Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物型奶粉伴侣(固体饮料),按质量百分比,由流浸膏、葡萄糖、药用糊精、麦芽糊精、双歧因子、牛磺酸、蜂蜜、冰糖、维生素D3、维生素B6、DHA、柠檬酸组成。本发明不含反式脂肪酸;特别添加VD3,促进钙吸收;特别添加VB6,促进蛋白质吸收和新陈代谢,帮助身体消耗脂肪,助长红血细胞形成。配方添加莲心、山楂、麦芽、陈皮提取物,能起到很好的健脾开胃、降火泻火的作用。配方添加双歧因子、牛磺酸、DHA促进婴幼儿脑组织和智力、视神经发育,降低肠道pH值,抑制有害菌生长。本发明还公开了一种植物型奶粉伴侣的制备方法。

本发明涉及一种婴幼儿奶粉及其他奶制品的伴侣食品,尤其涉及一种植物型奶粉伴侣及其制备方法,该奶粉伴侣为植物型固体饮料。
背景技术
奶粉伴侣是针对婴幼儿喝奶粉容易上火、消化不良现象,科学搭配消食植物精华和高效益生元,并添加DHA、牛磺酸等营养成分精研而成。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种植物型奶粉伴侣,其可以促使哺乳期和断奶期宝宝及六岁以下儿童肠道不适、腹泻、便秘等症状的改善。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种植物型奶粉伴侣,其特征在于,按质量百分比,由5~7份流浸膏、70~88份葡萄糖、3~5份药用糊精、5~6份麦芽糊精、2~2.5份双歧因子、0.003~0.004份牛磺酸、0.4~0.6 份蜂蜜、0.7~0.9份冰糖、0.015~0.02份维生素D3、0.015~0.02份维生素B6、0.02~0.03份10%的DHA、0.7~1.5份柠檬酸组成,其中,所述流浸膏由莲心、山楂、麦芽、陈皮以及水组成。
在本发明的这种植物型奶粉伴侣中,按质量百分比,由5~7份流浸膏、80份葡萄糖、4份药用糊精、5.6份麦芽糊精、2.2份双歧因子、0.003份牛磺酸、0.5 份蜂蜜、0.8份冰糖、0.018份维生素D3、0.018份维生素B6、0.024份10%的DHA、1份柠檬酸组成。
在本发明的这种植物型奶粉伴侣中,按质量百分比,所述流浸膏由5~6份莲心、1~2份山楂、1~2份麦芽、1~2份陈皮以及0.5~1份水组成。
在本发明的这种植物型奶粉伴侣中,该流浸膏由莲心、山楂、麦芽、陈皮以及水组成,相对密度为1.05至1.10,按质量百分比,莲心:山楂:麦芽:陈皮=4:1:1:1。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
山楂:含有多种维生素、山楂酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、糖类、钙、铁、磷、等多种营养物质,山楂中含有的解脂酶还能促进脂肪类的食物消化,山楂还能促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。山楂具有健脾开胃、消食化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。
莲心:清心火,平肝火,泻脾火,降肺火。消暑除烦,生津止渴,治目红肿。麦芽:脾胃虚弱,运化无力,而致食积不消者,与山楂同用,以增健脾消食之力。
陈皮:温能养脾,辛能醒脾,苦能健脾。由于陈皮主行脾胃之气,脾胃地处中焦,中焦之气通行,使三焦之气也随之涌动,所以陈皮的作用可宽及所有藏府,遍及全身之湿。从肺而言,则辛散肺气,苦泄肺气,温化寒气,能治痰多咳喘,气壅食停;从心而言,则辛开心气,苦泄心火,温化湿浊,能治胸中烦热,口气哕臭;从肝而言,则辛散肝郁,苦降肝火,温化寒湿,所以它能治肝郁有热,饮停食滞;从肾而言,则辛润肾燥,苦泄肾湿,温和肾气,所以它能治命火不足,饮食不化。
低聚果糖(双歧因子),它在加工过程中接近中性,加热处理的时间很短,被破坏的很少。在产品储运过程中,其性质也相当稳定。低聚果糖能被人体肠道内的双歧杆菌利用,促进双歧杆菌的生长,抑制大肠杆菌等有害菌的生长繁殖,减少宝宝肠道不适、腹泻、便秘等情况的发生。低聚木糖是低聚糖类中增殖益生菌功能最强的品种之一,它的“益生元”功效是其它低聚糖的近20倍。人体胃肠道内没有水解低聚木糖的酶,所以其可直接进入大肠内优先为益生菌所利用,同时产生多种有机酸,降低肠道pH值,抑制有害菌生长,使益生菌在肠道大量增殖,达到上述的保健养生功效。
牛磺酸:在脑内的含量丰富、分布广泛,能明显促进神经系统的生长发育和细胞增殖、分化,且呈剂量依赖性,在脑神经细胞发育过程中起重要作用。研究表明:早产儿脑中的牛磺酸含量明显低于足月儿,这是因为早产儿体内的半肤氨酸亚磺酸脱氢酶(CSAD)尚未发育成熟,合成牛磺酸不足以满足机体的需要,需由母乳补充。母乳中的牛磺酸含量较高,尤其初乳中含量更高。如果补充不足,将会使幼儿生长发育缓慢、智力发育迟缓。牛磺酸与幼儿、胎儿的中枢神经及视网膜等的发育有密切的关系,长期单纯的牛奶喂养,易造成牛磺酸的缺乏。
DHA:二十二碳六烯酸,俗称脑黄金,是一种对人体非常重要的多不饱和脂肪酸,属于Omega-3不饱和脂肪酸家族中的重要成员。DHA是神经系统细胞生长及维持的一种主要元素,是大脑和视网膜的重要构成成分,在人体大脑皮层中含量高达20%,在眼睛视网膜中所占比例最大,约占50%,因此,对胎婴儿智力和视力发育至关重要。可促进婴幼儿脑组织和智力发育。
冰糖:是砂糖的结晶再制品,冰糖可以增加甜度,中和多余的酸度。并且有去火的功效,冰糖味甘、性平,入肺、脾经;有补中益气,和胃润肺的功效;冰糖养阴生津,润肺止咳,对肺燥咳嗽、干咳无痰、咯痰带血都有很好的辅助治疗作用为了更为清楚地了解本发明,以下提供三个实施例。
实施例一
一种植物型奶粉伴侣,按质量百分比,由7kg流浸膏、70kg葡萄糖、5kg药用糊精、6kg麦芽糊精、2.5kg双歧因子、0.004kg牛磺酸、0.6 kg蜂蜜、0.7kg冰糖、0.02kg维生素D3、0.015kg维生素B6、0.02kgDHA(10%)、1.5kg柠檬酸组成,其中,该流浸膏由莲心、山楂、麦芽、陈皮以及水组成,相对密度为1.05至1.10,按质量百分比,莲心:山楂:麦芽:陈皮=4:1.3:0.8:0.8。
该植物型奶粉伴侣的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按质量百分比,取40kg莲心、13kg山楂、8kg麦芽、8kg陈皮,加1000ml水,溶液PH为6.0至7.0,煮沸1小时,两次提取,浓缩成与水的相对密度为1.05~1.1的流浸膏。
按质量百分比,取7kg流浸膏、70kg葡萄糖、5kg药用糊精、6kg麦芽糊精、2.5kg双歧因子、0.004kg牛磺酸、0.6 kg蜂蜜、0.7kg冰糖、0.02kg维生素D3、0.015kg维生素B6、0.02kg浓度为10%的DHA、1.5kg柠檬酸。
各组分经16目筛混合后制粒,40筛整粒、包装。
取奶粉伴侣和鲜奶,重量比为1∶2。混合搅拌30秒后,即可食用。
实施例二
一种植物型奶粉伴侣,按质量百分比,由6kg流浸膏、80kg葡萄糖、4kg药用糊精、5.6kg麦芽糊精、2.2kg双歧因子、0.003kg牛磺酸、0.5 kg蜂蜜、0.8kg冰糖、0.018kg维生素D3、0.018kg维生素B6、0.024kgDHA(10%)、1kg柠檬酸组成,其中,该流浸膏由莲心、山楂、麦芽、陈皮以及水组成,与水的相对密度为1.05至1.10,按质量百分比,莲心:山楂:麦芽:陈皮=4:1:1:1。

该植物型奶粉伴侣的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按质量百分比,取40kg莲心、7kg山楂、11kg麦芽、11kg陈皮,加1000ml水,溶液PH为6.0至7.0,蒸煮2小时,三次提取,浓缩成相对密度为1.05~1.1的流浸膏。
按质量百分比,取5kg流浸膏、5kg流浸膏、88kg葡萄糖、3kg药用糊精、5kg麦芽糊精、2kg双歧因子、0.003kg牛磺酸、0.4 kg蜂蜜、0.9kg冰糖、0.015kg维生素D3、0.02kg维生素B6、0.03kgDHA(10%)、0.7kg柠檬酸。
各组分经15目筛混合后制粒,46筛整粒、包装。
取奶粉伴侣和鲜奶,重量比为1∶5。混合搅拌20秒后,即可食用。
