莲藕含有碳水化合物、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、鞣质等物质。藕粉是从莲藕中提取的淀粉,既保持了莲藕所特有的风味,又含有氨基酸、植物蛋白、微量元素等多种活性营养成分,是一种食用方便、易于消化、营养丰富的理想滋补食品,适宜产妇、儿童及老人食用。
专利申请号为201510547471.9公开了一种养颜藕粉,由重量份的红枣10-15份、桂圆10-15份、生姜3-5份、枸杞8-15份、党参3-6份、人参2-8份、藕300-400份。专利申请号为201510132998.5公开了一种藕粉,该藕粉由人参、西洋参、阿胶、山药、枸杞子、龙眼、百合和藕粉制备而成。专利申请号201510546969.3公开了一种高营养的藕粉,由重量份的党参3-5份、黄芪6-8份、山楂1-1.5份、人参5-8份、枸杞3-8份、大豆50-1000份,藕粉180-200份。现有的营养类藕粉主要以藕粉为主要原料,辅加以各种中药类药材,达到补充营养的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种富锌补血藕粉,通过营养的同时补充锌元素,达到补血的功效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种富锌补血藕粉,包括以下重量份原料:藕粉200-300份、牡蛎粉1-3份、杏仁粉2-5份、百合粉2-6份、莲子粉5-10份。
优选的,所述富锌补血藕粉,包括以下重量份原料:藕粉220-300份、牡蛎粉1-2.5份、杏仁粉2-4份、百合粉2-6份、莲子粉5-9份。
更优选的,所述富锌补血藕粉,包括以下重量份原料:藕粉260份、牡蛎粉2份、杏仁粉3份、百合粉5份、莲子粉7份。
优选的,所述藕粉重量份为230-280。
优选的,所述牡蛎粉重量份为1.5-2.5。
优选的,所述杏仁粉、百合粉和莲子粉的重量份比为:2.5-4:3-5:6-9。
一种富锌补血藕粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将干净牡蛎肉绞碎,得到牡蛎肉浆,用酸性蛋白酶酶解后,冷冻干燥得牡蛎粉;
(2)将干燥百合和莲子、杏仁磨粉,得到粉末备用;
(3)将藕、牡蛎粉和步骤(2)中的粉末混匀即可。
牡蛎含18种氨基酸、肝糖原、B族维生素、牛磺酸和钙、铁、锌等营养成分。它具有调节血脂、抑制血小板聚集、改善高血糖症状、提高人体免疫力、促进新陈代谢等功能。
杏仁为蔷薇科植物山杏、西伯利亚杏以及东北杏的干燥成熟种子,其含有丰富的蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素、矿物质等。杏仁含有多种微量元素,特别钾、钙、锌、磷含量较高,每100g杏仁中锌含量为3.64mg。
百合含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、矿质元素。有研究将百合归为富钾、富磷、富锌型蔬菜,百合鳞茎的Zn可高达160.17mg.kg-1。
莲子含有丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素和钙、铁、锌等微量元素,每100g莲子中含有Zn16.47mg。此外,它含有水溶性多糖、黄酮类物质、生物碱和超氧化物歧化酶等功效成分。
与现有技术相比,本发明的富锌补血藕粉锌含量高,其锌元素来源于牡蛎、百合、杏仁、莲子,安全、易吸收;此外,本发明的藕粉能够在补充营养的同时补锌,能够起到补血作用。

实施例1
一种富锌补血藕粉,包括以下重量份原料:藕粉200份、牡蛎粉1份、杏仁粉4份、百合粉4份、莲子粉10份。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将干净牡蛎肉绞碎,得到牡蛎肉浆,用酸性蛋白酶酶解后,冷冻干燥得牡蛎粉;
(2)将干燥百合和莲子、杏仁磨粉,得到粉末备用;
(3)将藕、牡蛎粉和步骤(2)中的粉末混匀即可。
实施例2

功效验证
将本发明实施例1-4制备的藕粉进行锌含量检测,以市售藕粉为对照组,检测结果如表1所示。

从表1可看出,市售的藕粉粉中锌含量仅为1.09mg.g-1,而本发明制备的富锌补血藕粉中锌含量为17.92-21.08mg.g-1,明显高于市售的藕粉,说明本发明的富锌补血藕粉锌含量较高。
选取血红蛋白(Hb)<120g/L的女性100人,随机分为两组,即实验组和对照组。实验组服用本发明实施例4的藕粉,对照组服用市售藕粉,每天1次,每次取20克用250-300mL冲调,连续服用45天,服用期间受试对象的生活和饮食不改变,但不服用含铁制剂。
实验前后,经臂静脉采血6mL(3mL不抗凝,3mL抗凝),分别进行血指标检测,主要指标包括血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)和血清铁蛋白(SF),结果见表2。
改善贫血功能判断标准:(1)显著效果:临床症状、体征消失或明显好转,血红蛋白值上升10g/L以上,其余所观察的指标有改善;(2)有效:临床症状、体征有改善,血红蛋白升高5g/L-10g/L,其它所观察指标无不良改变;(3)无效:其余无效。

试验前,对照组和实验组包括血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)和血清铁蛋白(SF)无显著性差异。试验后,实验组实验组血红蛋白(Hb)与对照组比较,实验组的Hb含量显著高于对照组;实验组FEP与对照组比较,实验组FEP显著低于对照组;实验组SF与对照组比较,实验组EP显著高于对照组。实验组试验前后相比,试验后的Hb显著高于试验前;试验后的FEP显著低于试验前;试验后SF显著高于试验前。
从Hb、FEP和SF上比较说明,本发明实施例4的富锌补血藕粉具有改善贫血功效。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种富锌补血藕粉,其特征在于,所述富锌补血藕粉,包括以下重量份原料:藕粉260份、牡蛎粉2份、杏仁粉3份、百合粉5份、莲子粉7份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种富锌补血藕粉,其特征在于,所述藕粉重量份为230-280。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种富锌补血藕粉,其特征在于,所述牡蛎粉重量份为1.5-2.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种富锌补血藕粉,其特征在于,所述杏仁粉、百合粉和莲子粉的重量份比为:2.5-4:3-5:6-9。
7.制备如权利要求1、4、5、6任一项所述的一种富锌补血藕粉的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将干净牡蛎肉绞碎,得到牡蛎肉浆,用酸性蛋白酶酶解后,冷冻干燥得牡蛎粉;
(2)将干燥百合和莲子、杏仁磨粉,得到粉末备用;
(3)将藕、牡蛎粉和步骤(2)中的粉末混匀即可。
