背景技术
鸽子肉营养丰富,它所含的钙、铁、铜等矿物质及维生素A、B、E等都比鸡、鱼、牛、羊肉的含量高。鸽肝中含有最佳的胆素,可以帮助人体很好的利用胆固醇,防止动脉硬化。鸽肉里含有丰富的泛酸,防止脱发、白发和未老先衰等都有很好疗效。鸽肉里含有丰富的软骨素,可增加皮肤弹性,改善血液循环,可加快伤口愈合。
鸽子汤味道鲜美、营养丰富,是人们喜爱的美食,但由于煲汤过程比较麻烦,制作起来相对复杂,且用时比较长,所以人们在家庭条件下操作有一定的难度,尤其是上班一族,更是难以实现,所以人们希望有一种快捷的方式,来满足人们能方便尝到美味的需求。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述现状,而提供一种养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺。
一种养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述营养汤的组成物料包括如下按照重量份数的配方:鸽子400-600份、鹌鹑蛋100-160份、白萝卜100-160份、松茸60-100份、花生60-100份、红枣60-100份、桂圆40-60份、党参20-30份、枸杞20-30份、大蒜8-12份、生姜8-12份、葱8-12份、碘盐14-20份、料酒8-12份、鸡精2-3份、水1000-1200份。
所述营养汤采用了如下制备工艺。
(1)根据上述配方,挑选、称取优质原料,备用。
(2)将鸽子去毛宰杀干净,去内脏、焯水后剁成块;将鹌鹑蛋煮熟后去壳;将白萝卜去皮、切成块或片后焯水、捞出;将松茸浸发、去蒂、去根、洗净,沥干水后,切成薄片;将花生、红枣、桂圆、党参、枸杞洗净备用;将将生姜、大蒜洗净后切成片,将葱洗净后切成段。
(3)将加工好的鸽子、松茸和浸泡好的花生、红枣、桂圆、党参、枸杞,连同生姜、大蒜、葱、料酒一同放入加热容器中,添加1000-1200份水,用大火烧开后,加入鹌鹑蛋和白萝卜,继续用小火炖20-30分钟,放入碘盐,再过10-15分钟放入鸡精,将汤料搅拌均匀后,继续用小火加热1-3分钟后关火。
(4)撇去上层浮沫、将上述汤料杀菌处理后,搅拌均匀,进行真空灌装、封口,经检验合格后入库冷藏保存。
本发明的营养汤中主要原料的营养成分及功能如下。
上述鸽子又称“白凤”,雌雄交配很频密,繁殖能力很强。鸽肉和鸽子蛋含有丰富的蛋白质、软骨素、维生素和铁、锌等营养成分。具有补肾填精、温阳益气的作用。不但营养丰富,还有一定的保健功效、调理脾胃,能防治多种疾病,《本草纲目》中记载“鸽羽色众多,唯白色入药”,从古至今中医学认为鸽肉有补肝壮肾、益气补血、清热解毒、生津止渴等功效。现代医学认为:鸽肉壮体补肾、生机活力、健脑补神,提高记忆力,降低血压,调整人体血糖,养颜美容,皮肤洁白细嫩,延年益寿。
上述鹌鹑蛋含有多种人体必需氨基酸、无机盐等。具有补益肾气、强健腰膝的作用,是滋补妙品。鹌鹑蛋被认为是“动物中的人参”,鹌鹑蛋味甘、性平,有补益气血、强身健脑、丰肌泽肤等功效。鹌鹑蛋对贫血、营养不良、神经衰弱、月经不调、高血压、支气管炎、血管硬化等病人具有调补作用,对有贫血、月经不调的女性,其调补、养颜、美肤功用尤为显著。鹌鹑蛋是一种很好的滋补品,在营养上有独特之处,故有"卵中佳品"之称。
鹌鹑蛋含有丰富的蛋白质、脑磷脂、卵磷脂、赖氨酸、胱氨酸、维A、维B2、维B1、铁、磷、钙等营养物质,可补气益血,强筋壮骨。具有补气益血、治风湿、强筋壮骨的功效。鹌鹑蛋中氨基酸种类齐全,含量丰富,还有高质量的多种磷脂,激素等人体必需成分,铁、核黄素、维生素A的含量均比同量鸡蛋高出两倍左右,而胆固醇则较鸡蛋低约三分之一,所以是各种虚弱病者及老人、儿童及孕妇的理想滋补食品。鹌鹑蛋含有较高的蛋白质,脑磷脂、卵磷脂、铁和维生素等。
上述白萝卜在民间不仅有“小人参”的美称,“萝卜上市、医生没事”、“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜、不用医生开药方”之类的顺口溜也很能说明问题。萝卜性平,味辛甘,能化痰止咳、下气宽中。不过需要注意的是,吃萝卜也有讲究,一根白萝卜的中段至根部是最适合入汤的,这部分的萝卜含的淀粉酶比较多,能够帮助消化,煮汤后口感也比较好。白萝卜具有很好的利尿效果,所含的纤维素可促进排便,也利于减肥。
上述松茸是一种珍稀名贵的食用菌类,被称为“菌中之王”。松茸的营养价值:能强精补肾、恢复精力、益胃补气、强心补血、健脑益智、理气化痰、抗辐射、驱虫、治糖尿病和抗癌等作用。具有提高SOD活性,加速自由基的清除,延缓组织器官衰退,改善心血管功能,促进新陈代谢,提高人体抗病毒、抗细胞突变和增加免疫功能的能力。据日本有关资料报道,松茸菌抗癌效果可达90%以上。松茸以云南野生松茸为佳,高品质松茸其颜色微白,质地硬实,香气更浓郁,口感好,营养成分高。
上述花生性平、味甘,入脾、肺经。中医认为,可以醒脾和胃、润肺化痰、滋养调气、清咽止咳,主治营养不良、食少体弱、燥咳少痰、咯血、皮肤紫斑、产妇乳少及大便燥结等病症。花生富含维生素C、卵磷脂和脑磷脂,它是神经系统所需要的重要物质,能延缓脑功能衰退,抑制血小板凝集,防止脑血栓形成。实验证实,常食花生可改善血液循环、增强记忆、延缓衰老,是名符其实的“长生果”。花生种还含有丰富的维生素A、维生素E、叶酸以及多种微量元素和蛋白质,对于补充脑能量、调理身体健康有极大的帮助。
上述红枣能补脾益血、止血。对脾虚血少、贫血有一定疗效,对女性尤为有益。红枣富含维生素C,主要功能为补中益气、养血安神,临床主要用于失眠多梦、脾胃气虚、血虚萎黄、血虚等症的治疗。大枣又称红枣,含有机酸、三萜甙类、生物碱类、黄酮类、糖类、维生素类以及谷甾醇、豆甾醇、链甾醇等。红枣不仅味甘可口,而且营养非常丰富,除含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物,还含有多种矿物质和维生素,如铁、磷、钙、胡萝卜素、烟酸、维生素B1、维生素B、维生素C的含量更多。因此,在国外享有天然维生素丸的美称。在我国,不仅将红枣列为滋补佳品,而且具有多种药用价值。
上述桂圆中的桂圆肉也叫元肉,性温味甘、益心脾、补气血,具有良好有滋养补益,补气血、益智宁心、安神定志的功效,可用于心脾虚损、气血不足所致的失眠、健忘、惊悸、眩晕等症。据药理研究证实,桂圆含葡萄糖、蔗糖和维生素A、B等多种营养素。其中含有较多的是蛋白质、脂肪和多种矿物质。这些营养素对人体都是十分必需的,尤其对于劳心之人,耗伤心脾气血,更为有效。

上述大蒜的保健作用:
1、强力杀菌。大蒜中含硫化合物具有奇强的抗菌消炎作用,对多种球菌、杆菌、真菌和病毒等均有抑制和杀灭作用,是目前发现的天然植物中抗菌作用最强的一种。
2、排毒清肠,预防肠胃疾病。大蒜可有效抑制和杀死引起肠胃疾病的幽门螺杆菌等细菌病毒,清除肠胃有毒物质,刺激胃肠粘膜,促进食欲,加速消化。

本发明所述的养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤(4)中,按杀菌公式:15min-30min-15min/121℃进行杀菌,然后冷却至室温。
本发明所述的养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤(4)中的容器为易拉罐装或瓶装。
本发明所述的养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述营养汤的组成物料包括如下按照重量份数的配方:鸽子500份、鹌鹑蛋130份、白萝卜130份、松茸80份、花生80份、红枣80份、桂圆50份、党参25份、枸杞25份、大蒜10份、生姜10份、葱10份、碘盐17份、料酒10份、鸡精2.5份、水1100份。
由上可知,本发明与现有营养汤相比,有如下的优点和进步。
本发明所述的养生滋补营养汤,具有壮体补肾、生机活力、健脑补神,提高记忆力的作用,经常服用能降低血压,调整人体血糖,养颜美容、延缓衰老、延年益寿,不燥不腻、补中益气、健脾益肺,富含数十种人体所需的营养元素:如蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等,通过工业化生产制作而成。届时,消费者打开包装,加热后即可食用,方便快捷,且容易消化吸收,对如今生活节奏日益加快的人士来说,具有很大的需求。
具体实施方式
为了彻底了解本发明,将在下列的描述中提出详细的配方组成。显然,本发明的施行并不限定于本领域的技术人员所熟习的特殊细节。本发明的较佳实施例详细描述如下,然而除了这些详细描述外,本发明还可以具有其他实施方式。
实施例1:一种养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述营养汤的组成物料包括如下按照重量份数的配方:鸽子500份、鹌鹑蛋130份、白萝卜130份、松茸80份、花生80份、红枣80份、桂圆50份、党参25份、枸杞25份、大蒜10份、生姜10份、葱10份、碘盐17份、料酒10份、鸡精2.5份、水1100份。
所述营养汤采用了如下制备工艺。
(1)根据上述配方,挑选、称取优质原料,备用。
(2)将鸽子去毛宰杀干净,去内脏、焯水后剁成块;将鹌鹑蛋煮熟后去壳;将白萝卜去皮、切成块或片后焯水、捞出;将松茸浸发、去蒂、去根、洗净,沥干水后,切成薄片;将花生、红枣、桂圆、党参、枸杞洗净备用;将将生姜、大蒜洗净后切成片,将葱洗净后切成段。
(3)将加工好的鸽子、松茸和浸泡好的花生、红枣、桂圆、党参、枸杞,连同生姜、大蒜、葱、料酒一同放入加热容器中,添加1100份水,用大火烧开后,加入鹌鹑蛋和白萝卜,继续用小火炖25分钟,放入碘盐,再过12分钟放入鸡精,将汤料搅拌均匀后,继续用小火加热2分钟后关火。
(4)撇去上层浮沫、将上述汤料杀菌处理后,搅拌均匀,进行真空灌装、封口,经检验合格后入库冷藏保存。

本实施例的营养汤中主要原料的营养成分及功能如下。
上述鸽子又称“白凤”,雌雄交配很频密,繁殖能力很强。鸽肉和鸽子蛋含有丰富的蛋白质、软骨素、维生素和铁、锌等营养成分。具有补肾填精、温阳益气的作用。不但营养丰富,还有一定的保健功效、调理脾胃,能防治多种疾病,《本草纲目》中记载“鸽羽色众多,唯白色入药”,从古至今中医学认为鸽肉有补肝壮肾、益气补血、清热解毒、生津止渴等功效。现代医学认为:鸽肉壮体补肾、生机活力、健脑补神,提高记忆力,降低血压,调整人体血糖,养颜美容,皮肤洁白细嫩,延年益寿。
上述鹌鹑蛋含有多种人体必需氨基酸、无机盐等。具有补益肾气、强健腰膝的作用,是滋补妙品。鹌鹑蛋被认为是“动物中的人参”,鹌鹑蛋味甘、性平,有补益气血、强身健脑、丰肌泽肤等功效。鹌鹑蛋对贫血、营养不良、神经衰弱、月经不调、高血压、支气管炎、血管硬化等病人具有调补作用,对有贫血、月经不调的女性,其调补、养颜、美肤功用尤为显著。鹌鹑蛋是一种很好的滋补品,在营养上有独特之处,故有"卵中佳品"之称。
鹌鹑蛋含有丰富的蛋白质、脑磷脂、卵磷脂、赖氨酸、胱氨酸、维A、维B2、维B1、铁、磷、钙等营养物质,可补气益血,强筋壮骨。具有补气益血、治风湿、强筋壮骨的功效。鹌鹑蛋中氨基酸种类齐全,含量丰富,还有高质量的多种磷脂,激素等人体必需成分,铁、核黄素、维生素A的含量均比同量鸡蛋高出两倍左右,而胆固醇则较鸡蛋低约三分之一,所以是各种虚弱病者及老人、儿童及孕妇的理想滋补食品。鹌鹑蛋含有较高的蛋白质,脑磷脂、卵磷脂、铁和维生素等。
上述白萝卜在民间不仅有“小人参”的美称,“萝卜上市、医生没事”、“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜、不用医生开药方”之类的顺口溜也很能说明问题。萝卜性平,味辛甘,能化痰止咳、下气宽中。不过需要注意的是,吃萝卜也有讲究,一根白萝卜的中段至根部是最适合入汤的,这部分的萝卜含的淀粉酶比较多,能够帮助消化,煮汤后口感也比较好。白萝卜具有很好的利尿效果,所含的纤维素可促进排便,也利于减肥。
上述松茸是一种珍稀名贵的食用菌类,被称为“菌中之王”。松茸的营养价值:能强精补肾、恢复精力、益胃补气、强心补血、健脑益智、理气化痰、抗辐射、驱虫、治糖尿病和抗癌等作用。具有提高SOD活性,加速自由基的清除,延缓组织器官衰退,改善心血管功能,促进新陈代谢,提高人体抗病毒、抗细胞突变和增加免疫功能的能力。据日本有关资料报道,松茸菌抗癌效果可达90%以上。松茸以云南野生松茸为佳,高品质松茸其颜色微白,质地硬实,香气更浓郁,口感好,营养成分高。
上述花生性平、味甘,入脾、肺经。中医认为,可以醒脾和胃、润肺化痰、滋养调气、清咽止咳,主治营养不良、食少体弱、燥咳少痰、咯血、皮肤紫斑、产妇乳少及大便燥结等病症。花生富含维生素C、卵磷脂和脑磷脂,它是神经系统所需要的重要物质,能延缓脑功能衰退,抑制血小板凝集,防止脑血栓形成。实验证实,常食花生可改善血液循环、增强记忆、延缓衰老,是名符其实的“长生果”。花生种还含有丰富的维生素A、维生素E、叶酸以及多种微量元素和蛋白质,对于补充脑能量、调理身体健康有极大的帮助。
上述红枣能补脾益血、止血。对脾虚血少、贫血有一定疗效,对女性尤为有益。红枣富含维生素C,主要功能为补中益气、养血安神,临床主要用于失眠多梦、脾胃气虚、血虚萎黄、血虚等症的治疗。大枣又称红枣,含有机酸、三萜甙类、生物碱类、黄酮类、糖类、维生素类以及谷甾醇、豆甾醇、链甾醇等。红枣不仅味甘可口,而且营养非常丰富,除含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物,还含有多种矿物质和维生素,如铁、磷、钙、胡萝卜素、烟酸、维生素B1、维生素B、维生素C的含量更多。因此,在国外享有天然维生素丸的美称。在我国,不仅将红枣列为滋补佳品,而且具有多种药用价值。

实施例3:本实施例所述的养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述营养汤的组成物料包括如下按照重量份数的配方:鸽子600份、鹌鹑蛋150份、白萝卜140份、松茸70份、花生90份、红枣85份、桂圆55份、党参28份、枸杞28份、大蒜11份、生姜12份、葱12份、碘盐18份、料酒12份、鸡精3份、水1150份,其制备工艺同实施例1。
虽然以上描述了本发明中养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺的具体实施方式,但是熟悉本技术领域的技术人员应当理解,我们所描述的具体的实施例只是说明性的,而不是用于对本发明的范围的限定,熟悉本领域的技术人员在依照本发明的精神所作的等效的修饰以及变化,都应当涵盖在本发明的权利要求所保护的范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述营养汤的组成物料包括如下按照重量份数的配方:鸽子400-600份、鹌鹑蛋100-160份、白萝卜100-160份、松茸60-100份、花生60-100份、红枣60-100份、桂圆40-60份、党参20-30份、枸杞20-30份、大蒜8-12份、生姜8-12份、葱8-12份、碘盐14-20份、料酒8-12份、鸡精2-3份、水1000-1200份;
所述营养汤采用了如下制备工艺:
(1)根据上述配方,挑选、称取优质原料,备用;
(2)将鸽子去毛宰杀干净,去内脏、焯水后剁成块;将鹌鹑蛋煮熟后去壳;将白萝卜去皮、切成块或片后焯水、捞出;将松茸浸发、去蒂、去根、洗净,沥干水后,切成薄片;将花生、红枣、桂圆、党参、枸杞洗净备用;将将生姜、大蒜洗净后切成片,将葱洗净后切成段;
(3)将加工好的鸽子、松茸和浸泡好的花生、红枣、桂圆、党参、枸杞,连同生姜、大蒜、葱、料酒一同放入加热容器中,添加1000-1200份水,用大火烧开后,加入鹌鹑蛋和白萝卜,继续用小火炖20-30分钟,放入碘盐,再过10-15分钟放入鸡精,将汤料搅拌均匀后,继续用小火加热1-3分钟后关火;
(4)撇去上层浮沫、将上述汤料杀菌处理后,搅拌均匀,进行真空灌装、封口,经检验合格后入库冷藏保存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生滋补营养汤及其制备工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤(4)中,按杀菌公式:15min-30min-15min/121℃进行杀菌,然后冷却至室温。
