本发明涉及保健食品领域,具体涉及一种抗疲劳的藕粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
莲藕是睡莲科植物莲(Nelumbo nucifera Gaerth.)的肥大根茎。生藕性寒味甘,有消瘀清热、解渴醒酒、止血健胃功效;熟藕性温味甘,能健脾开胃、养血生肌,并能止泻,治久咳、久痢及疮溃不收症。莲藕中碳水化合物和膳食纤维含量较高,蛋白质、脂肪含量较少,作为传统食品因有一定的药用价值以及低脂肪、高纤维的特点,迎合了健康食品的要求,因而备受国内外消费者青睐。
百合有清热、宁心、安神的作用,降火气,驱阴毒,润肺止咳,是夏天不可多得的调养佳品。特别针对长期在太阳底下工作,以及更年期容易烦躁的人群,健康者不定期食用,还可起到调理肠胃,美容养颜的功效。
红豆蛋白质中赖氨酸含量较高,气味甘、酸、平、无毒,具有化湿补脾、疏风清热,燥湿止痒,润肤养颜之功效,对脾胃虚弱的人比较适合。
薏米可以活血养颜,富含膳食纤维的薏米还有预防高血脂、高血压、中风及心血管疾病的功效等等。
山楂能防治心血管疾病,具有扩张血管、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、兴奋中枢神经系统、降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;山楂所含的黄酮类和维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能阻断并减少自由基的生成,能增强机体的免疫力,有防衰老、抗癌的作用。
刺五加根的提取物和甙类均有抗疲劳作用。甙的作用较相提取物为强,较人参提取物及人参甙为强。腹腔注射刺五加醇浸膏水溶液20g/kg,平均延长小鼠游泳时间1/4。刺五加茎皮水提物500mg/kg及其丁香树脂酚-二-o-B-D-葡萄糖甙50mg/kg均能显著延长大鼠负荷游泳时间。以小鼠爬绳试验测定刺五加根在不同生长时期的生理活性,显示刺五加根和叶的提取物分别可提高大鼠活动能量25%和70%。

A 取藕粉40~60份、百合粉20~30份、红豆5~8份、薏米2~5份、杏仁8~10份、山楂2~5份、菊花5~8份、黑枣5~8份、刺五加2~5份,打成粉;
B 向制得的粉末中加入麦芽糊精0.1~1份、蜂王浆1~2份,置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
C 置入干燥箱中50~55℃下进行干燥处理,再经100~200目网筛筛分,取筛下物按规格进行包装,得成品。
所述的C步骤,干燥处理后物料水分含量为5%以下。
