本发明公开了一种代餐粉,由以下重量份的原料组成:黑桑椹19~40份,松花粉6~12份,核桃仁10~16份,黑芝麻10~20份,枸杞10~15份,黑米10~20份,黑糯米10~20份,淮山药10~18份,桂圆5~18份,黄秋葵果4~10份,黄秋葵花4~6份,葛根10~20份,黑豆15~25份。本发明的原料搭配合理,制备方法科学,能够充分发挥各种原料的有效成分,并且有利于人体吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种代餐粉。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的代餐粉有多种多样,但其中大部分仅仅是将原料炒熟磨细成粉后混合而成。其中的一些原料,众所周知的是黑桑椹粉、松花粉、桂圆粉、核桃粉、黑芝麻粉、枸杞粉、黑米粉、黑糯米粉、淮山药粉、黄秋葵粉、葛根粉是最不容易被肠胃吸收的,虽经炒熟磨碎,人们吃下去后,连百分之五都吸收不到,而且有些人吃了还容易上火。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种代餐粉。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种代餐粉,由以下重量份的原料组成:
黑桑椹19~40份,松花粉6~12份,核桃仁10~16份,黑芝麻10~20份,枸杞10~15份,黑米10~20份,黑糯米10~20份,淮山药10~18份,桂圆5~18份,黄秋葵果4~10份,黄秋葵花4~6份,葛根10~20份,黑豆15~25份。
作为优选,代餐粉由以下重量份的原料组成:
黑桑椹30份,松花粉9份,核桃仁13份,黑芝麻15份,枸杞12份,黑米16份,黑糯米16份,淮山药14份,桂圆11份,黄秋葵果7份,黄秋葵花5份,葛根16份,黑豆21份。
作为优选,上述代餐粉,由以下步骤制备得到:
(1)黑芝麻通过泡蒸脱皮去油;
(2)核桃仁经过冷压榨处理去油脂;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的黑芝麻、步骤(2)得到的核桃仁,同桂圆、枸杞、黑米、黑糯米、淮山药、黄秋葵果、葛根一起精研细磨成粉末状;
(4)将松花粉、黑桑椹、黄秋葵花经破壁粉碎;
(5)将步骤(3)研磨得到的黑芝麻、核桃、桂圆、枸杞、黑米、黑糯米、淮山药、黄秋葵果、葛根的粉末与步骤(4)经破壁粉碎得到的松花粉、黑桑椹、黄秋葵花混合制成代餐粉。
本发明所用原料的功效如下 :
黑桑葚:防脱生发,改善脾脏功能,促进消化。黑桑葚视为野果的水果不但味酸甜清香,还营养丰富,含有葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、鞣质、苹果酸以及钙质、维生素A、C和烟酸等多种营养素。
黑芝麻:补钙,降血压,乌发润发,养颜润肤,提高生育能力。黑芝麻营养价值十分丰富,不仅含有丰富的优质植物油、蛋白质和矿物质,还含有不饱和脂肪酸和维生素E等,另外,黑芝麻的营养成分中还包括了极其珍贵的芝麻素和黑色素等物质。
核桃仁:又名胡桃仁、胡桃肉、核桃。本品为胡桃科植物胡桃的干燥成熟种子。秋季果实成熟时采收,除去肉质果皮,晒干,再除去核壳及木质隔膜。性味甘,温。归肾、肺、大肠经。补肾,温肺,润肠。用于腰膝酸软,阳痿遗精,虚寒喘嗽,大便秘结。
桂圆肉:桂圆可分为新鲜桂圆和桂圆干,桂圆的肉也叫元肉,桂圆有很好的补血效果和一定的安神功效。桂圆肉的作用可用于心脾虚损、气血不足所致的失眠、健忘、惊悸、眩晕等症状。桂圆含葡萄糖、蔗糖和维生素A、B等多种营养素。头晕的时候适当的吃几颗桂圆可补充糖分提高精神。
淮山药:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。淮山药指的应是今江苏安徽等地所产山药,而怀山药则指今河南焦作区域所产山药。淮山药茎通常带紫红色,主治脾虚食少、久泻不止,有补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精的功效。
枸杞:滋补肝肾、益精明目、养血,增强人们的免疫力。
紫糯米:紫糯米以其具有丰富的营养价值和药用价值而被誉为“黑珍珠”。紫糯米不仅对产妇有良好的滋补作用,而且对于慢性病患者、恢复期病人和体虚者,都是一种很好的营养滋补品。
黑米:黑米具有清除自由基、改善缺铁性贫血、抗应激反应以及免疫调节等多种生理功能。黑米中的黄铜类化合物能维持血管正常渗透压,减轻血管脆性,防止血管破裂和止血。黑米有抗菌,降低血压、抑制癌细胞生长的功效。黑米能改善心肌营养,降低心肌耗氧量等功效。黑米含蛋白质、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌等营养元素,营养非常丰富。
黄秋葵:嫩果(荚)肉质柔嫩、润滑,风味独特,营养价值高,堪比人参(在日韩即称为绿色人参)却比人参更适合日常食补。幼果中还含有一种黏性物质,可助消化,治疗胃炎、胃溃疡,并可保护肝脏及增强人体耐力。嫩叶也可食用。花、种子和根对恶疮、痈疖有疗效,有一定的抗癌作用。种子中含有较多的钾、钙、铁、锌、锰等矿物质,能提取油脂、蛋白质或作为咖啡的代用品。
葛根:为豆科植物野葛的干燥根。葛根内含12%的黄酮类化合物,如葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素等营养成分,还有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、和人体必需的铁、钙、铜、硒等矿物质,是老少皆宜的名贵滋补品,有“千年人参”之美誉。葛根味甘微辛,气清香,性凉,主入脾胃经。有发表解肌,升阳透疹,解热生津之功效。常食葛粉能调节人体机能,增强体质,提高机体抗病能力,抗衰延年,永葆青春活力。现代医学研究,葛根黄酮具有防癌抗癌和雌激素样作用,可促进女性养颜,尤其对中年妇女和绝经期妇女养颜保健作用明显。
松花粉:
1. 松花粉可直接补充营养,也可通过改善消化功能,从食物中摄取营养,为身体补充能量,增加耐力,使之不易疲劳。松花粉还能调整神经系统,缓解精神和工作压力,解除各种负担造成的以及中老年人的易疲劳。松花粉可降低体内乳酸水平,适合加班工人、备考学生、赛前运动员等劳动强度大、脑力劳动重者服用。
2. 松花粉所含微量元素、黄酮类、精氨酸、维生素C、E、胡萝卜素及硒等,均有清除体内自由基作用,可提高机体抗氧化酶类(如铜锌超氧化物歧化酶等)的活性,抑制脂质过氧化反应,消除老年斑,延缓细胞衰老。松花粉多样化的活性营养物质相互作用,调整全身功能,保持机体组织青春活力,使智力聪颖不衰,从而延缓衰老,增加寿命。
3. 松花粉营养平衡,富纤维而低热量,所含脂肪酸中72.5%为不饱和脂肪酸,与维生素E协同作用,可双向调节人体胆固醇,使肌肉结实、体态匀称。
4. 松花粉含有丰富的氨基酸和全部天然维生素以及多种酶,能增强皮肤代谢,增加皮肤弹性,延缓皮肤衰老。
5. 松花粉含有近百种酶类,可以促进胃肠蠕动,增进食欲,帮助消化,对胃肠功能紊乱症有明显调节作用。
6. 松花粉能促进肝细胞活性,使胆汁分泌正常,防止肝病的发生,并能促进肝脏解毒功能。

以上各实例的代餐粉的制备方法如下:
1、首先将黑芝麻通过泡蒸脱皮去油,核桃仁经过冷压榨处理去油脂;
2、然后将以上经过处理的黑芝麻和核桃仁再同桂圆、枸杞、黑米、黑糯米、淮山药、黄秋葵果、葛根一起精研细磨成为粉末状;
3、将松花粉、黑桑椹、黄秋葵花经破壁粉碎;
4、最后将经过处理的黑芝麻、核桃仁、桂圆、枸杞、黑米、黑糯米、淮山药、黄秋葵果、葛根、松花粉、黑桑椹、黄秋葵花混合制成代餐粉。经过这样处理,才能使得原料达到去皮去油脂磨成小分子的目的,以有利于吸收之精华。

1.一种代餐粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:
黑桑椹19~40份,松花粉6~12份,核桃仁10~16份,黑芝麻10~20份,枸杞10~15份,黑米10~20份,黑糯米10~20份,淮山药10~18份,桂圆5~18份,黄秋葵果4~10份,黄秋葵花4~6份,葛根10~20份,黑豆15~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的代餐粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:黑桑椹30份,松花粉9份,核桃仁13份,黑芝麻15份,枸杞12份,黑米16份,黑糯米16份,淮山药14份,桂圆11份,黄秋葵果7份,黄秋葵花5份,葛根16份,黑豆21份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的代餐粉,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备得到:
(1)黑芝麻通过泡蒸脱皮去油;
(2)核桃仁经过冷压榨处理去油脂;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的黑芝麻、步骤(2)得到的核桃仁,同桂圆、枸杞、黑米、黑糯米、淮山药、黄秋葵果、葛根一起精研细磨成粉末状;
(4)将松花粉、黑桑椹、黄秋葵花经破壁粉碎;
(5)将步骤(3)研磨得到的黑芝麻、核桃、桂圆、枸杞、黑米、黑糯米、淮山药、黄秋葵果、葛根的粉末与步骤(4)经破壁粉碎得到的松花粉、黑桑椹、黄秋葵花混合制成代餐粉。
