酒是世界各国人民共同的宝贵财富,酒的历史源远流长,据史学家考证,我国人民饮用和酿造酒类,已有几千年历史了。历代中国文人对酒更是褒赞不绝,形成了独具特色、丰富多彩的酒文化。我国不但酒文化历史源远流长,而且也是酒饮料生产和消费的大国,保守估计有饮酒习惯和依赖性的人群约亿之众。现在我国随着人民物质生活水平的逐渐提高、含酒精乙醇饮料的消耗量也在增加。近年来,成人酒精中毒的发生率也相应升高。众所周知,长期饮酒可造成全身多系统的损伤、尤其对胃肠道,肝脏损伤更为明显,酒精可直接或间接引起慢性胃炎,消化性溃疡和酒精中毒性肝硬化。急性酒精中毒、酒精依赖是当今社会问题之一,无限制的过量饮酒甚至酗酒,严重者可因乙醇过度抑制中枢神经系统而死亡。因此,酗酒对身体有害。很久以来,人们就采用各种方法来解除和减轻饮酒所带来的不适。
现知,酒精在体内的代谢过程主要由肝中的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶所制约,当酒精被吸收后,进入细胞,由乙醇脱氢酶转化为乙醛。乙醛是一种有毒的化合物,它引起大多与酒精相关的疾病和对酒精产生依赖。乙醛脱氢酶能转化乙醛变成乙酸,乙酸没有毒,很容易被利用为身体提供能量,最后生成水和二氧化碳。然而,无论吸收多少酒精,身体只能在一段时期代谢一定数量的乙醛。因而,酒精吸收经常导致过多的乙醛进入血液循环,对人体器官和功能造成极大的损伤。
为了更好地在传承文化与保护健康之间取得平衡,目前市场上已出现相关的解酒药和解酒保健品,主要依据中医学上的疏经活血、养肝护脾。并且其解酒效果也缺乏客观的验证,在现实生活中消费者对解酒产品的信任度不高。因此,迫切需要开发出具有解酒功效的组合物制成口服制剂,消费者在酒前,酒中或酒后饮用,减少因过量饮酒引起的身体不适。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种解酒的组合物。该组合物经药效实验证明,确认能够降低醉倒率,缩短醉酒睡眠时间,促进血液乙醇代谢,具有显著的解酒功效。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种解酒组合物,烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸0.5-1份、葡萄糖1-5份、菊花粉0.25-2份、甘草粉0.25-2份。
本发明配方NAD+属于人体必需的辅酶,并且人体可以自己合成。葡萄糖,菊花粉、甘草粉,这三个组分都属于传统食材,食用安全。
NAD+是乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的辅酶,脱氢酶氧化乙醇产生的氢递给NAD+,使之成为NADH。它在糖酵解,糖异生,三羧酸循环和呼吸链中发挥着不可替代的作用。
葡萄糖:迅速补充人体代谢乙醇所消耗的能量,加速乙醇分解。具有高渗压作用,利尿,加速乙醇排出体外。

烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸800mg,葡萄糖1000mg,菊花粉350mg,甘草粉350mg经混合,加入占总质量50%-60%的微晶纤维素,混合均匀,喷入95%乙醇溶液,制软材,过50目筛制粒,干燥后分装于胶囊中,制得胶囊剂。
实施例3
将烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸500mg,葡萄糖5g,白砂糖5g,菊花粉2g,甘草粉2g混合均匀,干燥,分装于铝箔袋中,制得固体饮料(凉水或者温水冲调后饮用)。
实施例4
将烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸500mg,葡萄糖5g,白砂糖5g,菊花粉2g,甘草粉2g经混合,加入常规量的防腐剂,稳定剂等辅料;过滤、灭菌后分装10mL瓶中,制成口服液。
应用实施例1对本发明的解酒效果检测。
1)实验人群:选取100人,年龄25-50岁。
2)服用方法:餐前半小时左右服用,每次1片。
3)效果评定
无效:按要求饮用本产品后,观察本发明产品对饮酒人士的影响,不能缓解醉酒症状,对醉酒状态没有太大影响为无效。
有效:按要求服用本产品后,观察本发明产品对饮酒人士的影响,能缓解醉酒症状,酒量比服用前增加、醉酒后能快速醒来、或精神状态能快速恢复为有效。
显效:按要求服用本产品后,观察本发明产品对饮酒人士的影响,能显著缓解醉酒症状,感觉酒量比服用前明显增加、醉酒后能快速醒来、或精神状态能快速恢复为显效。

2.一种用于解酒的组合物。特征在于:包括以下重量份数:烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸0.5-1份,葡萄糖1-5份,菊花粉0.25-2份,甘草粉0.25-2份。
3.权利要求1中第一项所述化合物与其他任意化合物组合的解酒功能。
4.含有烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸组分的任何具有保肝护肝功效的组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的解酒组合物,其特征在于:所述烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸含量不大于1g。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的解酒组合物和保肝护肝组合物。其特征在于:组合物为口服制剂,包括固体饮料,压片糖果、胶囊剂型糖果、口服液。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的解酒组合物的食品和保健食品。
