Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种营养保健药膳粉,包括药材和食材,其中药材包括人参、远志、茯神、菖蒲、黄芪、灵芝、当归、龙骨、牡蛎;食材包括小米、核桃仁、大枣、红糖;该配方是经过大量实验,筛选出的能够补充脑部营养的绿色无任何添加剂的组合,含有健脑所需的多种有益成分,例如蛋白质、脂类(主要是卵磷脂)及维生素B1、尼克酸、不饱和脂肪酸、抗氧化剂等,长期食用能为大脑提供足够的营养,对脑神经、细胞、髓鞘的生长、大脑神经的修复均有促进作用,促进大脑的全面发育,起到补脑益智的作用,增强记忆力并延缓脑细胞的衰老,可缓解多种脑细胞生长缓慢或衰老引起的疾病;且适用于孕妇群体。

本发明涉及营养保健技术领域,具体涉及一种营养保健药膳粉。
背景技术
大脑是人体进行思维活动最精密的器官。养生首先要健脑,一般来说,大脑的重量只占人体重量的1/40~1/50,但它每天消耗的能量,却占全身消耗能量的1/5。因此,凡记忆力差、观察力减退的人,与儿童期或青少年时期长期营养不良有直接的关系。
营养不良会影响脑组织结构的改变,这一现象不仅表现在儿童身上,成年人和老年人也如此。研究表明,儿童多动症、自闭症、恐惧症很大原因是由严重偏食造成脑部营养不良造成的。另外,随着年龄的增长,脑神经、脑细胞开始衰老、病变,记忆力、智力有所下降,严重者还会出现老年痴呆症,脑部营养的充足供应可以减缓细胞的衰老,健脑益智,避免疾病的产生。目前,有很多补脑类的保健品在市场上销售,这些保健品的工艺配方均较为复杂,且添加多种添加剂,对大脑正在发育的青少年的健康有不良影响。

本发明的目的在于提供一种营养保健药膳粉,以解决上述技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的技术方案是,一种营养保健药膳粉,包括药材和食材,所述药材和食材的比例为1:3;所述药材包括重量份数:人参20~30、远志20~40、茯神80~120、菖蒲40~60、黄芪40~60、灵芝20~30、当归20~40、龙骨40~60、牡蛎40~60;所述食材包括重量份数:小米500~800、核桃仁100~130、大枣160~200、红糖160~200。
作为优选,所述药材包括重量份数:人参25、远志25、茯神100、菖蒲50、黄芪50、灵芝25、当归25、龙骨50、牡蛎50;所述食材包括重量份数:小米600、核桃仁120、大枣180、红糖180。
作为优选,所述食材还包括蔬菜粉,所述蔬菜粉的重量份数为200~320;所述蔬菜粉包括重量份数:秋葵60~150、胡萝卜60~180、菠菜40~80、海带40~60。
作为优选,所述蔬菜粉包括重量份数:秋葵120、胡萝卜80、菠菜60、海带50。
制备上述药膳粉的方法是:
将所述药材、小米、核桃仁、大枣分别按重量份数称取,加入适量的水浸泡0.5h~2h,文火加热烘干后研磨成粉;
将所述红糖按重量份数称取研磨成粉;
将上述分别研磨成粉的药材和食材按1:3的比例搅拌混合均匀,炒制透熟。
作为优选,利用上述配方及制备方法制备的营养保健药膳粉,可供添加在日常食用的面粉糕点、即食面、挂面、米粉、营养餐粉或粉丝中。

大脑是人体进行思维活动最精密的器官。养生首先要健脑,要防止脑功能衰退,最好的办法是勤于用脑,而懒于用脑者,久而久之就会出现脑功能的衰退。人的大脑只有1400克左右,儿童的大脑更轻,一般来说,大脑的重量只占人体重量的1/40~1/50,但它每天消耗的能量,却占全身消耗能量的1/5。因此,凡记忆力差、观察力减退的人,与儿童期或青少年时期长期营养不良有直接的关系。

一种营养保健药膳粉,包括药材和食材,所述药材和食材的比例为1:3;所述药材包括重量份数:人参20~30、远志20~40、茯神80~120、菖蒲40~60、黄芪40~60、灵芝20~30、当归20~40、龙骨40~60、牡蛎40~60;所述食材包括重量份数:小米500~800、核桃仁100~130、大枣160~200、红糖160~200。
本发明实施例的配方是经过大量实验,筛选出能够补充脑部营养的绿色无添加剂的组合。配方中含有健脑所需的多种有益成分,例如蛋白质、脂类(主要是卵磷脂)及维生素B1、尼克酸、不饱和脂肪酸、抗氧化剂等,对脑部健康非常重要,长期食用能为大脑提供足够的营养,对脑神经、细胞、髓鞘,修复大脑神经和细胞生长均有促进作用,促进青少年大脑的全面发育,起到补脑益智的作用,增强记忆力;并延缓脑细胞的衰老,保持良好记忆力,可缓解精神病、抑郁症、多动症、恐惧症、自闭症、老年痴呆等因脑部发育、脑细胞生长引起的精神障碍和老年病等,还具有健脾补血、养神益气的功效;且适用于孕妇群体。
进一步地,所述食材还包括蔬菜粉,所述蔬菜粉的重量份数为200~320;所述蔬菜粉包括重量份数:秋葵60~150、胡萝卜60~180、菠菜40~80、海带40~60。
所述秋葵的含钙量与鲜奶相当,是低能量的食物,多吃不易长胖,可为人体补充钙,且能消除疲劳、迅速恢复体力;胡萝卜中富含胡萝卜素,胡萝卜素进入人体后,能在一系列酶的作用下,转化为丰富的维生素A,然后被身体吸收利用,弥补了人体维生素A的不足;维生素A具有促进机体正常生长与繁殖、维持上皮组织、防止呼吸道感染与保持视力正常,治疗夜盲症和眼干燥症等功能,且胡萝卜素可清除致人衰老的自由基,延缓人体的衰老;菠菜富含类胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素K、矿物质(钙质、铁质等)、辅酶Q10等多种营养素,对人体健康有益;海带富含钙碘元素、牛磺酸,有助于甲状腺素合成,钙碘元素搭配,不仅能美容,还有延缓衰老的作用;牛磺酸对儿童大脑发育和成长起到十分重要的作用;海带表面褐色表层里还含有一种促进儿童发育的谷氨酸,其含量高出肝油30倍,可健脑补脑,尤其对儿童健康发育成长有着重要作用。在本发明实施例的食材中还加入蔬菜粉,可进一步调节营养成分,更好地全面补充营养,扩大使用人群。
制备上述药膳粉的方法是:
将所述药材、小米、核桃仁、大枣分别按重量份数称取,加入适量的水浸泡0.5h~2h,文火加热烘干后研磨成粉;
将所述红糖按重量份数称取研磨成粉;
将上述分别研磨成粉的药材和食材按1:3的比例搅拌混合均匀,炒制透熟。
制备方法简单,既可通过大规模工业化生产实现产品商品化,满足社会需求,又可在家庭中自行调配装袋密封随时服用,可当作营养餐冲水服用或直接食用,极为方便。
进一步地,利用上述配方及制备方法制备的营养保健药膳粉,可供添加在日常食用的面粉糕点、即食面、挂面、米粉、营养餐粉或粉丝中。增大食用方式,扩大食用群体,提高各年龄阶段的人体免疫机能。

疗效实例1
对本发明实施例中的药膳粉改善青少年睡眠、提高精力和记忆力、健脑益智的研究如下:
1、研究对象:选取100名初三、高二和高三学生,其中初三学生20名、高二学生20名、高三学生60名,其中成绩上游者、成绩下游者、成绩中游者的比例分别1:2:1,男女生人数均匀。入选标准:具有“用脑过度、脑疲劳、睡眠不足、失眠多梦、白天头脑昏沉、注意力无法集中”中的至少一种情况的学生入选。
2、方法:按照性别、学习状况、身体状况等将学生平均分为5组,前4组在正常饮食的同时分别使用本发明实施例的产品,每天早中晚同一时间分别冲调一杯,每次药膳粉的净含量为16g,第五组为对照组,
3、结果:
连续使用一学期后,食用本发明实施例药膳粉的所有学生成绩都得到了很好的提高,成绩落后严重者成绩与自身以前相比可提高达20%,并且所有学生都反应吃了本发明产品后精力比以前明显旺盛,晚上睡眠好、睡眠质量高,白天精力充沛,注意力集中,学习效率提高。

Claims (6)
1.一种营养保健药膳粉,其特征是:
包括药材和食材,所述药材和食材的比例为1:3;
所述药材包括重量份数:人参20~30、远志20~40、茯神80~120、菖蒲40~60、黄芪40~60、灵芝20~30、当归20~40、龙骨40~60、牡蛎40~60;
所述食材包括重量份数:小米500~800、核桃仁100~130、大枣160~200、红糖160~200。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养保健药膳粉,其特征是:
所述药材包括重量份数:人参25、远志25、茯神100、菖蒲50、黄芪50、灵芝25、当归25、龙骨50、牡蛎50;
所述食材包括重量份数:小米600、核桃仁120、大枣180、红糖180。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养保健药膳粉,其特征是:
所述食材还包括蔬菜粉,所述蔬菜粉的重量份数为200~320;
所述蔬菜粉包括重量份数:秋葵60~150、胡萝卜60~180、菠菜40~80、海带40~60。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种营养保健药膳粉,其特征是:
所述蔬菜粉包括重量份数:秋葵120、胡萝卜80、菠菜60、海带50。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3、4任一项所述的一种营养保健药膳粉的制备方法,其特征是:
将所述药材、小米、核桃仁、大枣分别按重量份数称取,加入适量的水浸泡0.5h~2h,文火加热烘干后研磨成粉;
将所述红糖按重量份数称取研磨成粉;
将上述分别研磨成粉的药材和食材按1:3的比例搅拌混合均匀,炒制透熟。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4任一项所述的一种营养保健药膳粉,其特征是:
所述营养保健药膳粉可添加在日常食用的面粉糕点、即食面、挂面、米粉、营养餐粉或粉丝中。
