G蒸好后的山药趁热取出,用铲子将其压成泥状,将绵白糖倒入山药中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀成泥状,再将糯米粉加入山药泥中再次搅拌均匀。
H再将熟玉米油加入山药泥中稍加搅拌,取出放案板上用手不断揉搓压制成山药面团,让其静置15分钟。

c)压制成型工序
I将原材料中三分之二玉米淀粉放烘箱中烘烤2~4分钟叮熟。
J取分量均等的山药泥团成团,用剩余的三分之一淀粉沾上表面,压成饼,放入之前备好的半成品馅料,再包入山药泥。
K大体成型后再粘匀熟玉米淀粉,入月饼模子压出花型即可。
可将制作好的成品放于低温库贮藏,方便运输。
