Abstract
本发明公开了一种调理养生粥粉,包括黑豆、黄豆、黑米、黑芝麻、枸杞子、大枣、核桃仁、黑花生、山药以及胡萝卜。本发明提出的一种调理养生粥粉,由多种杂粮复配而成,具有香气浓郁、口感细腻的特点,在不同年龄段人群中均具有较高的接受度;该调理养生粥粉以呵护五脏六腑为重点,其营养丰富,具有益气养血、增智健脑、美容养颜的功效,有助于提升身体免疫力,固本强身,其有效率高达97.4%。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及了一种调理养生粥粉。
背景技术
粥也称糜,是一种把稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮成的稠糊的食物,在中国四千年有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终。由于粥是通过慢火、长时间熬出来的,减少了食材中蛋白质、脂肪以及维生素的分解、流失,可使粥更具营养价值。此外粥有一个最大的特点是,除主要原料为粮食外,还辅以具有药用价值的各种配料,如莲子、苡仁、百合、扁豆、红枣、茯苓、山药、胡桃等;或者辅以含蛋白质丰富的羊肉、牛肉、鱼肉、骨髓等;或是蔬菜和水果。添加了不同配料的粥不仅营养丰富、味道鲜美,还具有滋补祛病和调理养生的功效。
随着生活压力的增加,人们的身体状况或多或少出现一些诸如中气不足、筋骨疏松、脾胃虚弱、肾虚、体内积热等亚健康症状,人们很难有通过长期服用药物去调理身体,因此,将具有调理、养生功效的五谷杂粮有机地结合起来,做为食补,具有祛病而不伤正气的特点,同时也能让人们通过食疗长期坚持调养。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种调理养生粥粉,具有补肝肾、壮筋骨、乌须发、明眼目、调血气的功效。
一种调理养生粥粉,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:黑豆90-110份、黄豆45-60份、黑米95-110份、黑芝麻190-215份、枸杞子25-35份、大枣20-40份、核桃仁25-45份。
优选的,还包括黑花生195-215份。
优选的,还包括山药45-60份。
优选的,还包括胡萝卜40-70份。
优选的,一种调理养生粥粉,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:黑豆100份、黄豆50份、黑米100份、黑芝麻200份、枸杞子30份、大枣30份、核桃仁30份、黑花生200份、山药50份、胡萝卜50份。
一种调理养生粥粉的制备方法,方法步骤如下:S1:将黑豆、黄豆、黑花生用温水浸泡3h,将黑米、黑芝麻、枸杞子、大枣、核桃仁用温水浸泡2h;S2:将山药和胡萝卜洗净、去皮、切片;S3:将S1和S2制得的各组份混合、蒸熟;S4:将S3制得的产品烘干、打粉,过120-140目筛即得。
进一步的,所述S1使用的温水为30-50℃。
本发明提出的一种调理养生粥粉用于治疗筋骨疏松、脾胃虚弱、白发早生等症状。
各组份的作用功效:
黑豆含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分;黑豆富含维生素E、花青素及异黄酮,这些成分具有抗氧化能力;维生素E能捕捉自由基,成为体内最外层防止氧化的保护层;黑豆种皮释放的红色花青素,可清除体内自由基,在酸性环境下抗氧化活性更好,进而增强活力;异黄酮已证实具多种生理功能,诸如:预防骨质疏松症、防癌与抗氧化。
黄豆含人体必需的8种氨基酸、维生素及多种微量元素,可预防高血压、冠心病、动肪硬化等;黄豆内含亚油酸,能促进儿童神经发育。黄豆除了能补充有关营养素外,其含铁量多,并且易为人体吸收,故对儿童生长发育及缺铁性贫血极有益;所含不饱和脂肪酸有降低胆固醇的作用,而所含皂甙的黄豆纤维质能吸收胆酸,减少体内胆固醇的沉积。
黑米具有开胃益中,健脾暖肝,明目活血,滑涩补精的功效,对于少年白发、病后体虚以及贫血、肾虚均有很好的补养作用。黑米中含膳食纤维较多,淀粉消化速度比较慢,血糖指数仅有55,黑米中的钾、镁等矿物质还有利于控制血压、减少患心脑血管疾病的风险,因此黑米可作为糖尿病人和心血管疾病患者的调理膳食。
黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等营养成分,具有健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用,同时可以增加体内黑色素,有利于头发的生长。
枸杞子具有补肾益精,养肝明目的功效,可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变,在延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖、促进造血功能等方面具有良好的效果。
大枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及矿物质,具有健脾益胃、补虚益气、养血安神的功效。
核桃仁含丰富的脂肪、蛋白质以及胡萝卜素、核黄素等多种维生素,核桃中所含脂肪的主要成分是亚油酸甘油脂,能减少肠道对胆固醇的吸收,可作为高血压、动脉硬化患者的滋补品。此外核桃中所含的微量元素锌和锰是脑垂体的重要成分,常食有益于脑的营养补充,有健脑益智作用;核桃仁还具有补气养血、润燥化痰、温肺润肠、散肿消毒等功能。
黑花生是彩色花生的一种,也被称作富硒黑花生。黑花生富含钙、钾、铜、锌、铁、硒、锰、多种维生素及人体所需的氨基酸,还富含硒、铁、锌等微量元素和黑色素。黑花生能够提高机体免疫力、抗氧化、延缓衰老等功效,对促进脑细胞发育和增强记忆力有良好的作用。
山药含有淀粉、蛋白质、粘液质等多种营养素,具有滋补细胞、强化内分泌、补益强壮、增强机体造血功能等作用,可诱生干扰素,提高机体免疫功能,对延缓衰老进程有着重要作用;山药中含有丰富的胆碱和卵磷脂,有助于提高人的大脑的记忆力。
胡萝卜中大量胡萝卜素,进入机体后,在肝脏及小肠粘膜内经过酶的作用下变成维生素A,有补肝明目的作用,具有增强视力的作用。维生素A是骨骼正常生长发育的必需物质,有助于细胞增殖与生长,能够促性儿童的生长发育。
服用说明:本发明制得的养生粥粉可适用于不同人群,对于老年人具有防脱发、黑须发、大补肝肾、强壮益寿的功效;对于中年人具有调理气血、增强免疫力、使精力旺盛;对于青少年可预防须发早白、增强视力、提高记忆力、促进身体发育;对于肥胖人群,食少减肥,精不减而盛;对于瘦弱人群可增加食欲、强壮身体。
服用方法:每天1次,每次40-60g,开水冲泡服用。

一种调理养生粥粉,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:黑豆110份、黄豆60份、黑米110份、黑芝麻215份、枸杞子35份、大枣40份、核桃仁45份、黑花生215份、山药60份、胡萝卜70份。
一种调理养生粥粉的制备方法,方法步骤如下:S1:将黑豆、黄豆、黑花生用50℃的温水浸泡3h,将黑米、黑芝麻、枸杞子、大枣、核桃仁用50℃的温水浸泡2h;S2:将山药和胡萝卜洗净、去皮、切片;S3:将S1和S2制得的各组份混合、蒸熟;S4:将S3制得的产品烘干、打粉,过140目筛即得。

一种调理养生粥粉,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:黑豆100份、黄豆50份、黑米100份、黑芝麻200份、枸杞子30份、大枣30份、核桃仁30份、黑花生200份、山药50份、胡萝卜50份。
一种调理养生粥粉的制备方法,方法步骤如下:S1:将黑豆、黄豆、黑花生用45℃的温水浸泡3h,将黑米、黑芝麻、枸杞子、大枣、核桃仁用35℃的温水浸泡2h;S2:将山药和胡萝卜洗净、去皮、切片;S3:将S1和S2制得的各组份混合、蒸熟;S4:将S3制得的产品烘干、打粉,过140目筛即得。

一种调理养生粥粉,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:黑豆105份、黄豆52份、黑米108份、黑芝麻195份、枸杞子28份、大枣25份、核桃仁35份、黑花生210份、山药55份、胡萝卜60份。
一种调理养生粥粉的制备方法,方法步骤如下:S1:将黑豆、黄豆、黑花生用47℃的温水浸泡3h,将黑米、黑芝麻、枸杞子、大枣、核桃仁用40℃的温水浸泡2h;S2:将山药和胡萝卜洗净、去皮、切片;S3:将S1和S2制得的各组份混合、蒸熟;S4:将S3制得的产品烘干、打粉,过130目筛即得。
实施例5
一种调理养生粥粉,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:黑豆95份、黄豆57份、黑米103份、黑芝麻210份、枸杞子33份、大枣35份、核桃仁40份、黑花生205份、山药57份、胡萝卜65份。
一种调理养生粥粉的制备方法,方法步骤如下:S1:将黑豆、黄豆、黑花生用40℃的温水浸泡3h,将黑米、黑芝麻、枸杞子、大枣、核桃仁用38℃的温水浸泡2h;S2:将山药和胡萝卜洗净、去皮、切片;S3:将S1和S2制得的各组份混合、蒸熟;S4:将S3制得的产品烘干、打粉,过120目筛即得。
一、感官评价
1、评价方法:少年组60人,年龄7-17岁;青年组60人,年龄18-34岁;中年组60人,年龄35-55岁;老年组60人,56-70岁。
2、评价标准:见表1。

结论,本发明制得的粥粉具有香气浓郁、口感细腻的特点,在不同年龄段人群中均具有较高的接受度。
二、临床试验
1、试用对象及使用方法:
(1)116名试用者,年龄30-65岁,具有以下症状:四肢无力、精神萎靡、腰膝无力、精力不济、面色枯黄等,使用本发明制得的粥粉,每天早上或晚上食用1次,每次50g,连续使用3个月。
2、判断标准:显效:精力旺盛、抵抗力增强、腰膝无力消除;有效:不适症状明显减轻;无效:食用后症状无减轻。
3、试用结果:见表3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调理养生粥粉,其特征在于,还包括黑花生195-215份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种调理养生粥粉,其特征在于,还包括山药45-60份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种调理养生粥粉,其特征在于,还包括胡萝卜40-70份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种调理养生粥粉,其特征在于,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:黑豆100份、黄豆50份、黑米100份、黑芝麻200份、枸杞子30份、大枣30份、核桃仁30份、黑花生200份、山药50份、胡萝卜50份。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种调理养生粥粉的制备方法,其特征在于,方法步骤如下:S1:将黑豆、黄豆、黑花生用温水浸泡3h,将黑米、黑芝麻、枸杞子、大枣、核桃仁用温水浸泡2h;S2:将山药和胡萝卜洗净、去皮、切片;S3:将S1和S2制得的各组份混合、蒸熟;S4:将S3制得的产品烘干、打粉,过120-140目筛即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种调理养生粥粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1使用的温水为30-50℃。
8.根据权利要求1-4、7任一项所述的一种调理养生粥粉用于治疗筋骨疏松、脾胃虚弱、白发早生等症状。
