为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉及其制备方法,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,包括膨化薏仁粉、膨化红豆粉、膨化芡实粉、红枣干、怀山药,其中膨化薏仁粉的重量份为40-60,膨化红豆粉的重量份为30-50,膨化芡实粉的重量份为1-3,红枣干的重量份为6-10,怀山药的重量份为1-3。
上述红豆薏仁粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)红豆芡实粉的制备:
预处理:α淀粉酶用适量水溶解,搅拌均匀备用;红豆先在粉碎机中预粉碎至10目;
混合:粉碎后的红豆投入到搅拌机中搅拌,并依次投入芡实颗粒和已完全溶解的α淀粉酶溶液,搅拌均匀;
膨化:将混合均匀的红豆芡实混合料投入膨化机中膨化,膨化机设定温度为:一区50-60℃,二区70-80℃,三区90-100℃;
粉碎:将膨化后的颗粒送入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数为100目;粉碎得红豆芡实粉;
(2)薏仁粉的制备:
选料:原料薏仁除去杂质,备用;
膨化:将薏仁直接投入膨化机膨化,设定温度为:一区70-80℃,二区130-145℃,三区160-175℃;
粉碎:将膨化后的薏仁投入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数60目,制得膨化薏仁粉;
(3)红豆薏仁芡实粉的制备:
混合:将制得的红豆芡实粉和薏仁粉按比例混合;
微波:将混合后的半成品经微波杀菌机灭菌,微波杀菌机参数设置:转速900r/min,开启微波箱体9个,微波杀菌后的半成品水分控制在6%以内;
过筛:将微波后的半成品过20目振动筛,除去大颗粒;
(4)红枣怀山药粉的制备:
混合:将红枣干和怀山药按比例混合;
粉碎:混合后的红枣怀山药投入粉碎机粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数60目,制得红枣怀山药粉;
(5)调配:
将红豆薏仁芡实粉和红枣怀山药粉按比例调配后,经搅拌至充分混匀;
(6)包装:
经定量称重、内包装、外包装制得健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉。
本发明的各原料的药理作用如下:
红豆又名赤小豆,性味甘酸、平、无毒,功效分类:利水药、消肿药,归经:入心经、小肠经、肾经、膀胱经,功效:除热毒、散恶血、消胀满、利小便、通乳,主治痈肿脓血,下腹胀满、小便不利、水肿脚气、烦热、干渴、酒病、痢疾、黄疸、肠痔下血、乳汁不通。
芡实,性味:味甘、涩,性平。归经:归脾、肾经。功效:益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带,主治脾虚久泻,白浊,带下,遗精滑精,遗尿尿频。
薏仁,性味:性凉,味甘、淡,功能主治:健脾渗湿,除痹止泻。薏仁可用于治疗水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘孪,脾虚泄泻,薏仁是补身要用佳品。据中国食物成分表,薏仁含蛋白质12.8%,脂肪3.3%,糖类71.1%。冬天用薏仁是一种滋补食品,夏天用薏仁煮粥,又是很好的消暑健身的清补剂。薏仁的种仁和根又能入药治病。李时珍在《本草纲目》中记载:薏仁健脾益胃,补肺清热,去风渗湿。炊饭食,治冷气。煎饮,利小便热淋。
红枣,性味:味甘、性温,主要功能:补中益气、养血安神,临床主要用于脾胃气虚、血虚萎黄、血虚失眠多梦等症的治疗。
怀山药,性味:味甘性平,温补。归经:归脾、肺、肾经。功效:《神农本草经》谓之“主健中补虚、除寒热邪气、补中益气力、长肌肉、久服耳目聪明”;《本草纲目》认为山药能“益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、化瘫涎、润毛皮”,无任何副作用,适宜于任何人群、任何体质,包括老人、儿童、孕妇及其他特殊人群。
本发明的红豆薏仁粉与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:一、本组方五种原料,都已列入国家卫生部公布的药食同源原料目录,既是药品又是食品,配伍得到的组合物具有健脾益胃、祛湿消肿、补中益气的整体功效,适合长期服用,尤其对脾胃虚弱、食欲不振、气虚贫血、精神萎顿、头昏耳鸣、周身倦怠乏力、皮肤暗黄、失眠多梦的人群有显著改善作用。二、本发明的红豆芡实粉添加α淀粉酶进行预处理,可以增加淀粉糊化度,改善口感,营养物质更易吸收。三、本发明的红豆芡实粉采用较低温度膨化,挤压膨化技术加工时间短,温度低,可以减少营养物质、有效成分的损失。四、采用红枣干调整口感,红枣干、怀山药不经微波杀菌,口感风味独特,且不添加甜味剂、白砂糖等,更健康。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其中膨化薏仁粉的重量份为40,膨化红豆粉的重量份为48,膨化芡实的重量份为3,红枣干的重量份为6,怀山药的重量份为3;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)红豆芡实粉的制备
预处理:α淀粉酶用适量水溶解,搅拌均匀备用;红豆先在粉碎机中预粉碎至10目
混合:粉碎后的红豆投入到搅拌机中搅拌,并依次投入芡实颗粒和已完全溶解的α淀粉酶溶液,搅拌均匀;
膨化:将混合均匀的红豆芡实混合料投入膨化机中膨化,膨化机设定温度为:一区50℃,二区70℃,三区90℃;
粉碎:将膨化后的颗粒送入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数为100目;粉碎得红豆芡实粉;
(2)薏仁粉的制备
选料:原料薏仁除去杂质,备用;
膨化:将薏仁直接投入膨化机膨化,设定温度为:一区70℃,二区130℃,三区160℃;

将红豆薏仁芡实粉和红枣怀山药粉按比例调配后,经搅拌至充分混匀;
(6)包装
经定量称重、内包装、外包装制得健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉。
实施例2:
健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其中膨化薏仁粉的重量份为45,膨化红豆粉的重量份为44,膨化芡实粉的重量份为3,红枣干的重量份为6,怀山药的重量份为2;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)红豆芡实粉的制备
预处理:α淀粉酶用适量水溶解,搅拌均匀备用;红豆先在粉碎机中预粉碎至10目
混合:粉碎后的红豆投入到搅拌机中搅拌,并依次投入芡实颗粒和已完全溶解的α淀粉酶溶液,搅拌均匀;
膨化:将混合均匀的红豆芡实混合料投入膨化机中膨化,膨化机设定温度为:一区60℃,二区80℃,三区100℃
粉碎:将膨化后的颗粒送入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数为100目;粉碎得红豆芡实粉;
(2)薏仁粉的制备
选料:原料薏仁除去杂质,备用;
膨化:将薏仁直接投入膨化机膨化,设定温度为:一区80℃,二区145℃,三区175℃;
粉碎:将膨化后的薏仁投入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数60目;制得膨化薏仁粉
(3)红豆薏仁芡实粉的制备
混合:将制得的红豆芡实粉和薏仁粉按比例混合;
微波:将混合后的半成品经微波杀菌机灭菌,微波杀菌机参数设置:转速900r/min,开启微波箱体9个,微波杀菌后的半成品水分控制在6%以内;
过筛:将微波后的半成品过20目振动筛,除去大颗粒
(4)红枣怀山药粉的制备
混合:将红枣干和怀山药按比例混合
粉碎:混合后的红枣怀山药投入粉碎机粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数60目,制得红枣怀山药粉;
(5)调配
将红豆薏仁芡实粉和红枣怀山药粉按比例调配后,经搅拌至充分混匀;
(6)包装
经定量称重、内包装、外包装制得健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉。
实施例3:
健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其中膨化薏仁粉的重量份为50,膨化红豆粉的重量份为38,膨化芡实粉的重量份为2,红枣干的重量份为8,怀山药的重量份为2;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)红豆芡实粉的制备
预处理:α淀粉酶用适量水溶解,搅拌均匀备用;红豆先在粉碎机中预粉碎至10目
混合:粉碎后的红豆投入到搅拌机中搅拌,并依次投入芡实颗粒和已完全溶解的α淀粉酶溶液,搅拌均匀;
膨化:将混合均匀的红豆芡实混合料投入膨化机中膨化,膨化机设定温度为:一区55℃,二区75℃,三区95℃
粉碎:将膨化后的颗粒送入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数为100目;粉碎得红豆芡实粉;
(2)薏仁粉的制备
选料:原料薏仁除去杂质,备用;
膨化:将薏仁直接投入膨化机膨化,设定温度为:一区75℃,二区138℃,三区169℃;
粉碎:将膨化后的薏仁投入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数60目;制得膨化薏仁粉
(3)红豆薏仁芡实粉的制备
混合:将制得的红豆芡实粉和薏仁粉按比例混合;
微波:将混合后的半成品经微波杀菌机灭菌,微波杀菌机参数设置:转速900r/min,开启微波箱体9个,微波杀菌后的半成品水分控制在6%以内;
过筛:将微波后的半成品过20目振动筛,除去大颗粒
(4)红枣怀山药粉的制备
混合:将红枣干和怀山药按比例混合
粉碎:混合后的红枣怀山药投入粉碎机粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数60目,制得红枣怀山药粉;
(5)调配
将红豆薏仁芡实粉和红枣怀山药粉按比例调配后,经搅拌至充分混匀;
(6)包装
经定量称重、内包装、外包装制得健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉。
实施例4:
健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其中膨化薏仁粉的重量份为55,膨化红豆粉的重量份为34,膨化芡实粉的重量份为1,红枣干的重量份为8,怀山药的重量份为2;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)红豆芡实粉的制备
预处理:α淀粉酶用适量水溶解,搅拌均匀备用;红豆先在粉碎机中预粉碎至10目
混合:粉碎后的红豆投入到搅拌机中搅拌,并依次投入芡实颗粒和已完全溶解的α淀粉酶溶液,搅拌均匀;
膨化:将混合均匀的红豆芡实混合料投入膨化机中膨化,膨化机设定温度为:一区50℃,二区80℃,三区90℃;
粉碎:将膨化后的颗粒送入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数为100目;粉碎得红豆芡实粉;
(2)薏仁粉的制备

经定量称重、内包装、外包装制得健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉。
实施例5:
健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其中膨化薏仁粉的重量份为60,膨化红豆粉的重量份为30,膨化芡实粉的重量份为1,红枣干的重量份为8,怀山药的重量份为1;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)红豆芡实粉的制备
预处理:α淀粉酶用适量水溶解,搅拌均匀备用;红豆先在粉碎机中预粉碎至10目

选料:原料薏仁除去杂质,备用;
膨化:将薏仁直接投入膨化机膨化,设定温度为:一区80℃,二区130℃,三区175℃;
粉碎:将膨化后的薏仁投入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数60目;制得膨化薏仁粉
(3)红豆薏仁芡实粉的制备
混合:将制得的红豆芡实粉和薏仁粉按比例混合;
微波:将混合后的半成品经微波杀菌机灭菌,微波杀菌机参数设置:转速900r/min,开启微波箱体9个,微波杀菌后的半成品水分控制在6%以内;
过筛:将微波后的半成品过20目振动筛,除去大颗粒
(4)红枣怀山药粉的制备
混合:将红枣干和怀山药按比例混合
粉碎:混合后的红枣怀山药投入粉碎机粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数60目,制得红枣怀山药粉;
(5)调配
将红豆薏仁芡实粉和红枣怀山药粉按比例调配后,经搅拌至充分混匀;
(6)包装
经定量称重、内包装、外包装制得健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉。
本发明的红豆薏仁粉临床效果试验:
选择100位志愿者食用实施例1的红豆薏仁粉,其中有男性、女性各50名,年龄范围为28~69岁。普遍症状是脾胃虚弱、食欲不振、气虚贫血、精神萎顿、头昏耳鸣、周身倦怠乏力、皮肤暗黄、失眠多梦、易出汗等。
试验方法:每日分早、中、晚三次,饭后1小时后食用一次,每次一小袋。
试验结果:两个月后,94%的人脾胃虚弱症状基本消失或减轻,气色、肤色改善,食欲恢复正常,气虚贫血、精神萎顿、头昏耳鸣等症状基本消失或减轻,睡眠质量明显提高。
典型案例一:崔某,女,48岁,脾胃虚弱、气虚贫血症状持续2年以上,主要表现为食欲不振、胃胀、气短乏力、头晕耳鸣、面色苍白。自食用实施例1的红豆薏仁粉2个月后,以上症状基本消失,身体恢复正常状态,气色改善,饭量恢复正常。
典型案例二:刘某,女,35岁,气短乏力、食欲不振、失眠多梦症状持续1年以上。自食用实施例1的红豆薏仁粉2个月后,以上症状基本消失,气色改善,食欲恢复正常,睡眠质量明显提高。
上述实施例仅为本发明优选的实施案例,不能以此来限定本发明所要求保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的改动及替换均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其特征在于,包括膨化薏仁粉、膨化红豆粉、膨化芡实粉、红枣干、怀山药,其中膨化薏仁粉的重量份为40-60,膨化红豆粉的重量份为30-50,膨化芡实粉的重量份为1-3,红枣干的重量份为6-10,怀山药的重量份为1-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其特征在于,膨化薏仁粉的重量份为40,膨化红豆粉的重量份为48,膨化芡实的重量份为3,红枣干的重量份为6,怀山药的重量份为3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其特征在于,膨化薏仁粉的重量份为45,膨化红豆粉的重量份为44,膨化芡实粉的重量份为3,红枣干的重量份为6,怀山药的重量份为2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其特征在于,膨化薏仁粉的重量份为50,膨化红豆粉的重量份为38,膨化芡实粉的重量份为2,红枣干的重量份为8,怀山药的重量份为2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其特征在于,膨化薏仁粉的重量份为55,膨化红豆粉的重量份为34,膨化芡实粉的重量份为1,红枣干的重量份为8,怀山药的重量份为2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其特征在于,膨化薏仁粉的重量份为60,膨化红豆粉的重量份为30,膨化芡实粉的重量份为1,红枣干的重量份为8,怀山药的重量份为1。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的一种健脾祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,其特征在于,制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)红豆芡实粉的制备:
预处理:α淀粉酶用适量水溶解,搅拌均匀备用;红豆先在粉碎机中预粉碎至10目;
混合:粉碎后的红豆投入到搅拌机中搅拌,并依次投入芡实颗粒和已完全溶解的α淀粉酶溶液,搅拌均匀;
膨化:将混合均匀的红豆芡实混合料投入膨化机中膨化,膨化机设定温度为:一区50-60℃,二区70-80℃,三区90-100℃;
粉碎:将膨化后的颗粒送入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机筛网目数为100目;粉碎得红豆芡实粉;
(2)薏仁粉的制备:
