中国的粥在四千年前主要为食用,2500年前始作药用,《史记》扁鹊仓公列传载有西汉名医淳于意(仓公)用“火齐粥”治齐王病;汉代医圣张仲景《伤寒论》述:桂枝汤,服已须臾,啜热稀粥一升余,以助药力,便是有力例证。进入中古时期,粥的功能更是将“食用”、“药用”高度融合,进入了带有人文色彩的“养生”层次。

黑米具有滋阴补肾,健身暖胃,明目活血,清肝润肠,滑湿益精,补肺缓筋等功效;可入药入膳,对头昏目眩、贫血白发、腰膝酸软、夜盲耳鸣症、疗效尤佳。长期食用可延年益寿。
红豆,性平,味甘、酸。具有利水消种,解毒排脓功效。用于水肿胀满、脚气浮肿、黄疸尿赤、风湿热痹、痈肿疮毒、肠痈腹痛。
绿豆,味甘,性寒。入心、胃经。具有清热解毒,消暑功效。用于暑热烦渴,疮毒痈肿等症,可解附子、巴豆毒。
麦仁,不含胆固醇,富含纤维。含有少量矿物质,包括铁和锌,对阳痿早泄,小儿营养不良,骨折,骨质疏松,男性疾病,骨科疾病都有治疗效果。
薏米,性凉,味甘、淡,入脾、肺、肾经,具有利水、健脾、除痹、清热排脓的功效。
花生,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素E、维生素K,以及矿物质钙、磷、铁等营养成分,含有8种人体所需的氨基酸及不饱和脂肪酸,含卵磷脂、胆碱、胡萝卜素、粗纤维等物质,具有抗老化性、凝血止血、滋血通乳、促进发育和增强记忆功效。
小枣,味甘、性平,入脾、胃经,具有补益脾胃,滋养阴血,养心安神,缓和药性的功效;主治脾胃虚弱,食少便溏,气血亏损,体倦无力,面黄肌瘦,妇女血虚脏躁,精神不安等症。
山药,味甘、性平,健脾胃、益肺肾、补虚嬴。治食少便溏、虚劳、喘咳、尿频、带下、消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃,用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多。
红糖,甘甜、温润、无毒。入肝、脾经。具有润心肺,和中助脾,缓肝气,解酒毒,补血,破瘀功效。主治心腹热胀,口干欲饮,咽喉肿疼,肺热咳嗽,心肺及大小肠热,酒毒。
其中,作为优选,所述养生粥以重量份计,由5-10份黑米、15-20份糯米、1-5份红豆、1-5份绿豆、1-3份麦仁、1-5份薏米、5-10份花生、5-15份小枣、1-5份山药和300-400份白糖熬制而成。
更优选地,以重量份计,由6份黑米、16份糯米、4份红豆、4份绿豆、1.6份麦仁、2份薏米、8份花生、10份小枣、3份山药和350份白糖熬制而成。
此外,本发明还提供一种补中益气清热健脾养生粥的制备方法,将黑米、糯米、红豆、绿豆、麦仁、薏米、花生、小枣倒入沸水中熬制60分钟,然后加入切丁的山药搅拌均匀继续熬制5分钟,然后加入白糖搅拌均匀,获得所述养生粥。
作为优选,所述各原料以重量份计为:
5-10份黑米、15-20份糯米、1-5份红豆、1-5份绿豆、1-3份麦仁、1-5份薏米、5-10份花生、5-15份小枣、1-5份山药和300-400份白糖。
更优选地,所述各原料以重量份计为:
6份黑米、16份糯米、4份红豆、4份绿豆、1.6份麦仁、2份薏米、8份花生、10份小枣、3份山药和350份白糖。
作为优选,所述糯米和沸水的重量比为1:10。
本发明所述养生粥进行不同人群口感风味调查试验,结果显示,本发明所述养生粥风味独特、口感香甜,兼具米香和豆香,受认可率高。
此外,本发明还对中气不足、脾虚食少、风湿热痹、红肿疼痛的被调查者食用本发明养生粥的保健功效进行了调查,结果显示,经常食用本发明产品的被调查者中气十足、脾胃强健,无风湿热痹和红肿疼痛,显著改善了之前的症状。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明养生粥精选多种药食同源的原材料加以熬制,各原材料之间相互作用,协同发挥各自在食材和药材上的作用,熬制成一种口感香甜、风味独特、兼具米香和豆香、补中益气、清热健脾、消食的养生粥品,将食用和药用高度融合,满足广大人群的需求。

实施例1:制备本发明所述补中益气清热健脾养生粥
将6份黑米、16份糯米、4份红豆、4份绿豆、1.6份麦仁、2份薏米、8份花生、10份小枣倒入160份沸水中熬制60分钟,然后加入3份切丁的山药搅拌均匀继续熬制5分钟,然后加入350份白糖搅拌均匀,获得所述养生粥。
实施例2:制备本发明所述补中益气清热健脾养生粥
将5份黑米、15份糯米、1份红豆、1份绿豆、1份麦仁、1份薏米、5份花生、5份小枣倒入150份沸水中熬制60分钟,然后加入1份切丁的山药搅拌均匀继续熬制5分钟,然后加入300份白糖搅拌均匀,获得所述养生粥。
实施例3:制备本发明所述补中益气清热健脾养生粥
将10份黑米、20份糯米、5份红豆、5份绿豆、3份麦仁、5份薏米、10份花生、15份小枣倒入200份沸水中熬制60分钟,然后加入5份切丁的山药搅拌均匀继续熬制5分钟,然后加入400份白糖搅拌均匀,获得所述养生粥。
实施例4:口感调查试验
随机调研500人,分别对实施例1-3熬制的补中益气清热健脾养生粥香味和口感进行评分评价:十分非常喜欢为5分,喜欢为4分,一般为3分,不喜欢为2分,十分不喜欢为1分。统计结果为96%的人喜欢或十分喜欢所述的香味;97%的人喜欢或十分喜欢所述养生粥的口感。
受调研人群一致认为,本发明所述养生粥口感香甜、风味独特、兼具米香和豆香。
实施例5:保健功效调查
本发明随机调研50名中气不足、脾虚食少、风湿热痹、红肿疼痛的受试者,每天按要求于午餐和晚餐时食用本发明实施例1-3制备的中益气清热健脾养生粥,连续食用6个月,期间未服用相关药物和保健品,有41名受试者中气十足、脾胃强健,无风湿热痹和红肿疼痛,8名受试者各种症状均得到一定改善,1名受试者没有感到明显的效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种补中益气清热健脾养生粥,其特征在于,由黑米、糯米、红豆、绿豆、麦仁、薏米、花生、小枣、山药和白糖熬制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述养生粥,其特征在于,以重量份计,由5-10份黑米、15-20份糯米、1-5份红豆、1-5份绿豆、1-3份麦仁、1-5份薏米、5-10份花生、5-15份小枣、1-5份山药和300-400份白糖熬制而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述养生粥,其特征在于,以重量份计,由6份黑米、16份糯米、4份红豆、4份绿豆、1.6份麦仁、2份薏米、8份花生、10份小枣、3份山药和350份白糖熬制而成。
4.一种补中益气清热健脾养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于,将黑米、糯米、红豆、绿豆、麦仁、薏米、花生、小枣倒入沸水中熬制60分钟,然后加入切丁的山药搅拌均匀继续熬制5分钟,然后加入白糖搅拌均匀,获得所述养生粥。
5.根据权利要求4所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述各原料以重量份计为:
5-10份黑米、15-20份糯米、1-5份红豆、1-5份绿豆、1-3份麦仁、1-5份薏米、5-10份花生、5-15份小枣、1-5份山药和300-400份白糖。
6.根据权利要求5所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述各原料以重量份计为:
6份黑米、16份糯米、4份红豆、4份绿豆、1.6份麦仁、2份薏米、8份花生、10份小枣、3份山药和350份白糖。
7.根据权利要求4所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述糯米和沸水的重量比为1:10。
