背景技术
随着我国经济的发展,人民生活水平不断提高;由于精米、精面的细粮饮食结构,造成人体所需的营养比例失衡,三高、糖尿病等疾病的发病比例逐年增高。为了平衡膳食结构,改变这一情况,增加多种杂粮、特别是多种营养元素的摄入成为追求健康的人们的需求。而八宝粥作为一种传统食品,一直是传统的杂粮类营养食品。所谓的“八宝粥”,就是人们常常挂在嘴边的“腊八粥”而已。“八宝粥”的原意是指用八种不同的原料熬制成粥。但是在今天。许多“八宝粥”的用料已经超出八种。现在市售八宝粥虽然口味多样,但是普遍使用一定量的添加剂,且原料种类较少,不符合现代人们追求五谷杂粮养生的趋势。针对上述状况,本发明精心选择了多种杂粮、豆类作为主料,辅之以木糖醇,研制出一种能够满足相应需求的杂粮八宝粥。

本发明提出一种杂粮八宝粥及其制备方法。本品口感香糯微甜,顺滑爽口,具有低糖低脂、营养元素全面丰富、无不良添加等优点,长期食用可以起到健脾益气,保健养生的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种杂粮八宝粥,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:血糯米10份、黑米10份、燕麦10份、黄小米10份、薏米5份、绿豆5份、玉米渣12份、高粱米5份、白芸豆12份、红枣15份、木糖醇5份、水200份;
如上所述杂粮八宝粥的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将血糯米、黑米、燕麦、黄小米、薏米、绿豆、玉米渣、高粱米、白芸豆清洗干净待用;
(2)红枣清洗、去核备用;
(3)将以上准备好的原料加水放入锅中,煮沸后再文火煮30-60分钟,以粥粒开花为宜,随后加入木糖醇,再煮10-30分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)物料保温30-40分钟,然后冷却至室温,充分搅拌后,罐装,即得所述杂粮八宝粥。
本发明中各营养成分的有益效果如下:
血糯米:具有养肝、养颜、泽肤等功效,适用于营养不良、面色苍白、皮肤干燥及身体瘦弱者食用;
黑米:具有开胃益中,健脾暖肝,明目活血,滑涩补精之功,对于少年白发、妇女产后虚弱,病后体虚以及贫血、肾虚均有很好的补养作用;
燕麦:富含镁和维生素B1,也含有磷、钾、铁、泛酸、铜和纤维,可以降低胆固醇,对脂肪肝、糖尿病、便秘等也有辅助疗效;
黄小米: 富含各种蛋白质、脂肪、铁、磷等。具有益肾健胃的效果;
薏米:味甘淡,性微寒,有健脾、补肺、清热、利湿的作用。现代研究证明,薏米有抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、降血糖等功效;
绿豆:绿豆性凉,味甘,营养丰富,含有多种人体所需的氨基酸,同时具有利尿下气的功效,能起到排清体内毒素的作用,对热肿、热渴、热痢、痈疽、痘毒、斑疹等也有一定的疗效;

(1)将血糯米、黑米、燕麦、黄小米、薏米、绿豆、玉米渣、高粱米、白芸豆清洗干净待用;
(2)红枣清洗、去核备用;
(3)将以上准备好的原料加水放入锅中,煮沸后再文火煮40分钟,以粥粒开花为宜,随后加入木糖醇,再煮30分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)物料保温30分钟,然后冷却至室温,充分搅拌后,罐装,即得所述杂粮八宝粥。
