本发明涉及微生物保健品口服剂领域,具体涉及一种果源营养基益生菌口服剂及制备方法。
背景技术
益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,是定植于人体、肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。人体、动物体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等。目前世界上研究的功能最强大的产品主要是以上各类微生物组成的复合活性益生菌,其广泛应用于生物工程、工农业、食品安全以及生命健康领域。目前,已开发出数以百计的益生菌保健产品,其中包括:含益生菌的酸牛奶、酸乳酪、酸豆奶以及含多种益生菌的口服剂、片剂、胶囊、粉末剂、抑菌喷剂等等。国内对益生菌的认知度还不是很强,这使得益生菌的产品应用还不是很广泛,因为菌群的存活率就是一大技术难题。
中国专利号201010244812.2公开了一种天然的益生菌培养基及益生菌制剂;特点是培养基是以椰子水为主要营养成分,鲜牛奶为辅助营养成分的纯天然培养基,是以嗜酸乳杆菌,啤酒酵母菌和产朊假丝酵母3种益生菌通过好氧和厌氧混合发酵而成。此法所制得的益生菌制剂更加安全,能更好的改善人与动物肠道内微生态环境,抑制致病菌的增殖。
中国专利申请号201280006072.6公开了一种产生益生菌水果饮料的方法,所述方法包括:(a)使益生菌的至少一种菌株在增殖期间进行酸适应;(b)向水果饮料接种步骤(a)的酸适应性益生菌的所述至少一种菌株;和(c)任选地,包装所述益生菌水果饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种果源营养基益生菌口服剂及制备方法,具有调节机体免疫功能、润肠通便、化淤消肿、滋补元气之功效;可以替代处方药用于胃病的预防和治疗,同时具有提高免疫力、助睡眠的功效。
本发明的技术方案:所述果源营养基益生菌口服剂,其特征是利用果源营养基发酵菌液、药源发酵液、食源发酵菌液、红糖水,按照比例合并混合后,共同发酵获得的。
本发明所述果源营养基益生菌口服剂的原料及其重量组份的用量是经过发明人进行大量摸索总结得出的,各组份用量在该范围内都具有较好的效果:果源营养基发酵菌液20-80份、药源发酵液10-50份、食源发酵菌液10-50份、红糖10-40份;
优选为:果源营养基发酵菌液50份、药源发酵液30份、食源发酵菌液15份、红糖20份。
功效:调节机体免疫功能、润肠通便、化淤消肿、滋补元气。
作用:可以替代处方药用于胃病的预防和治疗,同时具有提高免疫力、助睡眠的功效。
使用方法:口服剂和温开水同服。
其中,果源营养基发酵菌液的原料组分包括:苹果、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子;及矿物质原料——麦饭石颗粒;
苹果、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子均为新鲜水果;水果的含水量在85%到90%之间,也含有一定量的碳水化合物,这些碳水化合物主要是一些单糖、多糖,这些碳水化合物会影响到水果的质地和甜味,主要是以双糖或者单糖形式存在,比如苹果中是果糖为主,葡萄、水蜜桃以及是以葡萄糖和果糖为主。水果中还含有丰富的维生素,比如维生素C和胡萝卜素,水果也是人体维生素C个、胡萝卜素重要的膳食来源,另外水果中含有一定量的B族维生素,有些水果还含有维生素K。为本发明提供了丰富的营养物质基础。
矿物质原料——麦饭石颗粒;麦饭石是一种天然的硅酸盐矿物,学名:石英二长岩。麦饭石对生物无毒、无害并具有一定生物活性的复合矿物或药用岩石。麦饭石的主要化学成分是无机的硅铝酸盐。经光谱分析,麦饭石除了微量元素外,还含有硼、锗、铜、锌、锡、镓、铬、镍、铟、钼、钒、钴、铌、钽、锆、硒、铍、钡、锶,以及稀土元素镧、铈、钇、镱等。对人体有害元素镉、铅、汞、砷也在光谱检测线以外。麦饭石用水浸泡后,可以容出钾、钠、钙、镁、硅、猛、钛、磷等人体所必需的近20种元素和矿物质,可达到矿泉水的标准。长期饮用可增强肌体的免疫功能,提高身体抗感染能力。同时沂蒙麦饭石对镉、铅等对人体有害的元素以及细菌团具有较强的吸附率。为本发明提供了丰富的矿物质微量元素基础。
本发明所述麦饭石矿化水,即麦饭石用水浸泡后获得的矿化水;可以的水果表面残留的农药及化学物质进行深层次的清理。
苹果:苹果中含有的磷和铁等元素,易被肠壁吸收,有补脑养血、宁神安眠作用。临床使用证明,让精神压抑患者嗅苹果香气后,心境大有好转,精神轻松愉快,压抑感消失。实验还证明,失眠患者在入睡前嗅苹果香味,能使人较快安静入睡。
大枣:味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣含有蛋白质、脂肪、醣类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、微量钙多种氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。枣能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞:药理研究发现,红枣能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质。
山楂:山楂以果实作药用,性微温,味酸甘,入脾、胃、肝经,有消食健胃、活血化淤、收敛止痢之功能。对肉积痰饮、痞满吞酸、泻痢肠风、腰痛疝气、产后儿枕痛、恶露不尽、小儿乳食停滞等,均有疗效。山楂能防治心血管疾病,具有扩张血管、强心、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、兴奋中枢神经系统、降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;防治动脉硬化,防衰老、抗癌的作用。山楂酸还有强心作用,对老年性心脏病也有益处。开胃消食、化滞消积、活血散瘀、化痰行气。用于消除滞积、症瘕积聚、腹胀痞满、瘀阻腹痛、痰饮、泄泻、肠风下血等。
所述果源营养基发酵菌液的原料经过10-14个月的发酵处理,其中的有害菌逐渐被益生菌吞噬和消灭,水果中的营养物质为存活的益生菌提供了丰富的养料;保证益生菌在液态环境中的存活期限。
药源发酵液的原料组分包括:枸杞子、石斛、冬虫夏草、红花、松花粉、红景天、山药、三七、生姜、肉苁蓉。
为达到调节机体免疫功能、润肠通便、化淤消肿、滋补元气之功效,本发明选择枸杞子、石斛、冬虫夏草、红花、松花粉、红景天、山药、三七、生姜、肉苁蓉进行组合的,将这些药物组合,并通过发酵处理,使得各药物功效产生充分的协同作用,从而能够有预防和效治疗胃病,同时应用中意外发现还具有提高免疫力、助睡眠的功效。选取的原料中药材中,其功效和药理作用分别是:
枸杞子:为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实。其味甘、性平具有补肝益肾之功效,《本草纲目》中说“久服坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑。”中医常用它来治疗肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、健忘、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴、遗精等病症。现代药理学研究证实枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖、促进造血功能等方面的作用。
石斛:是指各类石斛制品,包括:铁皮枫斗,铜皮枫斗,黄草石斛等。其性味:甘淡微咸。性属清润,清中有补,补中有清。【功能主治】益胃生津,滋阴清热。用于阴伤津亏,口干烦渴,食少干呕,病后虚热。
冬虫夏草:是麦角菌科真菌冬虫夏草寄生在蝙蝠蛾科昆虫幼虫上的子座及幼虫尸体的复合体,是一种传统的名贵滋补中药材,有调节免疫系统功能、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳等多种功效。【化学成份】含水分10.84%,脂肪8.4%,粗蛋白25.32%,粗纤维18.53%,碳水化物28.90%,灰分4.10%。脂肪含饱和脂肪酸13.00%,不饱和脂肪酸82.2%。此外,还含虫草酸约7%,是奎宁酸的异构物。又含冬虫夏草素,是一种淡黄色结晶粉末,在试管内能抑制链球菌、鼻疽杆菌、炭疽杆菌、猪出血性败血症杆菌及葡萄状球菌的生长。另含维生素B120.29微克/100克。【功能主治】补虚损,益精气,止咳化痰。治痰饮喘嗽,虚喘,痨嗽,咯血,自汗盗汗,阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,病后久虚不复。
红花:【化学成分】含红花甙、新红花甙、红花醌甙、红花多糖、棕榈酸、肉桂酸、月桂酸。性温,味辛。【功能主治】活血通经,散淤止痛,用于闭经,痛经,恶露不行,症瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,疮疡肿痛。
松花粉:为松科植物马尾松、油松或同属数种植物的干燥花粉。甘,温。归肝、脾经。收敛止血,燥湿敛疮。用于外伤出血,湿疹,黄水疮,皮肤糜烂,脓水淋漓。相关论述:(李时珍《本草纲目》:中国中医药出版社,2013年1月。吴仪洛《本草从新》:中国中医药出版社,2013年1月),1、《本草纲目》:润心肺,益气,除风止血。2、《本草逢原》:松花润心肺,益气除风湿。今医治痘疮湿烂,取其凉燥也。3、《本草从新》:润心肺益气。止血除风。
红景天:景天科植物库页红景天、圣地红景天、唐古特红景天等的全草。抗脑缺氧、抗疲劳、活血止血、清肺止咳、化淤消肿、解热退烧、滋补元气等功效;外用于治疗跌打损伤和烧烫伤。
山药:【来源】该品为薯蓣科植物薯蓣的干燥根茎。【性味与归经】味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。【功能与主治】补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。现代药理研究证实,怀山药具有营养滋补、诱生搅扰素、增强机体免疫力、调度内排泄、补气通脉、镇咳祛痰、平喘等感化,能改善冠状动脉及微轮回血流,可治疗慢性气管炎、冠芥蒂、心绞痛等。
三七:五加科植物三七的干燥根。【性味】性温,味甘、微苦。【功能主治】散瘀止血,消肿定痛。用于各种内、外出血,咯血,吐血,衄血,便血,崩漏,胸腹刺痛,跌扑肿痛。
生姜:生姜指姜属植物的块根茎。性温,其特有的“姜辣素”能刺激胃肠黏膜,使胃肠道充血,消化能力增强,能有效地治疗吃寒凉食物过多而引起的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。生姜能使血管扩张,血液循环加快,促使人体的毛孔张开,这样不但能把多余的热带走,同时还把体内的病菌、寒气一同带出。生姜能及时消除因肌体寒重造成的各种不适。
肉苁蓉:【性味】归经甘、咸,温。归肾、大肠经。【功能主治】补肾阳,益精血,润肠通便。用于阳痿,不孕,腰膝酸软,筋骨无力,肠燥便秘。用于肾虚阳痿,遗精早泄及腰膝冷痛,筋骨痉弱。治肾虚阳痿、遗精、早泄等症。
食源发酵菌液的原料组分包括:赤小豆、黑豆、白扁豆、小米、粳米;其作用和功效分别是:
赤小豆:赤小豆主要用于中药材,具备利水消肿,解毒排脓等功效。赤小豆含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、粗纤维、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、皂苷等营养成分。药用功效:性平,味甘、酸,能利湿消肿(水肿,脚气,黄疸,泻痢,便血,痈肿)、清热退黄、解毒排脓;具有良好的润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。
黑豆:黑豆为豆科植物大豆的黑色种子。又名橹豆、黑大豆等。黑豆具有高蛋白、低热量的特性。主要是蛋白质、维生素、铁质等含量极为丰富,药用价值很高,在中医用药上属于滋补佳品。具有消肿下气、润肺清热、活血利水、祛风除痹、补血安神、明目健脾、补肾益阴、解毒的作用;用于水肿胀满风毒脚气、黄疽浮肿、风痹痉挛、产后疼、口襟、痈肿疮毒,可解药毒,制风热而止盗汗,乌须黑发以及延年益寿的功能。治病范围涉及内科、妇科、外科、五官科以及药物中毒等,用途广泛,通常作为清凉性滋补强壮药来应用。
白扁豆:别名藊豆、白藊豆、南扁豆;一年生缠绕草本植物扁豆的成熟种子。甘,微温。归脾、胃经。健脾化湿,和中消暑。用于脾胃虚弱,食欲不振,大便溏泻,白带过多,暑湿吐泻,胸闷腹胀。炒白扁豆健脾化湿。用于脾虚泄泻,白带过多。
小米:是谷子去皮后的结果。含丰富的蛋白质和脂肪和维生素,它不仅供食用,入药有清热、清渴,滋阴,补脾肾和肠胃,利小便、治水泻等功效,又可酿酒。小米味甘、咸、性凉;入肾、脾、胃经;健脾和胃、补益虚损、和中益肾、除热解毒。治脾胃虚热、反胃呕吐、消渴、泄泻。

为达更佳使用效果,本发明还提供了该口服剂的制备方法;其制备方法在于下述步骤:步骤一:果源营养基发酵菌液的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取新鲜的苹果、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子,分别利用麦饭石矿化水进行清洗,自然晾干后进行切块或者粉碎处理,获得多种水果发酵原料;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的多种水果发酵原料与麦饭石颗粒充分混合,置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵10至14个月,期间定期搅拌;获得多种水果发酵浆料;步骤3):把步骤2)获得的多种水果发酵浆料进行过滤,获得果源营养基发酵菌液;步骤4):把步骤3)获得的果源营养基发酵菌液在无菌环境下,常温保存备用;
步骤二:药源发酵液的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取枸杞子、石斛、冬虫夏草、红花、松花粉、红景天、山药、三七、生姜、肉苁蓉,混合后利用麦饭石矿化水进行充分浸泡处理24小时,取出后自然晾干,获得药源发酵原料;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的药源发酵原料添加麦饭石水,置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵10至14个月,期间定期搅拌;获得药源发酵浆料;步骤3):把步骤2)获得的药源发酵浆料进行过滤,获得药源发酵液;步骤4):把步骤3)获得的药源发酵液在无菌环境下,常温保存备用;
步骤三:食源发酵菌液的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取赤小豆、黑豆、白扁豆、小米、粳米,混合后添加麦饭石矿化水,进行煮熟处理,降至常温后加红糖充分搅拌,获得食源发酵原料;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的食源发酵置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵10至14个月,期间定期搅拌;获得食源发酵浆料;步骤3):把步骤2)获得的食源发酵浆料进行过滤,获得食源发酵菌液;步骤4):把步骤3)获得的食源发酵菌液在无菌环境下,常温保存备用;
步骤四:果源营养基益生菌口服剂的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取步骤一获得的果源营养基发酵菌液、步骤二获得的药源发酵液、步骤三获得的食源发酵菌液合并,加入红糖,充分混合后,置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵,期间定期搅拌;获得果源营养基益生菌口服剂;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的果源营养基益生菌口服剂过滤后装瓶,即可获得商品口服剂。
本发明所述果源营养基益生菌口服剂具有调节机体免疫功能、润肠通便、化淤消肿、滋补元气之功效;可以替代处方药用于胃病的预防和治疗,同时具有提高免疫力、助睡眠的功效。目前为止,尚没有发现有关本发明所述口服剂的报道以及应用。本发明人经过反复研究,并通过临床试验的反复验证,终于找到了有更好疗效的口服剂,从而完成了本发明。
所述果源营养基发酵菌液的原料经过10-14个月的发酵处理,其中的有害菌逐渐被益生菌吞噬和消灭,水果中的营养物质为存活的益生菌提供了丰富的养料;保证益生菌在液态环境中的存活期限。食源发酵菌液与果源营养基发酵菌液所含的营养物质各不相同,存活的益生菌种类各异,这为本发明提供了种类繁多的益生菌品种。制备方法中,果源营养基发酵菌液、药源发酵液与食源发酵菌液和红糖,重新合并发酵;使得各个成分充分融合,保持益生菌群和营养物质、微量元素的稳定;充分发挥药源发酵液的功效。

本发明所述果源营养基益生菌口服剂,其特征在于,原料及其重量组份分别是:果源营养基发酵菌液20-80份、药源发酵液10-50份、食源发酵菌液10-50份、红糖10-40份;经应用证实该范围内均有积极效果。
其中,果源营养基发酵菌液的原料组分包括:苹果、麦饭石颗粒、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子;
药源发酵液的原料组分包括:枸杞子、石斛、冬虫夏草、红花、松花粉、红景天、山药、三七、生姜、肉苁蓉;
食源发酵菌液的原料组分包括:赤小豆、黑豆、白扁豆、小米、粳米。
其制备方法在于下述步骤:步骤一:果源营养基发酵菌液的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取新鲜的苹果、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子,分别利用麦饭石矿化水进行清洗,自然晾干后进行切块或者粉碎处理,获得多种水果发酵原料;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的多种水果发酵原料与麦饭石颗粒充分混合,置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵10至14个月,期间定期搅拌;获得多种水果发酵浆料;步骤3):把步骤2)获得的多种水果发酵浆料进行过滤,获得果源营养基发酵菌液;步骤4):把步骤3)获得的果源营养基发酵菌液在无菌环境下,常温保存备用;

步骤四:果源营养基益生菌口服剂的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取步骤一获得的果源营养基发酵菌液、步骤二获得的药源发酵液、步骤三获得的食源发酵菌液合并,加入红糖,充分混合后,置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵,期间定期搅拌;获得果源营养基益生菌口服剂;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的果源营养基益生菌口服剂过滤后装瓶,即可获得商品口服剂。
实施例二:所述果源营养基益生菌口服剂,其特征在于,原料及其重量组份分别是:果源营养基发酵菌液30份、药源发酵液30份、食源发酵菌液15份、红糖20份;其中,果源营养基发酵菌液的原料组分包括:苹果、麦饭石颗粒、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子;药源发酵液的原料组分包括:枸杞子、石斛、冬虫夏草、红花、松花粉、红景天、山药、三七、生姜、肉苁蓉;食源发酵菌液的原料组分包括:赤小豆、黑豆、白扁豆、小米、粳米。各个制备方法与实施例一完全相同。在此基础上,获得的果源营养基益生菌口服剂
该实施例口服剂治疗胃病的临床观察和基本资料:
利用本实施例所述的果源营养基益生菌口服剂,收治门诊患者60例,31-40岁24例;41-65岁36例;
诊断标准:1.食欲不振,饮食减少,经常恶心、呕吐、体重减轻,消瘦,伴乏力、贫血。2.胸骨后心窝部隐痛,疼痛呈辐射状,常规药物不断加量,很长时间才能缓解疼痛。3.腹泻、便秘交替出现,排黑便,普通抗菌消炎药无效,腹泻难以控制,伴低度或中度发热。具体诊断为:慢性、浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、胃十二指肠溃汤。
治疗方法:每日三次,温开水和口服剂共服,口服剂每次20ml,连续服用14日;经过治疗后疗效观察评定,其结论为:可以替代处方药治疗胃病。

实施例三
所述果源营养基益生菌口服剂,其特征在于,原料及其重量组份分别是:果源营养基发酵菌液60份、药源发酵液25份、食源发酵菌液15份、红糖10份;其中,果源营养基发酵菌液的原料组分包括:苹果、麦饭石颗粒、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子;药源发酵液的原料组分包括:枸杞子、石斛、冬虫夏草、红花、松花粉、红景天、山药、三七、生姜、肉苁蓉;食源发酵菌液的原料组分包括:赤小豆、黑豆、白扁豆、小米、粳米。各个制备方法与实施例一完全相同。
实施例四
把实施例一或者实施例二或者实施例三获得的果源营养基益生菌口服剂加入饮用水,可获得饮料剂型的果源营养基益生菌口服剂。
实施例五
把实施例一或者实施例二或者实施例三获得的果源营养基益生菌口服剂加入冲剂骨料,可获得冲剂剂型的果源营养基益生菌口服剂。
该实施例口服剂治疗睡眠质量差的临床观察和基本资料:
利用本实施例所述的果源营养基益生菌口服剂,收治门诊患者90例,40-50岁47例;51-65岁43例;诊断标准:1.失眠。2.睡眠质量差。其中62例在服用本发明所述的果源营养基益生菌口服剂前,平时服用“褪黑色素”,以助睡眠。治疗期间停止服用其它药物。
治疗方法:每日三次,温开水和口服剂共服,口服剂每次10ml,连续服用15日。
观察及疗效评定:睡眠质量、且综合体症和消化系统明显改善者86例,有效率95.55%。
Claims (2)
1.一种果源营养基益生菌口服剂,其特征在于,原料及其重量组份分别是:果源营养基发酵菌液20-80份、药源发酵液10-50份、食源发酵菌液10-50份、红糖10-40份;
果源营养基发酵菌液的原料组分包括:苹果、麦饭石颗粒、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子;
药源发酵液的原料组分包括:枸杞子、石斛、冬虫夏草、红花、松花粉、红景天、山药、三七、生姜、肉苁蓉;
食源发酵菌液的原料组分包括:赤小豆、黑豆、白扁豆、小米、粳米。
2.按照权利要求1所述的果源营养基益生菌口服剂,其特征在于,其制备方法在于下述步骤:
步骤一:果源营养基发酵菌液的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取新鲜的苹果、山楂、水蜜桃、大枣、香蕉、柚子、葡萄、桔子,分别利用麦饭石矿化水进行清洗,自然晾干后进行切块或者粉碎处理,获得多种水果发酵原料;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的多种水果发酵原料与麦饭石颗粒充分混合,置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵10至14个月,期间定期搅拌;获得多种水果发酵浆料;步骤3):把步骤2)获得的多种水果发酵浆料进行过滤,获得果源营养基发酵菌液;步骤4):把步骤3)获得的果源营养基发酵菌液在无菌环境下,常温保存备用;
步骤二:药源发酵液的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取枸杞子、石斛、冬虫夏草、红花、松花粉、红景天、山药、三七、生姜、肉苁蓉,混合后利用麦饭石矿化水进行充分浸泡处理24小时,取出后自然晾干,获得药源发酵原料;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的药源发酵原料添加麦饭石水,置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵10至14个月,期间定期搅拌;获得药源发酵浆料;步骤3):把步骤2)获得的药源发酵浆料进行过滤,获得药源发酵液;步骤4):把步骤3)获得的药源发酵液在无菌环境下,常温保存备用;
步骤三:食源发酵菌液的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取赤小豆、黑豆、白扁豆、小米、粳米,混合后添加麦饭石矿化水,进行煮熟处理,降至常温后加红糖充分搅拌,获得食源发酵原料;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的食源发酵置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵10至14个月,期间定期搅拌;获得食源发酵浆料;步骤3):把步骤2)获得的食源发酵浆料进行过滤,获得食源发酵菌液;步骤4):把步骤3)获得的食源发酵菌液在无菌环境下,常温保存备用;
步骤四:果源营养基益生菌口服剂的制备方法;步骤1):按照比例选取步骤一获得的果源营养基发酵菌液、步骤二获得的药源发酵液、步骤三获得的食源发酵菌液合并,加入红糖,充分混合后,置于无菌环境的密封容器内,密封处理,常温下自然发酵,期间定期搅拌;获得果源营养基益生菌口服剂;步骤2):把步骤1)获得的果源营养基益生菌口服剂过滤后装瓶,即可获得商品口服剂。
