本发明涉及染整技术领域,具体涉及一种高光汗色牢度的活性染料染色工艺。
背景技术
天然纤维的服装优点是穿着吸湿透气,亲肤柔软,缺点是易褪色。夏季穿着的衬衣、T 恤衫及休闲裤等产品因直接与人体出汗的皮肤接触并经太阳曝晒,非常容易发生局部位置褪色或变色现象,严重影响消费者穿着效果,这使我们注意到夏季产品中耐光汗复合色牢度是夏季重点关注的指标。从近几年光汗复合色牢度检测的数据来看,因光汗牢度引起褪色严重的面料或服装以棉、锦棉、涤棉、麻、再生纤维素纤维、桑蚕丝等原料为主。一般深颜色的耐光汗牢度比浅色的高,因为染料的光汗色牢度随着染料owf用量的不同有所差异,活性染料染色织物的耐光汗复合色牢度会随着染料owf用量的增大而提高,这是因为染料浓度的增加会使染料分子聚集度变大,同样的面积,染料分子聚集度越大,接触空气中光照、水分的面积越小,光汗色牢度越高。目前活性染料在染浅灰、中灰、浅灰绿等中浅敏感色时,耐光汗复合色牢度较差。活性染料的母体结构直接决定了耐光汗复合色牢度的性能,其次是活性染料的活性基,因此在染色工艺中对染料的选择和搭配是非常重要的。现有工艺中,对活性染料染纤维素纤维及再生纤维素纤维的耐光汗色牢度的研究较少,但该问题已经亟待解决。
发明内容
根据以上技术问题,本发明提供一种高光汗色牢度的活性染料染色工艺,针对天然纤维及其混纺交织纱、再生纤维素纤维及其混纺交织纱,如棉、锦棉、涤棉、麻、锦粘、粘胶、桑蚕丝等,所得敏感色面料的耐光汗色牢度二阶段曝晒可达到3-4级以上。
高光汗色牢度的活性染料染色工艺,采用的染料为诺威克隆EC-R兰、诺威克隆EC-2R黄以及红色染料;当染浴中红色染料用量≤0.5%owf时,采用AVTERA® Light Red SE红染料,而当AVTERA® Light Red SE红在染浴中的用量需>0.5%owf时,将其替换为AVTERA® Cardinal SE红染料。
针对于灰绿敏感色,染料配方优选为诺威克隆EC-R兰0.2%owf—0.3%owf,诺威克隆EC-2R黄0.15%owf—0.2%owf,AVTERA® Light Red SE红0.1%owf—0.2%owf。
针对于浅咖敏感色,染料配方优选为诺威克隆EC-R兰0.5%owf—0.6%owf,诺威克隆EC-2R黄0.3%owf—0.4%owf,AVTERA® Light Red SE为0.4%owf—0.5%owf。
针对于中灰敏感色,染料配方优选为诺威克隆EC-R兰0.5%owf—0.7%owf,诺威克隆EC-2R黄0.2%owf—0.3%owf,AVTERA® Cardinal SE红0.15%owf—0.2owf%。
高光汗色牢度活性染料染色工艺步骤包括:退浆→脱水→开幅→进缸前处理→复漂→染色→脱水→开幅→定型→成品。
所述染色步骤的流程为,以1:17—1:20的浴比,室温下加入染料、元明粉以及螯合分散剂,1℃—2℃/min升温至55℃—65℃保温40min—60min,先后分次加入纯碱,以1℃—2℃/min降温后清洗。
进一步地,所述清洗步骤包括:冷水洗→皂洗→热水洗→冷水洗,其中皂洗采用D-8600皂洗剂,70℃—90℃下皂洗20—30min。
所述退浆步骤的流程为,室温下水浴中加入包括纯碱、精炼剂、纤维素酶的助剂,1℃—2℃/min升温至70—80℃保温10—20min,以2℃/min速率降温至60℃,加入冰醋酸中和水洗。
所述复漂步骤的流程为,室温下加入包括纯碱、双氧水、氧漂稳定剂和渗透剂的助剂,2℃—3℃/min升温至90℃—100℃/min保温,1℃—2℃/min降温至60℃,中和水洗。
进一步地,染色步骤中,元明粉用量为18—25g/L,螯合分散剂用量为0.5—1g/L,纯碱用量为10—15g/L。
进一步地,退浆步骤中,纯碱用量为2—5g/L,精炼剂为0.5—1g/L,纤维度酶用量为0.5—1g/L,冰醋酸用量为1.0—1.5g/L。

根据以上技术方案,本发明的有益效果在于:
1. 提供了能够获得高光汗色牢度的染料组合,利用各染料性能差异,根据染色时染料用量,采用不同的染料组合,各染料组合不仅各项色牢度优异,且配伍性良好,上色率能够满足各种颜色的需求,颜色重现性好,不易沾色其它纤维,耐光汗色牢度在二阶段曝晒后可达3-4级以上,布面色光基本无变化。
2. 面料前处理完全,退浆和复漂结合,布面除杂完全、光洁、渗透性好,染料在织物上固着率高,固着力强,光汗下不易分解变色。染色后处理经过多道水洗固色,进一步提升了色牢度。

实施例1
高光汗色牢度的活性染料染棉浅咖色的染色工艺,染料采用诺威克隆EC-R兰、诺威克隆EC-2R黄、AVTERA® Light Red SE红组合,其中诺威克隆EC-R用量为0.577%owf,诺威克隆EC-2R黄用量为0.36%owf,AVTERA® Light Red SE红用量为0.44%owf。
高光汗色牢度活性染料染色工艺步骤包括:退浆→脱水→开幅→进缸前处理→复漂→染色→脱水→开幅→定型→成品。
所述染色步骤的流程为,以1:17—1:20的浴比,室温下加入染料、元明粉以及螯合分散剂,1℃—2℃/min升温至55℃—65℃保温40min—60min,先后分次加入纯碱,以1℃—2℃/min降温后清洗。元明粉用量为18—25g/L,螯合分散剂用量为0.5—1g/L,纯碱用量为10—15g/L。所述清洗步骤包括:冷水洗→皂洗→热水洗→冷水洗,其中皂洗采用D-8600皂洗剂,70℃—90℃下皂洗20—30min。

试验例1
对实施例1—3所得面料进行测试,采用GB/T 14576-2009以及我司企业标准QLLZG302-2018测试耐光汗复合色牢度,我司企业标准的测试方法在国标基础上,继续曝晒第二阶段,其测试严格性要强于国标。采用GB/T 8427-2008测试耐光色牢度,
根据以上测试结果可知,采用本申请所介绍的高耐光汗色牢度的活性染料染色工艺,所染得的产品,其耐光及耐光汗色牢度优异,能够满足国标及更严格的指标,完全避免了服装光照及光汗褪色变色的风险。

1.高光汗色牢度的活性染料染色工艺,其特征在于:所采用的染料为诺威克隆EC-R兰、诺威克隆EC-2R黄以及红色染料;
所述红色染料用量≤0.5%owf时,采用AVTERA® Light Red SE红;
当AVTERA® Light Red SE红用量需>0.5%owf时,将其替换为AVTERA® Cardinal SE红染料。

4.根据权利要求1所述的高光汗色牢度的活性染料染色工艺,其特征在于:染中灰色时,染料配方为诺威克隆EC-R兰0.5%owf—0.7%owf,诺威克隆EC-2R黄0.2%owf—0.3%owf,AVTERA® Cardinal SE红0.15%owf—0.2owf%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高光汗色牢度活性染料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色工艺包括步骤为退浆→脱水→开幅→进缸前处理→复漂→染色→脱水→开幅→定型→成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高光汗色牢度活性染料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色步骤的流程为,室温下加入染料以及包括元明粉以及螯合分散剂的助剂,1℃/min—2℃/min升温至55℃—65℃保温40min—60min,先后分次加入纯碱,以1℃/min—2℃/min降温后清洗。
7.根据权利要求6所述的所述高光汗色牢度活性染料染色工艺,所述清洗步骤包括冷水洗→皂洗→热水洗→冷水洗。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种高光汗色牢度活性染料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述退浆步骤的流程为,室温下水浴中加入包括纯碱、精炼剂、纤维素酶的助剂,1℃/min—2℃/min升温至70℃—80℃保温,以1℃/min—2℃/min速率降温后,加入冰醋酸中和水洗。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种高光汗色牢度活性染料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述复漂步骤的流程为,室温下加入包括纯碱、双氧水、氧漂稳定剂和渗透剂的助剂,2℃/min—3℃/min升温至90℃—100℃保温,1℃/min—2℃/min降温后,中和水洗。
