采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它以多种杂粮组成,能够给予人体足够的所需营养,有降低血压血脂,减轻血管脆性,改善心肌营养,滋阴补肾,清肝明目的功效,即开即食,节省时间的同时保证了身体所需营养的补充。

1.一种速食杂粮粥,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米60-70份、红豆50-60份、薏米30-40份、红薯20-30份、黑芝麻10-20份、谷朊粉2-4份、白砂糖6-8份;将上述重量份数的原料进行精选除杂、粉碎过筛、熟化、混合等工序后,再进行计量包装,得到一种方便、可即开即食的速食杂粮粥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种速食杂粮粥其特征在于:它由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米70份、红豆50份、薏米30份、红薯20份、黑芝麻10份、谷朊粉4份、白砂糖8份。
