Abstract
本发明公开了一种栗子即食养生糜及加工方法。本发明栗子即食养生糜,由下述组分按照所述质量百分比组成:栗子仁35‑40%;米类粮食30‑40%;菌类4%‑6%;海带4%‑6%;葵花籽仁4%‑6%;大豆8%;红曲米1‑3%;甜菊糖0.1‑0.2%。本发明加工方法:先将原料除杂净化,然后将栗子仁、大豆、红曲米进行粉碎至70‑90目,将海带和菌类进行磨浆处理,最后罐装高温杀菌。对于普通亚健康的中年人从营养的角度上说,服食本发明也有利于向健康方向转化。本发明产品是半流食,适合孕产妇肠胃消化的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及领域,更具体地说,是涉及栗子即食养生糜及加工方法。
背景技术
栗子:中药学认为性味甘温,入脾、胃、肾三经。有养胃健脾、补肾壮腰、强筋、活血、止血、消肿等功效。
人们赞誉“栗子为人参果”。因为栗子含有大量的对孕妇身体有益矿物质,孕妇常食栗子不仅可以健身壮骨,而且有利于孕妇骨盆的发育成熟,还能消除孕妇常常感到疲劳的作用。孕妇一人食用营养供两人需要的基本考虑,从而保证胎儿正常的发育成长。而且,孕妇分娩后的奶水有益于幼儿迅速成长发育。
栗子中不仅含有大量淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、B族微量元素和多种矿物质营养成分。素有干果之王的美称。但现有市场上栗子的深加工产品很少,难以满足人们对栗子加工食品的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种栗子即食养生糜及加工方法。
本发明栗子即食养生糜,由下述组分按照所述质量百分比组成:
栗子仁35-40%;米类粮食30-40%;菌类4%-6%;海带4%-6%;葵花籽仁4%-6%;大豆8%;红曲米1-3%;甜菊糖0.1-0.2%。
本发明栗子即食养生糜的加工方法,按照下述步骤进行:
1.将下述原料:栗子仁、米类粮食、菌类、海带、葵花籽仁、大豆、红曲米,进行除杂净化;
2.然后将栗子仁、大豆、红曲米进行粉碎至70-90目;
3.将海带和菌类进行磨浆处理;
4.将上述预处理后的原料按照:栗子仁35-40%;米类粮食30-40%;菌类4%-6%;海带4%-6%;葵花籽仁4%-6%;大豆8%;红曲米1-3%;甜菊糖0.1-0.2%混合后进行,罐装高温杀菌;
5.进行包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明选择相匹配的植物原料予以辅佐,以下菌类食物:蘑菇、黑木耳、银耳、香菇、金针菇、桦树菇、猴头菇等;食用菌的特点为高蛋白、无胆固醇、低脂肪、低糖、多膳食纤维、多氨基酸、多维生素、多矿物质,食用菌集中了食品一切良好的特点,营养价值达到了植物性食物的顶峰,被称为长寿食品。
菌类食物:可有效缓解疲劳,还有清热解毒、润肺利尿等养生功效。
菌类食品有以下八大功效:
1、具有防癌、抗癌作用,能抑制癌细胞的生长;
2、能促进人体新陈代谢,增强人体免疫力;
3、能强身健体,延缓衰老,延年益寿;
4、可增强人体细胞活性,舒筋活络,增强血管弹性;
5、益肠胃、助消化、有益于营养吸收;
6、能补血提神、抗疲劳;
7、能降低血脂、胆固醇、能调节血压、清除血管内的脂垢;
8、能排毒通气,美容润肤、去脂纤体,特别受到女性朋友的青睐。
米类:粮食(小米、大米、糯米)等植物性种子粒。中国人的饮食原则之一是五谷为养,五谷能养五脏之真气,故为养。米类原料能为孕产妇及胎儿提供身体所需的大部分热量即淀粉,其消化吸收的利用率很高。米类粮食的碳水化合物是提供生物热能的一种主要营养素。
食物中的碳水化合物多糖(淀粉)和纤维素。多糖的降解产物是单糖,可为孕产妇和幼儿身体需要而吸收利用,增强体质。
海带:海带中含有一定的蛋白质,碳水化合物还有胡萝卜素维生素B1、B2。海带最大的特点是含有丰富的钙和铁。此外,海带是碘和矿物质的丰富来源。把海带作为碱性食物可有效的调节血液的酸碱度。
海带中含有大量不溶于水的褐藻胶物质,褐藻胶具有降低体内胆固醇和预防脂肪肝作用,有消除和抑制脂肪生成作用,有提高免疫力辅助抑制肿瘤的作用。还可以促进铅的排出,褐藻胶属于大分子水溶性,不能被消化吸收进入肠道后有促进肠道蠕动,增加粪便重量预防便秘的功能。
人们总结出海带八大食疗效果是:抗病抗癌。降低血压。预防动脉硬化。预防血液凝固。促进排泄。预防便秘。防止甲状腺肿大。维持体内钾钠平衡。有益心脏、减肥、强骨补血。
红曲米:是一种很好的发酵食物,它的营养丰富,用途广泛,中医认为红曲米功能是活血化瘀,健脾消食、脘腹胀满、赤白下痢,产后恶露不尽,跌打损伤。现代西方医学研究红曲米临床有治疗和预防心脑血管疾病的作用。
红曲米中主要作用成分是洛伐他汀可以降低总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、降低甘油三酯,同时提升高密度脂蛋白,起到降血压、降血脂的作用。
红曲米与化学合成红色素相比,它的食物保鲜作用具有无毒、安全的优点。
葵花籽:营养丰富,含有人体必需的营养元素,如脂肪、蛋白质、糖类、多种维生素和矿物质。含蛋白质高达30%,可与大豆、瘦肉、鸡蛋、牛奶比美。其所含脂肪营养价值极高,优于动物和其他植物类脂肪,其不饱和脂肪酸高达55%,有利于幼儿发育和生理调节,促进发育期细胞快速再生,同时增强人的记忆力。
大豆:李时珍说过:“服食大豆令人长肌肤、益颜色、填骨髓、加力气、补虚能食”。大豆是我国的特产,不仅营养丰富,药用价值也很高,素有“植物肉”之称,含蛋白质高达36.3%,大豆和本发明的其他食物混合食用时,通过蛋白质的互补作用,其蛋白质的生理效价是瘦肉的2-3倍,鸡蛋的2.5倍,牛奶的12倍。大豆蛋白质的氨基酸组成齐全,含量均衡,能促进生长发育,可防止新陈代谢紊乱,造血机能障碍,肌肉萎缩,月经不调及早衰等。
大豆中含有较多的色氨酸,在人体内转变成尼克酸,可防止各种营养不良疾病的发生。大豆中含有丰富的铁,且易吸收,可防止缺铁性贫血;所含锌具有促进生长发育的功能;含有维生素B,可促进婴儿脑的发育,防止肌肉痉挛。大豆脂肪中含有80%以上的不饱和脂肪酸和一定数量的磷脂,可降低人体血液中胆固醇的作用,是高血压和冠心病人的营养健康食品。
大豆还是人体摄取钙的最好来源,孕产妇、婴幼儿以及骨质酥松的人食用是大有好处的。
栗子是本发明的首要组分,中医药学术界认定;栗子有治疗腰腿软弱无力,小便濒数、反胃、便血、慢性淋巴结炎和颈淋巴结核以及因脾胃虚寒引起慢性腹泻或因肾虚引起的不育等疾病,适用于肾虚所致皮肤损伤,筋骨痛等症,有对抗高血压冠心病,动脉硬化等疾病的功效。
栗子味甜性温,厚肠胃,补肾气。孕产妇常常胃口不佳,连平时喜食食物都厌烦不想吃。栗子可改善肠胃功能,它含有的丰富的优质蛋白质和多种氨基酸,有利于提高孕产妇的免疫力,有利于胎儿的发育成长。
栗子含有丰富的矿物质、VC、VB1、VB2、胡萝卜素,叶酸比其他干果含量都要高,能有效预防胎儿的畸形发育和不良发育。栗子中的VB2对幼儿难治愈的小儿口舌生疮和成年人口腔溃疡有治疗作用。
栗子含有丰富的钾元素,钾可以平衡孕产妇体内的钠元素。如体内钾元素含量不足,就可能造成体内的钠、钾平衡失调,多余的钠离子会把体内水分留住,造成细胞水肿,如果摄取的钾离子量足,钠离子就不会把多余的水留住,而且还有帮助多余的水代谢,消除水肿。
栗子中含有的多种微量元素,对孕产妇经常出现的情绪不稳定有缓解作用。
栗子中还含有柔软的膳食纤维素,能有效的促进胃肠蠕动,还能防止孕产妇便秘的产生。
另外,本发明也适合老年人养生食用;如宋朝的文学家苏辙,吃栗子治好了自己的腰腿疼痛,他因此赋诗一首:“老去自添腰腿痛,山翁服栗旧传方,客来为说晨兴晚,三咽徐妆白玉浆。”老年人吃栗子可收到抗拒衰老,延年益寿的目的。
对于普通亚健康的中年人从营养的角度上说,服食本发明也有利于向健康方向转化。
本发明产品是半流食,适合孕产妇肠胃消化的需要。水是维持生命的基本物质,人体无食物吃的时候,仅靠消耗自身组织可以维持生命一周甚至更长时间,然而,没有水任何生物都不能生存,水做为各种食物的载体还有调节体温及对所有器官起润滑油作用。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:
栗子仁360g;米类粮食400g;菌类40g;海带49g;葵花籽仁50g;大豆80g;红曲米20g;甜菊糖1g。
制备方法:
(1)将下述原料:栗子仁360g;米类粮食400g;菌类40g;海带49g;葵花籽仁50g;大豆80g;红曲米20g;进行除杂净化;
(2)然后将栗子仁、大豆、红曲米进行粉碎至70-90目;
(3)将海带和菌类进行磨浆处理;
(4)将上述预处理后的原料进行混合后高温杀菌;
(5)进行灌装,得到成品。
实施例2:
栗子仁400g;米类粮食340g;菌类60g;海带48g;葵花籽仁50g;大豆80g;红曲米20g;甜菊糖2g。
实施例3:
栗子仁380g;米类粮食330g;菌类60g;海带60g;葵花籽仁58g;大豆80g;红曲米30g;甜菊糖2g。

1.一种栗子即食养生糜,其特征是,由下述组分按照所述质量百分比组成:
栗子仁35-40%;米类粮食30-40%;菌类4%-6%;海带4%-6%;葵花籽仁4%-6%;大豆8%;红曲米1-3%;甜菊糖0.1-0.2%。
2.一种栗子即食养生糜的加工方法,其特征是,按照下述步骤进行:
1)将下述原料:栗子仁、米类粮食、菌类、海带、葵花籽仁、大豆、红曲米,进行除杂净化;
2)然后将栗子仁、大豆、红曲米进行粉碎至70-90目;
3)将海带和菌类进行磨浆处理;
4)将上述预处理后的原料按照:栗子仁35-40%;米类粮食30-40%;菌类4%-6%;海带4%-6%;葵花籽仁4%-6%;大豆8%;红曲米1-3%;甜菊糖0.1-0.2%混合后进行,罐装后高温杀菌;
5)得到成品。
