(7)冷却后贴标,包装即可。
优选的,所述步骤(1),首次浸提和第二次浸提的温度均为70℃。

将百合浸提液、软儿梨汁、柠檬汁、针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁、冰糖及纯净水融为一体,配制成纯天然饮品,无毒副作用,口感好,复合大众的口味,且具有较好的药效作用,可有效防治雾霾对肺部、呼吸道、消化系统以及心脑血管等的伤害,提高人体抵抗力,减轻雾霾对人体健康的危害。
具体实施方式
下面通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
实施例1:
一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:兰州百合10%,软儿梨4%,柠檬1%,针叶樱桃果0.2%,沙枣0.5%,芥蓝0.2%,冰糖6%,纯净水78.1%。
一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的兰州百合,分瓣清洗,并进行两次浸提,首次浸提的料水比例为1∶2.5,浸提温度60℃,浸提时间3h;第二次浸提的料水比为1∶2,浸提温度60℃,浸提时间1.5h;将两次浸提液合并,作为百合浸提液待用;
(2)将软儿梨洗净,解冻至果体变软,去皮去核后榨汁,软儿梨汁备用;
(3)将柠檬清洗去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,柠檬汁备用;
(4)将针叶樱桃果、沙枣、芥蓝分别清洗后榨汁,针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁分别备用;
(5)按各组分重量百分比,将百合浸提液、软儿梨汁、柠檬汁、针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁、冰糖及纯净水进行混合并加热蒸煮熬制20min;
(6)将熬制后的汁液进行过胶体磨、均质、灭菌、灌装及二次杀菌;
(7)冷却后贴标,包装即可。
实施例2:
一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:兰州百合15%,软儿梨2%,柠檬2%,针叶樱桃果0.1%,沙枣1%,芥蓝0.1%,冰糖4%,纯净水75.8%。
一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)选取新鲜的兰州百合,分瓣清洗,并进行两次浸提,首次浸提的料水比例为1∶2.5,浸提温度80℃,浸提时间3h;第二次浸提的料水比为1∶2,浸提温度80℃,浸提时间1.5h;将两次浸提液合并,作为百合浸提液待用;
(2)将软儿梨洗净,解冻至果体变软,去皮去核后榨汁,软儿梨汁备用;
(3)将柠檬清洗去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,柠檬汁备用;
(4)将针叶樱桃果、沙枣、芥蓝分别清洗后榨汁,针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁分别备用;
(5)按各组分重量百分比,将百合浸提液、软儿梨汁、柠檬汁、针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁、冰糖及纯净水进行混合并加热蒸煮熬制40min;
(6)将熬制后的汁液进行过胶体磨、均质、灭菌、灌装及二次杀菌;
(7)冷却后贴标,包装即可。
实施例3:
一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:兰州百合12.5%,软儿梨3%,柠檬1.5%,针叶樱桃果0.15%,沙枣0.75%,芥蓝0.15%,冰糖5%,纯净水76.95%。
一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的兰州百合,分瓣清洗,并进行两次浸提,首次浸提的料水比例为1∶2.5,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间3h;第二次浸提的料水比为1∶2,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间1.5h;将两次浸提液合并,作为百合浸提液待用;
(2)将软儿梨洗净,解冻至果体变软,去皮去核后榨汁,软儿梨汁备用;
(3)将柠檬清洗去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,柠檬汁备用;
(4)将针叶樱桃果、沙枣、芥蓝分别清洗后榨汁,针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁分别备用;
(5)按各组分重量百分比,将百合浸提液、软儿梨汁、柠檬汁、针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁、冰糖及纯净水进行混合并加热蒸煮熬制30min;
(6)将熬制后的汁液进行过胶体磨、均质、灭菌、灌装及二次杀菌;
(7)冷却后贴标,包装即可。
对实施例3制备得到的具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品的口感进行评价。
实验对象:在连续重雾重天气下,在北京及周边地区,筛选患有咽肿和咳嗽,年龄在30岁-60岁之间的经常户外工作人员50名。
实验方法:分别饮用本发明实施例3制备的复合果蔬汁饮品和目前市售的凉茶,并对口感进行评分。
实验结果:其中47人认为该具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,口感好,入口清新,咽喉舒适,3人认为两种饮料的口感没有实质差别。
对实施例1-3制备得到的具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品和目前市售的凉茶分别进行抗雾霾效果实验。
实用对象:在连续重雾重天气下,在北京及周边地区,排除慢性咽炎、哮喘等呼吸系统慢性病患者,筛选年龄在30岁-60岁之间的经常户外工作人员80名。
实用方法:将实验对象随机分为3个实验组和1个对照组,每组20人。其中3个实验组分别饮用实施例1-3所制得的具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,服用10天,每天早饭后服用该饮料50ml。对照组,服用目前市售的凉茶,服用方法与3个实验组相同。
实验结果:如下表(单位:人):
由以上实验可知,本发明的具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,口感好,复合大众的口味,大部分服用者服用该饮料后,呼吸系统的异物感和干燥感降低,鼻腔和咽喉部较舒适,可有效防治雾霾对肺部、呼吸道、消化系统以及心脑血管等的伤害,提高人体抵抗力,减轻雾霾对人体健康的危害。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的原料组成:兰州百合10%-15%,软儿梨2%-4%,柠檬1%-2%,针叶樱桃果0.1%-0.2%,沙枣0.5%-1%,芥蓝0.1%-0.2%,冰糖4%-6%,纯净水74%-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的原料组成:兰州百合12.5%,软儿梨3%,柠檬1.5%,针叶樱桃果0.15%,沙枣0.75%,芥蓝0.15%,冰糖5%,纯净水76.95%。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的兰州百合,分瓣清洗,并进行两次浸提,首次浸提的料水比例为1∶2.5,浸提温度60-80℃,浸提时间3h;第二次浸提的料水比为1∶2,浸提温度60-80℃,浸提时间1.5h;将两次浸提液合并,作为百合浸提液待用;
(2)将软儿梨洗净,解冻至果体变软,去皮去核后榨汁,软儿梨汁备用;
(3)将柠檬清洗去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,柠檬汁备用;
(4)将针叶樱桃果、沙枣、芥蓝分别清洗后榨汁,针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁分别备用;
(5)按各组分重量百分比,将百合浸提液、软儿梨汁、柠檬汁、针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁、冰糖及纯净水进行混合并加热蒸煮熬制20-40min;
(6)将熬制后的汁液进行过胶体磨、均质、灭菌、灌装及二次杀菌;
(7)冷却后贴标,包装即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1),首次浸提和第二次浸提的温度均为70℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗雾霾功效的复合果蔬汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤5),按各组分重量百分比,将百合浸提液、软儿梨汁、柠檬汁、针叶樱桃果汁、沙枣汁、芥蓝汁、冰糖及纯净水进行混合并加热蒸煮熬制30min。
