本发明一种红枣莲子粥,属于药膳技术领域;所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新的山药莲子养生粥;为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:芡实20-50份,薏苡仁20-50份,山药1300-1650份,人参45-70份,茯苓45-70份,莲子220-300份;本发明的八宝粥具有强健脾胃,强化五谷运化之功,营卫补益气血的功效,达到健脾补气,益气明目的作用。

技术领域
本发明一种红枣莲子粥,属于药膳技术领域。
背景技术
气虚证是人体之气不足导致气的基本功能减退的虚弱证候。这里的“气”,指的是全身之气,也涵盖脏腑、组织之气。主要的临床表现:神疲乏力,气短息弱,声低懒言,或面白少华,头晕,自汗,易感冒,活动后诸症加重,舌淡嫩,脉虚弱。各脏腑组织气虚证还有各自的特定表现。现有的补气方案大多是采用以药补为主,然而西药的补气副作用大,且人对药物会产生很大的依赖性,停药后易反弹。
糯米又叫江米,是人们经常食用的粮食之一。现代科学研究表明:糯米中含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B及淀粉等,为温补强壮品。糯米具有补中益气,健脾养胃,止虚汗之功效,对食欲不佳,腹胀腹泻有一定缓解作用。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种红枣莲子粥。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药200-300g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆80-100g。
作为优选的一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药250g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆100g。
进一步优选的方案为,一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:芡实35-42份,薏苡仁35-42份,山药1500-1550份,人参58-62份,茯苓58-62份,莲子240-255份。
将上述原料按质量份配比称量后,洗净,向锅中加水烧开,将洗净的原料加入沸水中,熬煮30分钟即可。如果出锅前10分钟左右加一汤匙米酒,效果味道更佳。
经本发明的药膳制作的红枣莲子粥,具有健脾、护肝以及补气的功能。本糯米药膳粥材料易得,制作简单,口感好,无副作用且可长时间服用,通过食疗的方式能够有效改善气虚症患者的体质。

一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药200g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆80g。

一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药300g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆85。
实施例3
一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药280g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆80g。
实施例4
一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药230g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆90g。
实施例5
一种红枣莲子粥,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药240g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆95g。

1.一种红枣莲子粥,其特征在于所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药200-300g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆80-100g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红枣莲子粥,其特征在于所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:山药250g,莲子10g,红枣5g,黑糯米50g,白糯米50g,枸杞15g,桂圆100g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种红枣莲子粥,其特征在于出锅前10min加一汤匙米酒。
