背景技术
我国有一传统习惯:八月十五中秋节吃月饼,吃月饼本是件好事,人逢佳节倍思亲,每年中秋节亲人们团聚一起,观月赏月,品尝月饼,象征人间团圆、幸福与美满的生活,人们享受天伦之乐。然而,其一:吃月饼只能是在中秋节前后吃,不是全年都能吃到月饼,吃月饼有其时间的局限性,不能满足人们日益增长物质生活的需要和人们对食品安全、保健、美容的需求;其二:近几年来,所生产的月饼,档次“不断”升高,价格不断攀升,8只或10只或12只一盒月饼,有几十元1盒至几百元1盒,甚至高达几千元近万元1盒,而月饼的质量且不见得好,营养价值不一定高,安全、健康性不一定让人满意;其三:每年中秋节前后,由于生产和销售月饼成了暴利行业,月饼生产企业和月饼销售商争相渔利,每年开展白日化的竞销大战,而销费者成了被“杀猪者”。
确实,我国每年要满足全国男女老少的月饼消费,月饼的销量在几百亿元上下。

三.八珍的食疗和药理:
(一)、人参的食疗和药理:
人参被人们称为“百草之王”是驰名中外、老幼皆知的名贵药材。
人参,性味甘、微苦、气温、微寒、气味俱轻,可升可降,阳中有阴,无毒。
食疗药理功能:主要成分
从红参、生晒参或白参中可分离出30余种人参皂甙,尚有假人参皂甙F11等。皂甙为人参生理活性的物质基础。原人参二醇和原人参三醇是人参皂甙中的原存在形式,在分离甙元时,由于稀酸的作用,分子侧链部分的羟基和烯键环合而成人参二醇和人参三醇,人参二醇和人参三醇均是三萜类化合物。
人参含少量挥发油。挥发油中的主成分,为β-榄香烯;人参炔醇;挥发性成分中亦含人参环氧炔醇、人参炔三醇、人参炔B、C、D、E以及α-人参烯、β-人参烯、γ-榄香烯、α-古芸烯、β-古芸烯、α-新丁香三环烯、β-新丁香三环烯、α-芹子烯、β-芹子烯、γ-芹子烯、石竹烯等。
有机酸及酯类有:柠檬酸、异柠檬酸、延胡索酸、酮戊二酸、油酸、亚油酸、顺丁烯二酸、苹果酸、丙酮酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、人参酸、水杨酸、香草酸、对羟基肉桂酸、甘油三酯、棕榈酸、三棕榈酸甘油酯、α,γ-二棕榈酸甘油酯、三亚油酸甘油酯、糖基甘油二酯。

此外,人参尚含有:腺苷转化酶、L-天冬氨酸酶、β-淀粉酶、蔗糖转化酶;麦芽醇、廿九烷;山柰酚、人参黄酮甙及铜、锌、铁、锰等二十多种微量元素。
人参茎叶的皂甙成分,基本上和根一致。参须、参芽、参叶、参花、参果等的总皂甙含量,比根还高,值得进一步利用。
药理作用:
人参入脾、肺经。功能:大补元气、固脱生津、安神。主治:劳伤虚损、食少、倦怠、反胃吐食、大便滑泄、虚咳喘促、自汗暴脱、惊悸、健忘、眩晕头痛、阳痿、尿频、消渴、妇女崩漏、小儿慢惊及久虚不复,一切气血津液不足之证。
用法用量:内服:煎汤,1.5~9g,大剂9~30g;亦可熬膏,或入丸、散。
人参具有:
1.对中枢神经系统的作用。
2、Rc混合皂甙具有安定作用;
3.提高机体的适应性。
4.对心血管系统的作用。
a.对心脏功能的作用。
b.人参对心肌有保护作用。
c.人参对具有血管扩张作用。
d.人参有降低血压和调节血压的作用,人参皂甙Rb1具有持久降压作用,降压作用是人参对血管平滑肌作用的结果。
e.对耐缺氧能力的作用:人参或其提取物,能显著地提高人的耐缺氧的能力,使耗氧速度减慢,存活时间延长,并能使心房在缺氧条件下收缩时间延长。
f.对造血功能的作用:人参或其提取物对骨髓的造血功能有保护和刺激作用,能使正常和贫血动物红细胞数、白细胞数和血红蛋白量增加。对贫血病人也能使红细胞数、血红蛋白和血小板增加。当外周血细胞减少或骨髓受到抑制时,人参增加外周血细胞数的作用更加明显。人参是通过增加骨髓DNA、RNA、蛋白质和脂质的合成,促进骨髓细胞有丝分裂,刺激造血功能的。
g.人参具有抑制血小板聚集的作用。
给健康成人空腹口服红参粉1.5g,服后1和3小时抽血测定血小板聚集,结果与服药前相比,其对花生四烯酸、ADP、凝血酶和肾上腺素等诱发的血小板聚集有显著的抑制作用,同时由花生四烯酸和凝血酶诱导的血小板丙二醛的生成也受到抑制。
h.人参具有降血脂和抗动脉粥样硬化作用:人参特别是人参皂甙Rb2能改善血脂,降低血中胆固醇、甘油三酯、升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,降低动脉硬化指数,对于高脂血症、血栓症和动脉硬化有治疗价值。
人参皂甙对正常人的脂质代谢有促进作用,能使胆固醇及血中脂蛋白的生物合成、分解转化、排泄加速,最终可使血中胆固醇降低,而当人发生高胆固醇血症时,人参皂甙均能使其下降。研究证明人参皂甙Rb2对胆固醇有异化作用和促进排泄作用,对甘油三酯则促进其转入脂肪组织中。
人参对健康人及高血脂病人均有降血脂作用。对5名健康人和6名高脂血症患者口服红参粉1周后,血清胆固醇无明显降低,但血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显增加,动脉粥样硬化指数显著下降。对高甘油三酯血症患者,也能使血清甘油三酯明显降低。
5.人参具有抗休克作用:人参能减轻血清诱发的过敏性休克,而延长人的生存时间。
6.对肝脏的作用:人参能增加肝脏代谢各物质的酶活性,使肝脏的解毒能力增强,从而增强机体对各种化学物质的耐受力。对人参皂甙的抗肝毒作用和某些结构-功效关系的研究结果发现,红参很可能比白参有更强的抗肝毒活性。
人参对乙醇的解毒作用,它不仅能缩短乙醇麻醉的持续时间和加快恢复正常的时间,还能降低血清中GOT、GPT、ALP和胆红素等含量,而且能增加与乙醇代谢有关的醇脱氢酶和醛脱氢酶的活性,同时将乙醇代谢所产生的有毒物质乙醛迅速地排出体外,还由于过量的氢参与皂甙合成从而有效地保护乙醇中毒的肝脏。
7.对内分泌系统的作用:
a.人参对垂体-肾上腺皮质系统有刺激作用,其有效成分是人参皂甙。人参有抗利尿作用。
b.人参具有促性腺作用,研究表明:对雄性和雌性动物都具有刺激性腺的效果。
8.对物质代谢的影响:
a.对糖代谢的影响:人参对正常血糖及因注射肾上腺素和高渗葡萄糖引起的高血糖病均有抑制作用。
人参对糖代谢有双向调节作用,既能使葡萄糖性的高血糖症的血糖降低,又可使胰 岛素引起的低血糖症的血糖升高。
b.对蛋白质代谢的影响:人参及其皂甙对机体各组织的RNA和蛋白质合成均有促进作用;对细胞分裂活跃的组织如骨髓、睾丸,不但促进RNA和蛋白质的合成,且能促进DNA的合成及神经纤维生长的作用。
c.人参皂甙可促进脂质代谢。
8.抗衰老作用:人参具有推迟细胞衰老,延长细胞寿命的功能。
9.对免疫功能的影响:人参皂甙是免疫增强剂,亦是免疫调节剂。
10.抗肿瘤作用:人参中含有的多种皂甙、人参多糖及人参挥发油具有抗肿瘤作用。人参可明显减慢癌前病变或早期癌的发展速度,保护癌旁肝组织尤其是线粒体、内质网等亚微结构,减少癌前病变的发生,延长癌病患者生存期;人参须糖浆对二甲基奶油黄诱发的肝癌有预防和控制作用。
11.其它作用:
a.人参皂甙有多方面的抗吗啡耐受和成瘾作用。人参提取物对感染森林病毒的人有保护作用,具有增强干扰素诱导产生的抗病毒能力。
b.人参碱溶性多糖部分对盐酸/乙醇诱导的胃黏膜损伤有显著抑制作用。
c.人参皂甙有促进细胞DNA的合成、促进肾脏代偿性生长的作用。
12.美容价值:人参的浸出液可被皮肤缓慢吸收、对皮肤没有任何的不良刺激,能扩张皮肤毛细血管,促进皮肤血液循环,增加皮肤营养,调节皮肤的水油平衡,防止皮肤脱水、硬化、起皱,长期坚持使用含人参的产品,能增强皮肤弹性,使细胞获得新生。同时,人参活性物质还具有抑制黑色素的还原性能,使皮肤洁白光滑。它的美容效用数不胜数,是护肤美容的极品。人参加在洗发剂中,能使头部的毛细血管扩张,可增加头发的营养,提高头发的韧性,减少脱发、断发、对损伤的头发具有保护作用。人参内服不仅强身也会起到抗老及护肤美容作用。将人参直接浸入50%甘油,每日用甘油搓脸,或将人参煎成浓汁,每日在洗脸水中倒一点,用含人参的甘油搓脸或人参水洗脸,能让皮肤相当滋润、光洁、细嫩。
(二)、薏苡仁的食疗和药理:
薏苡仁性凉,味甘、淡。
功效主治:健脾益胃,补肺清热、祛风胜湿,止泻利湿,舒筋除痹、清热排脓,养颜驻容、轻身延年。用于脾虚腹泻,肌肉酸重,关节疼痛,水肿,脚气,白带,肺脓疡,阑尾炎。
用法用量:内服:煎汤,9~30克。
薏米是补身食、药两用佳品。薏米含蛋白质16.2%,脂肪4.6%,糖类79.2%。冬天用薏米炖猪脚、排骨和鸡,是一种滋补食品。常吃可以延年寿,返老还童。
薏米的药理作用:
1.对心血管的影响:抑制呼吸中枢,使末稍血管特别是肺血管扩张;
2.抗肿瘤:尤以脾虚湿盛的消化道肿瘤及痰热挟湿的肺癌更为适宜;
3.增强免疫力和抗炎作用,薏苡仁油对细胞免疫、体液免疫有促进作用;
4.降血糖、降压:可起到扩张血管和降低血糖的作用,尤其是对高血压、高血糖有特殊功效;
5.抑制骨骼肌的收缩:薏苡仁可抑制骨骼肌收缩,能减少肌肉之挛缩,缩短其疲劳曲线;能抑制横纹肌之收缩;
6.镇静、镇痛及解热作用:具有镇静、镇痛及解热作用。对风湿痹痛患者有良效;7.降血钙作用;具有延缓衰老,提高机体的免疫能力。
8.治水肿;脚气;小便淋沥;湿温病;泄泻带下;风湿痹痛;筋脉拘挛;肺痈;肠痈;扁平疣。
9.抑制胰蛋白酶作用;
10.诱发排卵作用;
11.美白、祛斑、减肥,防止脱发,瘦脸作用。
(三)、莲子的食疗和药理:
1、莲子的食疗:
据《太平圣惠方》介绍,莲实30克研末,先用粳米100克煮粥后,再加入莲子末,搅匀服食,可以补中强志、益耳目。
用莲子30克,加瘦肉30克,炖食;或用莲子30克、百合30克,加冰糖适量,炖食。可强健身心。
莲子炖水饮,中老年人特别是脑力劳动者常吃,可养心安神,增强记忆力,提高工作效率。
莲子中的青嫩胚芽叫莲子心。莲子心味苦、性寒,有清心、去热、止血、涩精功效,可以治疗心火亢盛所致失眠烦躁、吐血遗精等症。
用莲子心泡水饮或研末吞服,适于火旺之体。莲子和莲心一起食用,可清心安神, 健身延年。
莲子味美、养人,多食莲子有易美容。
莲子自古以来是公认的老少皆宜的鲜美滋补佳品。其吃法很多,可用来配菜、做羹、炖汤、制蜜饯、做糕点等。
莲子粥的做法极简单:将莲子与粳米同煮,熟后加冰糖或白糖再稍炖既可食用。
2、莲子药理:
莲子性味:甘、涩,性平,主治五脏不足,伤中气绝。具有补脾止泻,益胃涩肠,益肾固精,养心安神等功效。
莲子含多量淀粉,并含棉子糖、蛋白质、脂肪、天门冬素、钙、磷、铁等。
用途:用于脾胃虚弱,食欲减退,或泻痢不能食;脾虚腹泻或小便淋浊,妇女带下;肾虚遗精,尿频;心失所养,虚烦不眠等。莲子有镇静、强心、抗衰老等多种作用
用法:以熟食为主,或煎汤剂入丸、散。
注意:腹满痞胀,或大便燥结者不宜。
附方:
1,莲肉糕:莲子肉、糯米(或大米)各200g,炒香;茯苓100g(去皮)。共研为细末,白糖适量,一同拦匀,加水使之成泥状,蒸熟,待冷后压平切块即成。
源于《士材三书》。茯苓为补脾利湿药,与莲子肉、糯米同蒸糕食,则补脾益胃之功尤著。用于脾胃虚弱,饮食不化,大便稀溏等。
2,健脾益胃散:莲子肉、芡实、扁豆、薏苡仁、山药、白术、茯苓各120g,人参15g(或党参60g)。共炒研末。临用时可加适量白糖。每次用15~30g,以温开水冲调服。
源于《方脉正宗》。古方四君子汤去甘草,加入补脾诸物而成。药性平和,能滋养补益,健运脾胃。用于脾虚少食。腹泻,小儿疳积消瘦;肺结核病人肺脾两虚,咳嗽少气等。
3,莲子百合麦冬汤:莲子15g(带心),百合30g,麦门冬12g。加水煎服。
本方用带心莲子以清心宁神,百合、麦门冬亦有清心宁神之效。用于病后余热未尽,心阴不足,心烦口干,心悸不眠等。
(四)、芡实的食疗和药理:
芡实性味:甘、平、涩,无毒。
芡实每百克含水分11克,蛋白质11.8克,脂肪0.2克,碳水化合 物75.4 克,钙21毫克,磷264毫克,铁9.6毫克,还含有少量维生素等。
用法用量:9~15g。
芡实作用:
1补中益气,为滋养强壮性食物,适用于慢性泄泻和小便频数,梦遗滑精,妇女带多腰酸等。
2遗精滑精,虚弱小儿遗尿,老年人小便频数:芡实15克,金樱子12克,菟丝子、车前子各9克,水煎服。小便频数及遗精。用秋石、白茯苓、芡实、莲子各二两,共研为末。加蒸枣做成丸子,如梧桐子大小。每服三十丸,空腹服,盐汤送下。
3慢性泄泻(包括慢性肠结核,五更泄泻等)芡实、莲肉、淮山药、白扁豆等分,磨研成细粉,每次30-60克,加白糖蒸熟作点心吃。
4具有固肾涩精、补脾止泄的功效。
5芡实在我国自古作为永葆青春活力、防止未老先衰之良物。
6白浊。用芡实粉、白茯苓粉。化黄蜡和蜜作丸子。如梧桐子大。每服百丸,盐汤送下。
(五)、淮山药的食疗和药理:
淮山药性味:味甘,性平,无毒。归经:归脾,肺,肾经。
功效:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。
主治:脾虚食少、久泻不止、肺虚喘咳、肾虚遗精、慢性胃炎、糖尿病、遗尿等
中医认为,山药“主伤中补虚,除寒热邪气,补中益气力,长肌肉,久服耳目聪明”。
研究表明:山药的最大特点是含有大量的黏蛋白。黏蛋白是一种多糖蛋白质的混合物,对人体具有特殊的保健作用,能防止脂肪沉积在心血管上,保持血管弹性,阻止动脉粥样硬化过早发生;可减少皮下脂肪堆积;能防止结缔组织的萎缩,预防类风湿关节炎、硬皮病等胶原病的发生。
山药有健脾、补肺、固肾、益脑、益精养颜、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、抗有害物质刺激、调节代谢、增强免疫机能、促进生长、调节内分泌、调节心肺功能、兴奋制血系统、调节神经系统等作用。
(1)、补中益气:铁棍山药因富含18种氨基酸和10余种微量元素,及其它矿物质,所以有健脾胃、补肺肾、补中益气、健脾补虚,固肾益精、益心安神等作用,李时珍《本草纲目》中有“健脾补益、滋精固肾、治诸百病,疗五劳七伤”之说。
(2)、消渴生津:山药有消渴生之功效:中医治疗虚劳消渴(糖尿病)处方中常有山药单味使用,或与其它药物合用,效果更佳。
(3)、保健:由于鲜山药富含多种维生素、氨基酸和矿物质,可以防治人体脂质代谢异常,以及动脉硬化,对维护胰岛素正常功能也有一定作用,有增强人体免疫力,益心安神,宁咳定喘,延缓衰老等保健作用。
(4)、养颜:元代脾胃专家李景说:“治皮肤干燥以此物润之”。李时珍写到:“山药能润皮毛”。山药对滋养皮肤,健美养颜有独特疗效。
(5)、特殊药理功能:山药中的铜离子与结缔组织对人体发育有极大帮助,对血管系统疾病有明显疗效,铁棍山药中的钙,对伤筋损骨、骨质疏松,牙齿脱落有极高的疗效,对冻疮、糖尿病、肝炎、小儿泻泄、遗尿症、婴儿消化不良、溃疡性口腔炎、肺结核、妇女月经带下等患者也有很好的疗效,久用可耳聪目明,延年益寿。
保健功效及机理:
铁棍山药中含丰富的DHEA(青春因子),是人体生命活动中非常重要得一种活动物质,是环戊烷多氢菲得一种衍生物。环戊烷多氢菲是人体内肾上腺皮质激素和性激(雌、雄激素)得基本结构。DHEA得主要保健功效是抗衰老、增强免疫功能和改善性功能。其保健作用得机理是:可根据身体的需要转化为雄性激素或雌性激素,补充由于衰老和疾病造成的激素失调,从而使人保持旺盛的精力,增强抵御疾病的能力,加速受损组织的修复,并能预防和减缓恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、动脉硬化、心脏病、肥胖、老年痴呆症等。
山药的食用方法很多,如对脾胃虚弱症,用鲜山药200克、大枣30克、粳米适量,煮粥加糖调服;或鲜山药100克,小米50克,煮粥加糖食用;另用山药配扁豆、莲米等煮粥服用亦可。对肺虚久咳、肾虚遗精等症,可取鲜山药10克捣烂,加甘蔗汁半杯和匀,炖热服食;亦可单用山药煮汁服用。山药属于补益食品,又有收敛作用,但有湿热寒邪以及患便秘的人等不宜食用。
(六)、伏苓的食疗和药理:
茯苓味甘、淡、性平,主治:小便不利;水肿胀满;痰饮咳逆;呕吐;脾虚食少;泄泻;心悸不安;失眠健忘;遗精白浊。具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。
研究表明:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用。但虚寒精滑或气虚下陷者忌服。
用法用量:内服:煎汤,10-15g;或入丸散。宁心安神用朱砂拌。
药用配伍:如偏于寒湿者,可与桂枝、白术等配伍;偏于湿热者,可与伏苓、泽泻 等配伍;属于脾气虚者,可与党参、黄耆、白术等配伍;属虚寒者,还可配附子、白术等同用。对于脾虚运化失常所致泄泻、带下,应用茯苓有标本兼顾之效,常与党参、白术、山药等配伍。可用为补肺脾,治气虚之辅佐药。对于脾虚不能运化水湿,停聚化生痰饮之症,可用半夏、陈皮同用,也可配桂枝、白术同用。治痰湿入络、肩酸背痛,可配半夏、枳壳同用。用于心神不安、心悸、失眠等症,常与人参、远志、酸枣仁等配伍。
用药禁忌:阴虚而无湿热、虚寒滑精、气虚下陷者慎服。
(七)、白术的食疗和药理:
白术苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。
功能主治:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。
白术应用:
(1).用于脾胃虚弱,食少胀满,倦怠乏力,泄泻。补脾胃可与党参、甘草等配伍;消痞除胀,可与枳壳等同用;健脾燥湿止泻可与陈皮、茯苓等同用。
(2).用于水湿停留、痰饮、水肿。治寒饮可与茯苓、桂枝等配伍;治水肿常与茯苓皮、大腹皮等同用。
(3).用于表虚自汗。可与黄芪、浮小麦等同用,有固表止汗之功,可治表虚自汗。
此外,白术又可用于安胎,治妊娠足肿、胎气不安等症,有内热者,可与黄芩等配伍;腰酸者可与杜仲、桑寄生等同用。
白术的药理作用:
白术具有健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎的功效。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。《医学启源》记载:“除湿益燥,和中益气,温中,去脾胃中湿,除胃热,强脾胃,进饮食,止渴,安胎。”
(八)、白扁豆的食疗和药理:
白扁豆性味:甘,微温。归脾、胃经。
功效:补脾和中,化湿消暑。
主治:脾胃虚弱、食欲不振、大便溏泻、白带过多、暑湿吐泻、胸闷腹胀。
应用:
1.脾气虚证。白扁豆能补气以健脾,兼能化湿,药性温和,补而不滞,适用于脾虚湿滞,食少、便溏或泄泻。唯其”味轻气薄,单用无功,必须同补气之药共用为佳”,如参苓白术散(《和剂局方》),白扁豆作为人参、白术等药物的辅助。白扁豆还可用于脾虚湿浊下注之白带过多,宜与白术、苍术、芡实等补气健脾除湿之品配伍。
2.暑湿吐泻。暑多夹湿。夏日暑湿伤中,脾胃不和,易致吐泻。白扁豆能健脾化湿以和中,性虽偏温,但无温燥、助热、伤津之弊,故可用于暑湿吐泻。如《千金方》单用白扁豆水煎服。偏于暑热夹湿者,宜与荷叶、滑石等清暑、渗湿之品配伍。若属暑月乘凉饮冷,外感于寒,内伤于湿之“阴暑”,宜配伍散寒解表,化湿和中之品,如香薷散(《和剂局方》)以之与香薷、厚朴同用。
用法用量:煎服,10~15g。炒后可使健脾止泻作用增强,故用于健脾止泻及作散剂服用时宜炒用。
药理作用:
1.抗菌、抗病毒作用:100%白扁豆煎剂用平板纸片法,对痢疾杆菌具有抑制作用;对食物中毒引起的呕吐、急性胃肠炎等有解毒作用。白扁豆水提物对小鼠Columbia SK病毒有抑制作用。
2.对免疫功能的影响:20%白扁豆,冷盐浸液0.3ml,对活性E-玫瑰花结的形成有促进作用,即增强T淋巴细胞的活性,提高细胞的免疫功能。
3.毒性:白扁豆中含对人的红细胞非特异性植物凝集素。不溶于水的凝集素,有抗胰蛋白酶活性,可抑制实验动物生长,故属毒性成分。另含一种酶,有非竞争性抑制胰蛋白酶的活性,加热亦降低其活性,于10mg/kg浓度时,由于抑制了凝血酶,可使枸橼酸血浆的凝固时间由20s延长至60s。
用白扁豆提取的凝集素可区分人和羊、牛的红细胞,因为此凝集素仅凝集人的红细胞,法医可用此探测人血。

1.本发明属生物科学、医药科学的保健食品技术领域,涉及一种人参八珍保健糕的配方和制成方法;其特征是运用生物科技、医药科技理论与保健食品配方制成技术,用中药人参、薏苡仁、莲子肉、芡实、淮山药、伏苓、白术、白扁豆等配以食品:粳米粉(或糯米粉或面粉),白糖、(或蜜糖或木醇糖)桂花等经配方、加工、制成人参八珍保健糕,使其富含营养,具有降痰、清毒、杀虫、清肝明目、补脾止泻,丰肌润色,有效地改善脑血管和末梢血管血液循环,对动脉硬化、高血压、糖尿病、老年痴呆症,降低血清、胆固醇、抗衰老、抗结核、抗真菌、预防抑制癌细胞生长和扩散,健脑强身、健康美容、防病治病之功效,供人们安全、营养、健康食用。人参八珍保健糕价格适中,营养、健康、保健、美容,深受百姓欢迎,产品产业化后,市场前景看好,科技、社会、经济效益丰厚。
