三七叶清酒及其生产配方
三七叶清酒,属营养保健酒。
三七,又名田七,是我国特有的传统名贵药材。现有的三七酒,皆是用三七的块根经白酒浸泡而成,致使酒带泥土味而味极苦,且块根价格高,因而三七酒的成本也偏高。
本发明利用原为废弃物的三七茎叶为原料,从而降低了成本,改善了酒的风味。
本发明以三七茎叶加糯米、玉米之一或二者为原料经公知的酿酒方法酿制而成,生产配方为:三七茎叶加糯米、玉米之一或二者。
由于把废弃物三七茎叶作为原料,从而充分利用了资源又降低了成本,且酒味芳香,口感微苦而回甜,不带泥土味,颜色为无色微泛绿。经卫生部门检测,酒符合国家标准,不含任何对人体有害物质。该酒还具有抗疲劳、增强机体免疫力、强身健体之功效。
下面详述三七叶清酒的生产过程:
将鲜或干三七茎叶冼净凉干水汽后切碎,按重量比三七茎叶20%,糯米20%。玉米60%的配比,加入酒曲后装入发酵箱按公知的酿酒方法酿制,最后出酒后按需要勾兑成不同酒度再过滤即成。

1、三七叶清酒,其特征在于它是将鲜三七叶或干三七叶洗净晾干水汽后切碎加玉米、糯米按公知酿酒方法酿制而成,三七茎叶、糯米、玉米重量比分别为20%、20%、60%。
2、按权利要求1所述的三七叶清酒的生产配方,其特征在于其配方为三七茎叶加糯米、玉米,其重量比为20%、20%、60%。
