本发明属于食疗技术领域,具体涉及一种消食健脾胃糕点及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现在生活水平的提高,人们的物质生活极大丰富,为了保证足够的营养和食物的均衡,都会吃不同的谷类,蔬菜和瓜果及肉类和海鲜;但品类繁多的美味食物由嘴部进入口腔消化,经过食道到达胃部,需要一定的时间,当胃部进行胃酸分泌增多,蠕动消化食物的时候,再反馈给大脑信息,会有一段时间,导致大口快速食用的人群往往出现过饱,积食的现象,增加了胃的负担。现有助消化的药物,如山楂饮料,有一定促进消化的作用。但因为山楂只有单一消食功能,对调节肠胃的功能非常有限,只有与其他药物配伍,才能健胃消食。而乳酸菌可促进肠道有益菌生长,有助于肠道对营养物质吸收。但乳酸菌只能调节肠道菌群平衡,不能促进胃蛋白酶、胃液和胰蛋白酶、胰液的分泌而达到促进消化的作用。
糕点作为风味食品和方便食品,曾一度深受消费者的厚爱,然而传统糕点是一种由面粉为主,添加其他辅食不放酵母而烘烤出来的高糖高脂食品,长期食用会诱发肥胖,心血管疾病等,对人体健康造成威胁。中医药作为中华民族传统医药,不仅在治疗疾病上有所长,其在日常养生保健方面也很有特色,在常用中药中有很多药食同源品种,不仅可以治疗疾病,也可以作为食疗品种使用。

本发明的目的在于提供一种口感好、疗效佳、制备方法简单、安全可靠、无毒副作用的具有健脾益胃、消食止泻功效的消食健脾胃糕点及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案具体如下:
一种消食健脾胃糕点,由以下重量份的原料制成:红枣300-800份、山药100-300份、芡实100-300份、薏苡仁100-300份、白扁豆20-70份、陈皮5-10份。
优选的,所述消食健脾胃糕点由以下重量份的原料制成:红枣500份、山药200份、芡实200份、薏苡仁200份、白扁豆50份、陈皮8份。
上述消食健脾胃糕点的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣、山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆、陈皮洗净,红枣去核,山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆烘干;
(2)按比例取步骤(1)所得山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆混匀,打粉,过筛,得混合粉;
(3)按比例取步骤(1)所得红枣、陈皮,将红枣切成小丁,陈皮切细丝;
(4)将步骤(2)所得混合粉与步骤(3)所得红枣丁,陈皮丝混匀,加水,和匀,做成糕;
(5)将步骤(4)所得糕置于锅内,武火蒸熟,即可。
优选的,步骤(1)所述烘干条件为:于55-70℃下烘4-6h。
优选的,步骤(2)所述过筛数目为100-200目。

本发明中药药理作用如下:
红枣:甘、温,归脾、胃经。具有补中益气、养血安神的功效,用于治疗脾虚食少、乏力便溏、妇人脏躁等症。
山药:甘、平,归脾、肺、肾经。具有补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精的功效,用于治疗脾虚食少、久泻不止、肺虚喘咳、肾虚遗精、带下、尿频、虚热消渴等症。
芡实:甘、涩,平,归脾、肾经。具有补脾止泻、益肾固精、祛湿止带的功效,用于治疗梦遗滑精、遗尿尿频、脾虚久泻、白浊、带下等症。
薏苡仁:甘、淡,凉,归脾、胃、肺经。具有健脾渗湿、除痹止泻、清热排浓的功效,用于治疗水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻、肺痈、肠痈、扁平疣等症。
白扁豆:甘,微温,归脾、胃经。具有健脾化湿、和中消暑的功效,用于治疗脾胃虚弱、食欲不振、大便溏泻、白带过多、暑湿吐泻、胸闷腹胀等症。
陈皮:苦、辛、温,归肺、脾经。具有理气健脾、燥湿化痰的功效,用于治疗胸脘胀满、食少吐泻、咳嗽痰多等症。

一种消食健脾胃糕点,由以下重量份的原料制成:红枣300份、山药100份、芡实100份、薏苡仁100份、白扁豆20份、陈皮5份。
上述消食健脾胃糕点的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣、山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆、陈皮洗净,红枣去核,山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆于55℃下烘6h;
(2)按比例取步骤(1)所得山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆混匀,打粉,过100目筛,得混合粉;
(3)按比例取步骤(1)所得红枣、陈皮,将红枣切成小丁,陈皮切细丝;
(4)将步骤(2)所得混合粉与步骤(3)所得红枣丁,陈皮丝混匀,加水,和匀,做成糕;
(5)将步骤(4)所得糕置于锅内,武火蒸20min至熟,即可。

3.制备权利要求1或2所述消食健脾胃糕点的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣、山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆、陈皮洗净,红枣去核,山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆烘干;
(2)按比例取步骤(1)所得山药、芡实、薏苡仁、白扁豆混匀,打粉,过筛,得混合粉;
(3)按比例取步骤(1)所得红枣、陈皮,将红枣切成小丁,陈皮切细丝;
(4)将步骤(2)所得混合粉与步骤(3)所得红枣丁、陈皮丝混匀,加水,和匀,做成糕;
(5)将步骤(4)所得糕置于锅内,武火蒸熟,即可。
