Arkofix NZF 60~70g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 6~7g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH至 5.0~5.5;
防缩整理时通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率65%,十格热风焙烘,其中第一~二格温度130℃,第三格温度 150℃,第四格温度 160℃第五~十格温度 165℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤,车速为60~70m/min。
坯布规格:门幅107英寸,纱支数为50s 55竹纤维/45棉×150D涤纶长丝,密度为200×90。
本发明研发了竹纤维棉混纺纱与涤纶长丝新产品,创新了在常压卷染机上,利用竹纤维棉混纺纱与涤纶长丝对活性染料和低温型分散染料反应性能差别及提花组织结构,无论单独用活性染料或低温型分散染料染色,还是同时用活性染料和低温型分散染料二浴法染色,织物都会产生双色效果。产品的经纬向水洗尺寸变化率在 -3.0%与+1.0%之间,耐光牢度4级,抗起毛起球≧4级,断裂强力≧300N,产品性能优异。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
竹纤维棉混纺纱与涤纶长丝交织宽幅提花机织物坯布规格:门幅107英寸,纱支数为50s(55竹纤维/45棉)×150D(涤纶长丝),密度为 200×90。
一种竹纤维棉混纺纱与涤纶长丝交织宽幅提花双色机织物生产方法,主要生产工艺流程包括翻缝→轻烧毛→淀粉酶退浆→卷染机煮漂→卷染机染色→无甲醛防缩整理→机械预缩→检验包装;用诺威克隆活性染料和低温型分散染料二浴法染珊瑚粉色时,分散染料染色配方为:分散嫩黄SF-6G 0.0090%owf,染液pH5.5,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:100℃染4道,车速为90~100m/min;活性染料染色配方为:诺威克隆红EC-2BL 0.1090% owf、诺威克隆黄SE 0.0315% owf、诺威克隆蓝EC-R 0.0270% owf,元明粉30g/L,纯碱 10g/L,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至40℃上染四道→40℃元明粉促染二道,其中第一道开始加 2/3元明粉,第二道开始加1/3元明粉→40℃纯碱固色二道,其中第一道开始加2/3纯碱,第二道开始加1/3纯碱→65℃固色二道→冷水洗二道→80℃水洗二道→40℃水洗二道→加醋酸中和一道→冷水出缸;车速为90~100m/min;
无甲醛防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
Arkofix NZF 65g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 6.5g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH至 5.0~5.5;
防缩整理时通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率65%,十格热风焙烘,其中第一~二格温度130℃,第三格温度 150℃,第四格温度 160℃第五~十格温度 165℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤,车速为60~70m/min。
产品经、纬向水洗尺寸变化率分别为-2.8%、-2.2%,耐光牢度4级,抗起毛起球4级,断裂强力320N。
实施例2:
竹纤维棉混纺纱与涤纶长丝交织宽幅提花机织物坯布规格:门幅107英寸,纱支数为50s(55竹纤维/45棉)×150D(涤纶长丝),密度为 200×90。
一种竹纤维棉混纺纱与涤纶长丝交织宽幅提花双色机织物生产方法,主要生产工艺流程包括翻缝→轻烧毛→淀粉酶退浆→卷染机煮漂→卷染机染色→无甲醛防缩整理→机械预缩→检验包装;只用活性染料染墨绿色时,染色配方为:诺威克隆翠蓝 GN 0.623%owf、诺威克隆黄 EC-2R 0.208% owf、诺威克隆蓝EC-R 1.110% owf,元明粉50g/L,纯碱20g/L,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至40℃上染四道→40℃元明粉促染二道(第一道开始加2/3元明粉,第二道开始加1/3元明粉)→80℃纯碱固色四道(第一道开始加2/3纯碱,第二道开始加1/3纯碱)→冷水洗二道→80℃水洗二道→40℃水洗二道→加醋酸中和一道→冷水出缸;车速为 90~100m/min;

用诺威克隆活性染料和低温型分散染料二浴法染珊瑚粉色时,分散染料染色配方为:分散嫩黄SF-6G 0.0090%owf,染液pH5.5,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:100℃染4道,车速为90~100m/min;活性染料染色配方为:诺威克隆红C-2BL 0.1090% owf、诺威克隆黄C-NPC0.0315% owf、诺威克隆蓝EC-R 0.0270% owf,元明粉30g/L,纯碱 10g/L,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至40℃上染四道→40℃元明粉促染二道,其中第一道开始加 2/3元明粉,第二道开始加1/3元明粉→40℃纯碱固色二道,其中第一道开始加2/3纯碱,第二道开始加1/3纯碱→65℃固色二道→冷水洗二道→80℃水洗二道→40℃水洗二道→加醋酸中和一道→冷水出缸;车速为90~100m/min;
只用活性染料染墨绿色时,染色配方为:诺威克隆翠蓝 GN 0.623% owf、诺威克隆黄EC-2R 0.208% owf、诺威克隆蓝EC-R 1.110% owf,元明粉50g/L,纯碱20g/L,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至40℃上染四道→40℃元明粉促染二道,其中第一道开始加2/3元明粉,第二道开始加1/3元明粉→80℃纯碱固色四道,其中第一道开始加2/3纯碱,第二道开始加1/3纯碱→冷水洗二道→80℃水洗二道→40℃水洗二道→加醋酸中和一道→冷水出缸;车速为 90~100m/min;
