背景技术
代餐粉是一种由谷类、豆类等食材为主,其他植物根、茎、果实等食用部分为辅制成的一种单一或综合性冲调粉剂产品。它集营养均衡、效果显著、食用方便等优点于一身,是一种前景广阔具有功能性的健康食品
黑色食品是指含有天然黑色素的动植物食品,不论是动物还是植物,由于含有天然黑色素,其色泽均呈乌黑或深紫、深褐色。有些品种外皮乌黑;有的品种一黑到底,表里如一,如黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、黑枸杞、桑椹、黑木耳、海带、紫菜、海带等。现代医学认为:“黑色食品”不但营养丰富、且多有补肾、防衰老,保健益寿、防病治病、乌发美容等独特功效。黑色食品是21 世纪“药食同一”的保健食品,古语有“民以食为天,物以稀为贵,食以黑为补”之说。它具有清除人体内自由抗氧化、降血脂、抗肿瘤、滋阴壮阳、抗衰老等特殊功效,饮食专家指出:21 世纪的人们将越来越青睐自然绿色食品,尤其是黑色保健食品,食用黑色正谙营养学家倡导的“黑色、粗食、天然”三重膳食保健理念。黑色食品其营养与保健功能是十分明显的。食品专家认为,黑色食品不仅给人们质朴、味浓、壮实的食欲感,而且经临床实践证明:经常食用这些食物,可调节人体生理功能,刺激内分泌系统,促进唾液分泌,有促胃肠消化与增强造血功能,提高血红蛋白含量,并有滋肤美容、乌发作用,对延缓衰老也有一定功效。
衰老是每个人都必须面对的问题,从古至今有不少人都在追寻不老的秘诀,现如今,随着社会发展和人们时尚意识的增强,日常生活中人们对于追求美容、延缓衰老、对皮肤是否靓丽更加关注,对于衰老的话题则更为敏感。人们希望能够长寿、青春靓丽尤其老年人对此很重视。但是,衰老是每个人生命活动中不可抗拒的自然规律,现在社会生活节奏加快,人们压力大,常出现头晕、四肢无力、精神怠倦、记忆力减退,面黄肌瘦等亚健康病症,因此,延缓衰老是人们的共识。现有的具有延缓衰老的药物很多,但是药物都具有一定的副作用,食疗的方式逐渐被人们所认同。
40 岁-60 岁的中年人是社会的中坚力量,在事业和家庭两个方面压力都很大,易发生颜面和体质的衰老。但是目前市场上缺乏专门为中年人延缓衰老而研制的营养食品,且现有的用于延缓衰老的营养产品作用低微,见效迟缓,消费者因体会不到效果,而很少使用。
黄褐斑称为肝斑和蝴蝶斑,是面部黑变病的一种症状,生素及外用化学药物刺激以及衰老体内激素紊乱引起。对于皮肤的黄褐斑,主要本着预防与治疗结合的方法。调理好内分泌环境,保持心情舒畅。治疗黄褐斑,最有效的方法是激光和中药结合调理。
斑是五脏六腑功能紊乱,气血不和,肝郁气滞,气滞血瘀、气血津液流通不畅及内分泌失调在面部的反映。中医治斑标本兼治,从五脏论治,通过调节气血津液以求平衡阴阳,达到祛斑养颜的目的,阻止黄褐斑复发。
老年痴呆是指脑组织本身没有发生器质性病变而产生萎缩的一类神经精神性疾病老年痴呆。老年痴呆属中医“痴呆”“健忘”“眩晕”“痿证”“震颤”等范畴,中医认为本病虽病位在脑但与各脏腑功能密切相关病理机制属本虚标实。最主要的致病因素是,脑血管长期慢性缺血而造成的。随着现代医学的不断发展,出现了一些药品,虽解除了许多患者的疾患,但多数临床医生及患者仍感到见效慢、疗效差、服药时间长、费用高、治疗面单一,与该病相关的体症不能兼顾治疗。
针对以上提出的问题,本发明提供一种延缓衰老的祛斑益智膳食纤维代餐粉,它能解决以往此类产品效果低微、见效迟缓的问题,具有扶正培本、益气养血、延缓衰老的作用,具有效果好、见效快的优点。本发明的延缓衰老祛斑益智膳食纤维代餐粉选用红参、黑芝麻、黑大豆、黑桑椹、黑枸杞黑糯米等药食同源的益智延缓衰老食品,具有缓解衰老,增强智力,去除黄褐斑的作用。。
发明内容
本发明的延缓衰老的祛斑益智膳食纤维代餐粉食品配方比例如下
红参 5-10 份,黄精 5-10 份,玛卡1-3份,黑枣 3-5 份,黑山药3-5份,黑芝麻 10-20份,黑桑葚 1-3 份,黑枸杞1-3份,黑豆 10-30 份,黑米 10-30 份,芡实1-3份,黑木耳3-6份,阿胶0.1-0.3份,牡蛎0.1-0.3份,紫菜0.1-0.3份,海带0.1-0.3份、淡菜0.1-0.3份、蛹虫草0.05-0.15份、松茸0.01-0.03份,苦荞5-10份、马齿苋1-3份、蒲公英0.5-1.5份、莲子2-6份、茯苓4-8份、黑芸豆4-8份、扁豆1-3份、栗子1-5份、黑葡萄干1-3份、黑莓1-3份、龙眼肉1-3份,黑糖5-10份。
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用微波低温烘焙、加热10分钟,挤压成块,低温超微粉碎,过80-200目筛,灭菌,30g每袋分装
黑芝麻:根据《食疗中药药物学》书中介绍:具有补肝肾、益精血、润肠燥功效,用于头晕眼花、耳鸣耳聋、须发早白、病后脱发、肠燥便秘等症。黑芝麻含有的多种人体必需氨基酸在维生素E、维生素B1 的作用参与下,能加速人体的代谢功能;黑芝麻含有的铁和维生素E 是预防贫血、活化脑细胞、消除血管胆固醇的重要成分;黑芝麻含有的脂肪大多为不饱和脂肪酸,有延年益寿的作用;中医中药理论认为,黑芝麻具有补肝肾、润五脏、益气力、长肌肉、填脑髓的作用,可用于治疗肝肾精血不足所致的眩晕、须发早白、脱发、腰膝酸软、四肢乏力、步履艰难、五脏虚损、皮燥发枯、肠燥便秘等病症,在乌发养颜方面的功效,更是有口皆碑。一般素食者应多吃黑芝麻,而脑力工作者更应多吃黑芝麻。黑芝麻所含有的卵磷脂是胆汁中的成分之一,如果胆汁中的胆固醇过高及与胆汁中的胆酸、卵磷脂的比例失调,均会沉积而形成胆结石,卵磷脂可以分解、降低胆固醇,所以卵磷脂可以防止胆结石的形成。现代医学研究结果证实,凡胆结石患者,其胆汁中的卵磷脂含量一定不足,常吃黑芝麻可以帮助人们预防和治疗胆结石,同时还有健脑益智、延年益寿的作用。确实是中老年人常用的保健佳品。
山药:性平,味甘,为中医“上品”之药,除了具有补肺、健脾作用外,还能益肾填精。如明·李时珍指出:山药“益肾气,健脾胃。”《本草正》亦载:“山药,能健脾补虚,滋精固肾,治诸虚百损,疗五劳七伤。”《本草经读》还说:“山药,能补肾填精,精足则阴强、目明、耳聪。凡上品之药,法宜久服,多则终身,少则数年,与五谷之养人相佐,以臻寿考。”所以,凡肾虚之人,宜常食之。
黑桑葚:性味甘寒,补肝益肾,养血生津,用于须发早白。《本草求真》中记载其具有除热养阴、乌须黑发的功效,具有增加皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,改善血液循环的作用,因此他对于头发有一定的营养和保健作用。另外还有改善脾脏功能,促进消化等作用。
枸杞子:味甘性平,归肝、肾经,滋补肝肾,益精明目。现代医学研究证实枸杞子中含有甜菜碱、多糖、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、胡萝卜素、维生素 A、维生素 C、维生素 B1、维生素 B2及钙、磷、铁、锌、锰、亚泊酸等营养成分,对造血功能有促进作用,还能够延缓衰老、抗突变、抗肿瘤、抗脂肪肝、降血糖。
芡实:性温、味甘、无毒,温补肺肾,定喘润肠,用于肾虚腰痛、脚软、虚汗喘咳。富含不饱和脂肪酸、磷脂和多种维生素,不仅是食疗佳品,药用价值也极高。《医学衷中参西录》中记载:核桃,为滋补肝肾、强健筋骨之要药,故善治腰疼腿疼,一切筋骨疼痛。为其能补肾,故能固齿牙,乌须发,治虚劳喘嗽,气不归元,下焦虚寒等。
黄精:是中医传统补中益气药,“久服轻身延年不饥”,属药食两用中药,服用安全。《本草纲目》认为其“得坤土之精,为补养中宫之胜品”。因其味甘、性平、无毒,宜于久服,单用即有抗衰延年的作用,黄精多被用于治疗脾胃虚弱、阴虚肺燥、干咳少痰、须发早白、精血不足、内热消渴等症。现代医学研究表明,黄精还具有降血压、降血糖、降血脂、防止动脉粥样硬化、延缓衰老和抗菌的作用,对于糖尿病也很有疗效。
红参:是人参的加工品之一,将鲜人参蒸制2-3小时,经烘烤干燥后,变得内外色泽深红,于是得名红参。红参经过高温处理后,其人参皂苷、氨基酸等的含量降低,但精氨酸双糖苷含量增高,新产生了麦芽酚等成分,因此抗氧化、抗衰老、增强免疫力、扩张血管等作用更强。大补元气,复脉固脱,益气摄血。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,气不摄血,崩漏下血;心力衰竭,心原性休克的功效。红参还俱有补气、滋阴、益血、生津、强心、健胃、镇静等功效。这些作用红参与白参没有严格的区别,但在补虚方面一般认为红参强于白参。久服红参可以提高人体免疫力、抗疲劳、抗辐射、抑制肿瘤、调整人体内分泌系统。医药上治疗虚脱或强补多用红参。《得配本草》称红参治“阳气暴脱,能回之于无何有之乡;阴血崩溃,能障之于已决裂之后”。由此可见,红参之解危救急,功专力宏。《本草正义》说,红参“气味浓厚,色亦重浊,具有温养生发之性,今用之于脾肾虚寒,真阳衰弱及中气不振,阴寒用事诸证,功效甚捷”。
黑糯米:是一种药食兼用的大米,属于糯米类。古农医书记载:黑米具有“滋阴补肾,健身暖胃,明目活血”,“清肝润肠”,“滑湿益精,补肺缓筋”等功效;可入药入膳,对头昏目眩、贫血白发、腰膝酸软、夜盲耳鸣症、疗效尤佳;长期食用可延年益寿。黑米所含锰、锌、铜等无机盐大都比大米高1 ~ 3 倍;更含有大米所缺乏的维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分。中医认为黑米有显著的药用价值,古农医书记载:黑米“滋阴补肾,健身暖胃,明目活血”,“清肝润肠”,“滑湿益精,补肺缓筋”等功效,长期食用可延年益寿。因此,人们俗称:“药米”、“长寿米”。由于它最适于孕妇、产妇等补血之用,又称“月米”、“补血米”等。历代帝王也把它作为宫廷养生珍品,称为“贡米”。现代医学证实,黑米具有滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝、补益脾胃,益气活血,养肝明目等疗效。经常食用黑米,有利于防治头昏、目眩、贫血、白发、眼疾、腰膝酸软、肺燥咳嗽、大便秘结、小便不利、肾虚水肿、食欲不振、脾胃虚弱等症。由于黑米所含营养成分多聚集在黑色皮层,故不宜精加工,以食用糙米或标准三等米为宜。
黑豆:味甘、性平。有解表清热、养血平肝、补肾壮阴、补虚黑发之功效。李时珍曰:“黑豆入肾功多,故能治水、消胀,下气,治风热而活血解毒”。黑豆内含有丰富的蛋白质、多种矿物质和微量元素、维生素等,其中 E 族和 B 族维生素含量最高,其中的维生素 E 是一种相当重要的保持青春健美的物质。黑豆中蛋白质含量高达36% -40%,相当于肉类的2倍、鸡蛋的3 倍、牛奶的12 倍;黑豆含有18 种氨基酸,特别是人体必需的8 种氨基酸;黑豆还含有19 种油酸,其不饱和脂肪酸含量达80%,吸收率高达95%以上,除能满足人体对脂肪的需要外,还有降低血中胆固醇的作用。黑豆基本不含胆固醇,只含植物固醇,而植物固醇不被人体吸收利用,又有抑制人体吸收胆固醇、降低胆固醇在血液中含量的作用。因此,常食黑豆,能软化血管,滋润皮肤,延缓衰老。特别是对高血压、心脏病等患者有益。黑豆中微量元素如锌、铜、镁、钼、硒、氟等的含量都很高,而这些微量元素对延缓人体衰老、降低血液粘稠度等非常重要。黑豆中粗纤维含量高达4%,常食黑豆,可以提供食物中粗纤维,促进消化,防止便秘发生。黑豆有活血、利水、祛风、清热解毒、滋养健血、补虚乌发的功能。《本草纲目》说:“黑豆八肾功多,故能治水、消胀、下气、制风热而活活血解毒。”
黑木耳:《本草纲目》中记载,木耳性甘平,主治益气不饥等,有补气益智,润肺补脑,活血止血之功效。
阿胶:味甘,性平;归肝经、肺经、肾经。具有补血、止血、滋阴、润燥功能。《本草纲目拾遗》中记载,阿胶治内伤腰痛,强力伸筋,添精固肾等。阿胶还善于治疗血虚引起的各种病症,并通过补血起到滋润皮肤的作用,还能调经保胎,增强体质,改善睡眠,健脑益智,延缓衰老,有助于防治包括癌症在内的多种疾病。
玛卡:别名又叫做玛咖、 MACA。玛卡是十字花科的高原植物,原产于南美秘鲁安第斯山4000米以上的高原植物。含独有的玛咖酰胺和玛咖烯对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著的效果。玛咖有抗疲劳,补充体力,改善睡眠,抗更年期,活跃生育,增强记忆等功效。而且玛咖是男女都适用的,对女性的更年期综合症也有很好的调节作用。由于玛卡中含有多种均衡合理的营养成份以及多种具有生物活性的次生代谢产物,因此,玛卡具备多种保健和治疗功效与作用,传统上可用于增强精力、提高生育力、治疗更年期综合症、风湿症、抑郁症、贫血症,另外,它还具有抗癌和抗白血病等作用。
本发明使用黑米、黑豆、黑桑葚、黑芝麻和黑木耳,黑山药,黑枸杞等可达到补肝肾亏损、乌须黑发、牢牙固齿、除烦热满、安神镇邪、开心益智、聪耳明目、利五脏、利关节、治腰膝酸软、延缓衰老、轻身健体的作用。

实施例三
原料:红参 10 份,黄精 10 份,玛卡3份,黑枣 4份,黑山药5份,黑芝麻 20份,黑桑葚30份,黑枸杞3份,黑豆 30份,黑米 30 份,芡实3份,黑木耳5份,阿胶0.3份,牡蛎0.3,紫菜0.3,海带0.3、淡菜0.3、蛹虫草0.15、松茸0.03,苦荞10、马齿苋3份、蒲公英1.5份、莲子6份、茯苓8份、黑芸豆8份、扁豆3份、栗子5份、黑葡萄干3份、黑莓3份、龙眼肉3份、黑糖10份
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用微波低温烘焙、加热20分钟,挤压成块,低温超微粉碎,过80目筛,灭菌,15g每袋分装。

以下将对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。应当理解,优选实施例仅为了说明本发明,而不是为了限制本发明的保护范围。
临床试验1
本发明以中医虚损面容苍老为例,经 36 例临床观察,选择中医诊断虚损面容苍老为标准:肢体无力,神疲虚弱;气血两虚,面色萎黄;脸色晦暗,没有光泽;皮肤粗燥,皱纹较多。如上症状,即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中,男性 21 例,女性 15 例,无其它严重疾病,年龄为 40~60 岁,平均年龄 55.3 岁。
疗效判定:
1、显效:体质增强,四肢有力,精力充沛,不易疲劳;肌肤由粗糙变得细腻,脸色由萎黄变得白皙,肤色由暗淡变得有光泽,面部肌肤透出淡淡的红润
2、有效:症状有所缓解,相貌、脸色、皮肤、体力均有一定程度的改善
3、无效:症状无变化。实验时,停服其它药物和营养保健品。服用本发明具体实施例1制作的黑色膳食纤维代餐粉,观察 3 个月为一个疗程。服用方法:每日 1 次,每次 1 小袋,每小袋 15克,饭后温开水冲服。
临床实验的 36 人中,显效 24 人,有效 10人,无效 2 人,总有效率 92.3%
临床试验2
选取女性 60 人,年龄 30--50 岁,以本发明实施例二的产品,每日每人服用 20g,早晚两次,连续用 2 个月。
自拟治疗标准
无效 : 黄褐斑、雀斑没有消失,皮肤干燥松弛,毛孔粗大,颜色暗淡
好转 : 黄褐斑、雀斑部分消失
显效 : 黄褐斑、雀斑部分消失,皮肤有弹性
痊愈 : 黄褐斑、雀斑消失,皮肤光滑有弹性,红润

临床试验3
张某,男,64 岁,2016 年 6 月 21 日首诊,头晕心悸,失眠多梦,腰酸,神智迟钝,智力锐减,善忘。多次迷路,服用本发明的实施例3产品,每天早晚各服 1 次,连续服用半年,半年后,患者的各种不良症状消失,智力恢复正常,睡眠质量提高,神清气爽。
冯某,女,75 岁,合肥人,2016年 7 月 10 日首诊。最近半年情绪不稳,烦躁不安,易怒,常常喃喃自语,倦怠思卧,纳少乏力。服用本发明的实施例3的产品,每天早晚各服1次,连续服用4个月,患者的各种不良症状消失,记忆力恢复,遇事沉着冷静,说话心平气和,食欲恢复正常。

2.本发明的一种延缓衰老祛斑益智黑色膳食纤维代餐食品配方比例如下
