Abstract
本发明涉及一种增强机体免疫力的以花生蛋白为主的食品生产方法,属于特殊膳食用食品领域。该膳食食品以花生蛋白、小米粉和紫薯粉为主要原料,添加海参、山药、墨鱼等食品原料,辅以麦芽、杏仁、枸杞、茯苓、人参、紫苏和党参等药食两用中草药,组成特殊膳食用食品配方,通过原料处理、混合、磨浆、均质、喷粉灌装等步骤,制成粉末状食品,40℃温开水溶解后食用。以本方法制备的特殊膳食食品,易溶解,可快速吸收和利用,改善肿瘤患者的营养状况,通过中草药中生物活性成分的共同作用,可以有效提高机体免疫力。

技术领域
一种增强机体免疫力的以花生蛋白为主的食品生产方法,属于特殊膳食用食品领域,具体的说是提高免疫力的食品生产方法。
背景技术
免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的任何异物(病毒、细菌等)。处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力。现代免疫学认为,提高免疫力是人体识别和排除“异己”的生理反应。人体内执行这一功能的是免疫系统,有多种方法可以增强免疫力,例如:饮食调理,多食用有益食品,特别是小孩,需多注意免疫力的增强。免疫力低下的身体极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染。表现就是容易生病,因经常患病,加重了机体的消耗,所以一般有体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等表现。生病、打针、吃药、便成了家常便饭,每次生病都要很长时间才能恢复,而且常常反复发作。长此以往会导致身体和智力发育不良,还易诱发癌症等重大疾病。
针对当前现状,开发一种以花生蛋白为主要原料的供免疫力低下患者食用的特殊膳食用食品,将饮食与调理有机结合,改善免疫力低下患者的营养状况,通过中草药中生物活性成分的共同作用,可以辅助提高机体免疫力。
发明内容
本发明目的是开发一种增强机体免疫力的以花生蛋白为主的食品,并进行生产,以解决没有专用提高机体免疫力的膳食产品的难题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:以花生蛋白、小米粉和紫薯粉为主要原料,添加海参、山药、墨鱼等食品原料,辅以麦芽、杏仁、枸杞、茯苓、人参、紫苏和党参等药食两用中草药,组成特殊膳食用食品配方,通过原料处理、混合、磨浆、均质、喷粉灌装等步骤,制成粉末状食,40℃温开水溶解后食用。在特殊膳食用食品配方每100克中,含有花生蛋白粉40-50克、小米粉15-20克、紫薯粉10-15克,海参2-3克、山药5-6克、墨鱼2-3克,麦芽、杏仁、枸杞、茯苓、人参、紫苏和党参等药食两用中草药共14克,每样2克。
麦芽是小麦种子的一部分,可以营养小麦的幼苗,这说明其富含营养,包括锌,抗氧化物,和B族维生素及其他一些重要维生素和矿物质。麦芽还含有纤维素,蛋白质和不饱和脂肪。麦芽能阻断多种致癌因素诱导的DNA损伤,起到提高免疫力作用,即起到提高免疫力细胞增殖的作用。从细菌试验到动物试验直至人体试验,各种生化指标的变化显示了麦芽具有提高免疫力作用的可能性。
杏仁富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁等营养成分。其中胡萝卜素的含量在果品中仅次于芒果,人们将杏仁称为抗癌之果。杏仁抗肿瘤作用主要是由于苦杏仁中含有一种生物活性物质--苦杏仁苷,可以进入血液专杀癌细胞,而对健康细胞没有作用,因此可以改善晚期癌症病人的症状,延长病人生存期。同时,由于含有丰富的胡萝卜素,因此可以抗氧化,防止自由基侵袭细胞,具有增强机体免疫力,预防肿瘤的作用。
枸杞,又称枸杞子、红耳坠,是茄科小灌木枸杞的成熟子实,既可作为坚果食用,又是一味功效卓著的传统中药材,自上而下就是滋补养人的上品,有延衰抗老的功效,所以又名“却老子”。中医认为,它能够滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力。对于现代人来说,枸杞最实用的功效就是抗疲劳和降低血压。此外,枸杞能够保肝、降血糖、软化血管、降低血液中的胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,对脂肪肝和糖尿病患者具有一定的疗效。据临床医学验证,枸杞还能治疗慢性肾衰竭。枸杞有提高机体免疫力的作用,可以补气强精,滋补肝肾、抗衰老、止消渴、暖身体、抗肿瘤的功效。
茯苓味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。现代医学研究:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用。能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤作用;有利尿作用,能增加尿中钾、钠、氯等电解质的排出;有镇静及保护肝脏、抑制溃疡的发生、降血糖、抗放射等作用。
人参是最重要,最名贵的补气中药之一,味甘、微苦,性微温,功能大补元气,益智安神,为补益保健之佳品。研究证实,人参有促进人体细胞发育,增加细胞分裂次数的作用由于人参大补元气,可常用于呼吸微弱、四肢厥冷,脉微弱,血压低的休克等症.此外,由于人参有补益强壮作用,可抗衰老,适用于久病体虚,心悸怔仲,自汗肢冷,气短,虚脱,心衰,神经衰弱等症。现代研究证实,人参含有多种皂甙和挥发油,多糖类,维生素B1、B2、C等成分;对神经系统有良好的调节作用,有促性激素样作用,还有强心作用;能降低血糖,增强造血机能,增强肾上腺皮质功能,提高机体对外界环境的适应能力,提高免疫功能。
紫苏中含有挥发油,主要有紫苏醛、柠檬烯、p丁香烯、a一香柑油烯、芳樟醇、紫苏烯、紫苏酮、异白苏酮等;还含有紫苏苷8、紫苏苷C,矢车菊素,精氨酸,锌,铜,铁等成分。现代药理研究表明,紫苏具有镇静、解热、止咳、祛痰、平喘、促进消化液分泌、增强胃肠蠕动、止血、抗微生物、抗诱变、抗癌等作用。
党参的有效成分也是多糖,叫做党参多糖。这些多糖都能对人体的免疫功能产生促进作用,可增强网状内皮系统、巨细胞、天然杀伤细胞、杀伤性T细胞等免疫细胞的活性,促进抗体、补体的生成,诱发产生干扰素等作用。长期服用,自然就能起到提高免疫力的效果了。
本发明是通过特殊膳食食品加工方法制备而成的。
1、称重准确称取所有原料。
2、混合,具体的将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀。
3、浸泡,将步骤2混合好的混合物放入温水中浸泡4-8小时。
4、磨浆,将上述步骤3中浸泡好的混合物放入磨浆机中制成糊状。
5、均质,将上述步骤4中磨浆好混合物通过均质机将混合物通过挤压、强冲击与失压膨胀的三重作用下使混合物更加的细化,从而使混合物更均匀的相互混合物,其中,将压力设置为30-40MPa,温度设置在50-65℃。
6、喷雾干燥,将上述步骤中的混合物通过喷雾器将混合物中的水分快速蒸发,其中,将进风温度控制在130-158℃,出风温度控制在75-95℃,雾化度70-80%。
7、将喷雾干燥得到粉末冷却后灌装,每500克一罐。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是没有副作用,没有异味,食用方便,长期服用效果显著。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但是这些实例并不限制本发明的范围。此外相关领域的普通技术人员对本发明做的任何改动,只要不脱离本发明的实质,都将等价落在本发明权利要求书所限定的范围内。
实施例1
(1)称量:花生蛋白粉400克,小米粉200克,紫薯粉150克,海参20克,山药60克,墨鱼30克,药食两用中草药共140克,麦芽、杏仁、枸杞、茯苓、人参、紫苏和党参各20克。所有原料共1000克。(2)混合:将所有原料混合,搅拌均匀。(3)浸泡:将混合好的混合物放入温水中浸泡8小时。(4)磨浆:将浸泡好的混合物放入磨浆机中制成糊状。(5)均质:将磨浆后混合物通过均质机将混合物通过挤压、强冲击与失压膨胀的三重作用下使混合物更加的细化,从而使混合物更均匀的相互混合物,其中,将压力设置为34MPa,温度设置在57℃。(6)喷雾干燥:将上述步骤中的混合物通过喷雾器将混合物中的水分快速蒸发,其中,将进风温度控制在135℃,出风温度控制在81℃,雾化度75%。(7)将喷雾干燥得到粉末冷却后灌装,每500克一罐。
实施例2
(1)称量:花生蛋白粉500克,小米粉150克,紫薯粉100克,海参30克,山药55克,墨鱼25克,药食两用中草药共140克,麦芽、杏仁、枸杞、茯苓、人参、紫苏和党参各20克。所有原料共1000克。(2)混合:将所有原料混合,搅拌均匀。(3)浸泡:将混合好的混合物放入温水中浸泡5小时。(4)磨浆:将浸泡好的混合物放入磨浆机中制成糊状。(5)均质:将磨浆后混合物通过均质机将混合物通过挤压、强冲击与失压膨胀的三重作用下使混合物更加的细化,从而使混合物更均匀的相互混合物,其中,将压力设置为32MPa,温度设置在54℃。(6)喷雾干燥:将上述步骤中的混合物通过喷雾器将混合物中的水分快速蒸发,其中,将进风温度控制在138℃,出风温度控制83℃,雾化度70%。(7)将喷雾干燥得到粉末冷却后灌装,每500克一罐。
Claims (2)
1.一种增强机体免疫力的以花生蛋白为主的食品生产方法其特征在于它是以花生蛋白、小米粉和紫薯粉为主要原料,添加海参、山药、墨鱼等食品原料,辅以麦芽、杏仁、枸杞、茯苓、人参、紫苏和党参等药食两用中草药,组成特殊膳食用食品配方,通过原料处理、混合、磨浆、均质、喷粉灌装等步骤,制成粉末状食,40℃温开水溶解后食用。
2.根据权利要求1,所述的特殊膳食用食品配方,每100克中,含有花生蛋白粉40-50克、小米粉15-20克、紫薯粉10-15克,海参2-3克、山药5-6克、墨鱼2-3克,麦芽、杏仁、枸杞、茯苓、人参、紫苏和党参等药食两用中草药共14克,每样2克。
