Abstract
本发明涉及一种止咳润肺膏及其制备方法,其特征在于:其配方由如下重量份数的各组分组成:甘蔗50-80kg、雪梨50-80kg、枇杷20-30kg、生藕20-30kg、柿子12-20kg、百合12-20kg、白菊花6-10kg、金银花6-10kg、山楂5-8kg、薄荷5-8kg。本发明所述的止咳润肺膏富含维生素A、B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素、纤维素、果胶、胡萝卜素、苹果酸、柠檬酸、蛋白质、葡萄糖及钾、磷、铁、钙、碘等多种矿物质,具有止咳润肺、滋阴润燥、散瘀清热、宁心安神、清肺去火、祛痰、镇咳、润喉的效果,适用于肺热咳嗽、气喘痰多、口干咽燥、消化不良等,对高血压、慢性支气管炎也有一定的治疗作用。

本发明涉及保健品加工领域,具体涉及一种止咳润肺膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
在秋冬季节里,气候干燥、气温多变,过敏原增多,易引起咳嗽。春季咳嗽一般以清热化痰、养阴润肺为主。
由于干燥寒冷的天气,导致很多人都因不适应气候的转换而病倒了,如果只是感冒发烧还好,很多人还伴有咳嗽,白天黑夜的咳不但自己休息不好,还会影响到其他人的睡眠,这让病人们开始烦躁不安起来。
据专家介绍,冬季寒冷、干燥,中医认为,寒、燥之邪最容易侵犯到肺,肺和咽喉关系非常密切,所以冬季常会出现感冒的状况,此时可以通过调整肺的状态来影响到咽喉。对于肺的养护应以润为主,润肺不仅有利于咽喉的健康,还可以有效的缓解冬季干燥的症状。而润肺最好的方法当属食疗。通过食用一些性质平和且具有滋阴润燥、养肺生津作用的保健滋补膏远比普通药物治疗更彻底,且副作用更小。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述现状,提供了一种止咳润肺膏及其制备方法。
一种止咳润肺膏及其制备方法,其特征在于:其配方由如下重量份数的各组分组成:甘蔗50-80kg、雪梨50-80kg、枇杷20-30kg、生藕20-30kg、柿子12-20kg、百合12-20kg、白菊花6-10kg、金银花6-10kg、山楂5-8kg、薄荷5-8kg。
其制备方法如下:
步骤1:根据上述配方挑选优质原料,并按上述重量份数称取后,备用。
步骤2:将上述甘蔗洗净、去皮后切成段,将上述雪梨洗净、去皮去核后切成块,将上述枇杷、柿子、山楂洗净去皮去核,将上述生藕洗净去皮后切成段,将上述百合洗净掰开,将白菊花、金银花、薄荷洗净备用。
步骤3:将上述加工好的甘蔗、雪梨分别放入打浆机破碎打浆榨汁、静置沉淀过滤后得滤液,备用。
步骤4:将上述加工好的枇杷、柿子、山楂、生藕、百合,经磨浆→滤渣→煮浆→调配→均质后,得滤液,备用。
步骤5:将上述洗净的白菊花、金银花、薄荷加水煎煮2-3次,过滤后得滤液。
步骤6:将步骤3、4、5所得的滤液混合搅拌均匀后,熬制浓缩成稠膏。
步骤7:将上述稠膏搅拌均匀后,经高温杀菌处理后灌装封口、检验入库。
本发明所述的止咳润肺膏中主要原料的营养成分及功能如下。
上述甘蔗属滋阴润燥、生津养肺的水果,润肺止咳、生津润燥、清热去火、宁心安神,甘蔗是水果中唯一的茎用水果,也是水果中含纤维(包括非膳食纤维)最多的一种水果。甘蔗含糖量高、浆汁甜美,被称为“糖水仓库”,能清热润肺、健入肝脾,对治疗肺热咳嗽、气喘痰多、口干咽燥、胃热呕吐、肠燥便秘、消化不良等症状都有一定的疗效。
上述雪梨具生津润燥、清热化痰之功效,雪梨味甘性寒,含苹果酸、柠檬酸、维生素B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素等,具生津润燥、清热化痰之功效,特别适合秋天食用。《本草纲目》记载:梨者,利也,其性下行流利,药用能治风热、润肺、凉心、消痰、降火、解毒。
现代医学研究证明,雪梨有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用,因此对急性气管炎和上呼吸道感染的患者出现的咽喉干、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠、便秘、尿赤均有良效。梨又有降低血压和养阴清热的效果,所以高血压、肝炎、肝硬化病人常吃梨有好处。
上述枇杷性凉、味甘,能润肺化痰止咳。《滇南本草》云:“枇杷治咳嗽吐痰。”适宜热咳吐黄脓痰之人食用,是良好的润燥之物。枇杷富含人体所需的多种营养元素,是营养的保健水果,如纤维素、果胶、胡萝卜素、苹果酸、柠檬酸、钾、磷、铁、钙及维生素A、B、C。丰富的维生素B、胡萝卜素,具有保护视力、保持皮肤健康润泽、促进儿童的身体发育的功用。中医认为,枇杷味甘、酸,性平,有止渴和胃、利尿清热等功效,用于肺痿咳嗽、胸闷多痰。
上述生藕有清热作用。如《本草经疏》所说:“藕,生者甘寒,能除热清胃。”《本草汇言》还认为藕为“清热解暑之药也。”《简便单方》中介绍:“治上焦痰热:藕汁、梨汁各半盏,和服。”尤其是在夏季肺热咳嗽时,食之最宜。生藕含有大量淀粉、蛋白质、维生素B、维生素C、脂肪、碳水化合物及钙、磷、铁等多种矿物质,肉质肥嫩、白净滚圆、口感甜脆,生食堪与梨媲美,适宜老少滋补。早在《神农本草经》中就有记载:藕“补中养神,益气力,除百病,久服轻身耐老。”中医认为,藕性寒味甘,入心、肝、脾、胃四经。生藕性寒,甘凉入胃,可生津解渴、散瘀清热、凉血、止呕。
上述柿子性寒,能清热、消痰、止咳,故热咳者宜食之。据近代药理试验观察,柿子确有祛痰和镇咳效果,且祛痰作用强于镇咳。柿子营养价值很高,含有丰富的蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素C、瓜氨酸、碘、钙、磷、铁,所含维生素和糖分比一般水果高1-2倍左右。
中国传统医学认为,柿子味甘、涩,性寒,归肺经。《本草纲目》中记载“柿乃脾、肺、血分之果也。其味甘而气平,性涩而能收,故有健脾涩肠,治嗽止血之功。”有去燥、润肺化痰、软坚、止渴生津、健脾、治痢、止血等功能,可以缓解大便干结、痔疮疼痛或出血、干咳、喉痛、高血压等症。所以,柿子是慢性支气管炎、高血压、动脉硬化、内外痔疮患者的天然保健食品。
上述百合清肺宁神,对于肺的滋润作用非常明显,《中华本草》中记载,百合“养阴润肺,清心安神。主治阴虚久咳,痰中带血,热病后期余热未清,或神智不遂引起的虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚,痈肿、湿疮。”《本草纲目》记载,治腹胀心痛,利大小便,补中益气,温肺止咳,安心定胆益志,养五脏,治产后血晕。
上述白菊花、金银花为润肺止咳的食物。其中金银花,又名忍冬、银花、双花等,自古被誉为清热解毒的良药。金银花具有清热解毒,疏散风热的作用,可治疗温病发热,热毒血痢和痈疡等症,也可用于风热感冒和支气管炎等病症。现代药理研究证明,金银花有抑菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热和调节、增强免疫的作用。金银花性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪。
而白菊花性凉,可以散风热、清肺火,对热性咳嗽患者,宜用白菊花泡茶喝。白菊花内含菊甙、氨基酸、黄酮类及多种维生素和微量元素,中华医学研究表明,白菊具有养肝明目、清心、补肾、健脾和胃、润喉、生津,以及调整血脂等功效。
上述山楂有利于润燥护阴,为蔷薇科落叶灌木或小乔木植物野山楂的果实,性味酸甘微温,含山楂酸,酒石酸,柠檬酸等类物质,有扩张血管,降低血压,降低胆固醇,增加胃液消化酶等作用。
上述薄荷味辛性凉,善于疏散外感风热。《滇南本草》中说它“治伤风咳嗽”,实为风热咳嗽。《简便单方》中也介绍单用薄荷能“清上化痰,利咽膈,治风热。”故凡风热感冒咳嗽或肺热咳嗽之人,以薄荷代茶饮颇宜。

本发明所述的止咳润肺膏及其制备方法,其特征在于:其配方由如下重量份数的各组分组成:甘蔗55kg、雪梨75kg、枇杷30kg、生藕22kg、柿子15kg、百合15kg、白菊花6kg、金银花6kg、山楂6kg、薄荷8kg。

本发明所述的止咳润肺膏富含维生素A、B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素、纤维素、果胶、胡萝卜素、苹果酸、柠檬酸、蛋白质、葡萄糖及钾、磷、铁、钙、碘等多种矿物质,具有止咳润肺、滋阴润燥、散瘀清热、宁心安神、清肺去火、生津凉血、止呕、祛痰、镇咳、润喉的效果,适用于肺热咳嗽、气喘痰多、口干咽燥、肠燥便秘、消化不良等,对高血压、慢性支气管炎也有一定的治疗作用。

实施例1:一种止咳润肺膏及其制备方法,其特征在于:其配方由如下重量份数的各组分组成:甘蔗65kg、雪梨65kg、枇杷25kg、生藕25kg、柿子16kg、百合16kg、白菊花8kg、金银花8kg、山楂6.5kg、薄荷6.5kg。
其制备方法如下:

1.一种止咳润肺膏及其制备方法,其特征在于:其配方由如下重量份数的各组分组成:甘蔗50-80kg、雪梨50-80kg、枇杷20-30kg、生藕20-30kg、柿子12-20kg、百合12-20kg、白菊花6-10kg、金银花6-10kg、山楂5-8kg、薄荷5-8kg;
其制备方法如下:
步骤1:根据上述配方挑选优质原料,并按上述重量份数称取后,备用;
步骤2:将上述甘蔗洗净、去皮后切成段,将上述雪梨洗净、去皮去核后切成块,将上述枇杷、柿子、山楂洗净去皮去核,将上述生藕洗净去皮后切成段,将上述百合洗净掰开,将白菊花、金银花、薄荷洗净备用;
步骤3:将上述加工好的甘蔗、雪梨分别放入打浆机破碎打浆榨汁、静置沉淀过滤后得滤液,备用;
