背景技术
代餐粉是一种由谷类、豆类等食材为主,其他植物根、茎、果实等食用部分为辅制成的一种单一或综合性冲调粉剂产品。它集营养均衡、效果显著、食用方便等优点于一身,是一种前景广阔具有功能性的健康食品。

血脂指的是人体血浆中的游离脂肪酸、磷脂、固醇和甘油三脂等脂肪素的含量。血浆中血脂的含量健康值一般在130mg/dl(毫克每分升)以下;凡大于160mg/dl的医学上称之为血液脂肪素超标,即为高血脂。高血脂症血浆胆固醇、甘油三酯、总脂等血脂成分的浓度超过正常标准。
高血脂对身体的损害是隐匿、逐渐、进行性和全身性的,它的直接损害是加速全身动脉粥样硬化,进而导致众多的相关疾病,因为全身的重要器官都要依靠动脉供血、供氧,一旦动脉被粥样斑块堵塞,就会导致严重后果。大量研究资料表明,高血脂症是脑卒中、冠心病、心肌梗死、心脏猝死独立而重要的危险因素。此外,高血脂症也是促进高血压、糖耐量异常、糖尿病的一个重要危险因素。高血脂症还可导致脂肪肝、肝硬化、胆石症、胰腺炎、眼底出血、失明、周围血管疾病、跛行、高尿酸血症。有些原发性和家族性高血脂症患者还可出现腱状、结节状、掌平面及眼眶周围黄色瘤、青年角膜弓等。
目前,常用于治疗高血脂的药物有他汀类调脂药、贝特类调脂药、烟酸类及其衍生物、胆酸螯合剂和普罗布考等,这些药物虽然有较明显的降血脂作用,但是长期服用对肝肾的毒副作用大,并且停药后容易复发。因此,高血脂患者在注重合理饮食及适当运动外,还需要辅助降血脂的保健食品以达到平和调理身体,减缓对肝肾的毒副作用,且不易复发的目的。
对于糖尿病患者及高血糖人群,在及时使用药物治疗的同时,面临的最关键问题就是日常饮食,如果饮食控制或选用食物不当,有可能导致血糖的波动,甚至加剧高血糖风险。糖尿病患者及高血糖人群,应当尽量选用无糖或低糖的食品作为日常补充。。
发明内容
本发明的降压降血糖降脂减重黑色膳食纤维代餐食品配方比例如下
红参 5-10 份,黄精 5-10 份,玛卡1-3份,黑枣 3-5 份, 黑山药3-5份,黑芝麻 10-20份,黑桑葚 1-3 份,黑枸杞1-3份,黑豆 10-30 份,黑米 10-30 份,芡实1-3份,黑木耳3-6份,阿胶0.1-0.3份,牡蛎0.1-0.3份,紫菜0.1-0.3份,海带0.1-0.3份、淡菜0.1-0.3份、蛹虫草0.05-0.15份、松茸0.01-0.03份,苦荞5-10份、马齿苋1-3份、蒲公英0.5-1.5份、莲子2-6份、茯苓4-8份、黑芸豆4-8份、扁豆1-3份、栗子1-5份、黑葡萄干1-3份、黑莓1-3份、龙眼肉1-3份,黑糖5-10份。
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用微波低温烘焙、加热15分钟,挤压成块,低温超微粉碎,过100-200目筛,灭菌,10g-30g每袋分装
本发明使用黑米、黑豆、黑桑葚、黑芝麻和黑木耳,黑山药,黑枸杞等黑色食品特殊工艺可达到延缓衰老、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、轻身健体减重瘦身的作用。
黑芝麻:根据《食疗中药药物学》书中介绍:具有补肝肾、益精血、润肠燥功效,用于头晕眼花、耳鸣耳聋、须发早白、病后脱发、肠燥便秘等症。黑芝麻含有的多种人体必需氨基酸在维生素E、维生素B1 的作用参与下,能加速人体的代谢功能;黑芝麻含有的铁和维生素E 是预防贫血、活化脑细胞、消除血管胆固醇的重要成分;黑芝麻含有的脂肪大多为不饱和脂肪酸,有延年益寿的作用;中医中药理论认为,黑芝麻具有补肝肾、润五脏、益气力、长肌肉、填脑髓的作用,可用于治疗肝肾精血不足所致的眩晕、须发早白、脱发、腰膝酸软、四肢乏力、步履艰难、五脏虚损、皮燥发枯、肠燥便秘等病症,在乌发养颜方面的功效,更是有口皆碑。一般素食者应多吃黑芝麻,而脑力工作者更应多吃黑芝麻。黑芝麻所含有的卵磷脂是胆汁中的成分之一,如果胆汁中的胆固醇过高及与胆汁中的胆酸、卵磷脂的比例失调,均会沉积而形成胆结石,卵磷脂可以分解、降低胆固醇,所以卵磷脂可以防止胆结石的形成。现代医学研究结果证实,凡胆结石患者,其胆汁中的卵磷脂含量一定不足,常吃黑芝麻可以帮助人们预防和治疗胆结石,同时还有健脑益智、延年益寿的作用。确实是中老年人常用的保健佳品。
山药:性平,味甘,为中医“上品”之药,除了具有补肺、健脾作用外,还能益肾填精。如明·李时珍指出:山药“益肾气,健脾胃。”《本草正》亦载:“山药,能健脾补虚,滋精固肾,治诸虚百损,疗五劳七伤。”《本草经读》还说:“山药,能补肾填精,精足则阴强、目明、耳聪。凡上品之药,法宜久服,多则终身,少则数年,与五谷之养人相佐,以臻寿考。”所以,凡肾虚之人,宜常食之。
黑桑葚 :桑椹,又称桑果,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、鞣酸、苹果酸、维生素、多糖及花青素 等。桑椹的营养价值非常高,含有丰富的蛋白质和多种人体必需的氨基酸。无论是传统医 学还是现代医学,都认为桑椹是防病保健的佳品。在 1993 年,国家卫生部把桑椹列为“既 是食品又是药品”的资源之一。《本草纲目》记载,桑椹也叫长生果,其味甘、性寒,具有生津 止渴、滋阴养血、补益肝肾、润燥通便、乌发明目等功效。《新修本草》中也有“桑椹单食止消 渴”的记载。现代药理学研究表明,桑椹可防治动脉粥样硬化、高血压、高血脂、冠心病等疾 病,能促进新陈代谢,促进血红细胞生长,并对糖尿病及代谢综合征患者具有很好的辅助治 疗作用。
枸杞子 :味甘性平,归肝、肾经,滋补肝肾,益精明目。现代医学研究证实枸杞子中含有甜菜碱、多糖、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、胡萝卜素、维生素 A、维生素 C、维生素 B1、维生素 B2及 钙、磷、铁、锌、锰、亚泊酸等营养成分,对造血功能有促进作用,还能够延缓衰老、抗突变、抗 肿瘤、抗脂肪肝、降血糖。
芡实 :性温、味甘、无毒,温补肺肾,定喘润肠,用于肾虚腰痛、脚软、虚汗喘咳。富含不饱和脂肪酸、磷脂和多种维生素,不仅是食疗佳品,药用价值也极高。《医学衷中参西录》中记载 :芡实,为滋补肝肾、强健筋骨之要药,故善治腰疼腿疼,一切筋骨疼痛。为其能补肾,故能固齿牙,乌须发,治虚劳喘嗽,气不归元,下焦虚寒等。
黄精:是中医传统补中益气药,“久服轻身延年不饥”,属药食两用中药,服用安全。《本草纲目》认为其“得坤土之精,为补养中宫之胜品”。因其味甘、性平、无毒,宜于久服,单用即有抗衰延年的作用,黄精多被用于治疗脾胃虚弱、阴虚肺燥、干咳少痰、须发早白、精血不足、内热消渴等症。现代医学研究表明,黄精还具有降血压、降血糖、降血脂、防止动脉粥样硬化、延缓衰老和抗菌的作用,对于糖尿病也很有疗效。
红参:是人参的加工品之一,将鲜人参蒸制2-3小时,经烘烤干燥后,变得内外色泽深红,于是得名红参。红参经过高温处理后,其人参皂苷、氨基酸等的含量降低,但精氨酸双糖苷含量增高,新产生了麦芽酚等成分,因此抗氧化、抗衰老、增强免疫力、扩张血管等作用更强。大补元气,复脉固脱,益气摄血。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,气不摄血,崩漏下血;心力衰竭,心原性休克的功效。红参还俱有补气、滋阴、益血、生津、强心、健胃、镇静等功效。这些作用红参与白参没有严格的区别,但在补虚方面一般认为红参强于白参。久服红参可以提高人体免疫力、抗疲劳、抗辐射、抑制肿瘤、调整人体内分泌系统。医药上治疗虚脱或强补多用红参。《得配本草》称红参治“阳气暴脱,能回之于无何有之乡;阴血崩溃,能障之于已决裂之后”。由此可见,红参之解危救急,功专力宏。《本草正义》说,红参“气味浓厚,色亦重浊,具有温养生发之性,今用之于脾肾虚寒,真阳衰弱及中气不振,阴寒用事诸证,功效甚捷”。
黑糯米 :是一种药食兼用的大米,属于糯米类。古农医书记载 :黑米具有“滋阴补肾, 健身暖胃,明目活血”,“清肝润肠”,“滑湿益精,补肺缓筋”等功效 ;可入药入膳,对头昏目 眩、贫血白发、腰膝酸软、夜盲耳鸣症、疗效尤佳 ;长期食用可延年益寿。黑米所含锰、锌、铜等无机盐大都比大米高1 ~ 3 倍;更含有大米所缺乏的维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分。中医认为黑米有显著的药用价值,古农医书记载:黑米“滋阴补肾,健身暖胃,明目活血”,“清肝润肠”,“滑湿益精,补肺缓筋”等功效,长期食用可延年益寿。因此,人们俗称:“药米”、“长寿米”。由于它最适于孕妇、产妇等补血之用,又称“月米”、“补血米”等。历代帝王也把它作为宫廷养生珍品,称为“贡米”。现代医学证实,黑米具有滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝、补益脾胃,益气活血,养肝明目等疗效。经常食用黑米,有利于防治头昏、目眩、贫血、白发、眼疾、腰膝酸软、肺燥咳嗽、大便秘结、小便不利、肾虚水肿、食欲不振、脾胃虚弱等症。由于黑米所含营养成分多聚集在黑色皮层,故不宜精加工,以食用糙米或标准三等米为宜。
黑豆 :味甘、性平。有解表清热、养血平肝、补肾壮阴、补虚黑发之功效。李时珍曰: “黑豆入肾功多,故能治水、消胀,下气,治风热而活血解毒”。黑豆内含有丰富的蛋白质、多种矿物质和微量元素、维生素等,其中 E 族和 B 族维生素含量最高,其中的维生素 E是一种 相当重要的保持青春健美的物质。黑豆中蛋白质含量高达36% -40%,相当于肉类的2 倍、鸡蛋的3 倍、牛奶的12 倍;黑豆含有18 种氨基酸,特别是人体必需的8 种氨基酸;黑豆还含有19 种油酸,其不饱和脂肪酸含量达80%,吸收率高达95%以上,除能满足人体对脂肪的需要外,还有降低血中胆固醇的作用。黑豆基本不含胆固醇,只含植物固醇,而植物固醇不被人体吸收利用,又有抑制人体吸收胆固醇、降低胆固醇在血液中含量的作用。因此,常食黑豆,能软化血管,滋润皮肤,延缓衰老。特别是对高血压、心脏病等患者有益。黑豆中微量元素如锌、铜、镁、钼、硒、氟等的含量都很高,而这些微量元素对延缓人体衰老、降低血液粘稠度等非常重要。黑豆中粗纤维含量高达4%,常食黑豆,可以提供食物中粗纤维,促进消化,防止便秘发生。黑豆有活血、利水、祛风、清热解毒、滋养健血、补虚乌发的功能。《本草纲目》说:“黑豆八肾功多,故能治水、消胀、下气、制风热而活活血解毒。”
黑木耳 :《本草纲目》中记载,木耳性甘平,主治益气不饥等,有补气益智,润肺补 脑,活血止血之功效。
阿胶 :味甘,性平 ;归肝经、肺经、肾经。具有补血、止血、滋阴、润燥功能。《本草纲目拾遗》中记载,阿胶治内伤腰痛,强力伸筋,添精固肾等。阿胶还善于治疗血虚引起的各种病症,并通过补血起到滋润皮肤的作用,还能调经保胎,增强体质,改善睡眠,健脑益智,延缓衰老,有助于防治包括癌症在内的多种疾病。
玛卡:别名又叫做玛咖、 MACA。玛卡是十字花科的高原植物,原产于南美秘鲁安第斯山4000米以上的高原植物。含独有的玛咖酰胺和玛咖烯对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著的效果。玛咖有抗疲劳,补充体力,改善睡眠,抗更年期,活跃生育,增强记忆等功效。而且玛咖是男女都适用的,对女性的更年期综合症也有很好的调节作用。由于玛卡中含有多种均衡合理的营养成份以及多种具有生物活性的次生代谢产物,因此,玛卡具备多种保健和治疗功效与作用,传统上可用于增强精力、提高生育力、治疗更年期综合症、风湿症、抑郁症、贫血症,另外,它还具有抗癌和抗白血病等作用。

本发明的降压降血糖降脂减重黑色膳食纤维代餐食品制备工艺流程如下
下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描 述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
原料:红参 5 份,黄精 5 份,玛卡1份,黑枣 3份,黑山药3份, 黑芝麻 10份,黑桑葚1份,黑枸杞1份,黑豆 10份,黑米 10 份,芡实1份,黑木耳3份,阿胶0.1份,海带0.1份、淡菜0.1份、蛹虫草0.05份、松茸0.01份,苦荞5份、马齿苋1份、蒲公英0.5份、莲子2份、茯苓4份、黑芸豆4份、扁豆1份、栗子1份黑葡萄干1份、黑莓份、龙眼肉1份,牡蛎0.1,紫菜0.1,黑糖5份
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用微波低温烘焙、加热10分钟,挤压成块,低温超微粉碎,过200目筛,灭菌,30g每袋分装。
实施例二
原料:红参 7 份,黄精 8 份,玛卡2份,黑枣 5份,黑山药4份, 黑芝麻 15份,黑桑葚 2份,黑枸杞2份,黑豆 18份,黑米 20 份,芡实2份,黑木耳4份,阿胶0.2份,牡蛎0.2,紫菜0.2,海带0.2份、淡菜0.2份、蛹虫草0.10份、松茸0.02份,苦荞7份、马齿苋2份、蒲公英1份、莲子4份、茯苓6份、黑芸豆6份、扁豆2份、栗子3份、黑葡萄干2份、黑莓2份、龙眼肉2份、黑糖8份
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用微波低温烘焙、加热15分钟,挤压成块,低温超微粉碎,过100目筛,灭菌,20g每袋分装。
实施例三
原料:红参 10 份,黄精 10 份,玛卡3份,黑枣 4份,黑山药5份, 黑芝麻 20份,黑桑葚30份,黑枸杞3份,黑豆 30份,黑米 30 份,芡实3份,黑木耳5份,阿胶0.3份,牡蛎0.3,紫菜0.3,海带0.3、淡菜0.3、蛹虫草0.15、松茸0.03,苦荞10、马齿苋3份、蒲公英1.5份、莲子6份、茯苓8份、黑芸豆8份、扁豆3份、栗子5份、黑葡萄干3份、黑莓3份、龙眼肉3份、黑糖10份
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用微波低温烘焙、加热20分钟,挤压成块,低温超微粉碎,过80目筛,灭菌,15g每袋分装。

通过具体临床病例进一步证明本发明保健品的疗效。
功效试验1(降脂)。
一、病例选择 1、年龄 35 - 65 岁 ;2、符合高脂血症的诊断标准 ;3、获得患者知情同意。二、一般资料 96 例病例。观察组男 26 例,女 17 例 ;年龄 38 ~ 65 岁,平均( 54. 24 ~ 5. 63) 岁 ;病程 5 个月~ 8 年,平均 (6. 47 ~ 2. 18) 年。对照组男24 例,女 19 例 ;年龄 35 ~ 64 岁,平均 (56. 39 ~ 6. 14) 岁 ;病程 6 个月~ 8年,平均 ( 6. 61 ~ 2. 75) 年。两组一般资料差异无统计 学意义 (P>0.05),可进行对比。
四、治疗方法
对照组 :采用辛伐他汀片 10 mg 晚餐后 30 min 口服。每日 1 次,连续治疗 3 个月。
观察组 :每日早饭20g 实施例 1本发明代餐粉, 连续治疗 3 个月
观察指标 : 观察指标观察患者血脂改变情
统计学方法 采用 SPSS 11.0 系统软件处理数据,计量资料用(X ±s)表示,组间比较采用单因素方 差分析,计数资料采用 χ2 检验,P < 0.05 为差异有统计学意义

从表 2 可以看出,采用本发明提供的功能性黑色食品膳食纤维代餐粉能更有效的降低血液中 TC 和 TG 的含量, 提高 HDL-C 的含量。
功效试验2(降压)
典型病例:
(1) 李某,女,45 岁,教师,服用前,收缩压166mmHg,舒张压105mmHg,服用实施例2本发明代餐食品一个疗程后,收缩压135mmHg,舒张压86mmHg。
(2) 张某,女,68 岁,服用前,收缩压152mmHg,舒张压93mmHg,服用本发明代餐食品实施例2后,收缩压132mmHg,舒张压84mmHg。
(3) 刘某,男,40 岁,公务员,治疗前,收缩压159mmHg,舒张压97mmHg,服用本发明代餐食品后实施例2后,收缩压129mmHg,舒张压82mmHg。
功效实验3(降糖)
实验患者 本组 100 例病人 , 男 50 例 , 女 50 例。年龄 31 岁~ 60 岁 , 平均45.1 岁 , 病程 0 .5 年~ 16年。
临床观察指标 血糖值。
临床服用方法 试验组每次取实施例 3 的膳食纤维代餐粉 30g,对照组每次取麦片30g , 开水冲服 , 每日1-2次 , 早餐前温服 , 8 周为 1 个疗程。治疗期间停服其他一切降血糖药物。
临床观察疗效标准
显效 :治疗后症状基本消失,空腹血糖< 7.2mmol / L,(130mg / dl),餐后 2 小时血糖 < 8.3mmol / L(150mg / dl),24 小时尿糖总量< 10.0g,或血糖、24 小时尿糖总量较治疗 前下降 30% 以上
有效 :治疗后症状明显改善,空腹血糖< 8.3mmol / L(150mg / dl),餐 后 2 小时血糖< 10.0mmol / L(180mg / dl),24 小时尿糖总量< 25.0g,或血糖、24 小时 尿糖总量较治疗前下降 10% 以上
无效 :治疗后症状无明显改善,血糖、尿糖下降未达到上 述标准。
结果 本发明膳食纤维代餐粉临床疗效,结果见表 3

1.一种降压降脂降血糖减重黑色食品膳食纤维代餐食品,由红参,黄精,玛卡,黑枣,黑山药,黑芝麻,黑桑葚,黑枸杞,黑豆,黑米,芡实,黑木耳,阿胶,牡蛎,紫菜,海带、淡菜、蛹虫草份、松茸份,苦荞、马齿苋、蒲公英、莲子、茯苓、黑芸豆、扁豆、栗子、黑葡萄干、黑莓、龙眼肉,黑糖配置而成。
2.本发明的降压降血糖降脂减重黑色膳食纤维代餐食品配方比例如下
红参 5-10 份,黄精 5-10 份,玛卡1-3份,黑枣 3-5 份, 黑山药3-5份,黑芝麻 10-20份,黑桑葚 1-3 份,黑枸杞1-3份,黑豆 10-30 份,黑米 10-30 份,芡实1-3份,黑木耳3-6份,阿胶0.1-0.3份,牡蛎0.1-0.3份,紫菜0.1-0.3份,海带0.1-0.3份、淡菜0.1-0.3份、蛹虫草0.05-0.15份、松茸0.01-0.03份,苦荞5-10份、马齿苋1-3份、蒲公英0.5-1.5份、莲子2-6份、茯苓4-8份、黑芸豆4-8份、扁豆1-3份、栗子1-5份、黑葡萄干1-3份、黑莓1-3份、龙眼肉1-3份,黑糖5-10份。
3.将权利要求2所述原料按比例混合,洗净、烘干,采用微波低温烘焙、加热20分钟,挤压成块,低温超微粉碎,过80-200目筛,灭菌,10-30g每袋分装。
4.权利要求2-3所得褐色膳食纤维代餐粉在降压降血糖降脂减重瘦身中的作用。
