本发明的高支高密纯棉宽幅缎纹织物,在常压卷染机上进行练漂和染色,用直辊丝光机丝光和无甲醛防缩整理,生产技术新颖,加工工艺先进。产品的经纬向水洗尺寸变化率在 -3.0%与+1.0%之间,耐皂洗牢度≧4级,耐光牢度≧4级,断裂强力≧300N,织物边部与中间颜色均匀一致,手感柔软,产品综合性能十分优异,生产过程对环境友好。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
纯棉缎纹组织机织坯布门幅294.6cm,纱支数为5.83texX5.83tex,密度为905.5X905.5根/10cm,成品门幅275cm ,115 g/m2。
一种高支高密高品质纯棉宽幅染色机织物及其生产方法,采用纯棉缎纹组织机织坯布,依次经:翻缝→二正二反烧毛→轧淀粉酶堆置退浆→卷染机练漂→直辊丝光机丝光→卷染机染色→拉幅柔软整理→无甲醛防缩整理→三辊轧光机轧光→机械预缩→检验包装;卷染机练漂时,织物先用草酸10g/L、80℃洗2道→冷水洗2道后加练漂液;练漂液的组成为:高效精练剂DX-500(烟台源明化工有限公司) 5% owf,100%双氧水3.5~4g/L,氧漂稳定剂TF-122B(浙江传化股份有限公司) 2~2.5g/L,浴比2:1;煮漂工艺为:室温2道→95~98℃4道→95~98℃热水洗4道→70~80℃热水洗2道→冷流水洗2道。卷染生产过程中张力控制在8~10kg,确保织物不游缸。
直辊丝光机丝光时的工艺为:24对直辊多浸多轧碱液(NaOH 180~200g/L,室温)→24对直辊淋洗去碱(淋洗液温度50~70℃)→第一、二格90~95℃平洗→第三~五格80~90℃平洗→第六格70~80℃平洗→第七格流动冷水平洗→烘干,车速为 45~50m/min。
卷染机染粉玉色产品时,染色配方为:诺威克隆红 FN—2BL 0.052% owf、诺威克隆黄 FN—2R 0.022% owf、诺威克隆蓝FN—R 0.068% owf ,元明粉30g/L,纯碱 10g/L,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为 :织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至40℃上染四道→40℃元明粉促染二道(第一道开始加2/3元明粉,第二道开始加1/3元明粉)→ 40℃纯碱固色二道(第一道开始加2/3纯碱,第二道开始加1/3纯碱)→ 70℃固色二道→冷水洗二道→ 80℃水洗二道→ 40℃水洗二道→加醋酸中和一道→冷水出缸。 车速为 90~100m/min。卷染生产过程中张力控制在6~8kg,确保不产生条花疵。
无甲醛防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
Arkofix NZF 70~90 g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 7~9g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH 至 5.5~6.0;
防缩整理时通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率65%~70%,120~130℃松式预烘,超喂3%~5%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一~二格温度155℃,第三~四格温度 165℃,第五~八格温度 170℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤 , 车速为 45~50m/min。
轧光时,压力7Mpa,温度50~60℃,车速40~50m/min,轧光后织物手感柔软。
产品的经、纬向水洗尺寸变化率分别为 -2.3.%、-2.5%,耐皂洗牢度4级,耐光牢度4级,断裂强力330N。
实施例2:
纯棉缎纹组织机织坯布门幅294.6cm,纱支数为4.86texX4.86tex,密度为984X984根/10cm,成品门幅275cm ,106g/m2。

Claims (5)
1.一种高支高密高品质纯棉宽幅染色机织物,其特征是:产品的经纬向水洗尺寸变化率在 -3.0%与+1.0%之间,耐皂洗牢度≧4级,耐光牢度≧4级,断裂强力≧300N,织物边部与中间颜色均匀一致。
2.一种高支高密高品质纯棉宽幅染色机织物的生产方法,其特征是:采用纯棉缎纹组织机织坯布,依次经:翻缝→二正二反烧毛→轧淀粉酶堆置退浆→卷染机练漂→直辊丝光机丝光→卷染机染色→拉幅柔软整理→无甲醛防缩整理→三辊轧光机轧光→机械预缩→检验包装;
卷染机练漂时,织物先用草酸10g/L、80℃洗2道→冷水洗2道后加练漂液;练漂液的组成为:精练剂DX-500 5% owf,100%双氧水3.5~4g/L,氧漂稳定剂TF-122B 2~2.5g/L,浴比2:1;煮漂工艺为:室温2道→95~98℃4道→95~98℃热水洗4道→70~80℃热水洗2道→冷流水洗2道;卷染生产过程中张力控制在8~10kg,确保织物不游缸;

4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的高支高密高品质纯棉宽幅染色机织物的生产方法,其特征是:直辊丝光机丝光时,24对直辊多浸多轧碱液,所述碱液为NaOH 180~200g/L,室温。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的高支高密高品质纯棉宽幅染色机织物的生产方法,其特征是:直辊丝光机丝光时,24对直辊淋洗去碱,淋洗液温度为50~70℃。
