【背景技术】
随着社会生活节奏的加快及生活压力的增大,速食品应运而生,现有速食品品种繁多,如玉米糊、八宝粥、早餐饼等,然而这些食品的营养成分比较单一,不能满足人体均衡营养的需求,上述食品在加工过程中还加入了各种添加剂、长期食用这些食品对人体会产生不利的健康。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种燕麦冲剂及制备方法,本发明燕麦冲剂营养丰富能够改善人体消化功能、促进肠胃蠕动、调节血糖、提高机体免疫力,养颜美容,保护胃粘膜,能降糖糖尿病人。
本发明的采用如下技术方案:
一种燕麦冲剂,所述燕麦冲剂主要由以下原料制成:铁皮石斛粉、燕麦片、奶粉、核桃仁、芝麻、莲子、荞麦粉、山药、芡实、薏仁、小麦胚芽粉、枸杞、桑葚。
优选地,所述燕麦冲剂主要由以下重量比的原料制成:铁皮石斛粉10~19%、燕麦片20~28%、奶粉3~8%、核桃仁2~5%、芝麻5~10%、莲子2~5%、荞麦粉4~10%、山药3~7%、芡实3~7%、薏仁3~7%、小麦胚芽粉5~7%、枸杞5~10%、桑葚5~8%。
优选地,所述燕麦冲剂主要由以下重量比的原料制成:铁皮石斛粉15%、燕麦片24%、奶粉5%、核桃仁3%、芝麻10%、莲子3%、荞麦粉8%、山药5%、芡实5%、薏仁5%、小麦胚芽粉5%、枸杞5%、桑葚7%。
上述燕麦冲剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛去除杂质,清洗干净后均匀摊开在托盘上,将托盘摆放在通风处10~15分钟以晾干铁皮石斛表面的水分,将铁皮石斛置于冷冻干燥设备中,在-20℃~-15℃预冻1~2h,再将温度下降至-30℃时,恒温1~2h;而后取出干燥过的铁皮石斛用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎成细末,过400-600目的筛子得铁皮石斛粉;
(2)将芝麻低温烘熟备用;
(3)将核桃仁低温烘熟粉碎至100目;
(4)将莲子放在一容器中,将容器放入温度为10-30℃的蒸汽中蒸1-2h,而后从所述容器中取出莲子放置在温度为30℃的烘干炉中恒温烘干1h后取出备用;
(5)将山药洗净切成厚度为2~3cm的小片,而后将切好的山药片放置在阳光下晒干,将晒干后的山药片低温烘熟放入粉碎机中粉碎至70目;
(6)将芡实洗净后晾干,低温烘熟盛出备用;
(7)取薏仁洗净晒干后,低温烘熟盛出备用;
(8)将小麦胚芽放入锅中低温烘烤至表皮金黄色,放凉、粉碎至300-500目,备用;
(9)将枸杞洗净放入不锈钢锅内,在10℃的温度下恒温杀菌30分钟,然后停止加热,静置40min,冷却,备用;
(10)将桑葚放置于冷冻箱中,在-10℃预冻1h,再将温度升高至0℃时,恒温1~1.5h,而后取出桑葚放入粉碎机中,粉碎成细末,过200-300目的筛子得桑葚粉;
(11)取步骤(1)~(10)中的铁皮石斛粉、核桃仁、芝麻、莲子、山药、芡实、薏仁、小麦胚芽粉、枸杞、桑葚粉及奶粉、荞麦粉混合均匀,于-30℃条件下冷风干燥至含水量≤5%,粉碎至80目,分装成35-80g/小袋,即得。

铁皮石斛,性味功效:味甘,性微寒;生津养胃;滋阴清热;润肺益肾;明目强腰。
燕麦片属低热食品,食后易引起饱感,长期食用具有减肥功效。此外,燕麦中含有丰富的维生素B1、B2、E、叶酸等,可以改善血液循环、缓解生活工作带来的压力;含有的钙、磷、铁、锌、锰等矿物质也有预防骨质疏松、促进伤口愈合、防止贫血的功效。
核桃仁含有丰富的营养素,每百克含蛋白质15~20克,脂肪较多,碳水化合物10克;并含有人体必需的钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素和矿物质,以及胡萝卜素、核黄素等多种维生素。对人体有益,可强健大脑。是深受老百姓喜爱的坚果类食品之一。被誉为“万岁子”、“长寿果”。

芡实,性味,味甘、涩,性平;归经,归脾、肾经;功效,益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带;主治,用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。
薏仁,性味,味甘、淡,性微寒;归经,脾;肺;肾经;功能主治,薏苡仁:利湿健脾;舒筋除痹;清热排脓。主水肿;脚气;小便淋沥;湿温病;泄泻带下;风湿痹痛;筋脉拘挛;肺痈;肠痈;扁平疣。
小麦胚芽中亚油酸的含量占60%,其中80%是多不饱和脂肪酸,而亚油酸正是人体三种必需脂肪酸中最重要的一种,具有降低血脂,防止动脉粥样硬化的作用。小麦胚芽含有丰富的多种维生素,维生素B1的含量分别是面粉的15倍,大米的12倍、黄豆的28倍、牛肉的33倍、鸡蛋的57倍;维生素B2的含量分别是面粉的10倍、大米的8倍、黄豆的1.7倍、牛肉的3倍、鸡蛋的2倍。特别是维生素E的含量,高达34.9mg/100g.,营养学家称它是天然维生素E的仓库,增强脑细胞活力、延缓衰老的功能。小麦胚芽还含有钙、钾、镁、铁、锌、铬、硒、磷、锰、铜等多种矿物质和微量元素。小麦胚芽中色素的成分是小麦黄酮,它是一种水溶性色素,对心血管疾病具有很好的治疗功能。小麦胚芽中的谷胱甘肽,有人称它为抗癌因子,它对抑制癌症有显著的效果。小麦胚芽含有大量的膳食纤维,具有解除便秘、降低血脂、降低餐后血糖等功效,以及减肥、排毒之功能。
枸杞,性味,甘,平。枸杞叶:苦、甘;性凉;功能,养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞叶:补虚益精,清热明目。
桑葚,又名桑椹子、桑蔗、桑枣、桑果、乌椹等,为桑科植物桑的果穗。桑椹嫩时色青,味酸,老熟时色紫黑,多汁,味甜。成熟的桑椹果营养丰富,每100克桑椹含水分81.8克,蛋白质1.8克,脂肪0.3克。纤维素4.9克,碳水化合物10克,灰分1.2克,胡萝卜素30微克,硫胺素0.02毫克、核黄素0.06毫克,维生素E6.95毫克,钾33毫克,锌0.27毫克,铜0.08毫克,硒4.8微克。此外,还含有鞣酸,苹果酸,维生素C和脂肪酸等。其脂肪主要为亚油酸、油酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸和少量辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚麻酸等。中医学认为桑椹补益肝肾,滋阴养血,息风,具有主治心悸失眠、头晕目眩、耳鸣、便秘盗汗、瘰疬、关节不利等病症。桑葚有改善皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,并能延缓衰老。桑葚是中老年人健体美颜、抗衰老的佳果与良药。常食桑椹可以明目,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩的症状。桑葚具有免疫促进作用。桑葚对脾脏有增重作用,对溶血性反应有增强作用,可防止人体动脉硬化、骨骼关节硬化,促进新陈代谢。它可以促进血红细胞的生长,防止白细胞减少,并对治疗糖尿病、贫血、高血压、高血脂、冠心病、神经衰弱等病症具有辅助功效。桑椹具有生津止渴、促进消化、帮助排便等作用,适量食用能促进胃液分泌,刺激肠蠕动及解除燥热。

下面的实施例可以帮助本领域的技术人员更全面的理解本发明,但不可以以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
一种燕麦冲剂,所述燕麦冲剂主要由如下重量比的原料制成:铁皮石斛粉10%、燕麦片20%、奶粉8%、核桃仁5%、芝麻6%、莲子5%、荞麦粉10%、山药5%、芡实5%、薏仁5%、小麦胚芽粉5%、枸杞10%、桑葚6%。上述燕麦冲剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛去除杂质,清洗干净后均匀摊开在托盘上,将托盘摆放在通风处10~15分钟以晾干铁皮石斛表面的水分,将铁皮石斛置于冷冻干燥设备中,在-20℃~-15℃预冻1~2h,再将温度下降至-30℃时,恒温1~2h;而后取出干燥过的铁皮石斛用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎成细末,过400-600目的筛子得铁皮石斛粉;
(2)将芝麻低温烘熟备用;
(3)将核桃仁低温烘熟粉碎至100目;
(4)将莲子放在一容器中,将容器放入温度为10-30℃的蒸汽中蒸1-2h,而后从所述容器中取出莲子放置在温度为30℃的烘干炉中恒温烘干1h后取出备用;
(5)将山药洗净切成厚度为2~3cm的小片,而后将切好的山药片放置在阳光下晒干,将晒干后的山药片低温烘熟放入粉碎机中粉碎至70目;
(6)将芡实洗净后晾干,低温烘熟盛出备用;
(7)取薏仁洗净晒干后,低温烘熟盛出备用;
(8)将小麦胚芽放入锅中低温烘烤至表皮金黄色,放凉、粉碎至300-500目,备用;
(9)将枸杞洗净放入不锈钢锅内,在10℃的温度下恒温杀菌30分钟,然后停止加热,静置40min,冷却,备用;
(10)将桑葚放置于冷冻箱中,在-10℃预冻1h,再将温度升高至0℃时,恒温1~1.5h,而后取出桑葚放入粉碎机中,粉碎成细末,过200-300目的筛子得桑葚粉;
(11)取步骤(1)~(10)中的铁皮石斛粉、核桃仁、芝麻、莲子、山药、芡实、薏仁、小麦胚芽粉、枸杞、桑葚粉及奶粉、荞麦粉混合均匀,于-30℃条件下冷风干燥至含水量≤5%,粉碎至80目,分装成35g/小袋,即得。
实施例2
一种燕麦冲剂,所述燕麦冲剂主要由如下重量比的原料制成:铁皮石斛粉15%、燕麦片24%、奶粉5%、核桃仁3%、芝麻10%、莲子3%、荞麦粉8%、山药5%、芡实5%、薏仁5%、小麦胚芽粉5%、枸杞5%、桑葚7%。上述燕麦冲剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛去除杂质,清洗干净后均匀摊开在托盘上,将托盘摆放在通风处10~15分钟以晾干铁皮石斛表面的水分,将铁皮石斛置于冷冻干燥设备中,在-20℃~-15℃预冻1~2h,再将温度下降至-30℃时,恒温1~2h;而后取出干燥过的铁皮石斛用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎成细末,过400-600目的筛子得铁皮石斛粉;

(10)将桑葚放置于冷冻箱中,在-10℃预冻1h,再将温度升高至0℃时,恒温1~1.5h,而后取出桑葚放入粉碎机中,粉碎成细末,过200-300目的筛子得桑葚粉;
(11)取步骤(1)~(10)中的铁皮石斛粉、核桃仁、芝麻、莲子、山药、芡实、薏仁、小麦胚芽粉、枸杞、桑葚粉及奶粉、荞麦粉混合均匀,于-30℃条件下冷风干燥至含水量≤5%,粉碎至80目,分装成45g/小袋,即得。
实施例3
一种燕麦冲剂,所述燕麦冲剂主要由如下重量比的原料制成:铁皮石斛粉17%、燕麦片26%、奶粉5%、核桃仁5%、芝麻5%、莲子5%、荞麦粉8%、山药3%、芡实3%、薏仁3%、小麦胚芽粉7%、枸杞5%、桑葚8%。上述燕麦冲剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛去除杂质,清洗干净后均匀摊开在托盘上,将托盘摆放在通风处10~15分钟以晾干铁皮石斛表面的水分,将铁皮石斛置于冷冻干燥设备中,在-20℃~-15℃预冻1~2h,再将温度下降至-30℃时,恒温1~2h;而后取出干燥过的铁皮石斛用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎成细末,过400-600目的筛子得铁皮石斛粉;

(11)取步骤(1)~(10)中的铁皮石斛粉、核桃仁、芝麻、莲子、山药、芡实、薏仁、小麦胚芽粉、枸杞、桑葚粉及奶粉、荞麦粉混合均匀,于-30℃条件下冷风干燥至含水量≤5%,粉碎至80目,分装成55g/小袋,即得。
实施例4
一种燕麦冲剂,所述燕麦冲剂主要由如下重量比的原料制成:铁皮石斛粉19%、燕麦片28%、奶粉3%、核桃仁2%、芝麻5%、莲子2%、荞麦粉4%、山药7%、芡实7%、薏仁7%、小麦胚芽粉6%、枸杞5%、桑葚5%。上述燕麦冲剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛去除杂质,清洗干净后均匀摊开在托盘上,将托盘摆放在通风处10~15分钟以晾干铁皮石斛表面的水分,将铁皮石斛置于冷冻干燥设备中,在-20℃~-15℃预冻1~2h,再将温度下降至-30℃时,恒温1~2h;而后取出干燥过的铁皮石斛用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎成细末,过400-600目的筛子得铁皮石斛粉;
(2)将芝麻低温烘熟备用;
(3)将核桃仁低温烘熟粉碎至100目;
(4)将莲子放在一容器中,将容器放入温度为10-30℃的蒸汽中蒸1-2h,而后从所述容器中取出莲子放置在温度为30℃的烘干炉中恒温烘干1h后取出备用;

(10)将桑葚放置于冷冻箱中,在-10℃预冻1h,再将温度升高至0℃时,恒温1~1.5h,而后取出桑葚放入粉碎机中,粉碎成细末,过200-300目的筛子得桑葚粉;
(11)取步骤(1)~(10)中的铁皮石斛粉、核桃仁、芝麻、莲子、山药、芡实、薏仁、小麦胚芽粉、枸杞、桑葚粉及奶粉、荞麦粉混合均匀,于-30℃条件下冷风干燥至含水量≤5%,粉碎至80目,分装成80g/小袋,即得。
食用上述燕麦冲剂时,首先用杯子盛装一杯热水,再将燕麦冲剂冲入热水中,待杯中温度适合时便可饮用,非常方便。优选地,热水温度可以是80~100℃。
上述燕麦冲剂方便食用又营养,长期食用含有铁皮石斛粉及核桃仁、芝麻、莲子、荞麦粉、山药、芡实、薏仁、小麦胚芽粉、枸杞、桑葚的燕麦冲剂可以改善人体消化功能,促进肠胃蠕动,调节血糖,提高机体免疫力,养颜美容,保护胃粘膜,特别适于糖尿病人食用的降糖营养餐。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种燕麦冲剂,其特征在于:所述燕麦冲剂主要由以下原料制成:铁皮石斛粉、燕麦片、奶粉、核桃仁、芝麻、莲子、荞麦粉、山药、芡实、薏仁、小麦胚芽粉、枸杞、桑葚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燕麦冲剂,其特征在于:所述燕麦冲剂主要由以下重量比的原料制成:铁皮石斛粉10~19%、燕麦片20~28%、奶粉3~8%、核桃仁2~5%、芝麻5~10%、莲子2~5%、荞麦粉4~10%、山药3~7%、芡实3~7%、薏仁3~7%、小麦胚芽粉5~7%、枸杞5~10%、桑葚5~8%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燕麦冲剂,其特征在于:所述燕麦冲剂主要由以下重量比的原料制成:铁皮石斛粉15%、燕麦片24%、奶粉5%、核桃仁3%、芝麻10%、莲子3%、荞麦粉8%、山药5%、芡实5%、薏仁5%、小麦胚芽粉5%、枸杞5%、桑葚7%。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的燕麦冲剂,其特征在于:所述燕麦冲剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛去除杂质,清洗干净后均匀摊开在托盘上,将托盘摆放在通风处10~15分钟以晾干铁皮石斛表面的水分,将铁皮石斛置于冷冻干燥设备中,在-20℃~-15℃预冻1~2h,再将温度下降至-30℃时,恒温1~2h;而后取出干燥过的铁皮石斛用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎成细末,过400-600目的筛子得铁皮石斛粉;
(2)将芝麻低温烘熟备用;
