Abstract
本发明公开了一种防雾霾的组合物及其应用,所述的一种防雾霾的组合物主要由西兰花种子提取物、酵母β‑葡聚糖、蜂蜜粉、百合粉、针叶樱桃果粉和雪梨粉制成,优选为粉剂或颗粒剂;所述的防雾霾组合物可以应用在制备儿童、老人和慢性呼吸系统疾病患者的食品或保健品中。本发明的有益效果是营养全面,温和补益,食用安全性高,可以更好的起到润养肺脏,增加肺功能,防雾霾的效果,同时还可以降低呼吸系统的敏感性,平喘止咳,治疗改善过敏,提高人体抵抗力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健品,具体涉及一种防雾霾的组合物及其应用。
背景技术
雾霾是雾和霾的统称,雾霾是大量人为排放的污染物在特定的气象条件下聚集造成的。高浓度的细颗粒物(粒径小于或等于2.5微米的颗粒物,简称为PM2.5)或气溶胶污染是引起雾霾的根本原因。
与粗颗粒及肉眼可见的灰尘相比,PM2.5对人体健康的危害要更大,它可以通过支气管和肺泡进入血液,干扰肺部交换,引起呼吸道感染、慢性咽炎、支气管炎和肺炎等多种疾病。一般情况下,我们的肺有正常防御功能,免疫巨噬细胞会不断将积聚在肺部的有害物质及细菌病毒清除掉,但如果长期处于污染环境中,肺的正常防御系统就会坍塌,丧失原有的功能。特别对于儿童、老人、阻塞性肺气肿和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性呼吸系统疾病患者的肺脏更脆弱,稍有异物进入肺里,就会引发剧烈反应,如咳嗽、过敏、气喘等,进而导致慢性缺氧、体质虚弱、全身无力、水分代谢失调、免疫紊乱等严重后果。
CN107348496A公开了一种清肺润肺的儿童营养补充剂,包括无水葡萄糖、牛初乳粉、脱脂乳粉、雪梨粉、低聚半乳糖、金银花、菊花、百合粉、山药粉、维生素C、葡萄糖酸锌和花生壳提取物,该发明具有理想的清肺、润肺、防雾霾、预防上呼吸道感染作用。
CN107006855A公开了一种具有减少雾霾损伤、清肺和清咽作用的组合物,包括百合提取物、雪梨提取物、银耳提取物、山药提取物、胡萝卜提取物、罗汉果提取物、木耳提取物、葡萄籽提取物和绿茶提取物,具有良好的清肺护肺、清咽化痰的功效,对雾霾伤肺、支气管炎、慢性咽炎具有很好的治疗作用。
CN103783370A公开了一种保护呼吸道和肺部的组合物,包括酵母β-葡聚糖、木糖醇、枇杷粉、百合粉、罗汉果甜甙,可以降低运动后呼吸道感染的几率,改善运动后机体的内在免疫反应。
但是,当前市场上清肺除霾的保健品少之又少,同时并没有针对儿童、老人、阻塞性肺气肿和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性呼吸系统疾病患者等肺脏脆弱人群的专用产品,CN107348496A公开了一种针对儿童的清肺润肺的儿童营养补充剂,但是该补充剂内添加的花生壳提取物存在很高的过敏性风险,并不适合儿童食用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全,无副作用,同时,具有防雾霾、治疗过敏、润养肺脏、增强肺功能的作用,适合儿童、老人、阻塞性肺气肿和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性呼吸系统疾病患者等人群长期食用的防雾霾的组合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下的技术方案:一种防雾霾的组合物,包括以下成分:西兰花种子提取物、酵母β-葡聚糖、蜂蜜粉、百合粉、针叶樱桃果粉和雪梨粉。
优选地,所述组合物包括以下重量份的成分:西兰花种子提取物1-15份、酵母β-葡聚糖1-30份、蜂蜜粉5-30份、百合粉5-20份、针叶樱桃果粉1-15份和雪梨粉2-20份。
进一步优选地,所述组合物包括以下重量份的成分:西兰花种子提取物1.5-13.5份、酵母β-葡聚糖2-20份、蜂蜜粉6-20份、百合粉6-15份、针叶樱桃果粉2-14份和雪梨粉3-15份。
更进一步优选地,所述组合物包括以下重量份的成分:西兰花种子提取物1.8-11份、酵母β-葡聚糖3.5-10份、蜂蜜粉7.5-15份、百合粉6.5-14份、针叶樱桃果粉3.5-13份和雪梨粉3.5-14份。
优选地,所述蜂蜜粉是用麦卢卡蜂蜜依次经过滤、冷冻干燥、粉碎制得的粒径为20-100目的蜂蜜粉,该蜂蜜粉最大限度的保存蜂蜜的营养价值。
优选地,本发明所述的组合物中还含有叶酸类化合物和银耳制品中的一种或两种,所述的银耳制品为银耳粉和银耳多糖提取物的一种或两种,所述叶酸类化合物为叶酸、甲酰四氢叶酸、(6S)-5-甲基四氢叶酸、L-甲基叶酸、叶酸可药用盐、叶酸或叶酸可药用盐的活性代谢产物和可在体内代谢和/或生成叶酸的物质中的一种或多种。
进一步优选地,所述的组合物中叶酸类化合物的重量份为0.0001-0.001份;更优选为0.0002-0.0009份。
进一步优选地,所述的组合物中银耳制品的重量份为1-20份;更优选为2-19份。
无特殊说明,本发明所采用的西兰花种子提取物、酵母β-葡聚糖、百合粉、针叶樱桃果粉、雪梨粉、银耳粉、银耳多糖提取物和叶酸类化合物均为目前普通的市售产品。
替代地,本发明所述的西兰花种子提取物还可以是将西兰花种子采用机械球磨制得的粒径小于50nm的纳米粉体。
本发明还提供了一种防雾霾制剂,所述的防雾霾制剂包括上述防雾霾的组合物和辅料,所述防雾霾制剂的剂型为粉剂或颗粒剂。
优选地,所述的辅料为助流剂,所述的助流剂占所述防雾霾制剂的质量百分比为0.1-5%。
进一步优选地,所述助流剂为二氧化硅、硅酸钙和磷酸三钙中的一种或几种。
此外,本发明还涉及一种防雾霾的组合物在保健品和/或食品中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果是:
(1)本发明的防雾霾的组合物由西兰花种子提取物、酵母β-葡聚糖、蜂蜜粉、百合粉、针叶樱桃果粉和雪梨粉等原料制成,营养全面,温和补益,食用安全性高,可以更好的起到润养肺脏,增加肺功能,防雾霾的效果。
(2)本发明提供的一种防雾霾制剂,所选原料均为药食同源和/或新资源食品配料,安全、无毒副作用,适合儿童、老人和慢性呼吸系统疾病患者的长期服用;也适合孕妇和过敏体质人群防雾霾的需求。
(3)西兰花种子提取物的主要成分含有蛋白质、萝卜硫苷等,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化损伤、免疫调节、抗菌等药理作用,对人体无明显不良反应;西兰花种子提取物的纳米化,大大增加了其暴露于介质中的表面积,使提取物更容易穿透组织间隙,促进了提取物的溶解与吸收;同时,由于增加了提取物在人体内的滞留时间,可大大提高有效成分的吸收速度,增加生物利用度。
(4)我们发现,将西兰花种子提取物纳米化后抗菌作用显著增强,本发明利用纳米化的西兰花种子提取物,同时配合酵母β-葡聚糖、蜂蜜粉、百合粉、针叶樱桃果粉、雪梨粉、叶酸类化合物和银耳粉,在清肺止咳的同时,还可以降低呼吸系统的敏感性,平喘止咳,治疗改善过敏,提高人体抵抗力。

本发明实施例中所采用所述西兰花种子提取物为西兰花种子水提物,其萝卜硫苷含量13%(HPLC),购自九江华汉生物科技有限公司;银耳多糖提取物是由白银耳提取的,其多糖含量30%(UV),购自陕西森弗天然制品有限公司;酵母β-葡聚糖购自安琪酵母股份有限公司;叶酸购自荷兰皇家帝斯曼集团。

上述原料充分混合,添加质量分数占总制剂2.5%的磷酸三钙做助流剂,按本领域常规使用的制备方法制得粉剂。
对上述制得的防雾霾制剂进行清肺功效的动物试验,实验共分为11组,分别为实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4、空白对照组和单独的西兰花种子提取物对照组,每组随机取10只18-22gNIH小鼠,雌雄各半,按1.68g/kg体重的剂量灌胃给药,每天给药1次,连续3天,末次给药后1小时,分别将小鼠放入体积为4L的钟罩内,以53.2KPa恒压均匀喷入27%氨水8秒钟,刺激小鼠致咳(以收腹、仰头、张大口为咳嗽指标),观察小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期及2min内的咳嗽次数,以t检验进行统计学处理,比较实施例、对比例和空白对照组之间的差异,见表1。

从表1中可以看出,与空白对照组相比,实施例1-5组各组均能够显著延长氨水所致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,降低氨水所致小鼠咳嗽的次数;而对比例1-4组对延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,降低小鼠咳嗽次数的效果不明显;单独的西兰花种子提取物对延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,降低小鼠咳嗽次数无明显效果,实施例5样品对小鼠肺功能的改善作用要优于其它的各组样品。

一种防雾霾的组合物,包括以下重量份的成分:西兰花种子提取物1.8份、酵母β-葡聚糖10份、蜂蜜粉15份、百合粉14份、针叶樱桃果粉13份、雪梨粉14份;叶酸0.001份和银耳粉20份,其中西兰花种子提取物是将西兰花种子采用机械球磨制得的粒径小于50nm的纳米粉体。

对上述制得的防雾霾制剂进行清肺功效的动物试验,实验共分为7组,分别为实施例5、实施例7、实施例8、实施例9、实施例10、单独的西兰花种子提取物(纳米粉体)对照组和空白对照组,每组取10只18-22gNIH小鼠,雌雄各半,按1.68g/kg体重的剂量灌胃给药,每天给药1次,连续3天,末次给药后1小时,分别将小鼠放入体积为4L的钟罩内,以53.2KPa恒压均匀喷入27%氨水8秒钟,刺激小鼠致咳(以收腹、仰头、张大口为咳嗽指标),观察小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期及2min内的咳嗽次数,以t检验进行统计学处理,比较各组实验和空白对照组之间的差异,见表2。

注:与空白对照组比较,*P<0.05,**p<0.01,***p<0.001。
从表2中可以看出,与空白对照组相比,实施例6-10组均能够显著延长氨水所致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,降低氨水所致小鼠咳嗽的次数;而单独的西兰花种子提取物(纳米粉体)对延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,降低小鼠咳嗽次数无明显效果;实施例10样品对小鼠肺功能的改善作用要优于其它的各组样品。
对于过敏性咳嗽、过敏性哮喘状态的调理改善观察统计资料:
1、受试人群选取:选取确诊的过敏性咳嗽、过敏性哮喘患者,A:年龄2~7岁,90例,B:孕妇,90例,C:年龄20-75岁,男性60例,女性30例,将A、B和C分为三组实验组1~3,每组30例。
2、实验方法:给实验组1~3分别使用本发明实施例5、6和10制备的制剂,每日一次,给药量0.34g/kg体重,连续用药一个月,观察并记录受试者的恢复情况。
3、疗效判定标准:
有效:过敏性疾病症状消失,各项体征恢复正常,半年内未见复发;
显效:过敏性疾病症状改善,患者相较服药之前各体征表现明显好转;
无效:病情无任何改善或加重。
4、实验数据统计:
实验结果:由以上实验数据可以看出,本发明制备的防雾霾制剂对于过敏性疾病的平均总有效率为95.2%,且270例患者未见任何不良反应,表明,本发明的防雾霾制剂可以用于改善过敏性咳嗽、过敏性哮喘等过敏性疾病,同时本防雾霾组合物采用药食同源和/或新资源食品配料,安全无毒副作用,可有效改善过敏性疾病,适合健康人群,尤其适合儿童、孕妇的防雾霾需求,长期食用可增强人体抵抗力,减少雾霾对肺脏造成的损伤。
Claims (10)
1.一种防雾霾的组合物,其特征在于,包括以下成分:西兰花种子提取物、酵母β-葡聚糖、蜂蜜粉、百合粉、针叶樱桃果粉和雪梨粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括以下重量份的成分:西兰花种子提取物1-15份、酵母β-葡聚糖1-30份、蜂蜜粉5-30份、百合粉5-20份、针叶樱桃果粉1-15份和雪梨粉2-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括以下重量份的成分:西兰花种子提取物1.5-13.5份、酵母β-葡聚糖2-20份、蜂蜜粉6-20份、百合粉6-15份、针叶樱桃果粉2-14份和雪梨粉3-15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物中还含有叶酸类化合物和银耳制品的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的叶酸类化合物为叶酸、甲酰四氢叶酸、(6S)-5-甲基四氢叶酸、L-甲基叶酸、叶酸可药用盐、叶酸或叶酸可药用盐的活性代谢产物和可在体内代谢和/或生成叶酸的物质中的一种或多种;所述的银耳制品为银耳粉和银耳多糖提取物的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物中叶酸类化合物的重量份为0.0001-0.001份;银耳制品的重量份为1-20份。
7.一种防雾霾制剂,包括权利要求1-6任意一项所述的防雾霾的组合物和辅料,所述防雾霾制剂的剂型为粉剂或颗粒剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防雾霾制剂,其特征在于,所述的辅料为助流剂,所述的助流剂占所述防雾霾制剂的质量百分比为0.1-5%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防雾霾制剂,其特征在于,所述助流剂为二氧化硅、硅酸钙和磷酸三钙中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的组合物在保健品和/或食品中的应用。
