(2)将芡实、红豆浸泡8-10小时,将莲子、粳米、糯米浸泡2-4小时,将整枣浸泡20分钟,备用;
(3)煎煮:分别将莲子、整枣、粳米、糯米、红豆、桂圆、芡实、紫薯、山药、枸杞子放入锅内,按照1:4的比例加水煮沸后,再用温火80℃~50℃熬至1.5~2.5小时,静置20~30分钟便熬成稀稠适中的营养粥,
(4)将熬制的营养粥冷却、包装、抽检、出售。

1.一种莲子整枣营养粥,由莲子、整枣组成,其特征是:所述的莲子重量份数为5-15,所述的整枣重量份数为5-15,将莲子浸泡2-4小时,将整枣浸泡20分钟,放入锅内,按照1:3的比例加水煮沸后,再用温火80℃~50℃熬至1~2小时,静置20~30分钟便熬成稀稠适中的营养粥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的莲子整枣营养粥,其特征是:所述的莲子重量份数为5,所述的整枣重量份数为5。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的莲子整枣营养粥,其特征是:所述的莲子重量份数为15,所述的整枣重量份数为15。
4.一种莲子整枣营养粥,其组成包括: 莲子、整枣、粳米、糯米、红豆、桂圆、芡实、紫薯、山药、枸杞子,其特征是:所述的莲子重量份数为5-15,所述的整枣重量份数为5-15,所述的粳米重量份数为10-30,所述的糯米重量份数为10-30,所述的红豆重量份数为5-10,所述的桂圆重量份数为2-7,所述的芡实重量份数为1-4,所述的紫薯重量份数为2-7,所述的山药重量份数为3-6,所述的枸杞子重量份数为1-5。
5.根据权利要求4所述的莲子整枣营养粥,其特征是:所述的莲子重量份数为5,所述的整枣重量份数为5,所述的粳米重量份数为10,所述的糯米重量份数为10,所述的红豆重量份数为5,所述的桂圆重量份数为2,所述的芡实重量份数为1,所述的紫薯重量份数为2,所述的山药重量份数为3,所述的枸杞子重量份数为1。

7.根据权利要求4或5或6所述的莲子整枣营养粥,其特征是:所述的莲子重量份数为10,所述的整枣重量份数为10,所述的粳米重量份数为20,所述的糯米重量份数为20,所述的红豆重量份数为7.5,所述的桂圆重量份数为4.5,所述的芡实重量份数为2.5,所述的紫薯重量份数为4.5,所述的山药重量份数为4.5,所述的枸杞子重量份数为3。
8.一种权利要求4-7之一所述的莲子整枣营养粥的制作方法,其特征是:该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的处理:首先将莲子、整枣、粳米、糯米、红豆、桂圆、芡实、紫薯、山药、枸杞子,以上十种原料洗净,精选,
称量:将莲子、整枣、粳米、糯米、红豆、桂圆、芡实、紫薯、山药、枸杞子,按权利要求4-7之一的重量份数比,准确称量,备用;
(2)将芡实、红豆浸泡8-10小时,将莲子、粳米、糯米浸泡2-4小时,将整枣浸泡20分钟,备用;
(3)煎煮:分别将莲子、整枣、粳米、糯米、红豆、桂圆、芡实、紫薯、山药、枸杞子放入锅内,按照1:4的比例加水煮沸后,再用温火80℃~50℃熬至1.5~2.5小时,静置20~30分钟便熬成稀稠适中的营养粥,
(4)将熬制的营养粥冷却、包装、抽检、出售。
