技术背景

抗起毛起球整理时,抗起毛起球整理液组成为:抗起毛起球整理剂 FK-83910~14g/L。抗起毛起球整理工艺为,平幅进布,一浸一轧抗起毛起球整理液,带液率75%,超喂1.5%~3%上针板,140~150℃烘干,冷却落布步骤,车速为40~50m/min。落布门幅达到100英寸。
机械预缩时,织物均匀给湿,含湿率8%~10%,橡胶毯承压辊蒸汽压力0.1~0.15Mpa,呢毯锡林蒸汽压力0.1~ 0.15Mpa,控制预缩率2%~4%,布速40~50m/min。
产品的经、纬向水洗尺寸变化率分别为 -2.5.0%、-1.2%,抗起毛起球4级,耐光牢度4级,经向断裂强力280N。
实施例2:
莫代尔与涤纶长丝交织提花组织坯布门幅106英寸,纱支数为M60s×T50D,密度为173×160。
一种莫代尔与涤纶长丝交织提花双色宽幅机织物的生产方法,主要生产工艺流程包括翻缝→轻烧毛→轧淀粉酶冷堆退浆→卷染机前处理→卷染机染色→无甲醛防缩整理→抗起毛起球整理→机械预缩→检验包装;其特征是:轻烧毛时,采用一正一反工艺,车速120m/min,烧毛质量达到4级;
轧淀粉酶冷堆退浆时,退浆液组成:液化型α-淀粉酶 2g/L,渗透剂JFC-S3g/L,pH值6~6.5。浸轧液温度50~55℃,轧车压力0.15~0.20Mpa,带液率120%,用塑料薄膜包裹,堆置2h。
用低温型分散染料和诺威克隆活性染料二浴法染豆沙红时,分散染料染色配方为:分散红FB 0.0088%(owf),分散黄E-4G 0.0135%(owf),分散蓝2BLN 0.022% (owf),高效除油剂Goon105 1g/L,醋酸调pH 5.5,浴比2:1。卷染工艺为:100℃染4道,车速为 120~130m/min。活性染料染色配方为:诺威克隆红 FN-2BL 0.098%(owf)、诺威克隆黄 FN-2R0.14%(owf)、诺威克隆蓝FN-R 0.079%(owf),元明粉30g/L,纯碱 10g/L,浴比2:1。卷染工艺为:织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至40℃上染四道→40℃元明粉促染二道(第一道开始加2/3元明粉,第二道开始加1/3元明粉)→ 40℃纯碱固色二道(第一道开始加2/3纯碱,第二道开始加1/3纯碱)→ 70℃固色二道→冷水洗二道→ 80℃水洗二道→ 40℃水洗二道→加醋酸中和一道→冷水出缸。车速为 90~100m/min。
无甲醛防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
Arkofix NZF 50~70 g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 5~7g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH 至 5.0 ~ 5.5 ;
防缩整理时通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率65%,110~120℃松式预烘,超喂 2%~4%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一~二格温度150℃,第三~四格温度 160℃,第五~八格温度 165℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤 , 车速为 40~45m/min。
抗起毛起球整理时,抗起毛起球整理液组成为:抗起毛起球整理剂 FK-83910~14g/L。抗起毛起球整理工艺为,平幅进布,一浸一轧抗起毛起球整理液,带液率75%,超喂1.5%~3%上针板,140~150℃烘干,冷却落布步骤,车速为40~50m/min。落布门幅达到100英寸。

Claims (1)

1.一种莫代尔与涤纶长丝交织提花双色宽幅机织物的生产方法,其特征是:采用莫代尔与涤纶长丝交织物坯布,依次经:翻缝→轻烧毛→轧淀粉酶冷堆退浆→卷染机前处理→卷染机染色→无甲醛防缩整理→抗起毛起球整理→机械预缩→检验包装;轻烧毛时,采用一正一反工艺,车速120m/min,烧毛质量达到4级;
轧淀粉酶冷堆退浆时,退浆液组成:液化型α-淀粉酶 2g/L,渗透剂JFC-S 3g/L,pH值6~6.5;浸轧液温度50~55℃,轧车压力0.15~0.20MP a,带液率120%,用塑料薄膜包裹,堆置2h;
只用低温型分散染料染浅灰色时,染色配方为:分散红FB 0.027%owf,分散黄E-4G0.016%owf,分散蓝2BLN 0.0099%owf,高效除油剂Goon105 1g/L,醋酸调pH 5.5,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:100℃染4道,车速为 120~130m/min;

只用诺威克隆活性染料染玫瑰金色时,染色配方为:诺威克隆红 FN-2BL 0.0555%owf、诺威克隆黄 FN-2R 0.088% owf、诺威克隆蓝FN-R 0.010% owf,元明粉30g/L,纯碱10g/L,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至40℃上染四道→40℃元明粉促染二道,其中第一道开始加2/3元明粉,第二道开始加1/3元明粉→ 40℃纯碱固色二道,其中第一道开始加2/3纯碱,第二道开始加1/3纯碱→ 70℃固色二道→冷水洗二道→80℃水洗二道→ 40℃水洗二道→加醋酸中和一道→冷水出缸;车速为 90~100m/min;
