‘健康中国’既是民生主题词,也是发展主题词,随着经济的发展和人们的生活水平提高,人们健康的观念的也不断发生了深刻的变化和提升。很多人由于工作学习的压力,生活饮食的不规律、思想情绪的波动等原因,致使身体素质变化,导致生理机能出现诸多不良反应。老年人随着年龄的增长,各种慢性的出现对身体健康也造成很大的影响。所以,利用生活中最原始、自然的方法调节好吃、喝、拉、撒、睡,以达到健康生活、快乐工作。这款即解决人们吃饭饱肚,又能调节生理机能,调养身体的药食同源五色产品,所涉及的人群之广,市场需求潜力极大。
食物是为人体提供生长发育和健康生存所需的各种营养素的可食性物质。也就是说,食物最主要的是营养作用。其实不然,中医很早就认识到食物不仅能营养,而且还能疗疾祛病,以达到防未病的效果。食物"病人服之,不但疗病,并可充饥;不但充饥,更可适口,用之对症,病自渐愈,即不对症,亦无他患"。

在五色中,食以黑为首,以黑为贵。黑色食物被认为具有非常强效的食补作用,主要入肝肾二经;一般而言,有“缺氧”现象的人,如气色白、头晕眼花、四肢无力等等,除了心脏功能不好外,大多属于肾脏不佳,会有耳鸣、耳聋、口干、腰酸、白发、掉发、水肿、小便不利、不孕等症状,因此,有上述症状的人在食物颜色选择上应多吃黑色食物。我们把生活中的红、青、黄、白、黑等五色药食同源的食材、药材统称五色食品。

单方一:黑芝麻5-50%、黑米10-50%、红花1-15%、花生衣1-15%、马齿苋5-30%、何首乌4-35%、鹰嘴豆5-30%、小麦5-28%、绿豆5-20%。
进一步地,如上所述的五色全营养代餐粉,还包括以下质量百分比的原料:
单方二:葛根粉10-40%、黑蒜1-15%、黑苦荞1-15%、茯苓5-20%、海盐1-8%、核桃仁5-40%、丹参5-20%、海带1-10%、黑桑葚5-20%、山药5-40%;
所述单方一:单方二的质量比为:1:1。

一种制备如上所述五色全营养代餐粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:按质量百分比称取以下原料:
单方一:黑芝麻15%、黑米25%、红花5%、花生衣5%、马齿苋10%、何首乌10%、鹰嘴豆10%、小麦10%、绿豆10%
单方二:葛根粉20%、黑蒜5%、黑苦荞5%、茯苓10%、海盐5%、核桃仁15%、丹参10%、海带5%、黑桑葚10%、山药15%
单方三:三七粉5%、黑枸杞10%、绞股蓝15%、侧柏叶10%、南杏仁10%、黑蚂蚁10%、大麦20%、黑木耳20%
单方四:黑枣10%、薏米10%、芡实10%、大麦10%、蜂蜜粉5%、黑木耳10%、黑豆15%、黑糯米15%、猴头菇10%、鸡内金5%
步骤2:将黑桑葚、侧柏叶、海盐武火炒制,温度控制在350度--500度混合炒,每次5-10小时,凉后再炒重复三遍;
步骤3:将山药、薏米、芡实、鸡内金、大麦、南杏仁分别文火或炒制,温度控制在120-150度,重复两遍;
步骤4:将剩余原料晾干后与上述经过炒制的原料混合,用打磨机打成120-200目的粉剂,即得全营养代餐粉。
根据如上所述的方法制备得到的五色全营养代餐粉或颗粒剂型。
本发明所述五色全营养代餐粉的制备方法为:黑桑葚、侧柏叶、海盐武火炒制,温度控制在350度--500度混合炒,每次5-10小时,凉后再炒重复三遍;
山药、薏米、芡实、鸡内金、大麦、南杏仁,文或炒制,温度控制在120-150度,重复两遍;
将炒制的混合物与其他食材(其他食材只需要晾干无需炒制)混合,用打磨机打成120-200目的粉剂,即得全营养代餐粉。

黑米:黑米外表纯黑,行如乌珠,是一种药、食兼用的大米,米质佳,是我国稻米中之珍品,因为珍贵成为进贡之品,古为“贡米”,其营养价值比一般白米高,又名乌米,,性湿、味甘,具有很高的营养价值和药用价值,是理想的食疗佳品。其营养价值比一般白米高,每100公克含蛋白质11.3公克,普通白米仅含6-8公克,还含有多种维生素和锌、铁、硒等必需微量元素;黑米的颜色主要是因为外皮中含有花青素类色素,这种色素本身具有很强的抗氧化作用;黑米还能滋阴味肾,补胃暖肝,明目活血,健身功效显著。用它入药,对头昏、贫血、白发、眼疾等疗效甚佳。
黑糯米:具有“滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、补益脾胃、益气活血、养肝明目等疗效,味甘、性温,入脾、胃、肺经;一般人群均可食用,尤其适合少年白发、妇女产后虚弱、病后体虚以及贫血、肾虚者食用。以其具有丰富的营养价值和药用价值而被誉为“黑珍珠”。中医理论上,“有黑入肾,肾强则青春焕发,精力充沛”之说;民间则视为具有滋补健身和药用功效。根据贵州农学院对十七个黑糯米品种和五个白糯米品种进行分析化验对比的结果,黑糯米比白糯米的蛋白质、赖氨酸和核黄素含量都高。黑糯米粗蛋白含量在百分之八点八至十四点一五,平均为百分之十一点四八,而白糯米仅为百分之七点五三至十一点一八,平均为百分之九点五二;黑糯米赖氨酸含量在百分之零点三二至一点五二,平均为百分之零点四一,而白糯米仅百分之零点二八至零点三七,乎均为百分之零点三二;黑糯米每百克含核黄素在零点一二至零点三一毫克,平均为零点一九毫克,而白糯米仅为零点零八至零点一五毫克,平均为零点一毫克。根据民食习惯,黑糯米以糙米进食,白糯米以精白米进食。因此,一般地说来,黑糯米的营养价值比白糯米高得多。产妇食用黑糯米较之白糯米有助于滋补产后造成的身体虚弱,有利于增加乳汁,哺乳婴儿。黑糯米不仅对产妇有良好的滋补作用,而且对于慢性病患者、恢复期病人和体虚者,都是一种很好的营养滋补品。因此,多少年来,即成为当地农民群众,特别是少数民族逢年过节和待客送礼的珍品。

本发明制备的五色全营养代餐粉经分析检验结果如表1所示:

研究发现,现阶段的慢性病患者在通过五色代全营养餐粉的食用后,历时三个月的效果跟踪观察,只要坚持食用的人群中都得到不同的变化和意外收获。
实验案例1:阮某,男,企业老总51岁。长年累月为企业奔波,常常睡眠不好,记忆率衰退,血压偏高,食用本发明实施例1产品后,不到三个月睡眠改善,精起身好,血压趋于稳定。头脑清新,记忆增强。
实验案例2:王某,男62岁,常年办公室工作,缺乏运动和锻炼,导致肠胃吸收不好,体内湿气较重,大便不成型稀溏,头发脱落严重。食用本发明实施例1产品后,四个月出现较好的改善,大便成型,头发脱落现象改观,新的发绒开始出现。

本发明提供的五色全营养代餐粉,在组份方面,可以将四种单方组合整体调理,也可根据自身体质,有针对性小方使用调理;在制备工艺方面,传统工艺以现代提取技术的运用,葛根提取物葛根素,而本申请经过、烘晒(自然晾干与烘干结合)、炒制(涉及低温、中温、高温三种不同方式、不同时间、不同叠加,发挥最大的有效机理)、粉碎(粉碎120-200目)、杀菌等步骤完成,因此,本发明提供的五色全营养代餐粉在口感方面更佳,而且营养成本保留最为完善。
本发明提供的五色全营养代餐粉可以制备成颗粒速效和粉状两种形态,即冲即食,方便简单,易消化吸收;
本发明提供的五色全营养代餐粉用户群面广,由于该五色全营养代餐粉无任何副作用,老少皆宜,末梢的微循环充贯,双向修补增效,其效果最大化。
五色全营养代餐粉,融合“全身营养、五脏同调、末梢充贯、协同起效”十二字核心技术内涵,以达到全面整体调理,补血补肾补脑,末梢充盈贯通、其适应性好,实用性强,具有安全、多效、快速的特点。

Claims (7)
1.一种五色全营养代餐粉,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的原料:
单方一:黑芝麻5-50%、黑米10-50%、红花1-15%、花生衣1-15%、马齿苋5-30%、何首乌4-35%、鹰嘴豆5-30%、小麦5-28%、绿豆5-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的五色全营养代餐粉,其特征在于,还包括以下质量百分比的原料:
单方二:葛根粉10-40%、黑蒜1-15%、黑苦荞1-15%、茯苓5-20%、海盐1-8%、核桃仁5-40%、丹参5-20%、海带1-10%、黑桑葚5-20%、山药5-40%;
所述单方一:单方二的质量比为:1:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的五色全营养代餐粉,其特征在于,还包括以下质量百分比的原料:
单方三:三七粉1-10%、黑枸杞5-20%、绞股蓝5-30%、侧柏叶4-20%、南杏仁3-25%、黑蚂蚁5-25%、大麦10-40%、黑木耳10-40%。
所述单方一:单方二:单方三的质量比为:1:1:1。
4.根据权利要求4所述的五色全营养代餐粉,其特征在于,还包括以下质量百分比的原料:
单方四:黑枣5-20%、薏米5-20%、芡实5-20%、大麦5-40%、蜂蜜粉1-20%、黑木耳5-20%、黑豆5-30%、黑糯米5-30%、猴头菇5-30%、鸡内金1-8%;
所述单方一:单方二:单方三:单方四的质量比为:1:1:1:1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的五色全营养代餐粉,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
单方一:黑芝麻15%、黑米25%、红花5%、花生衣5%、马齿苋10%、何首乌10%、鹰嘴豆10%、小麦10%、绿豆10%
单方二:葛根粉20%、黑蒜5%、黑苦荞5%、茯苓10%、海盐5%、核桃仁15%、丹参10%、海带5%、黑桑葚10%、山药15%
单方三:三七粉5%、黑枸杞10%、绞股蓝15%、侧柏叶10%、南杏仁10%、黑蚂蚁10%、大麦20%、黑木耳20%
单方四:黑枣10%、薏米10%、芡实10%、大麦10%、蜂蜜粉5%、黑木耳10%、黑豆15%、黑糯米15%、猴头菇10%、鸡内金5%。
6.一种制备权利要求4所述五色全营养代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:按质量百分比称取以下原料:
单方一:黑芝麻15%、黑米25%、红花5%、花生衣5%、马齿苋10%、何首乌10%、鹰嘴豆10%、小麦10%、绿豆10%
单方二:葛根粉20%、黑蒜5%、黑苦荞5%、茯苓10%、海盐5%、核桃仁15%、丹参10%、海带5%、黑桑葚10%、山药15%
单方三:三七粉5%、黑枸杞10%、绞股蓝15%、侧柏叶10%、南杏仁10%、黑蚂蚁10%、大麦20%、黑木耳20%
单方四:黑枣10%、薏米10%、芡实10%、大麦10%、蜂蜜粉5%、黑木耳10%、黑豆15%、黑糯米15%、猴头菇10%、鸡内金5%
步骤2:将黑桑葚、侧柏叶、海盐武火炒制,温度控制在350度--500度混合炒,每次5-10小时,凉后再炒重复三遍;
步骤3:将山药、薏米、芡实、鸡内金、大麦、南杏仁分别文火或炒制,温度控制在120-150度,重复两遍;
步骤4:将剩余原料晾干后与上述经过炒制的原料混合,用打磨机打成120-200目的粉剂,即得全营养代餐粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法制备得到的五色全营养代餐粉或颗粒剂型。
