Abstract
本发明提供一种车窗调节器,其具有:导轨;滑动基座,其自由升降地被支承于导轨;驱动线,其与滑动基座连接;线引导器,其被支承于导轨的一端部并在沿车辆宽度方向与导轨偏移的位置具有卷绕驱动线的卷绕部;以及驱动部,其经由驱动线使滑动基座升降,线引导器至少通过防脱部和按压部被支承于导轨,防脱部与导轨卡合以便防止线引导器在车辆宽度方向从导轨脱离,按压部与导轨卡合以便能够将导轨朝导轨的另一端侧按压,按压部位于比防脱部更靠另一端侧,并形成于在车辆宽度方向比防脱部更向卷绕部侧偏移的位置。从而能够得到即使导轨的薄壁化或者截面形状的变形进展也难以产生导轨的“弓变形”的车窗调节器。

技术领域
本发明涉及使车辆的车窗玻璃升降的车窗调节器。
背景技术
作为车窗调节器,公知有具备:沿上下方向延伸的导轨、自由升降地被支承于该导轨并固定车窗玻璃的滑动基座、从该滑动基座上下延伸的一对驱动线、对该一对驱动线进行引导的上下一对线引导部件、以及对被该上下的线引导部件引导的一对驱动线进行驱动的驱动单元(驱动马达)(专利文献1)。
在这一类型的车窗调节器中,上下的线引导部件的至少一方被支承于导轨的端部,该导轨由于门内的空间的问题,而在远离该导轨的上下端部的位置(比线引导部件更靠导轨的延长方向内侧位置)经由固定托架(面板固定部)而固定于门面板(内侧面板)(无法将导轨的上下端部固定于门面板)。

根据车辆的轻型化的要求,车窗调节器也要求轻型化,作为轻型化的一个办法,正在研究构成导轨的金属板材的薄壁化。但是,若进行导轨的薄壁化,则新产生导轨变形的问题。
即,伴随着车窗玻璃的升降,经由驱动线以及线引导部件对导轨的端部施加张力。另一方面,导轨朝门面板的固定位置处于比线引导部件更靠导轨的延长方向内侧(若将上方的线引导部件作为例子,则位于比该线引导部件更靠下方),因此有在比门面板固定位置更靠上方或者下方导轨变形的可能性。该变形以门面板固定位置为中心产生于车辆宽度方向,假设称为“弓变形”。除了薄壁化之外,由于配置线引导部件以及驱动线,所以对导轨的端部进行切开而使截面形状变化(使截面模量减小)、或者驱动马达的高扭矩化也可成为“弓变形”的原因。
发明内容
因此,本发明目的在于得到即使导轨的薄壁化或者截面形状的变形进展也难以产生导轨的“弓变形”的车窗调节器。
本发明为一种车窗调节器,其具有:导轨,其在上下方向延伸;滑动基座,其自由升降地被支承于上述导轨并固定车窗玻璃;驱动线,其与上述滑动基座连接;线引导器,其被支承于上述导轨的一端部并在沿车辆宽度方向与上述导轨偏移的位置具有卷绕上述驱动线的卷绕部;以及驱动部,其经由上述驱动线使上述滑动基座升降,该车窗调节器的特征在于,上述线引导器至少通过防脱部和按压部被支承于上述导轨,上述防脱部与上述导轨卡合以便防止上述线引导器在车辆宽度方向从上述导轨脱离,上述按压部与上述导轨卡合以便能够将上述导轨朝上述导轨的另一端侧按压,上述按压部位于比上述防脱部更靠上述另一端侧,并形成于在车辆宽度方向比上述防脱部更向上述卷绕部侧偏移的位置。
在一个方式中,上述按压部位于伴随上述线引导器而进行移动的上述驱动线的移动平面上、或者相比该平面更远离上述防脱部的一侧。
优选在从车辆前后方向观察时,上述按压部的上下方向位置与将上述导轨固定于门面板的面板固定部的一部分重叠。
在一个实施方式中,上述线引导器由滑轮托架、和自由旋转地被支承于该滑轮托架并挂绕了上述驱动线的滑轮构成,上述防脱部包括:将上述滑轮和滑轮托架支承于导轨的滑轮轴,上述按压部形成于上述滑轮托架。
优选上述滑轮托架具有滑轮轴支承部,该滑轮轴支承部与上述按压部连接,以在车辆宽度方向与上述防脱部一起夹持上述滑轮的方式存在,并与上述滑轮轴卡合,上述滑轮轴将上述滑轮轴支承部朝上述另一端侧按压。
实际上,上述按压部的一方为突起,上述按压部的另一方由供该突起卡合的孔构成。
根据本发明,能够得到即使导轨的薄壁化或者截面形状的变形进展,也难以产生导轨的“弓变形”的车窗调节器。

具体实施方式
图1~图3所示的车窗调节器10安装于车辆的门面板(省略图示)内并使车窗玻璃(省略图示)升降。图1~图3中箭头所示的上方和下方与车辆的上下方向对应。
车窗调节器10具有作为长部件的导轨11,导轨11经由在长度方向设置于不同位置的固定托架12、13而固定于门面板(内侧面板)。固定托架(面板固定部)12、13通过翻边铆接件(Burring caulking)12a、13a固定于导轨11的靠车内侧的表面。支承车窗玻璃的滑动基座14被支承为能够沿着导轨11的长度方向移动。在滑动基座14连接有一对驱动线15、16(图2)各自的一端。
驱动线15从滑动基座14沿着导轨11向上方延伸,并被经由滑轮托架30而设置于导轨11的上端附近的引导滑轮(线引导器)17引导。引导滑轮17能够以轴销(防脱销)17a为中心而旋转,并通过形成在外周面上的线引导槽(卷绕部)17g(参照图6)来支承驱动线15。驱动线16从滑动基座14沿着导轨11向下方延伸,并被设置于导轨11的下端附近的引导件18引导。引导件18相对于导轨11被固定,并将驱动线16支承为能够沿着形成于引导件18的线引导槽(省略图示)进退。
从引导滑轮17和引导件18出来的驱动线15、16被插通于引导管21、22内,卷绕于在引导管21、22所连接的筒罩20内设置的卷取筒(省略图示)。筒罩20固定于门面板(内侧面板)。卷取筒由驱动马达(驱动部)25旋转驱动。若卷取筒正反旋转,则驱动线15、16的一方朝卷取筒的卷绕量被增大(卷绕于卷取筒),另一方从卷取筒被抽出,通过该一对驱动线15、16的牵引与松弛的关系使滑动基座14沿着导轨11移动。车窗玻璃与滑动基座14的移动对应地升降。
图4~图10示出导轨11的上端部的引导滑轮17周围的支承构造。如图4、图9最清楚示出那样,导轨11在除了上下端部之外的一般截面,成为具有底壁11a、两侧壁11b、11c以及从两侧壁11b、11c的自由端部向外侧延伸的凸缘壁11d、11e的帽状截面。侧壁11b与底壁11a大致正交,与此相对,侧壁11c与底壁11a不正交而略微张开。
导轨11的侧壁11c与凸缘壁11e对引导滑轮17以及滑轮托架(线引导器)30进行支承,因此从固定托架12附近开始在上方形成为不同形状。即,首先,侧壁11c具有:高度渐变壁11c1(图6),若将与底壁11a正交的方向作为高度方向,则该高度渐变壁11c1从固定托架12附近朝向上方平稳地提高高度;高度最高的高侧壁11c2(该图);以及滑轮导入壁11c3(该图),其从该高侧壁11c2急剧地降低高度。
高度渐变壁11c1的高度方向的上端所连接的凸缘壁11e经由从固定托架12附近向上方使宽度(车辆前后方向的长度)缓缓增加的增宽凸缘壁11e1(图4、图10)而变为宽幅凸缘壁11e2,在增宽凸缘壁11e1与宽幅凸缘壁11e2的边界部附近贯穿设置有卡止孔(按压部、偏移支承部)11f。增宽凸缘壁11e1与宽幅凸缘壁11e2的附近即使在导轨11中也是车辆前后方向的中立轴所相关的截面模量最大的部分(截面模量强化部)。另一方面,在滑轮导入壁11c3的高度方向的上端形成有与底壁11a大致平行的低凸缘壁11e3。宽幅凸缘壁11e2与低凸缘壁11e3由倾斜壁11e4(图6、图10)连接。在低凸缘壁11e3贯穿设置有滑轮销支承孔(线引导器防脱部、固定部)11g、滑轮托架支承孔(线引导器防脱部、固定部)11h。
如图10中从背面观察的立体图所示那样,由合成树脂材料的成型品构成的滑轮托架30具有:呈平面圆形且对导轨底壁11a侧以直线进行了切开的引导滑轮支承壁31、从该支承壁31向下方延伸的按压臂(偏移支承部、偏移延长部)32、位于引导滑轮17上下的檐部33、以及引导管支承部34。如图6、图10所示,下方的檐部33与按压臂32连接。
在引导滑轮支承壁31的中央部形成有滑轮销插通孔31a(图6),在引导滑轮支承壁31的靠低凸缘壁11e3侧的表面突出设置有与滑轮托架支承孔11h嵌合的固定突起31b(图6、图10)。按压臂32成为俯视尖端细的大致三角形,从滑轮销插通孔31a沿与导轨11的延长方向大致平行的方向延伸,在其前端部形成有与卡止孔11f嵌合的卡止突起32a。在从车辆前后方向观察时,该卡止孔11f与卡止突起32a的卡合部处于与固定托架12的上下方向的一部分重叠的位置关系。另外,在按压臂32的靠导轨11侧的表面形成有与导轨11的倾斜壁11e4抵接的倾斜肋32b。
在滑轮托架30的引导滑轮支承壁31的背面(靠导轨11的低凸缘壁11e3侧的表面)形成有多个加强筋31c、31d(图7~图10),该多个加强筋31c、31d从引导滑轮支承壁31朝向与檐部33相反的方向延伸、并沿导轨11的延长方向延伸。该加强筋31c与导轨11的侧壁11c的内表面抵接,加强筋31d沿着导轨11的低凸缘壁11e3的外端部(与侧壁11c相反一侧的端部)延伸。
滑轮托架30与引导滑轮17如以下那样被导轨11的低凸缘壁11e3支承。如图6最清楚地示出那样,在引导滑轮17的轴孔17b插入金属制的轴销17a,将轴销17a的前端小径部17a1嵌合于低凸缘壁11e3的滑轮销支承孔11g。同时,将按压臂32的卡止突起32a嵌合于卡止孔11f,将固定突起31b嵌合于滑轮托架支承孔11h。轴销17a在与前端小径部17a1相反一侧的端部具有凸缘部17a2,在轴部具备有底孔17a3。在该有底孔17a3插入了铆接治具的状态下,铆接前端小径部17a1的头部,从而能够将轴销17a固定于低凸缘壁11e3,在轴销17a的凸缘部17a2与引导滑轮支承壁31(前端小径部17a1、低凸缘壁11e3)之间将引导滑轮17支承为自由旋转,将滑轮托架30固定于低凸缘壁11e3。固定突起31b在嵌合于滑轮托架支承孔11h的状态下进行热熔敷。该固定突起31b也是滑轮托架30朝导轨11的固定部。驱动线15在挂绕于引导滑轮17的周面的线引导槽17g后,卷绕于设置在筒罩20内的卷取筒。
以上的滑轮托架30以轴销17a与固定突起31b(滑轮托架支承孔11h)的两处,被固定于低凸缘壁11e3(导轨11),该状态下,按压臂32的卡止突起32a嵌合于导轨11(宽幅凸缘壁11e2)的卡止孔11f,从而抑制导轨11在经由驱动线15朝下方的张力施加于引导滑轮17时变形。固定托架12通过固定螺栓12b固定于门面板,因此在比该固定托架12更靠下方没有产生导轨11的弓变形的余地,并且在从车辆前后方向观察时,导轨11的卡止孔11f与按压臂32的卡止突起32a的卡合部处于与固定托架12的上下方向的一部分重叠的位置关系,因此导轨11弓变形的可能性进一步变小。另外,倾斜肋32b与倾斜壁11e4抵接,从而导轨11与滑轮托架30的车辆前后方向的中立轴所相关的合成截面模量增加,从而能够抑制导轨11的变形。并且,形成于引导滑轮支承壁31的背面的加强筋31c、31d也同样抑制滑轮托架30本身的(弓)变形以及导轨11的弓变形。
对基于卡止突起32a与卡止孔11f的卡合而产生的导轨11的变形防止效果进行说明。如图6、图7所示,在本实施方式中,卡止突起32a与卡止孔11f的卡合部(按压部)X处于导轨11的不存在引导滑轮17的端部侧,且位于包括在引导滑轮17的线引导槽17g挂绕的驱动线15的平面15P上。换句话说,卡止突起32a与卡止孔11f的卡合部(按压部)X在车辆宽度方向形成于比滑轮销支承孔11g和滑轮托架支承孔(防脱部)11h更向线引导槽(卷绕部)17g侧偏移的位置。因此,即使通过施加于驱动线15的张力将引导滑轮17向下方拉动,该力也只是作为将导轨11(的宽幅凸缘壁11e2)沿上下方向压缩的力发挥作用,不成为弓变形的原因。图11以骨架示出卡止突起32a与卡止孔11f的卡合部X、与包括驱动线15的平面15P的位置关系。假设,若使卡止突起32a与卡止孔11f的卡合部X’位于(偏移至)比包括驱动线15的平面15P更远离固定托架12的一侧,则在导轨11(的宽幅凸缘壁11e2)作用与弓变形相反方向的力,从而不产生弓变形。
图12、图13示出本发明的车窗调节器的其他实施方式。图12与图4对应,图13与图6对应。本实施方式变更了滑轮托架30A的形状,除了以上的实施方式的滑轮托架30,与按压臂32一体地形成有从图12、图13的下方朝上方延伸的滑轮轴支承部(支承壁)35。滑轮轴支承部35与引导滑轮支承壁31平行,并在与引导滑轮支承壁31之间形成引导滑轮17的插入间隙36。在滑轮轴支承部35的前端部(图的上端部)形成有轴销17a的插入支承孔35a。
另一方面,本实施方式的滑轮托架30A与以上的实施方式的滑轮托架30不同,形成有切除了檐部33的一部分而成的檐切除部33a(图12)。引导滑轮17能够从该檐切除部33a插入于插入间隙36内。其他结构与前面的实施方式相同,对相同部分标注相同的附图标记。
本实施方式中,若在插入于滑轮托架30A的插入间隙36的引导滑轮17的轴孔17b以及滑轮轴支承部35的插入支承孔35a插入轴销17a,将前端小径部17a1嵌入滑轮销插通孔31a,并铆接固定于导轨11的滑轮销支承孔11g,则凸缘部17a2与插入支承孔35a嵌合,轴销17a的两端部以双支承的方式被滑轮托架30A支承。因此,能够将经由驱动线15施加于引导滑轮17的力高效地经由按压臂32朝导轨11传递。
以上为将具有引导滑轮17的滑轮托架30作为线引导器的实施方式,但本发明也能够应用在不具备引导滑轮的线引导部件(例如图1、图2的引导件18)。
以上的实施方式的按压臂32形成为俯视尖端细的大致三角形,并在其前端部形成有与卡止孔11f嵌合的一个卡止突起32a,但按压臂也能够形成为俯视大致矩形。该方式下,也可以在矩形的按压臂的两角部设置一对卡止突起32a。
工业上的利用可行性
本发明的车窗调节器一般能够应用于具有升降的车窗玻璃的车辆。

Claims (6)
1.一种车窗调节器,其具有:导轨,其在上下方向延伸;滑动基座,其自由升降地被支承于所述导轨并固定车窗玻璃;驱动线,其与所述滑动基座连接;线引导器,其被支承于所述导轨的一端部并在沿车辆宽度方向与所述导轨偏移的位置具有卷绕所述驱动线的卷绕部;以及驱动部,其经由所述驱动线使所述滑动基座升降,
所述车窗调节器的特征在于,
所述线引导器至少通过防脱部和按压部被支承于所述导轨,所述防脱部与所述导轨卡合以便防止所述线引导器在车辆宽度方向从所述导轨脱离,所述按压部与所述导轨卡合以便能够将所述导轨朝所述导轨的另一端侧按压,
所述按压部位于比所述防脱部更靠所述另一端侧,并形成于在车辆宽度方向比所述防脱部更向所述卷绕部侧偏移的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车窗调节器,其中,
所述按压部位于伴随所述线引导器而进行移动的所述驱动线的移动平面上、或者相比该平面更远离所述防脱部的一侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车窗调节器,其中,
在从车辆前后方向观察时,所述按压部的上下方向位置与将所述导轨固定于门面板的面板固定部的一部分重叠。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的车窗调节器,其中,
所述线引导器由滑轮托架、和自由旋转地被支承于该滑轮托架并挂绕了所述驱动线的滑轮构成,所述防脱部包括:将所述滑轮和滑轮托架支承于导轨的滑轮轴,所述按压部形成于所述滑轮托架。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车窗调节器,其中,
所述滑轮托架具有滑轮轴支承部,该滑轮轴支承部与所述按压部连接,以在车辆宽度方向与所述防脱部一起夹持所述滑轮的方式存在,并与所述滑轮轴卡合,所述滑轮轴将所述滑轮轴支承部朝所述另一端侧按压。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的车窗调节器,其中,
所述按压部的一方为突起,所述按压部的另一方由供该突起卡合的孔构成。
