(2)将上述党参、茯苓、薏苡仁、芡实、山药、白术、莲子肉、白扁豆或者甜杏仁、糯米、糙米烘干,混合均匀后用小型中药材粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后过100目筛得到粉料;
(3)将上述粉料与称取好的木糖醇或者麦芽糖醇混合均匀后用纯净水和成软硬适中的料团,将料团搓成长条,用刀切成重约20克的小块;
(4)将上述小块用模子成型后用锅蒸熟,蒸熟后晒干或者置于干燥通风处晾干,得到糕点。
根据卫生部最新版发布的“药食同源目录表”,本发明所用的茯苓、薏苡仁、芡实、山药、莲子肉、白扁豆、甜杏仁归类为“既是食品又是药品的物品名单”,所用的党参、白术归类为“可用于保健食品的物品名单”,均可用于人们在日常饮食中调理身体;
本发明所用各原料的特性如下:
党参:性甘,平;归脾、肺经;健脾益肺,养血生津,用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴;
茯苓:性甘、淡,平;归心、肺、脾、肾经;利水渗湿,健脾,宁心,用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠;
薏苡仁:性甘、淡,凉;归脾、胃、肺经;利水渗湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结,用于水肿,脚气,小便不利,脾虚泄泻,湿痹拘挛,肺痈,肠痈,赘疣,癌肿;
芡实:性甘、涩,平;归脾、肾经;益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带,用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下;
山药:性甘,平;归脾、肺、肾经;补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精,用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴,麸炒山药补脾健胃,用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多;
白术:性苦、甘,温;归脾、胃经;健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎,用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸、水肿,自汗,胎动不安,土白术健脾,和胃,安胎,用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,胎动不安;
莲子肉:性甘、涩,平;归脾、肾、心经;补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神,用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠;
白扁豆:性甘,微温;归脾、胃经;健脾化湿,和中消暑,用于脾胃虚弱,食欲不振,大便溏泻,白带过多,暑湿吐泻,胸闷腹胀,炒白扁豆健脾化湿,用于脾虚泄泻,白带过多;
甜杏仁:性甘,平;归肺、大肠经;润肺止咳平喘,润肠通便,用于肺虚咳喘,肠燥便秘;
糯米:又叫江米,富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸及淀粉等,营养丰富,为温补强壮食品;性甘,平;具有补中益气,健脾养胃,止虚汗之功效,对食欲不佳,腹胀腹泻有一定缓解作用;
糙米:糙米是稻谷脱去外保护皮层稻壳后的颖果和内保护皮层完好的稻米籽粒,富含维生素B、维生素E等维他命以及钾、镁、锌、铁、锰、铬、钒等微量元素、氨基酸和膳食纤维,被视为绿色健康食品;性甘,温;具有健脾养胃、补中益气、调和五脏、镇静神经、促进消化吸收之功效,能提高人体免疫功能,促进血液循环,消除沮丧烦躁的情绪,对人体十分有益;
木糖醇:属于五碳糖醇,是一种天然健康的新型甜味剂,广泛存在于自然界的果蔬中,分为晶体和液体两种,纯净的晶体木糖醇白色、无味、结晶状粉末、易溶于水,甜度相当于蔗糖,热量相当于葡萄糖,是所有食用糖醇中生理活性最好的品种;它在不增加人体血糖值、防龋齿等方面,显示出来特别的优越性,它能促进人体肠道内双歧杆菌的繁殖,提高人体免疫力,它还具有保肝护肝的作用;
麦芽糖醇:为白色结晶性粉末或无色透明中性粘稠液体,易溶于水,甜度为蔗糖的80~90%,且甜味纯正温和,没有杂味,是一种新型的功能性甜味剂;具有低热量、非龋齿性、难消化性、促进钙的吸收等多种生理特性;
其中,薏苡仁的重量份数可根据个人体内湿气程度确定用量,湿气重用量多,湿气轻用量少;
其中,白扁豆适用于大便稀泻的人群,甜杏仁适用于大便燥硬的人群。
本发明的有益效果是:采用“药食同源”的理论,所用原料即是药物也是食物,具有药物良好治疗效果的同时具有食物副作用小的优点,成分温和,取自天然;同时采用健康的木糖醇或者麦芽糖醇提高糕点口感,让人们在享受美味的同时让身体得到了很好的调养,使人身心愉悦;采用纯手工制作,方法简单易推广,过100目筛口感细腻,蒸熟易消化,晒干或者晾干使得拿放和储存更为方便。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:
采用下述重量份数的原料:党参30份、茯苓50份、薏苡仁50份、芡实50份、山药50份、白术30份、莲子肉50份、白扁豆30份、糯米200份、糙米200份、木糖醇80份;
制作方法:将上述重量份数的原料(木糖醇除外)烘干并混合均匀后用小型中药材粉碎机进行彻底粉碎,粉碎后过100目筛,所得粉料与木糖醇搅拌均匀,加入适量纯净水和成软硬适中的料团,将料团搓成长条,用刀切成重约20克的小块后用模子成型,成型后用锅蒸熟,蒸熟后晒干,得到糕点;
所得八珍糕口感细腻,加入木糖醇重量份数足,口味清甜,加入薏苡仁重量份数少,适合体内湿气轻人群食用,加入白扁豆,适合大便稀泻人群食用;
食用方法:温开水送服。

Claims (4)
1.一种肠胃养护八珍糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组份制成:党参30份、茯苓50份、薏苡仁50~100份、芡实50份、山药50份、白术30份、莲子肉50份、白扁豆30份、糯米200份、糙米200份、木糖醇50~80份。
2.如权利要求1所述的肠胃养护八珍糕,其特征在于,所述的白扁豆30份可用甜杏仁50份取代。
3.如权利要求1所述的肠胃养护八珍糕,其特征在于,所述的木糖醇50~80份可用麦芽糖醇60~100份取代。
4.一种如权利要求1~3任一项所述的肠胃养护八珍糕的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)挑选干净优质的党参、茯苓、薏苡仁、芡实、山药、白术、莲子肉、白扁豆或者甜杏仁、糯米、糙米、木糖醇或者麦芽糖醇,按照重量份数称取好各原料;
(2)将上述党参、茯苓、薏苡仁、芡实、山药、白术、莲子肉、白扁豆或者甜杏仁、糯米、糙米烘干,混合均匀后用小型中药材粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后过100目筛得到粉料;
(3)将上述粉料与称取好的木糖醇或者麦芽糖醇混合均匀后用纯净水和成软硬适中的料团,将料团搓成长条,用刀切成重约20克的小块;
(4)将上述小块用模子成型后用锅蒸熟,蒸熟后晒干或者置于干燥通风处晾干,得到糕点。
