山棯子:为桃金娘科植物桃金娘的果实,又名桃娘、棯子、山棯、仲尼、当泥。养血,止血,涩肠,固精。治血虚,吐血,鼻衄,便血,痢疾,脱肛,耳鸣,遗精,血崩,带下。
余甘果:余甘果又名牛甘果, 油甘果,具有丰富的维生素C、E、B等多种微量元素及矿物质,同时还含有人体所需的14种氨基酸以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丰富的有机硒,李时珍在《本草纲目》中称余甘子“九胺轻身,延年长生”。轻身即为减肥,延年长生则为抗衰老,而且余甘子可以久服,无任何副作用中医学认为,余甘果味甘苦、性凉。具有清肺刺咽、补益肝肾、化瘟止噘、生津解毒的功教。可用于治疗咽喉肿痛、喉痹、肺热或感冒风热、咳嗽咽干、烦热。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例一:
本实施例中的保健水果馒头由以下有效组分及重量份组成: 面粉60-80份,鸡蛋果10-15份, 野草莓5-10份, 杨梅2-5份、山棯子10-15份、余甘果5-8份,木糖醇2-6份;取成熟的野草莓果实、余甘果肉、鸡蛋果去皮、 杨梅去核、山棯子去皮榨汁、过滤,加木糖醇,得到果液;将所述果液加在面粉中,加纯净水揉匀至粘稠状,做成馒头形状,蒸熟。
实施例二:
本实施例中的保健水果馒头由以下有效组分及重量份组成: 面粉75份,鸡蛋果12份, 野草莓8份, 杨梅5份、山棯子12份、余甘果6份,木糖醇5份。取成熟的野草莓果实、余甘果肉、鸡蛋果去皮、 杨梅去核、山棯子去皮榨汁、过滤,加木糖醇,得到果液;将所述果液加在面粉中,也可以在面粉中加入发酵粉,加纯净水揉匀至粘稠状,做成馒头形状,蒸熟。
实施例三:
本实施例中的保健水果馒头由以下有效组分及重量份组成: 面粉70份,鸡蛋果15份, 野草莓7份, 杨梅3份、山棯子14份、余甘果7份,木糖醇4份。取成熟的野草莓果实、余甘果肉、鸡蛋果去皮、 杨梅去核、山棯子去皮榨汁、过滤,加木糖醇,得到果液;将所述果液加在面粉中,也可以在面粉中加入发酵粉,加纯净水揉匀至粘稠状,做成馒头形状,蒸馒头时在锅内加冷水,放入馒头后,再加热升温,可使馒头均匀受热,松软可口。
实施例四:
本实施例中的保健水果馒头由以下有效组分及重量份组成: 面粉65份,鸡蛋果12份, 野草莓9份, 杨梅3份、山棯子13份、余甘果8份,木糖醇5份;取成熟的野草莓果实、余甘果肉、鸡蛋果去皮、 杨梅去核、山棯子去皮榨汁、过滤,加木糖醇,得到果液,由于各种水果成熟时间不同,可以分别将各时期的水果榨汁保鲜待用;将所述果液加在面粉中,也可以在面粉中加入发酵粉,加纯净水揉匀至粘稠状,做成馒头形状,蒸馒头时在锅内加冷水,放入馒头后,再加热升温,可使馒头均匀受热,松软可口。

Claims (2)
1.一种保健水果馒头,其特征在于由以下有效组分及重量份组成:
面粉60-80份,鸡蛋果10-15份, 野草莓5-10份, 杨梅2-5份、山棯子10-15份、余甘果5-8份,木糖醇2-6份;
取成熟的野草莓果实、余甘果肉、鸡蛋果去皮、 杨梅去核、山棯子去皮榨汁、过滤,加木糖醇,得到果液;将所述果液加在面粉中,加纯净水揉匀至粘稠状,做成馒头形状,蒸熟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健水果馒头,其特征在于由以下有效组分及重量份组成: 面粉75份,鸡蛋果12份, 野草莓8份, 杨梅5份、山棯子12份、余甘果6份,木糖醇5份。
