背景技术
小儿充满生机,在生长发育过程中,无论在机体的形态结构方面,还是各种生理功能活动方面,都是在不断地、迅速地向着成熟、完善方向发展。
《颅囟经·脉法》说:“凡孩子3岁以下,呼为纯阳,元气未散。”这里,“纯”指小儿先天所禀之元阴元阳未曾耗散,“阳”指小儿的生命活力,如旭日之初生,草木之方萌,蒸蒸日上,欣欣向荣的生理现象。“纯阳”学说概括了小儿在生长发育、阳充阴长过程中,生机蓬勃、发育迅速的生理特点。
《温病条辨·解儿难》说:“古称小儿纯阳,纯阳指小儿先天禀受的元阴元阳未曾耗散,因而成为后天生长发育的动力,使儿童显示出蓬勃的生机,迅速地发育成长。
小儿消化系统的特点,脏腑娇嫩,形气未充,脏腑即五脏六腑。娇:指娇弱,不耐攻伐;嫩:柔嫩。形是指形体结构,即四肢百骸、肌肤筋骨、精血津液等。气指各种生理功能活动,如肺气、脾气等。充,指充实。脏腑娇嫩,形气未充,是说小儿时期机体各系统和器官的形态发育都未曾成熟,生理功能都是不完善的。
小儿初生之时,五脏六腑,成而未全,全而未壮,需赖先天元阴元阳之气生发、后天水谷精微之气充养,才能逐步生长发育,因此,在整个小儿时期,都是处于脏腑娇嫩,形气未充状态。而且,脏腑娇嫩,形气未充的生理特点在年龄越是幼小的儿童,表现越是突出。
从脏腑娇嫩的具体内容看,五脏六腑的形和气皆属不足,但其中又以肺、脾、肾三脏不足表现尤为突出。肺主一身之气,小儿肺脏未充,主气功能未健,而小儿生长发育对肺气需求较成人更为迫切,因而称肺脏娇嫩。小儿初生,脾禀未充,胃气未动,运化力弱,而小儿除了正常生理活动之外,还要不断生长发育,因而对脾胃运化输布水谷精微之气的要求则更为迫切,故显示脾常不足。肾为先天之本,主藏精,内寓元阴元阳,甫生之时,先天禀受肾气未充,需赖后天脾胃不断充养,才能逐渐充盛,这又与儿童时期迅速长养的需求常显得不敷所求,故称肾常虚。
清代医家吴鞠通通过长期临床观察,从阴阳学说出发,认为小儿时期的机体柔嫩、气血;未充、脾胃薄弱、肾气未充、腠理疏松、神气怯弱、筋骨未坚等特点可以归纳为:“稚阳未充,稚阴未长者也。”这里,阴,指体内精、血、·津液,及脏腑、筋骨、脑髓、血脉、肌肤等有形之质;阳,指体内脏腑的各种生理功能活动。稚阴稚阳学说进一步说明,小儿时期,无论在物质基础还是生理功能方面,都是幼稚娇嫩和未曾完善的,必须随着年龄的逐步增长,才能不断地趋向于健全和成熟。婴儿期保健渡过新生儿期,婴儿的自立能力已大为增强。婴儿期生长发育特别快,脾胃常显不足。
宝宝为“纯阳之体”,新陈代谢旺盛,脾胃等消化功能尚未发育成熟,就容易引起上火积食,母乳不足,长期摄入高热量食品,喂养不科学,作息不规律,气候干燥等容易引起上火,上火厌食和消化不良,受凉后感冒发烧,免疫力低下营养吸收不全造成营养不良,消化功能障碍,影响智力发育,长期延时造成营养不良使宝宝体质虚弱,平时多病者胃口更差,造成恶性循环。
母乳喂养最适合婴儿需要,母乳营养丰富,最适合婴儿的生理需要;母乳易为婴儿消化吸收;母乳含优质蛋白质、必需氨基酸及乳糖较多,有利于婴儿脑的发育;母乳具有增进婴儿免疫力的作用;然而现代社会女性出于工作,形体等的考虑母乳喂养越来越少,现在市面上有许多配方奶粉,其目的就是使奶粉的成分接近母乳,但是不管怎样配方,市售奶粉中都不可能配入象母乳一样。人乳喂养孩子十分干净,孩子不会因乳汁污染而生病。人工喂养用的是动物的乳汁,从动物身上挤出奶,经过运输、储藏、加工,在这里的各个环节中,动物乳汁都有被细菌污染的可能。一般来说,相比母乳,喝配方奶的宝宝更容易出现烦躁、哭闹、吐奶、胀气、便便或稀或干等各种各样的情况。
这是因为配方奶中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物的成分和分子结构与母乳相差很大,新生儿及婴幼儿消化系统发育特点,新生儿胃分泌的各种消化酶和盐酸少,酶活力低,所以消化功能差,胃的平滑肌发育不完善,易发生胃扩张。胃黏膜血管丰富,腺体少,分泌盐酸、胃蛋白酶和各种的酶,易发生消化不良。
人乳的乳清蛋白多,酪蛋白比较少。酪蛋白不容易消化,遇到胃酸以后易产生磷块,不易消化,妨碍吸收。
小儿脾胃不能耐受而遭损;饮食质、量的不足,小儿气血生化无源而虚怯。又有因家长缺少正确的喂养知识,婴儿期未能用母乳喂养,或未按时添加辅食,或任意纵儿所好,都易于造成脾气不充甚至受损,运化不健,好发脾胃病证。进一步因脾胃生化乏源,还会引起肺、肾、心、肝诸脏不足而生病。
发明内容
针对现有的生活习惯及婴幼儿的消化特点,及奶粉配方存在的问题,本发明的目的就是提供一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方,其解决问题的技术方案是:
一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方:有以下和重量份数葡萄糖50-60份,白砂糖20-30份,(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液5-6份,菠菜粉140-150份,苹果粉140-170份,胡萝卜粉130-140份,山楂粉1050-110份,莲子粉50-70份制成。
其中(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液的制备方法是:
先取重量份菊花3份,金银花0.5份,淡竹叶0.5份加入25份水,浸泡30分钟,压力0.15MPa,加热至121±2℃,加热3小时,过滤,留滤液备用。
本发明根据药食同源原理,纯植物提取,浓缩精华、在十万级的空气净化间,精制而成,山楂、金银花、菊花,能清热解毒、生津润燥、祛风消积,适用于暑热烦渴、心烦怔忡、头目眩晕、头痛目赤;胡萝卜与菠菜同食,可以保持血管畅通;菊花清热解毒,与胡萝卜同食营养丰富,可滋肝、养血、明目、清热。
本品所含的植物天然营养成分,无添加香精,饮用时用80度左右的开水冲调,稍凉一些后加入奶粉效果更佳,营养成分不会损失且口感不变。有清火、补虚、护肠、开胃作用;本品也可加入开水,奶粉,米粉,奶粉稀饭一起使用,

一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方:有以下和重量份数葡萄糖55份,白砂糖30份,(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液5份,菠菜粉150份,苹果粉170份,胡萝卜粉130份,山楂粉1100份,莲子粉70份制成;

一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方:有以下和重量份数葡萄糖50份,白砂糖20份,(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液5份,菠菜粉140份,苹果粉140份,胡萝卜粉140份,山楂粉1050份,莲子粉50份制成。
葡萄糖
是一种单糖,进入体内可被直接利用,1~6个月的婴儿,食物中的糖类主要是乳糖和少许淀粉,4个月后含淀粉食物逐渐增加,到1岁时胃肠道消化淀粉的各种酶系统逐渐完善,能迅速将其水解为葡萄糖,并在小肠吸收进入血液。吸收后可直接供给能量,或以糖原形式贮存。当小儿在患病、拒食时,体质衰弱,为保证小儿基础代谢热量的需要。
白砂糖
性味:性平、味甘;
归经:归脾经;
功效:补益中气,润肺生津。
菊花
辛温解表类中药
性味:辛、甘、苦;
归经:归肺、肝经;
功效:疏散风热,清肝明目,抗病原微生物作用,解热作用,增强机体耐缺氧能力;
主治:用于风热表证,温病初起,目赤肿痛,目暗昏花,头目眩晕。
金银花
清热解毒类中药
性味:甘,寒;
归经:归肺、心、胃、大肠经;
功效:清热解毒,疏散风热,调节免疫功能,抗炎,抗病原微生物,保护肝脏;
主治:用于外感风热,温病发热,痈肿疮疡,咽喉肿痛,热毒痢疾。
淡竹叶
清气泻火类中药
性味:寒,味甘、淡;
归经:归心、胃、小肠经;
功效:清性热除烦,利尿;解热作用,利尿作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌有抑制作用;
主治:用于性热病烦渴,小便赤涩淋痛,口舌生疮。
菠菜粉
菠菜中富含铁,铁是人体造血原料之一,菠菜中含有可观的蛋白质,可帮助身体发育,精力旺盛,维生素k,是很多蔬菜水果中缺乏的,菠菜可以清理人体肠胃里的热毒,避免便秘,保持排泄的通畅,菠菜的营养价值丰富,菠菜叶含锌56~68毫克/公斤(干重),叶酸1.22微克/克,氨基酸和叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素、新-β-胡萝卜素B、新-β-胡萝卜素。菠菜素U等类胡萝卜素、还含α-菠菜甾醇、胆甾醇以及甾醇酯和甾醇甙、万寿菊素、菠叶素,和一种青紫色萤光物质2-乙酰基-3-对羟基苯丙烯酰基内消旋酒石酸。菠菜含水分、碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、膳食纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、钾、钠、钙、磷、铣、镁等营养元素。各种营养含量均衡,还富含钾等微量元素,具有较好的食疗作用。并且富含大量矿物质和微量元素,菠菜还能起到清除血液中的毒素、通便排毒的功效。
菠菜含有大量的植物粗纤维,具有促进肠道蠕动的作用,利于排便,且能促进胰腺分泌,帮助消化。
菠菜中所含的胡萝卜素,在人体内转变成维生素A,能维护正常视力和上皮细胞的健康,增加预防传染病的能力,促进儿童生长发育。
菠菜中含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素C、钙、磷,及一定量的铁、维生素E、芸香贰、辅酶Q10等有益成分,能供给人体多种营养物质;其所含铁质,对缺铁性贫血有较好的辅助治疗作用。
菠菜中的含氟-生齐酚、6-羟甲基蝶陡二酮及微量元素物质,能促进人体新陈代谢,增进身体健康。
菠菜的蛋白质量高于其他蔬菜,且含有相当多的叶绿素,尤其含维生素K在叶菜类中最高,能用于鼻出血、肠出血的辅助治疗。菠菜补血之理与其所含丰富的类胡萝卜素、抗坏血酸有关,两者对身体健康和补血都有重要作用。
苹果粉
苹果是种低热量食物,每100克只产生60千卡热量;苹果中营养成份可溶性大,易被人体吸收,故有“活水”之称,苹果中还有铜、碘、锰、锌、钾等元素。
每100克苹果含主要营养素见下表:
苹果中含有丰富的鞣酸、果胶、膳食纤维等特殊物质;
鞣酸是肠道收敛剂,它能减少肠道分泌而使大便内水分减少,从而止泻。
果胶,未经加热的生果胶有软化大便缓解便秘的作用,煮过的果胶却摇身一变,具有收敛、止泻的功效,膳食纤维又起到通便作用。
苹果含有独特的果酸,可以加速代谢,减少体内脂肪。
苹果含有丰富的钾,而钾不仅可以缓和因摄取过量的钠而引起的水肿,钾也有利尿的作用,可以将体内多余水分排出。
苹果中含有的磷和铁等元素,易被肠壁吸收,有补脑养血、宁神安眠作用。苹果的香气是治疗抑郁和压抑感的良药。专家们经过多次试验发现,在诸多气味中,苹果的香气对人的心理影响最大,它具有明显的消除心理压抑感的作用。临床使用证明,让精神压抑患者嗅苹果香气后,心境大有好转,精神轻松愉快,压抑感消失。实验还证明,失眠患者在入睡前嗅苹果香味,能使人较快安静入睡。
苹果中含有能增强骨质的矿物元素硼与锰。美国的一项研究发现,硼可以大幅度增加血液中雌激素和其他化合物的浓度,这些物质能够有效预防钙质流失。
中医学认为,苹果性味甘凉,功能生津润肺,补脑养血,安眠养神,解暑除烦,开胃消食,醒酒。《千金·食治》云,苹果能“益心气”。唐药学家孟诜认为,苹果“主补中焦诸不足气,和脾”。《滇南本草图说》,苹果“治脾虚火盛,补中益气”。《医林纂要》云:“止渴,除烦,去瘀。”《随息居饮食谱》云:“润肺悦心,生津开胃。”因此,无论是对心脾两虚、阴虚火旺、肝胆不和或肠胃不和所致之失眠症都有较好的疗效减肥。苹果会增加饱腹感,饭前吃能减少进食量,达到减肥的目的。
胡萝卜粉
富含胡萝卜素,还富含维生素B1、维生素B2、钙、铁、磷等维生素和矿物质。
胡萝卜含有大量胡萝卜素,这种胡萝卜素的分子结构相当于2个分子的维生素A,进入机体后,在肝脏及小肠粘膜内经过酶的作用,其中50%变成维生素A,有补肝明目的作用。
胡萝卜含有植物纤维,吸水性强,在肠道中体积容易膨胀,是肠道中的“充盈物质”,可加强肠道的蠕动,从而利膈宽肠,通便。
维生素A是骨骼正常生长发育的必需物质,有助于细胞增殖与生长,是机体生长的要素,对促进婴幼儿的生长发育具有重要意义。
胡萝卜素转变成维生素A,有助于增强机体的免疫功能,胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高机体免疫机制。
山楂粉
性味:味酸、甘,性微温;
归经:归脾、胃、肝经;
功用:开胃消食、化滞消积、活血散瘀、化痰行气;
主治:用于肉食滞积、症瘕积聚、腹胀痞满、瘀阻腹痛、痰饮、泄泻、肠风下血等。
现代药理研究
山楂主要含有黄酮类、低聚黄烷类、有机酸类、微量元素,另外还有含有三萜类、甾体类和有机胺类等成分。
黄酮类化合物主要有牡荆素(vitexin)、槲皮素(quercetin)、槲皮苷(quercitin)、金丝桃苷(hyperoside)、37,4’,5,7一四羟基黄酮一7一葡萄糖苷(37,47,5,7一tetrahydroxyflavone一7一glucoside)和芦丁(rutoside);
有机酸主要有山楂酸(maslinicacid)、柠檬酸(citricacid)、熊果酸(ur—solicacid)等。另外尚含有磷脂(phosphatide)、维生素C(vitaminC)、维生素B2(vita—minB2)等。
山楂味酸性温,气血并走,化瘀而不伤新血,行滞气而不伤正气。
山楂能够开胃促进消化,山楂所含有的脂肪酶也能够促进脂肪的消化。
山楂所含有的黄酮类与维生素c、胡萝卜素等物质能够阻断并减少自由基的生成,可增强机体的免疫力。
其含维生素C、维生素B、胡萝卜素及多种有机酸,口服能增加胃中消化酶的分泌,所含蛋白酶、脂肪酸,可促进肉食分解消化。
含绿原酸(chlorogenicacid)、咖啡酸、山楂酸(crataegolicacid)、齐菊果酸、槲皮素、熊果酸、齐墩果酸、金丝桃甙(hyperin)、表儿茶精(epicatechin)等。
山楂含有多种维生素及有机酸,可帮助补充细胞内液,从而有生津止渴的效果;
山楂中维生素、有机酸,能帮助胃肠对食物进行消化:山楂中蕴含有大量人体必需的营养物质,如糖类、多种维生素、有机酸等,供给人体养分,提高机体免疫力。
莲子
性味:干者甘、温涩、无毒;
归经:入脾、肾、心经;
功效:清心醒脾,补脾止泻,养心安神明目、补中养神,健脾补胃,止泻固精,益肾涩精止带,滋补元气。
主治:心烦失眠,脾虚久泻,大便溏泄,久痢,腰疼,男子遗精,妇人赤白带下。
现代药理学研究
莲子含碳水化合物(62%),蛋白质(6.6%),脂肪(2.0%),钙(0.089%),磷(0.285%),铁(0.0064%)。
脂肪中脂肪酸组成:肉豆蔻酸(myristicacid)0.04%,棕榈酸(palmiticacid)17.32%,油酸(oleicacid)21.91%,亚油酸(linoleicacid)54.17%,亚麻酸(linolenicacid)6.19%。果实含和乌胺(higenamine)。
莲子含多量的淀粉和棉子糖(Raffinose),蛋白质16.6%,脂肪2.0%,碳水化物62%,钙0.089%,磷0.285%,铁0.0064%.亦含有β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol)、β-谷甾醇脂肪酸酯(β-Sitosterolfattyester),尚含丰富的维生素C、葡萄糖、叶绿素、棕榈酸及谷胱甘肽等.莲子具有清心醒脾,补脾止泻,养心安神明目、补中养神,止泻固精,益肾涩精止带。滋补元气。莲子自古以来是公认的老少皆宜的鲜美滋补佳品。

1.一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方:其特征在于由以下重量份数葡萄糖50-60份,白砂糖20-30份,(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液5-6份,菠菜粉140-150份,苹果粉140-170份,胡萝卜粉130-140份,山楂粉1050-110份,莲子粉50-70份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方:其特征在于由以下和重量份数葡萄糖60份,白砂糖20份,(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液5.5份,菠菜粉165份,苹果粉165份,胡萝卜粉135份,山楂粉1050份,莲子粉60份制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方:其特征在于由以下和重量份数葡萄糖55份,白砂糖30份,(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液5份,菠菜粉150份,苹果粉170份,胡萝卜粉130份,山楂粉1100份,莲子粉70份制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方:其特征在于由以下和重量份数葡萄糖50份,白砂糖20份,(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液5份,菠菜粉140份,苹果粉140份,胡萝卜粉140份,山楂粉1050份,莲子粉50份制成。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的一种婴幼奶粉伴侣配方:其特征在于(菊花、金银花、淡竹叶)提取液的制备方法是:先取重量份菊花3份,金银花0.5份,淡竹叶0.5份加入25份水,浸泡30分钟,控制压力0.15MPa,加热至121±2℃,加热3小时,过滤,留滤液。
