只用低温型分散染料染豆沙色时,染色配方为:200%分散红FB 0.0610%owf,分散黄E-GL 0.0475%owf,分散蓝2BLN 0.0300%owf,高效除油剂Goon105 1g/L,醋酸调pH 5.5,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:100℃染4道→80℃水洗二道→40℃水洗二道,车速为100m/min;
无甲醛防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
Arkofix NZF 60~70g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 6~7g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH至 5.0~5.5;
防缩整理时通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率65%,十格热风焙烘,其中第一~二格温度130℃,第三格温度 150℃,第四格温度 160℃第五~十格温度 165℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤,车速为60~70m/min。
