技术领域
本发明涉及一种营养粥,具体涉及一种具有养生、健脾功能的保健粥及其制作方法。
背景技术
脾胃虚弱为中医名词,脾胃虚弱分为:脾气虚、脾阳虚、胃气虚、胃阴虚。脾气虚的症状主要是气短乏力、头晕、大便溏泄、容易出血,脸上血色淡,甚至面色苍白;脾阳虚主要表现在:胃腹冷痛,食生冷油腻就会腹痛腹泻,大便稀;胃气虚主要表现在胃胀、胃痛、呃逆、食少、饭后胀满,胃阴虚主要表现在虚火上炎、口干、容易饥饿、胃酸、隐痛不适、口舌生疮等。
人体微量原素的缺乏,饮食不节,不合理的用药,过食寒凉,营养失衡这些都有可能引起脾胃虚寒。脾胃虚弱在小孩和老年人中居多,有一些小孩面黄肌瘦,这并不是小孩本身营养不良造成的,而已因为他们脾胃虚弱导致的,小孩脾胃虚弱一般没什么食欲,不喜欢吃东西。另外人到中年,体内的各个器官都逐渐地衰老,生理功能下降,消化系统也不例外。例如,牙齿松动、脱落,味觉减退;胃肠道平滑肌开始萎缩,弹性减低,蠕动变慢,食物在胃肠道中消化速度减慢,易于滞留;同时,胃肠道内的表面的枯膜逐渐变薄,消化腺也逐渐萎缩,消化液分泌减少,对食物的分解能力降低。由此可见,脾胃虚弱的预防及日常调理必不可少。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,就是针对上述现状而提供一种具有养生、健脾功能的粥及其制作方法。
本发明采用了如下配方及制作方法。
一种养生健脾保健粥及其制作方法,其特征在于:采用了如下配方:糯米8-12kg、小米4-6kg、薏米2-3kg、山药2-3kg、胡萝卜1-1.5kg、银耳0.15-0.25kg、枸杞0.15-0.25kg、核桃仁0.3-0.4kg、冰糖3-4kg、食用油0.2kg,以及微量元素乳酸钙250g、磷酸氢钙500g、硫酸亚铁25g、亚硒酸钠10g、葡萄糖酸锌10g和碘化钾0.1g。
其制作方法和过程如下。
步骤1:按上述配方比例,挑选新鲜、优质的糯米、小米、薏米、山药、银耳、枸杞、核桃仁和胡萝卜,并去除杂质。
步骤2:将糯米、小米、薏米、淘洗干净后用水浸泡0.5-2小时,将枸杞用温水浸泡,将核桃仁用温水浸泡后加工成小块,将银耳用温水浸泡、去蒂、切小片,将山药去皮、切片、切丁后放到淡盐水里泡上备用,将胡萝卜去皮、切片、切丁,备用。
步骤3:将糯米、小米、薏米、银耳、核桃仁放入加热容器后,再加入150kg的清水和0.2kg的食用油,用旺火开锅后,再放入胡萝卜丁、山药丁、枸杞和冰糖,再用中小火慢熬煮开。
步骤4:加入乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠、葡萄糖酸锌和碘化钾的微量元素,搅拌混合均匀。
步骤5:按300-400g/罐进行灌装封口,再经高温灭菌后,检测入库即可。
其中,上述步骤2将山药去皮、切片、切丁后放到淡盐水里泡上备用,这样做的目的是防止山药氧化变色,也可除掉一些山药的黏液。
上述步骤3所述的山药丁可提前放入,即同糯米、小米、薏米、银耳、核桃仁一起放入煮沸。
上述步骤3所述中小火慢熬煮开的时间为20-30分钟。
上述步骤5所述高温灭菌的温度为121℃,时间为20-40分钟。
上述糯米:性温、味甘,有补脾益气的作用,脾虚者宜用之煮粥服食。唐·孙思邈说:“糯米,脾病宜食,益气止泄。”所谓脾病,乃指脾虚为病之义。《本经逢原》中记载:“糯米,益气补脾肺,但磨粉作稀糜,庶不黏滞。若作糕饼,性难运化,病人莫食。
上述小米又称粱米、粟米、粟谷,其富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素B2、烟酸和钙、磷、铁等营养成分。由于小米非常易被人体消化吸收,故被营养专家称为“保健米”。小米具有健脾和中、益肾气、清虚热、利小便、治烦渴的功效,是治疗脾胃虚弱、体虚、精血受损、产后虚损、食欲不振的营养康复良品。

上述山药重在补气健脾,山药具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精等多种功效,并且对肺虚咳嗽、脾虚泄泻、肾虚遗精、带下及小便频繁等症,都有一定的疗补作用,由于营养价值丰富,可当食材也可入药。山药中含有大量淀粉及蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱、尿囊素等。其中重要的营养成分薯蓣皂,是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱物质,有滋阴补阳、增强新陈代谢的功效;而新鲜块茎中含有的多糖蛋白成分的粘液质、消化酵素等,可预防心血管脂肪沉积,有助于胃肠的消化吸收。
上述银耳既是名贵的营养滋补佳品,又是扶正强壮的补药,历代皇家贵族都将银耳看作是“延年益寿之品”、“长生不老良药”。银耳性平无毒,既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠的作用,还可以滋阴润肺。
上述枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实,其味甘、性平,具有补肝益肾之功效,《本草纲目》中说“久服坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑。”中医常用它来治疗肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、健忘、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴、遗精等病症。现代药理学研究证实枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖等方面的作用,并应用于临床。
上述核桃仁,又名胡桃仁、胡桃肉、核桃本品为胡桃科植物胡桃的干燥成熟种子。秋季果实成熟时采收,除去肉质果皮,晒干,再除去核壳及木质隔膜而成。性温、味甘,归肾、肺、大肠经;能补肾、温肺、润肠,用于腰膝酸软、阳痿遗精、虚寒喘嗽、大便秘结。
上述胡萝卜:入肺经,兼入脾经,具有健脾、化滞、安五脏、去寒湿、能通便的功效。
上述碘、钙、铁、锌、磷等人体不可缺少的无机盐和微量元素,其中碘是人体的必需微量元素之一,有“智力元素”之称;钙对人体至关重要,不但关系到骨骼健康,是人体的生命之源;铁元素在人体中具有造血功能,参与血蛋白、细胞色素及各种酶的合成,促进生长;铁还在血液中起运输氧和营养物质的作用,锌是人体必需的微量元素之一,在人体生长发育过程中起着极其重要的作用,常被人们誉为“生命之花”和“智力之源”。而磷是人体遗传物质核酸的重要组分,也是人类能量转换的关键物质三磷酸腺苷的重要成分,磷还是多种酶的组分,生物膜磷脂的组分,是构成骨骼、牙齿的重要成分,对人体生命活动有十分重要的作用。

由上可知,本发明与现有技术相比,有如下的进步。

实施例1:一种养生健脾保健粥及其制作方法,其特征在于:采用了如下配方:糯米10kg、小米5kg、薏米2.5kg、山药2.5kg、胡萝卜1.2kg、银耳0.2kg、枸杞0.20kg、核桃仁0.35kg、冰糖3.5kg、食用油0.2kg,以及微量元素乳酸钙250g、磷酸氢钙500g、硫酸亚铁25g、亚硒酸钠10g、葡萄糖酸锌10g和碘化钾0.1g。
其制作方法和过程如下:
步骤1:按上述配方比例,挑选新鲜、优质的糯米、小米、薏米、山药、银耳、枸杞、核桃仁和胡萝卜,并去除杂质。

1.一种养生健脾保健粥及其制作方法,其特征在于:采用了如下配方:糯米8-12kg、小米4-6kg、薏米2-3kg、山药2-3kg、胡萝卜1-1.5kg、银耳0.15-0.25kg、枸杞0.15-0.25kg、核桃仁0.3-0.4kg、冰糖3-4kg、食用油0.2kg,以及微量元素乳酸钙250g、磷酸氢钙500g、硫酸亚铁25g、亚硒酸钠10g、葡萄糖酸锌10g和碘化钾0.1g;
其制作方法和过程如下:
步骤1:按上述配方比例,挑选新鲜、优质的糯米、小米、薏米、山药、银耳、枸杞、核桃仁和胡萝卜,并去除杂质;
步骤2:将糯米、小米、薏米、淘洗干净后用水浸泡0.5-2小时,将枸杞用温水浸泡,将核桃仁用温水浸泡后加工成小块,将银耳用温水浸泡、去蒂、切小片,将山药去皮、切片、切丁后放到淡盐水里泡上备用,将胡萝卜去皮、切片、切丁,备用;
步骤3:将糯米、小米、薏米、银耳、核桃仁放入加热容器后,再加入150kg的清水和0.2kg的食用油,用旺火开锅后,再放入胡萝卜丁、山药丁、枸杞和冰糖,再用中小火慢熬煮开;
步骤4:加入乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠和碘化钾的微量元素,搅拌混合均匀;
步骤5:按300-400g/罐进行灌装封口,再经高温灭菌后,检测入库即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生健脾保健粥及其制作方法,其特征在于:步骤3所述的山药丁可提前放入。
3.根据权利要求1所述的养生健脾保健粥及其制作方法,其特征在于:步骤3所述中小火慢熬煮开的时间为20-30分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的养生健脾保健粥及其制作方法,其特征在于:步骤5所述高温灭菌的温度为121℃,时间为20-40分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的养生健脾保健粥,其特征在于:采用了如下配方:糯米10kg、小米5kg、薏米2.5kg、山药2.5kg、胡萝卜1.2kg、银耳0.2kg、枸杞0.20kg、核桃仁0.35kg、冰糖3.5kg、食用油0.2kg,以及微量元素乳酸钙250g、磷酸氢钙500g、硫酸亚铁25g、亚硒酸钠10g、葡萄糖酸锌10g和碘化钾0.1g。
