孕妇营养饼干的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1).将南瓜、芦笋洗净去皮,板栗去壳、红枣去籽,上蒸锅蒸煮30min,然后加1倍体积的水捣碎搅拌得混合泥,备用;
2).将蓝莓、苹果去核后榨汁,得混合汁,备用;
3).将香菇晒干,和核桃仁混合粉碎,得混合粉,备用;
4).将混合泥、混合汁、混合粉、盐、蔗糖、低筋小麦粉、植物油、酵母粉、黑芝麻粉混合,加入适量水搅拌均匀形成面团,30~35℃静置2h得发酵面团;
5).将步骤4)所得发酵面团再次搅拌均匀分装到合适的模具中,放入烤箱,先低火10min,再高火20min,将盛装面团的模具从烤箱中取出,室温放凉,包装。
南瓜含有人体所需的多种氨基酸、淀粉、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C和钙、磷等成分,营养丰富,不仅有较高的食用价值,而且还有着不可忽视的食疗作用。据《滇南本草》载:南瓜性温,味甘无毒,入脾、胃二经,能润肺益气,化痰排浓,驱虫解毒,治咳止喘,疗肺痈与便秘,并有利尿、美容等作用。
核桃仁含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸及矿物元素,脂肪极少,并含有人体必需的钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素和矿物质,以及胡萝卜素、核黄素等多种维生素,有很高的营养价值。孕妇食用对胎儿智力发育有益。
红枣含有的维生素C比苹果、梨、葡萄、桃、山植、柑、橘、橙、柠檬等水果均高,还含有维生素P、维生素A,B族维生素和黄酮类物质环磷酸腺苷、环磷酸鸟苷等,十分有益于人体健康,故红枣又有“天然维生素”的美誉,对于孕妇补充营养及胎儿生长发育都有很大的帮助,能够促进胎儿大脑发育,增强母体免疫力,还能健脾益胃、补血安神。
板栗含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、维生素、矿物质和柔软的膳食纤维,且碳水化合物含量较高,能供给人体较多的热能,并能帮助脂肪代谢,具有益气健脾,厚补胃肠的作用;
芦笋含有丰富硒,刺激机体免疫功能,促进抗体的形成,芦笋叶酸含量较多,经常食用芦笋有助于胎儿大脑发育,经常食用可消除疲劳,降低血压,改善心血管功能,增进食欲,提高机体代谢能力,提高免疫力,是一种高营养营养保健蔬菜。
黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、镁等营养成分;芝麻中的亚油酸有调节胆固醇的作用;芝麻中含有丰富的维生素E,能防止过氧化脂质对皮肤的危害,抵消或中和细胞内有害物质游离基的积聚,可使皮肤白皙润泽,并能防止各种皮肤炎症;芝麻还具有养血的功效,可以治疗皮肤干枯、粗糙、令皮肤细腻光滑。
香菇能够刺激人体产生干扰素,消灭体内的病毒,对预防感冒有一定的作用,且香菇中含有矿物质硒和抗氧化剂,B族维生素核黄素和烟酸,这些维生素在维持免疫系统健康发挥重要作用
苹果甜酸爽口,可增进食欲,促进消化,可以缓解孕吐,补充碱性物质及钾和维生素,同时可以有效的防止孕期水肿。苹果富含纤维素、有机酸,易促进肠胃蠕动,防治便秘。
蓝莓果实中除了常规的糖、酸和维生素C外,富含维生素E、维生素A、维生素B、超氧化物岐化酶、熊果苷、蛋白质、花青苷、食用纤维以及丰富的钙、铁、锌、钾等矿质元素,具有良好的营养保健作用,能增强人机体免疫等功能。且果实酸甜适口,具有香爽宜人的香气。
本发明提供了一种孕妇营养饼干及其生产方法,本发明配方合理、营养全面、口味独特,通过添加南瓜、核桃仁、红枣、板栗、芦笋、黑芝麻粉、香菇、苹果、蓝莓等营养保健成分均衡营养,其中碳水化合物、热量、蛋白质、矿物质、膳食纤维、维生素、植物油脂、糖分等均含有且比例恰当,满足孕妇的营养需求,增强免疫力,有利于孕妇的身体健康以及胎儿的发育。本发明制得的饼干携带、食用方便,便于保存、易于消化,且并不需要苛刻的加工条件。

实施例1:
一种孕妇营养饼干,由以下重量份的原料制成:低筋小麦粉78份、植物油12份、蔗糖3份、酵母粉1.5份、盐2份、南瓜16份、核桃仁6份、红枣7份、板栗6份、芦笋5份、黑芝麻粉6份、香菇5份、苹果8份、蓝莓4份、水适量。

本发明配方合理、营养全面、口味独特,通过添加南瓜、核桃仁、红枣、板栗、芦笋、黑芝麻粉、香菇、苹果、蓝莓等营养保健成分均衡营养,其中碳水化合物、热量、蛋白质、矿物质、膳食纤维、维生素、植物油脂、糖分等均含有且比例恰当,满足孕妇的营养需求,增强免疫力,有利于孕妇的身体健康以及胎儿的发育。本发明制得的饼干携带、食用方便,便于保存、易于消化,且并不需要苛刻的加工条件。

1.一种孕妇营养饼干,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:低筋小麦粉70-80份、植物油10-15份、蔗糖2-4份、酵母粉1-2份、盐1-3份、南瓜14-18份、核桃仁5-8份、红枣6-8份、板栗5-8份、芦笋5-7份、黑芝麻粉4-8份、香菇5-7份、苹果6-9份、蓝莓4-7份、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的孕妇营养饼干,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:低筋小麦粉78份、植物油12份、蔗糖3份、酵母粉1.5份、盐2份、南瓜16份、核桃仁6份、红枣7份、板栗6份、芦笋5份、黑芝麻粉6份、香菇5份、苹果8份、蓝莓4份、水适量。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的孕妇营养饼干的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1).将南瓜、芦笋洗净去皮,板栗去壳、红枣去籽,上蒸锅蒸煮30min,然后加1倍体积的水捣碎搅拌得混合泥,备用;
2).将蓝莓、苹果去核后榨汁,得混合汁,备用;
3).将香菇晒干,和核桃仁混合粉碎,得混合粉,备用;
4).将混合泥、混合汁、混合粉、盐、蔗糖、低筋小麦粉、植物油、酵母粉、黑芝麻粉混合,加入适量水搅拌均匀形成面团,30~35℃静置2h得发酵面团;
5).将步骤4)所得发酵面团再次搅拌均匀分装到合适的模具中,放入烤箱,先低火10min,再高火20min,将盛装面团的模具从烤箱中取出,室温放凉,包装。
