Abstract
本发明涉及一种营养方便早餐及其制备方法,包括以下组分:熟芝麻粉15~20份,熟红豆粉15~20份,熟燕麦粉15~20份,熟薏米粉15~20份,葡萄干5~10份,苹果干5~10份,猕猴桃干5~10份,乳粉10~15份。对应的制备方法为:先将熟芝麻粉、熟红豆粉、熟燕麦粉、熟薏米粉及乳粉用餐勺搅拌混匀,再加入葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干和有温度的液体,搅拌均匀即可食用。有温度的液体为热水、热豆浆或热牛奶。本发明将五谷杂粮粉与蜜饯果干充分的结合在一起,营养丰富,有助于人们的身体健康,而且各组分可以根据需要灵活多变,营养口感均佳,食用方便,增加了人们的食欲,作为一种营养早晨更能适合人们的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品生产加工技术领域,具体是一种营养方便早餐及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代社会人们生活节奏的不断加快,人们可以分配制作和食用早餐的时间越来越少。于是,许多方便早餐应运而生,如相对传统的芝麻糊以及较新的各种杂粮粉食品。虽然这些食品在养生保健方面的功能确实存在,长期食用能调理身体,但这类食品的口感大多不太好,很难让消费者产生继续购买和食用的欲望。另一方面,蜜饯果干类食品大多酸甜可口,营养开胃,而且具有较好的咀嚼性。因此,将五谷杂粮粉和蜜饯果干结合到一起,就是把营养美味结合到一起。而且,不管是五谷杂粮粉,还是蜜饯果干,都有多种品类,食用者可以根据自己的口味需求,自由搭配组合出自己喜欢的配方。在调制好配方后,只需加入开水,冲泡搅拌均匀即可食用,简单方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种营养方便早餐及其制备方法,将五谷杂粮的营养保健和蜜饯果干的美味可口有机结合到一起,而且各组分可以根据需要灵活多变,营养口感均佳,食用方便。本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种营养方便早餐,按照重量计包括如下组分:
熟芝麻粉15~20份,熟红豆粉15~20份,熟燕麦粉15~20份,熟薏米粉15~20份,葡萄干5~10份,苹果干5~10份,猕猴桃干5~10份,乳粉10~15份。
所述的葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干均不含核以及硬质果皮。
所述的葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干所对应的颗粒直径为0.2~1.0cm。
一种营养方便早餐的制备方法为:先将熟芝麻粉、熟红豆粉、熟燕麦粉、熟薏米粉及乳粉用餐勺搅拌混匀,再加入葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干和有温度的液体,搅拌均匀即可食用。
所述有温度的液体为热水,所述热水的温度为90~100℃,从而将粉状和颗粒状冲开,确保混合均匀。
所述有温度的液体还可以为热豆浆或热牛奶,也可以为其它热饮,不受局限,可根据消费者口味自己搭配。
各组分的作用和功效如下:
芝麻粉:性味甘、平,具有滋养肝肾、养血润燥的作用,特别适合因肝肾不足所致的脱发、须发早白、皮肤干燥、大便秘结的中老年朋友食用,现代医学研究表明,芝麻如黑芝麻中含蛋白质、脂肪、维生素E、维生素B1、B2、多种氨基酸及钙、磷、铁等微量元素,有延缓衰老的作用,具有着补血明目、祛风润肠、生津通乳、益肝养发、强身体,抗衰老之功效,磨成粉状便于食用和吸收。
红豆粉:健脾止泻,利水消肿,清热解毒、健脾益胃、利尿消肿、通气除烦等,可治疗小便不利、脾虚水肿、脚气等症。
燕麦粉:是由去壳燕麦制成的面粉高度精制而成的,营养价值在于不含胆固醇,带有全谷物类的少量脂肪,具有着如下功效:(1)降低血胆固醇:水溶性纤维以及β-聚葡萄糖可以降低血中总胆固醇以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的量,以降低罹患心血管疾病的风险,并且可以增加胆酸的排泄;(2)控制血糖:水溶性纤维具有平缓饭后血糖上升的效果,所以有助於糖尿病患控制血糖;(3)改善便秘:因为燕麦纤维中含有β-聚葡萄糖,所以可以改善消化功能、促进肠胃蠕动,并改善便秘的情形;(4)促进伤口愈合:燕麦中所含丰富的锌,可以促进伤口愈合;(5)预防更年期障碍:丰富的维生素E可以扩张末梢血管,并改善血液循环,调整身体状况,所以能减轻使更年期障碍症状;(6)预防骨质疏松:要预防骨质疏松,除了增加钙的摄取外,体内也不能缺乏锰,因为燕麦中含有锰,所以也可以间接的预防骨质疏松;(7)其他:还有预防贫血、控制体重等功用。
熟薏米粉:是常用的中药,又是普遍、常吃的食物,性味甘淡微寒,有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效,为常用的利水渗湿药,常食可以保持人体皮肤光泽细腻,消除粉刺、斑雀、老年斑、妊娠斑、蝴蝶斑,对脱屑、痤疮、皲裂、皮肤粗糙等都有良好疗效。
葡萄干:功效如下:(1)葡萄干中的铁和钙含量十分丰富,是儿童、妇女及体弱贫血者的滋补佳品,可补血气、暖肾,帮助改善贫血,血小板减少;(2)葡萄干内含大量葡萄糖,对心肌有营养作用,有助于冠心病患者的康复;(3)葡萄干还含有多种矿物质和维生素、氨基酸,常食对神经衰弱和过度疲劳者有较好的补益作用,还是妇女病的食疗佳品。
苹果干:苹果本身含丰富的糖类,主要是蔗糖、还原糖以及蛋白质、脂肪、磷、铁、钾等物质;还含有苹果酸、奎宁酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、单宁酸、果胶、纤维素、B族维生素、维生素C及微量元素可食用部分76%,具有着降低胆固醇、降低血压、预防癌症、强化骨骼、治疗失眠、消除黑眼圈以及减肥的功效。
猕猴桃干:是由猕猴桃切成片经加工做成的,猕猴桃被誉为天然维C之冠,水果之王,富含VC、VA、VE等多种维生素和抗氧化物质,猕猴桃干含有丰富的果酸,能抑制角质细胞内聚力及玄色素沉淀,有效地淡化甚至祛除黑斑,并能改善肌肤水油平衡。
乳粉:用冷冻或加热的方法,除去乳中几乎全部的水分,干燥后而成粉末,富含蛋白质、脂肪、维生素等多种营养物质。
五谷杂粮粉含有多种对身体健康保健方面具有积极作用的因子,经常食用能使身体保持在较好状态。然而五谷杂粮粉直接食用口感不佳,很难让消费者有持续食用的动力。蜜饯果干在日常生活中作为休闲零食,酸甜可口,深受广大消费者的喜爱。但蜜饯果干大多含糖量较高,不宜过量食用。把五谷杂粮粉和蜜饯果干结合起来,用热水或者调制其它热饮,就可以把五谷的保健和果干的美味有机融合,简单方便,而且营养丰富。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将五谷杂粮粉与蜜饯果干充分的结合在一起,营养丰富,有助于人们的身体健康,而且各组分可以根据需要灵活多变,营养口感均佳,食用方便,增加了人们的食欲,作为一种营养早晨更能适合人们的需求。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
实施例一:
一种营养方便早餐,按照重量计包括如下组分:
熟芝麻粉17份,熟红豆粉18份,熟燕麦粉16份,熟薏米粉15份,乳粉10份,葡萄干5份,苹果干5份,猕猴桃干6份。
所述的葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干均不含核以及硬质果皮。
所述的葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干所对应的颗粒直径为0.2~1.0cm。
制备方法如下:
1)量取熟芝麻粉17份,熟红豆粉18份,熟燕麦粉16份,熟薏米粉15份,乳粉10份,放入碗中,用餐勺预混匀;
2)加入葡萄干5份,苹果干5份,猕猴桃干6份;
3)加入90℃的热水40ml,搅拌均匀即可食用。
实施例二:

熟芝麻粉15份,熟红豆粉15份,熟燕麦粉20份,熟薏米粉18份,乳粉15份,葡萄干8份,苹果干8份。
所述的葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干均不含核以及硬质果皮。

制备方法如下:

3)加入热牛奶60ml,搅拌均匀即可食用。
如上三种实施例,可以根据消费者自己的需求改变口味,灵活多变,营养口感均佳,食用方便,热冲后即可食用。

1.一种营养方便早餐,其特征在于:按照重量计包括如下组分:
熟芝麻粉15~20份,熟红豆粉15~20份,熟燕麦粉15~20份,熟薏米粉15~20份,葡萄干5~10份,苹果干5~10份,猕猴桃干5~10份,乳粉10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养方便早餐,其特征在于:所述的葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干均不含核以及硬质果皮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养方便早餐,其特征在于:所述的葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干所对应的颗粒直径为0.2~1.0cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养方便早餐的制备方法,其特征在于:先将熟芝麻粉、熟红豆粉、熟燕麦粉、熟薏米粉及乳粉混合均匀,再加入葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干和有温度的液体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种营养方便早餐的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有温度的液体为热水,所述热水的温度为90~100℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种营养方便早餐的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有温度的液体为热豆浆。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种营养方便早餐的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有温度的液体为热牛奶。
