本发明涉及一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉。包含30‑50份富硒蛋粉、110‑210份五谷十粮粉、80‑140份蔬菜粉、50份水果粉、3‑5份中药粉;所述中药粉包括砂仁、火麻仁、鸡内金、山楂、生姜、大枣、橘红、淡豆豉、茯苓,所述的蔬菜粉采用淀粉包埋工艺,所述的中药粉采取包裹滚团工艺。本发明的一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉成分配比合理,对儿童体虚、厌食、偏食有很好的纠正效果,而且由于采取了包埋、包裹滚团工艺,增强了适口性,可以长期作为辅食而不至厌烦。

本发明涉及人类生活用品,尤其涉及食品,特别涉及营养粉,具体的是一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉。
背景技术
纠偏,就是指纠正身体偏差,包括饮食偏差、营养偏差,以及由此造成的身体阴阳失衡的偏差。我们的五脏六腑、四肢百骸,气、血、精、津、液等人体巨系统应处在一个动态的平衡之中,这个平衡被打破,就会生成疾病。而现代社会,过于追求速度与口味享受,高热量、高蛋白食品和不健康的饮食习惯日渐流行,现代人、尤其是少年儿童,面临的是营养过剩和营养不足的双重困扰,偏食、厌食、暴饮暴食现象交替掺杂,导致各种现代病和亚健康的大量发生,已经成为一个非常严重的健康和社会问题。纠偏食品,就是专为解决饮食偏差、营养偏差而研制的新型食品,一般会广泛的包括糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物 质元素、膳食纤维等所谓几大营养要素,针对现代人内外生态环境非自然 的缺陷和生存压力提高、生命活动加剧与不正常等等变化,增加具双向调整反馈和负反馈功能的物质。这种双向调整反馈和负反馈功能不应是单一的和片面的,应当是整体的和系统的,即所谓整体排毒、整体调养。
这种综合食物的设计必须遵循“缺则摄入,过则排出”的原则。但目前,国内外的复合纠偏食品仍然侧重于碳水化合物及粮食类纤维的复合,构成较为简单,原料种类及膳食纤维构成较为单一,更类似于一种代食品或者营养补充剂,只能暂时补充人体各种微量元素,但具有依赖性,一旦停止食用,就会反弹,而且现在的纠偏食品口味比较单一,更适合成年人长期自觉服用,并不适合儿童挑剔的口味,而且由于儿童由于心智不成熟,很容易对单一口味造成抵触心理,食用效果不甚理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉,结合西医的营养学和中医的传统理论,实现标本兼治的效果以解决上述技术问题。
一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉,包含包含30-50份富硒蛋粉、110-210份五谷十粮粉、80-140份蔬菜粉、50份水果粉、3-5份中药粉;
所述富硒蛋粉为富硒鸡蛋干粉;
所述五谷十粮粉包括大麦、小麦、燕麦、荞麦、高粱、大米、小米、糯米、薏米、玉米、黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、赤小豆、白扁豆、黑芝麻制成的干粉;
所述的蔬菜粉包括南瓜、黄瓜、西红柿、胡萝卜、芹菜、菠菜制成的干粉;
所述的水果粉包括香蕉、苹果、梨、橙子制成的干粉;
所述中药粉包括砂仁、火麻仁、鸡内金、山楂、生姜、大枣、橘红、淡豆豉、茯苓。
优选的,所述的富硒蛋粉为富硒鸡蛋黄干粉;
所述的五谷十粮粉包括制成干粉的小麦、燕麦、荞麦、高粱、大米、小米各10-20份,糯米、薏米、玉米各5-10份,黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、赤小豆、白扁豆各5-10份,黑芝麻10份;
所述蔬菜粉包括制成干粉的南瓜30-50份,黄瓜20-30份,西红柿10-20份,胡萝卜10-20份,芹菜5-10份,菠菜5-10份;
所述的水果粉包括制成干粉的香蕉10份、苹果10份、梨10份、橙子20份;
所述中药粉包括砂仁3g、火麻仁5克、鸡内金6g、山楂10g、生姜5g、大枣12g、橘红5g、淡豆豉5g、茯苓9g。
一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉制造工艺,按以下步骤进行:
S1、取富硒鸡蛋,经清洗、磕蛋、分离取黄、杀菌、喷雾干燥成为蛋黄粉;
S2、取比例份大麦、小麦、燕麦、高粱、大米、小米、薏米、玉米、黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、赤小豆、白扁豆、黑芝麻,用90℃以上温度烘熟,破碎打粉至60-100目,得到第一粮食粉;
S3、取比例份糯米、荞麦破碎打粉至100-160目,得到第二粮食粉;
S4、取比例份南瓜、黄瓜、西红柿、胡萝卜、芹菜、菠菜,洗净粉碎成糊状,进胶体磨磨成浆,在零下10℃至零下50℃温度下进行真空脱水,真空压力为1.3-13帕,脱水后制得蔬菜粉;
S5、取比例份香蕉、苹果、梨、橙子,洗净速冻,真空脱水后粉碎至60-100目,得到水果粉;
S7、将蔬菜粉进行喷雾包埋,具体步骤为,取与蔬菜粉比例份等重量玉米淀粉,加2倍重量份的水,搅拌成糊,然后添加8倍重量份80-90℃热水快速搅拌1分钟,加入比例份蛋黄粉,继续搅拌3分钟,制成包埋液,待包埋液冷却至40℃以下,加入比例份蔬菜粉,搅拌4分钟,25mpa高压均质并过60-120目过滤器,35mpa高压均质并100-140目过滤器,40mpa高压均质并100-160目过滤器,采用压力式干燥喷雾塔喷雾干燥,经100-200目过筛,即可得到包埋蔬菜粉;
S8、取比例份中药粉,加入比例份第二粮食粉,加1-2份水,使用造粒机滚为直径0.05-0.1cm的小球,过16-18目筛后再入造粒机加入红薯粉,滚为直径0.2-0.4cm小球,得中药球;
S9、按原始成分比例将所述第一粮食粉、包埋蔬菜粉、中药球、水果粉充分混合,即得所述一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
成分配比合理,营养全面,可以对人体进行定量补充硒元素及人体每日必需的40种必需的营养素量和充足的均衡供应,8种必需氨基酸,2种必需脂肪酸,1种必需的碳水化合物,7种必需宏量矿物元素,8种必需的微量矿物元素,13种必需维生素来维持人体每日的正常代谢供给和营养需要。对儿童体虚、厌食、偏食有很好的纠正效果,而且由于采取了包埋、包裹滚团工艺,增强了适口性,可以长期作为辅食而不至厌烦。
中医认为:儿童厌食、偏食属于脾胃虚寒,用西医观点即为肠胃功能紊乱,而近代研究发现,人体内硒水平的降低,会造成免疫功能缺失及抗氧化能力的下降,引起肠胃粘膜屏障不稳定,黄嘌呤氧化酶在应急情况下会持续升高,造成肠胃粘膜缺血性损伤,氧自由基增多,导致胃炎、胃溃疡等消化系统病变,因此通过补硒来改善儿童厌食、偏食往往具有意想不到的效果。
有机硒能清除体内自由基,排除体内毒素、抗氧化、能有效的抑制过氧化脂质的产生,防止血凝块,清除胆固醇,增强人体免疫功能,而且硒与金属的结合力很强,能抵抗镉对肾、生殖腺和中枢神经的毒害。硒与体内的汞、铅、锡、铊等重金属结合,形成金属硒蛋白复合而解毒、排毒,而且有机硒除了易于人体吸收以外,还有一个非常显著的优点,即不会在人体内积累,多余的硒会随着代谢排出体外。所以本发明采用富硒蛋粉作为硒源,是非常适宜应用于儿童营养品的,而富硒蛋粉中的优质动物蛋白又可以给儿童提供足够的氨基酸,对偏食厌食导致的营养缺乏有很好的补充作用。
本发明在营养成分方面还辅以了多种的粮食、蔬菜、水果、采用以博补全的方式,通过尽量宽的食谱带来尽量补充儿童体内的微量元素和膳食纤维。
本发明所用的药食同源原料是在大量试验的基础上,从卫生部公布的既是食品又是药品名单(药食同源)中优选出来的,

茯苓味甘、淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经;能利窍去湿,利窍则开心益智,导浊生津;去湿则逐水燥脾,补中健胃;袪惊痫,厚肠脏,治痰之本,助药之降。以其味有微甘,故曰补阳。但补少利多《本草正》。
所添加的食粮粉使所得的儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉还具有提高免疫力、增强自我修复能力、净化血液、软化血管、排毒养颜的功效,其中:
黄豆:富含蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸等;易被人体吸收,对于动脉硬化患者来说,是一种理想的营养品。
黑豆:性平,味甘;具有补脾、利水、解毒的功效,对于各种水肿、体虚、中风、肾虚等病症有显著疗效。
大麦:大麦:性味:甘咸,凉;具有和胃,宽肠,利水。
燕麦:燕麦性味甘平;能益脾养心、敛汗;可用于体虚自汗、盗汗或肺结核病人。
高粱:味甘性温,和胃、健脾、止泻,有固涩肠胃、抑制呕吐、益脾温中、催治难产等功能,可以用来治疗食积、消化不良、湿热、下沥、小便不利等。
大米:味甘性平,具有补中益气、健脾养胃、益精强志、和五脏、通血脉、聪耳明目止烦、止渴、止泻的功效。
小米:性味甘咸,微寒、具有滋养肾气、清虚热的功效。
薏米:性凉,味甘、淡,入脾、肺、肾经,具有利水、健脾、除痹、清热排脓的功效。
玉米:味甘,平;调中开胃,益肺宁心。
赤小豆:性平,味甘、酸;能利湿消肿(水肿,脚气,黄疸,泻痢,便血,痈肿)、清热退黄、解毒排脓。
小麦:味甘,微寒,无毒;除客热,止烦渴咽燥,利小便,养肝气,止漏血唾血。
荞麦:性味:甘,凉;能开胃宽肠,下气消积,治绞肠痧,肠胃积滞,慢性泄泻,噤口痢疾,赤游丹毒,痈疽发背,瘰疬,汤火灼伤。
糯米:功能主治补中益气,治消渴溲多,自汗,便泄。
绿豆:性味甘,凉;可以清热解毒,消暑,利水。治暑热烦渴,水肿,泻利,丹毒,痈肿,解热药毒。
白扁豆:性甘,微温;健脾化湿,和中消暑,用于脾胃虚弱,食欲不振,大便溏泻,白带过多,暑湿吐泻,胸闷腹胀,炒白扁豆健脾化湿。用于脾虚泄泻,白带过多。
黑芝麻:味甘,平;可以补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥。用于头晕眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘。
所添加的水果粉使得儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉含有大量的微量元素以及多种矿物质,经常食用有益儿童健康成长,可以预防儿童厌食、少食等恶习,还可促进儿童身体新陈代谢,增强其抵抗力的效果等,同时提高营养粉的口感,其中:
香蕉:果实含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、糖分、灰分、维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素E等,具有清热解毒、利尿消肿、安胎降血压血压功效。
苹果:果实含脂肪、蛋白质、纤维素、钾、磷、铁等;其中所含钾能与人体过剩的钠盐结合,使之排出体外,有利于平衡电解质;其中含磷和铁,易被肠壁吸收,有补脑养血、宁神安眠作用。
橙子:含柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、糖类、果胶和维生素C等成分;味甘、酸,性微凉;能生津止渴,助消化,和胃。
梨:含脂肪、蛋白质、纤维素等,味甘微酸、性凉,入肺、胃经;具有生津、润燥、清热、化痰,解酒的作用;用于热病伤阴或阴虚所致的干咳、口渴、便秘等症,也可用于内热所致的烦渴、咳喘、痰黄等症。
胡萝卜:含有蔗糖、淀粉、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2叶酸、多种氨基酸(以赖氨酸含量较多)、甘露醇、木质素、果胶、槲皮素、山奈酚、挥发油、咖啡酸及钙等多种矿物元素;有利健康长寿、提高机体防癌抗癌、抵抗疾病的能力、益肝明目、通便、抗过敏、抗氧化、延缓衰老、预防感冒。
西红柿:含有机酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、果糖、葡萄糖、番茄碱等;具有软化血管、促进钙、铁元素吸收,可帮助胃液消化脂肪和蛋白质,有消炎利尿作用,能抑制多种细菌和致病真菌繁殖。
菠菜:含类胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素K、矿物质(钙质、铁质等)、辅酶Q10等多种营养素;具有养血,止血,敛阴,润燥。
芹菜:富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、钙、磷、铁、钠等;具有有平肝清热,祛风利湿,除烦消肿,凉血止血,解毒宣肺,健胃利血、清肠利便、润肺止咳、降低血压、健脑镇静的功效。
黄瓜:黄瓜含葡萄糖、鼠李糖、半孔糖、甘露糖、木糖、果糖以及芸香甙、异槲皮甙、精氨酸的葡萄糖甙等甙类;可以除热,利水,解毒,治烦渴,咽喉肿痛,火眼,汤火伤。
南瓜:果肉含瓜氨酸20.9毫克%、精氨酸、天门冬素、胡芦巴碱、腺嘌呤、胡萝卜素、维生素B、抗坏血酸、脂肪2%、葡萄糖、蔗糖、戊聚糖及甘露醇等;具有补中益气,消炎止痛,解毒杀虫的功效。
这些药食两用品种经合理配伍可以达到养阴益气、清热除烦、和肝调胃、通利二便、补中健胃,开胸厚肠等功效,满足了综合食物的设计必须遵循的“缺则摄入,过则排出”的原则,从而达到“纠偏”的功效。
在本发明的技术方案中,考虑到芹菜、菠菜等蔬菜多纤维,容易产生粗糙的口感,从而导致适口性差,而且蔬菜内维生素在保存加热过程中易流失,因此本案中使用了包埋技术,给蔬菜纤维包裹一团光滑的外皮,以改变其口感。
在本发明的技术方案中,将粮食分为第一粮食粉与第二粮食粉,第二粮食粉包括荞麦粉和糯米粉,盖因利用了其蛋白粘度较大、且干燥后遇水非常不易松散的特性,将中药材团结成小球,并在外面团裹淀粉,在冲泡时会造成类似百香果果汁那种滑嫩包裹籽实的效果,不仅会完全掩盖中药中淡豆豉、生姜、砂仁、火麻仁的苦辣异味,而且会产生类似珍珠奶茶的趣味口感,即使咬破外面的淀粉团,里面的中药球也不容易破碎,只要像百香果籽一样吐出或直接咽下均可。需要特别指出的是:荞麦与糯米也是治疗脾胃的中药成分,结合到中药中可以起到佐使效果,而且发明人意识到,胃主容纳,脾主运化,厌食的病因在脾而不在胃,药物成分在胃中过早消化其实是不利于药效的弥散的,因此中药材团结成小球还有一个非常重要的作用就是造成延时缓释的效果,尽量多的在肠道中消化。事实证明,该思路达到了意想不到的效果。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
称取30份富硒蛋粉、110份五谷十粮粉、80份蔬菜粉、50份水果粉、3份中药粉;具体配比如下:
取专利CN201110357591.4一种低胆固醇、富硒、富铬鸡蛋的生产方法中的富硒鸡蛋;清洗,选用打蛋分离设备将鸡蛋的蛋壳和壳内物质分离,鸡蛋的蛋壳和壳内物质分离后,再分离出蛋清液,之后利用均质机将蛋黄液进行机械分散打液得蛋液。
对蛋液采用紫外线照射消毒法进行灭菌,紫外线照射射剂量每平方厘米≥100000 uW.s。
向灭菌后的蛋液中按质量计添加0.03-0.05%的葡萄糖氧化酶,调整pH值为 6.0-6.5,在43— 47℃温度条件下,酶解反应5-6小时;
对酶解反应后的蛋液进行紫外线灭菌;紫外线灭菌条件为:照射的紫外光波段为 315-280nm,紫外线照射射剂量每平方厘米≥100000 uW.s。
将灭菌后的蛋液转入喷雾干燥器进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的操作条件是喷雾干燥器的进口温度为150-155℃,出口温度为70-75℃,至颗粒大小为60-100目时停止干燥,制得富含锌、硒的富硒蛋粉。
称取600克蛋粉。
称取小麦、燕麦、荞麦、高粱、大米、小米各200克,糯米、薏米、玉米各100克,黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、赤小豆、白扁豆各100份,黑芝麻200克。
荞麦、糯米,直接上磨破碎打粉至100-160目,得到第二粮食粉;
其余成分混合,采用滚筒式烘烤机用90℃以上温度烘熟,破碎打粉至60-100目,得到第一粮食粉;
取南瓜、黄瓜、西红柿、胡萝卜、芹菜、菠菜,分别洗净粉碎成糊状,进胶体磨磨成浆,在零下10℃至零下50℃温度下进行真空脱水,真空压力为1.3-13帕,脱水后制得蔬菜粉。
称取黄瓜粉600克,黄瓜粉400克、西红柿粉200克、胡萝卜粉200克、芹菜粉100克、菠菜粉100克。
取香蕉、苹果、梨、橙子,分别洗净速冻,真空脱水后粉碎至60-100目,得到水果粉;
称取香蕉粉200克、苹果粉200克、梨粉200克、橙子粉400克混合均匀得水果粉。
称取砂仁3克、火麻仁5克、鸡内金6克、山楂10克、生姜5克、大枣12克、橘红5克、淡豆豉5克、茯苓9克 上磨粉碎过60-100目筛得中药粉。
取1600克玉米淀粉,加3200克的30摄℃温水,搅拌成糊,然后添加12800克80-90℃热水快速搅拌1分钟,加入600克蛋粉,继续搅拌3分钟,制成包埋液,待包埋液冷却至40℃以下,加入蔬菜粉,搅拌4分钟,25mpa高压均质并过60-120目过滤器,35mpa高压均质并100-140目过滤器,40mpa高压均质并100-160目过滤器,采用压力式干燥喷雾塔喷雾干燥,经100-200目过筛,即可得到包埋蔬菜粉;
取60克中药粉,加入200克第二粮食粉,加200克水,搅拌均匀成松散一握成团状,上造粒机滚为直径0.05-0.1cm的小球,过16-18目筛后再入造粒机加入红薯干粉,喷入水雾,滚为直径0.2-0.4cm小球,脱水干燥后得中药球。
将上述中药球、包埋蔬菜粉、水果粉、第一粮食粉、蛋粉混合搅拌均匀,即得本发明的一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉。
食用时,取15-30克,用50-80毫升80-90℃热水冲泡,搅拌即可食用。也可掺杂到其他食材中制成主食食用。

动物实验:
健康SD大鼠60只,日龄30-35天,体重60±10g,雌雄各半,由河北大学医学部实验动物中心供给。
随机挑选大鼠分成模型组和空白组及试验1组、实验2组,每组15只。所有动物自由进食饮水,单笼饲养。
特制饲料配制:采用鱼松、奶粉、玉米粉、黄豆粉、白糖、鲜鸡蛋、猪板油,按1∶1∶2∶1∶1∶1.8∶2的比例混匀,蒸熟灭菌,晾干冷藏。
常规基础饲料由河北大学医学部实验动物中心提供。
模型组、试验组用特制饲料喂养,连续14天。
空白组用常规基础饲料喂养,模型组和试验组第15天开始喂养常规基础饲料,所有动物自由进食饮水,单笼饲养。
第15天开始,试验1组每日添加5克本发明技术方案中的中药粉。实验2组每日添加5克本发明技术方案中的中药球;空白组、模型组饲喂常规饲料,记录每日进食量及体重,观察动物外观及活动情况。
结果
在实验过程中,模型组大鼠食欲食量、体重明显减少,少动,呼吸加快,性情烦躁,毛发涩,少光泽。
进食量实验
第7天,模型组和试验组大鼠日平均进食量低于空白组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第14天模型组和试验组大鼠日平均进食量明显低于空白组,差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组(包括1、2组)自第21天起,日平均进食量明显增加,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与空白组比较,差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
从第28天起,试验1组、2组进食量均接近正常,与空白组比较差异无统计学意义,而与模型组比较,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。这说明本发明的营养粉中的中药成分能显著增加试验组大鼠的进食量。
再将实验1组、2组单独进行对比,在药物有效成分明显低于1组的情况下,2组数据仍然略优于1组,这说明采用中药团结包裹技术的确起到了一定效果。

Claims (3)
1.一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉,其特征在于包含30-50份富硒蛋粉、110-210份五谷十粮粉、80-140份蔬菜粉、50份水果粉、3-5份中药粉;
所述富硒蛋粉为富硒鸡蛋干粉;
所述五谷十粮粉包括大麦、小麦、燕麦、荞麦、高粱、大米、小米、糯米、薏米、玉米、黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、赤小豆、白扁豆、黑芝麻制成的干粉;
所述的蔬菜粉包括南瓜、黄瓜、西红柿、胡萝卜、芹菜、菠菜制成的干粉;
所述的水果粉包括香蕉、苹果、梨、橙子制成的干粉;
所述中药粉包括砂仁、火麻仁、鸡内金、山楂、生姜、大枣、橘红、淡豆豉、茯苓。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉,其特征在于所述的富硒蛋粉为富硒鸡蛋黄干粉;
所述的五谷十粮粉包括制成干粉的小麦、燕麦、荞麦、高粱、大米、小米各10-20份,糯米、薏米、玉米各5-10份,黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、赤小豆、白扁豆各5-10份,黑芝麻10份;
所述蔬菜粉包括制成干粉的南瓜30-50份,黄瓜20-30份,西红柿10-20份,胡萝卜10-20份,芹菜5-10份,菠菜5-10份;
所述的水果粉包括制成干粉的香蕉10份、苹果10份、梨10份、橙子20份;
所述中药粉包括砂仁3克、火麻仁5g、鸡内金6克、山楂10g、生姜5克、大枣12g、橘红5克、淡豆豉5g、茯苓9克。
3.一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉制造工艺,其特征在于按以下步骤进行:
S1、取富硒鸡蛋,经清洗、磕蛋、分离取黄、杀菌、喷雾干燥成为蛋黄粉;
S2、取比例份大麦、小麦、燕麦、高粱、大米、小米、薏米、玉米、黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、赤小豆、白扁豆、黑芝麻,用90℃以上温度烘熟,破碎打粉过60-100目筛,得到第一粮食粉;
S3、取比例份糯米、荞麦破碎打粉过100-160目筛,得到第二粮食粉;
S4、取比例份南瓜、黄瓜、西红柿、胡萝卜、芹菜、菠菜,洗净粉碎成糊状,进胶体磨磨成浆,在零下10℃至零下50℃温度下进行真空脱水,真空压力为1.3-13帕,脱水后制得蔬菜粉;
S5、取比例份香蕉、苹果、梨、橙子,洗净速冻,真空脱水后粉碎过60-100目筛,得到水果粉;
S7、将蔬菜粉进行喷雾包埋,具体步骤为,取与蔬菜粉比例份等重量玉米淀粉,加2倍重量份的水,搅拌成糊,然后添加8倍重量份80-90℃热水快速搅拌1分钟,加入比例份蛋黄粉,继续搅拌3分钟,制成包埋液,待包埋液冷却至40℃以下,加入比例份蔬菜粉,搅拌4分钟,25mpa高压均质并过60-120目过滤器,35mpa高压均质并100-140目过滤器,40mpa高压均质并100-160目过滤器,采用压力式干燥喷雾塔喷雾干燥,经100-200目过筛,即可得到包埋蔬菜粉;
S8、取比例份中药粉,加入比例份第二粮食粉,加1-2份水,使用造粒机滚为直径0.05-0.1cm的小球,过16-18目筛后再入造粒机加入红薯粉,滚为直径0.2-0.4cm小球,得中药球;
S9、按成分比例将所述第一粮食粉、包埋蔬菜粉、中药球、水果粉充分混合,即得所述一种儿童纠正偏食型富硒全营养粉。
