本发明所述的藕粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
A 取藕粉40~60份、百合粉20~30份、红豆5~8份、薏米2~5份、苦荞麦5~8份、青稞5~8份、菊花2~5份、荷叶2~5份、栀子1~2份,打成粉;
B 向制得的粉末中加入麦芽糊精0.1~1份、蜂蜜1~2份,置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
C 置入干燥箱中50~55℃下进行干燥处理,再经100~200目网筛筛分,取筛下物按规格进行包装,得成品。
所述的C步骤,干燥处理后物料水分含量为5%以下。

A 取藕粉50份、百合粉22份、红豆6份、薏米3份、苦荞麦6份、青稞6份、菊花3份、荷叶3份、栀子1.5份,打成粉;
B 向制得的粉末中加入麦芽糊精0.5份、蜂蜜1.4份,置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
C 置入干燥箱中52℃下进行干燥处理,再经150目网筛筛分,取筛下物按规格进行包装,得成品。
所述的C步骤,干燥处理后物料水分含量为2%。
实施例10
本发明所述减肥降脂的藕粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
A 取藕粉45份、百合粉21份、红豆7份、薏米4份、苦荞麦7份、青稞7份、菊花4份、荷叶4份、栀子1.8份,打成粉;
B 向制得的粉末中加入麦芽糊精0.9份、蜂蜜1.4份,置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
C 置入干燥箱中53℃下进行干燥处理,再经120目网筛筛分,取筛下物按规格进行包装,得成品。
所述的C步骤,干燥处理后物料水分含量为5%。
Claims (4)
1.一种减肥降脂的藕粉,其特征在于:按重量计,原料组成包括:藕粉40~60份、百合粉20~30份、红豆5~8份、薏米2~5份、苦荞麦5~8份、青稞5~8份、菊花2~5份、荷叶2~5份、麦芽糊精0.1~1份、栀子1~2份、蜂蜜1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥降脂的藕粉,其特征在于:原料组成为藕粉45份、百合粉22份、红豆6份、薏米3份、苦荞麦5份、青稞5份、菊花4份、荷叶4份、麦芽糊精0.5份、栀子1.5份、蜂蜜1.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥降脂的藕粉的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
A 取藕粉40~60份、百合粉20~30份、红豆5~8份、薏米2~5份、苦荞麦5~8份、青稞5~8份、菊花2~5份、荷叶2~5份、栀子1~2份,打成粉;
B 向制得的粉末中加入麦芽糊精0.1~1份、蜂蜜1~2份,置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
C 置入干燥箱中50~55℃下进行干燥处理,再经100~200目网筛筛分,取筛下物按规格进行包装,得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种减肥降脂的藕粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的C步骤,干燥处理后物料水分含量为5%以下。
